Came here on a Friday night (only 830). The open sign was on however it was locked and a hand written sign read will return soon. I waited almost 30 minutes.. nobody returned. As I sat waiting multiple people came.. whoever left cost the business $$.Also there was a lit burning insence inside with no one around.

Well I have mixed feelings about this placeMy dab rig that was silicone ripped so we were doing a late at night not many places open trying to find something to suffice runI had never been to this storeAnd unfortunately the guy working didn’t have any real information about the products he was sellingI bought a glass one but had no idea they are suppose to have a clipFortunately I’m quite determined and managed to magiver it perfectly for a few days until my best friend happen upon a picture Of another glass dab rig just like it and it had a clip on it that holds the two together we were waiting for one of us to steer our skin off because we thought it was gonna fall out and burn one of us I called him immediately and really nice girl answered and said that if I brought it in she could give me one of the clips I happen to have a picture of it since I was showing it off to my friends and I brought it the picture and showed it to her she gave me the perfect clips that hold it together and had the knowledge of the items in her store that the other gentleman lacked so they didn’t make it right but it was unfortunate I had to make two TripsI’ve never shopped tray before probably won’t againThe Nectar catchers that they had for $45 I purchased one for $5.29 and it’s on its way right now and shipping including so won’t be back but at least they made it right

A bit pricey but always got great customer service very friendly and open late which is a plus. Need better deals. Buy 20 and get the 21 first free stamp card or something they need to add.

Customer service is lacking, their employees come across as snobs; especially the female employee with the glasses and black hair. Not to mention they’re extremely overpriced, and hype you up on products they’re actually sold out on. You’d think they’d know the amount of inventory they have in the back with the lack of customers present, but they don’t. Save your money, and don’t beg to be helped, especially with such an oversaturated market of smoking products.

Look, I get it. Retailers dont want to be responsible for defective manufacturer products so they generally offer no guarantees on the equipment you buy.But I bought an $80 battery from them. Used it perfectly fine. Next day it was dead, from what I would guess from being charged overnight? Told me tough luck, out my $80.I felt like I was robbed, sorry. Honestly, I would have been better off not even walking in. Their product knowledge was extremely limited, they didnt really care if I got what I asked for, as they told me three times they didnt carry items that I found IN THEIR DISPLAY CASES SHORTLY THEREAFTER. The unit I bought, they said they never saw any complaints on it. I quickly found a gazillion complaints in less than a minute, mainly involving how the battery shorts out quickly on charge. According to them they make sure all the products they stock are quality.I have had many bad vape shop experiences. This was easily the worst.

This place is horrible. tried to pay with exact cash and was told that new owner doesnt count change currency. If the new owner cant count, he shouldnt have a business. if the new owner doesnt take american currency he may as well close and leave the country.

I have always been coming to this store for the last couple years and the service is always awesome.

Stopped by this morning to check out a vape set up. Cameron walked me through what I needed to know and had great advise. I bought the set up and I am enjoying it very much, great place, good people and good advice.

Had no other choice but to stop at this shop, it was the nearest to me. They had what I need but it was over priced like every other smoke shop. The power so they weren’t taking card inconvenience for me!!!!

I almost spent $210 for a 3000mg CBD tincture when you can buy that same product with free shipping from the actual manufacturers website for $110. Even upgrading to next day UPS air puts you at $135 even, and Im guessing this shop is still going to charge you the sales tax putting the resale value at over 100%. This percentage hike goes for all their various sizes 750mg - 6,000mg

Wasnt what I expected. They have a good variety, but are overpriced on allot of glass, and mark up there Chinese glass way to much. Other the that had friendly service, and greeted me as I entered.

The girl that work at was real friendly. Didnt have a big selection of oil burners or Lighters. No oil burner bongs. Polly had a big nice selection of weed bongs and pipes. And seem to be that pricie.

New ownership... theyre much more helpful now and have a better selection as well now too. Best shop in the area for sure.

They carry a lot of water pipes and a descent amount of flavors for vapes. Went here to grab some juice for a friend and the environment was pleasant.
