My first experience was beyond amazing, from her customer service, office cleanliness, the environment was so serene and professional, the location is secluded yet inviting, it felt as if no one can see you doing your personal care, which I loved! She really made me feel at home, helping me feel extremely comfortable during my first Brazilian wax (which we all know is not fun) 🤣 . Regina made everything super easy, very calming. She was thorough in her conversations about after care and was very knowledgeable on many treatments, I am definitely going to be back! Thanks for the perfect first experience!

Regina is absolutely wonderful. She is very professional and personable. She takes great care with explaining everything she is doing and asked many questions about my preferences. Went to see her for pain in my lower back and came out feeling great. I did the 90 minute massage with cupping and I really didnt want it to end. I felt great leaving but as the days passed I felt even better. Thank you very much.

Regina did an amazing job! I carry stress in my shoulders and she knew exactly the pressure I needed to give me some relief. I had a 30 minute chair massage which was perfect for my lunch break! Highly recommend Total Body Niche!

Really enjoyed my visit for my massage, when arriving started with a consultation about the area that needed to be treated and Regina focused on the affected area and will continue to see her. My mobility was limited from running and now she has given me more ability to treat the area and be able to run with less pain and ultimately my main goal is to run with no pain and she is committed to getting me to that point and her passion for people is amazing to check her out!!

Booked the relaxation massage with Regina and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience at Total Body Niche. She took the time to ensure I was relaxed and comfortable. Loved how she encouraged me to take the time to set my intentions before the massage and focus on my breath work. This really allowed me to escape all the thoughts floating around in my head and just be present in the moment. Her space is so beautiful. So peaceful and relaxing, really just a great place to escape. She makes you feel right at home! Walked out feeling like a brand new person and will definitely be back!

There are no words to describe how good Regina is. I have suffered of back and neck pain for the past few years and she released it 90% in just one massage session. If I could give her 10 stars I would. Ive also done her facials, changes noticeable so fast! I recommend her 100%

Regina was an amazing masseuse! The atmosphere was wonderful, she was so friendly and kind and did a wonderful job on my massage, and she even taught me a couple of stretches to help with the tightness in my neck that I had been dealing with for a few months. I am so thankful for her services!

First time getting a facial and dermaplaning my skin and so glad I did it with Regina. My skin has never felt better. She asks you about your skin concerns before starting and walks you through the steps she will be taking that best fit your skin type. She makes sure you are aware of what she is putting on your skin as well as what feeling to expect with such product. She followed up with me after a couple of days to make sure my skin was fine and gave me some recommendations on skin care after this process. 100/10 recommend. Hands down would do this again but only with her.

Regina is one of the best massage therapists that I have been to in the Jackson/Madison area...Very professional and communicates well...I went in for a leg strain/sprain after one of my softball games, and she got to the spot and soreness...I highly recommend her for anyones massage therapy needs.

Regina is a miracle worker. One of the best massages Ive ever had!

Decided to try Total Body Niche because I was having some severe mobility issues.After only a few intensive visits I not only have more mobility but the level of pain I was dealing with has drastically diminished.Regina is wonderful.She uses multiple modalities of therapeutic massage to help with my issues.And to top it all off she is possibly the nicest most caring person I have met in a long time.If you have knotted muscles or dealing tremendous stress she is THE person to see.
