I am very pleased with him and he is the reason that Ive kept my membership at Massage Heights at Victory Lakes. He is the best! You wont be disappointed!

Best massage place I’ve been to! Had the most amazing massage with Bambi. She listens to what you want/need to make you feel always relaxed leaving there. She gave me a couple suggestions that has really helped with sore muscles at home. They have memberships or packages, which is really nice to have options. I have been to different places, but nothing compares to here!

Purchased a gift certificate for my husband for Father’s Day, which came with a bonus certificate for a free massage. No one explained the bonus massage would be half price and not free if we didnt have a membership, until the time of the massage. Good massage, poor communication.

I have had multiple massages by Bambi, and she is the best massage therapist I have been to! She is passionate about her work and provides an exceptional massage each session.

Straight up, gimmick!! First, I purchased a package deal last year and didnt use all the credits...life happens, and I didnt book another appointment until recently. At this time, I was basically told my credits had expired. I was upset, but what could I do. You would have thought that prior to losing my credits, the company would have reached out to remind me of any expiration dates. RED FLAG! Needless to say, I went ahead and still booked an appointment and pulled into becoming a member to avoid the ridiculous pricing for non-members. This is $80/month. So I booked my next appointment for 4/27/24. When I woke up that morning I was not feeling well so called at 9:30am to cancel my appointment which was for noon. The receptionist informs me I would then lose my credit as I didnt cancel in 4 hour window. Im sure they told me about cancelation policy when I became member, but who can remember that. So I feel I was being penalized for not feeling well. Then, on top of this, I checked my account and found they charged me an additional $40 for canceling on top of the $80 I already paid for my monthly massage that I LOST CREDIT FOR!! 😡🤬 Im out $120 plus my monthly credit. This business is a scam and out to screw you. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF!

So when I came in ladys were super nice booked Me an appointment for the following day ... great bundle deal ... as I sat in the waiting room previous guests left trash from the candies provided ... I over heard other guests talking about the trash.... I went back it was peaceful and so relaxing the lady gave me a back massage and it was probably the best Ive had . After my massage she brought me water I had a facial after .. I guess the masseuse didnt know .. I was supposed to get a robe and go to my facial... but she didnt know so I told her and she apologized it was no problem the facial was great and the lady did qn awesome job great experience overall... would go back

As always, my facial was a very relaxing experience. From the lighting to the music, its designed to bring peace. All of the employees are very nice. Mikayla is amazing!!

Update: Massage Heights refunded my massage and handled the issue professionally.Today I had a 90 min massage from Massage Heights, and it was the worst massage Ive ever had in my life. It was an absolute waste of my time and I came out of it more tense than went in.My masseuse Jennifer did not know what shes doing, can barely apply pressure, I felt like being petted like a dog - thats not a massage. In addition, she did not cut her nails so her sharp nails were digging into me so much I had to complain. I asked for focus on my shoulder and arms and I fully felt she had no idea how to massage because she missed every pressure point. She asked me if I wanted to end the massage early (due to my continuous request for her to try harder to push with pressure), which is highly unprofessional.I raised my feedback to front desk, expecting a promt refund or an offer to book another free massage, but they only told me they need to speak to the manager first and will call me later. I did not receive a call from the place. I tried calling during business hours but no one picked up.I demand a full refund for todays massage as well as an immediate cancellation of my membership. This place has turned out to be an absolute waste of my time and has given me opposite of a relaxing time. 0/10 will not recommend.

This was our second visit and again left feeling amazing. Bambi has so much insight into how muscles connect to bones which can cause pain. My partner was equally impressed with Cheeto’s knowledge. We will be going back to visit these two.

Mrs O, was Awesome. Very tuned in to my bodies needs. I cant appreciate enough how I felt after my massage. I will return. I definitely recommend. The place was awesome.

Kyle is my favorite! Friendly, positive, and the right amount of pressure. He finds knots in my back that I didnt even know I have and works them out for me. I highly recommend him.

I booked 90 minutes with Cheeto on 5-11-24. Cheeto absolutely hit every pressure point that I needed with the exact amount of pressure and tension. I left feeling totally refreshed. I could not have expected anything more from this particular experience! Thank you Cheeto

Just received literally the best massage I’ve ever had by Bambi. 😌 I paid for the 60 minute massage and had to extend to a 90 minute halfway through. She was very thorough and mindful of every body part. I felt dead walking in and now I’m floating on cloud 9. Definitely request Bambi.

Actually I really want to put no stars for this place, due to I am pretty busy for this couple months, I canceled my subscription in August 15th and I should have one last credit for September until 19th, I went there to do my massage on August 27 and also set the appointment for my last credit , the sales she knew that I already canceled the subscription and my massage therapist only available on 9/24. I even double checked with her can I book it if my subscription will be expired on 9/19, she said clearly I can book it without any problem. But today, one of the sales called Crystal said my credit expired if I need to keep my appointment, I will have to pay extra $159 , this is totally ridiculous. She forced me to cancel the appointment if no show will even charge more, but my point is I can use my credit for the whole month or book with another massage therapist if I have to instead of lost my credit because they made mistakes. Misleading customers and very dishonest. Supposedly I will join back in package after my couple busy months but I really dont think this will happen, Massage Heights you really lose two customers, me and my sister. We both have the same Issue.

