Lizel did great with my wedding nails. the shape is perfect and she was so quick. also got a pedicure from someone I didn’t get the name of but she did a great job as well

This is the worst manicure I have ever had. After one day it chipped so much I removed it. Awful. Avoid this place. Total rip off!

They were so sweet with my daughter who loved gettin her mani/pedi and were great with me too. Its clean and has lots of options. They get busy at times so i think it helps to call ahead but they were able to get us both in right away and had everything ready for us when we arrived.

The women are friendly, speak with you throughout your service. It was like a night out with new friends. #2 Reasonable Priced. Enough said. #3 Good Results!!!!Give the new owner and staff a try. Best nail salon in Chautauqua/Lakewood area! The staff is so friendly and talented. I definitely recommend this salon!

I called ahead 1.5 weeks prior for an appointment for my engagement picture nails. I wanted to get French ombré and when I walked in, they told me I wouldn’t be able to get them because they were short staffed. I said okay and picked out a plain gel color. Paid $70 for a full set with gel nail polish, and they started lifting 10 days after getting them. Probably won’t be going back.

I don’t normally leave reviews good or bad but i’ve been here twice and made appointments and they turned me away saying they were too busy even tho i made appointments prior. this wouldn’t be a big deal but it’s a forty minute drive so it’s a little annoying. and the one time i did get in with my appointment my nails were peeling and bubbly.

I have been going to Happy Nails every 2 weeks for quite a few years now. Lee and Hannah call me by name and treat me like family. The prices are good and they always fit me in. The color selection is phenomenal. I always leave satisfied.

I got gel nails done and they are so shotty its actually unbelievable they call themselves professional. She painted right over my cuticles, and after filing down, put a top coat over the dust so they are all bumpy. Also left cuts on my cuticles

They did a really great job on my nails today along with my friends nails we loved it!!

After 1week of getting gel nails they started peeling. I spent $70.00 plus tip. When I went to tell them about it, they said sorry but wouldn’t do anything about it. Do not recommend this place at all!!

Went in with my best friend to get acrylics done for the first time ever! I had made an appointment but we ended up being late to it, even so they had us pick out a color and got us in right away! They worked very efficiently and I was amazed at their skills. This is my first time having acrylics in my whole life and I absolutely love them!! I will definitely continue to go to this salon!!

This was my first time at this salon, it will definitely not be my last! I had a superb experience with Randi; she was super friendly and skilled, I am loving my dip powder manicure! The salon is quite clean and the pricing is very fair. I went in the evening and was able to get a walk in appointment in no time, but it would absolutely have been worth any wait. I am so happy to have found such a quality nail salon in the area.

Very friendly staff and nice clean place. Its in a shopping plaza not very far from the mall or movie theater. Big selection of colors for gel and dip. They were able to get me in within an hour of my call.Id give 5 star, but I have a few cuts on my cuticles from the Dremel and the polish isnt as even or covering/close to my cuticles or along the sides as Id like. I didnt notice until I left or I would have said something.Nice lotion hand massage after. Ill come back again.

My daughter and 2 friends went to get their nails done here on Saturday August 29th. Well, the staff were very rude, calling these very well behaved teenage girls, spoiled and privileged because they were there getting their nails done. Then they charge $37 for a very sloppy nail job(if a picture can be posted it will be attached), and told them they couldnt even do simple designs for them. Im not sure if they behaved so rude and unprofessional because they didnt have an adult right there with them, but regardless im very disgusted in the professionalism of the women working. I will be contacting as well because it is uncalled for and my child shouldnt have been charged professional prices for a mediocre job.

I absolutely love Happy Nails!! Lee and Hannah are amazing and they hire the nicest staff too! I recommend them to everyone, and their service/prices are the absolute best. I’ve been going for many years now and my mom and I have the greatest time!

I stopped in yesterday to have gel nails applied. The whole time I was there, the technicians were fighting the whole time!! What the hell, how inappropriate. I didnt get the full treatment that I shouldve because he kept leaving me to argue with another person. I wont go there again. Another customer left during her nail procedure too!! I probably wont go back!

I had made a reservation for 6 people, we were there on time. They took us all separately and 5 of the girls were done wayyy before I was even close to done, and thats with the reservation. Also a few of my girls complained that their nail person wasnt kind, and the lady I had didnt even give me the right colors. I know I could have said something about that but Im just not a pushy person. Unfortunately I wouldnt go back. The pedicure was the only decent thing.

I got a full set and a pedicure. Both my hand and foot were bleeding when I left. After filing through my toenail he just painted over the blood, getting blood in the bottle that will be used by others. All of my acrylics were crooked and the colors on display often do not match the color payoff on actual nails. Another lady walked out without paying for that exact reason while I was there. He was very rough with both my hands and my feet and he rushed through my pedicure at light speed. My friend came with me, hers took twice as long with a different tech.

My favorite nail place. Ive gone there for years. The staff is very pleasant and goes out of their way to please you. A couple weeks ago I stopped in Friday after work to get a gel pedicure. Every seat was full so I thought I was out of luck. They said ^no we can get you in. They got me in quickly and they were done beautifully. Thanks I appreciate the great service!!!

Went in to get a fill and a color change. As the guy is drilling the polish off he asked if I needed a fill I stated yes. After he was done getting the polish off he said I was done. I asked him about the fill and he throw his tool on the table and sent me to a different nail tech. As Im with the other nail tech she is to rough and rushing. The next day I had most of my nails lift and or come off

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND NIFTY NAILS and SPA TO ANYONE OF MY FAMILY or FRIENDS AT ALL: The lady was rude and complaining the whole time on March 15th 2023 because she had to do a Saint Patrick Day Nail design on all my nails if you dont like doing what the customer wants then you should not be a nail tech at all and find another job that you enjoy I am very upset with the nail design she didnt do what I wanted at all and I was not happy at all L.J.T.

I went in with high hopes, but came out very disappointed. I had asked for a white tip and round shape. The shape is more oval, almost stilleto on a couple nails and the white tip itself was fine, but the rest of the nail looked horrid. I wish I could post the pictures to show the end result, but I will definitely not be going back there again. I ended up painting over the nails myself.

Just got my first pedicure, staff was awesome and friendly and my feet feel great would definitely recommend and will def go back again

Went in with my daughters to get our nails done, theyre crooked, gaps in the polish, they filed the skin off on the sides of my fingers, my two thumb nails are different shapes and sizes, and they were done 20 minutes ago and already look like I need to get them filled.... Posted photos theyre the lavender with glitter ring finger....

Disappointed. Went today and a new girl did my nails. Got burned twice cut once and she never apologized. Slipped my polish on and I spoke up and said I will not go out looking like that.

Would literally give lower if I could. If you want any shape but square they will not be able to do it. My nails turned out horrible, pointy, way too short and honestly looking like a child had done them. Actually hate my nails and had them removed two days after they were done.

I called twice to get a price on a maincure and pedicure and a woman answered then I asked and she hung up on me. So I called back and a man answered, I asked the same question and he hung up on me!! YES, THEY HUNG UP ON ME TWICE! WOW
