Massage was great but afterward they DEMANDED a 20% tip from each of us (she called $10 the minimum 20% tip on a $45 massage). I had given her a $5 tip and she said it wasn’t enough. I did not pay any more and left and will NOT be back. That is poor customer service. They should list the fee as $55 if they are trying to require such a hefty tip.

My absolute favorite place to go for a foot massage! They do SUCH an amazing job. Im SO relaxed, and my feet are rejuvenated when I leave there. I have to go home and take a nap!

I had a great Japanese Shiatsu massage from Jennifer. Great experience she gave food medium to firm pressure and I enjoyed it. I went in the evening and was ready for a good nights rest. Slept like a baby and I am so grateful. Not many places to go to for Shiatsu technique around here. I would give them a try.

As soon as I walked in to this place two ladies approached me and said you need to pay first! And cash is better if you have it! I thought that was odd but ....Whatever!! I paid the lady with cash, and had my massage. I still came out with a horrible headache and she did not address what I told her was bothering me. In fact I don’t believe she went to school for this either. The worse part is I didn’t have change for a twenty and when I asked her if she did she asked what would you like? I said, 2 tens. She said the minimum tip for an hour is $20. I was appalled! I told her I’ve never heard of being made to tip!! So, instead of a $10 tip she didn’t get anything else from me!! VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I Do NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!

I bought my mom and aunt gift certificates to this locations. They went and paid with the gift cards. They assumed tip was added, I honestly didnt even think about adding a tip. So at the end the lady asked my mom and aunt for a tip. They had zero cash on them but said hold on let me check my car. Before my mom went to the car the lady said I called your daughter and she said it was ok to add tip. She had not called me. Then asked my mom to sign for the tip. My mom said no im not signing without talking to my daughter. The lady finally did call me and said your mom and aunt came in and didnt pay me. I said did they give you the gift card? She said yes, but they went over. I said Im coming up. So I get there, she was going to charge my debit card for it. I said did they pay you? She kept saying no. It finally came out that there was no tip. I left without tipping because I made a trip up there for nothing. She was extremely aggressive about it. It was an honest mistake. Had she not lied to me and my mom I would have tipped her

Not your typical mainstream spa with all the asthetics, but they give one hell of a massage. We always go for the couples massage and love how it’s near our neighborhood!

This was a very relaxing professional massage. This was just what the doctor ordered after a long day at work or after the gym. I highly recommend giving this place a try! You will not be disappointed!

I called for an appointment and scheduled for 4:30 pm but when they asked me for what service I was not sure if it was full body or foot massage so when I came in for my appointment they had cancel it and were so rude. They were clearly talking negative about me in front of me in a different languageSo rude.

Best combo (body and foot) massage Ive had in a while. Worked out issues in my feet that have been plaguing me for three years! Will definitely be back.

We have been going to Mei Hao for 3 years and they are the best. Great service and amazing massages every time.

She didnt use draping while face down so I felt very exposed. The 30 minutes of swedish on back only had no petrissage at all. Basic strokes.

When you go to this place they insist that you tip them I didnt think we would get out of there without it. My daughter put it on her card and she wanted me to tip put the tip on the my daughters card and I wouldnt do it she threw a fit

Really good foot massage. My feet were so much better after she worked out the knots.