This place is awesome! Everyone is very kind and efficient. If you need deep tissue massage, Lindas got your back. I walked in barely able to turn my head to either side, and knots riddled my shoulders. After an hour, I left able to move like normal and I can feel muscle that was previously obscured and tied by tension. She worked so hard to fix my mobility issues and relax me. I will definitely be going back for maintenance sessions. I cant thank yall enough!

Judy is one of the best at the location. I had a huge knot on my left side. She work so hard on getting it out and loosening the tension. I felt so much better after the session. I highly recommend her.

This place has a friendly staff that welcomes you upon arrival. But, I must say Judy is the reason I got a membership. She has healing hands that help relieve the deep pain I have in my upper/right back and shoulder blade area. She is fantastic and really listens to her clients. Judy focuses on your problem areas and really gets the job done. I highly recommend her for all levels of massage therapy you will not be disappointed!

My first experience last week with ms. Linda was nice. She was very professional and made me feel comfortable before and after the massage. My experience today wasn’t as great. Massage was good but my therapist, “Jolie” I think, was very impersonal and not very friendly. Didn’t even look at me when I came through the door and followed her back to the massage room, just had a blank expression on her face and seemed irritated or unhappy to be there. No bedside manner and very monotone when she spoke and just seemed almost robotic at times. Also, knocked my glasses on the floor during the massage and didn’t even bother to pick them up, just left them on the floor almost completely underneath the massage chair. The attitude and level of professionalism of the massage therapist/staff is half the experience so I was obviously disappointed this time and not sure if I will be returning.

I went for my first time a few days ago, did a 2 hour massage with Devon....ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!!! I left feeling like I had a brand new body, so revived, on cloud 9. I had a facial with Cindy Sparks after and absolutely loved her too!! I signed up because of both of them! With zero interest in signing up beforehand. Cant wait for my next visit and hoping its just as good!!

Ms. O and Massage Heights are amazing! I have visited other massage therapists at different businesses and I never feel like I truly get what I paid for. My massage began immediately at my appointment time and ended just minutes before the hour to get dressed. I felt so much better after and will continue to come to this location.

Excellent service, friendly staff, good prices and great therapists. Cant recommend Gabriel highly enough. Both my husband and I are members and have enjoyed every single massage weve received. Weve rarely called when we couldnt be accommodated with our choice of therapist or available times. Highly recommend to anyone who can use a monthly massage or gift someone a special treat!

I can tell if you want relaxing, please choose the other company instead of this massage Heights. This company so ridiculous, I am finished massage on 8/27 with my sister and we check to make appointment for the next time, dont want to lose credit. I said can make on 9/17 and the frontdesk said is full on that day, so she said can make on next week Saturday on 9/24, then i said did the credit will expire, the frontdesk lady said no you will not lose your credit and the me and my sister agree make on 9/24 Saturday ( we keep ask 2 time). So the problem is coming, on the 9/19 they hv lady call me said oh you make the appointment that day is credit expired , you need buy the other credit can valid the appointment on 9/24, i said WHAT! i talk to frontdesk directly and she said not expire, then she said oh maybe my frontdesk lady make mistakes, ok the point is your guys make mistakes why i need to cover your mistakes, they want me pay more package or just want keep automatic payments again, i said this is your false why i need to pay more and i tell they need ask the manager call me and i never receive any response until today 9/24 morning time they call me said oh your credit is expired if you want come today need pay $159 instead my credit, REALLY SUPER ridiculous. I ask them i dont want pay anymore need to refund my credit and the manager still not call me, they misleading customer and want customer pay for no reason,until still did not receive any phone call, so if you want relaxing, please dont choose this company.

I had a good experience with with the front desk. I did get a membership which drastically dropped the non member rate. Thats always nice! The massage therapist was really nice. She is in technology and does massage on the side (if that helps). She did put me to sleep! I always like relaxation. I have fibromyalgia and sometimes people can be too firm in certain places. I like it firm on the back but light everywhere else and she did just that! November 1st started my membership (so the staff can find the ladies who deserve the review!) Thanks so much!

They need to be very clear on their website that a 90 minute massage is actually 80 minutes, as the remaining 10 minutes is counted towards undressing, consultation (which didnt really happen), and then dressing. My 90 minute massage started at 1:32 and ended at 2:50. Very deceiving advertising. In addition, I went in expecting a relaxing, Swedish style massage experience (I had asked for medium pressure), but what I got was Firm and at times felt like deep tissue. I had to ask several times that the pressure be lighter. But in the end it turned out to be maybe 40% relaxing massage 60% deep tissue. The facial was good and the esthetician was very friendly, but I do not plan to go again.

Linda was amazing. She really helped me with the inflammation in my upper back and really helped working out some knots I had. I felt much better after my first appointment with her. Great pressure. Also, loved the warm towel on my back and warm neck pillow during the service. Customer service was great and massage was excellent!

Love the staff and therapists at this location! They are focused on helping you achieve your personal wellness goals, and don’t subscribe to a “one size fits all” mentality. I highly recommend Jacquline!

Today was my first time having services done at Massage Heights Victory Lakes and all of the staff members were exceptionally helpful. My massage therapist Jollie did an amazing job on my massage. I specifically requested a therapist who could help stretch certain areas in my body and she was phenomenal. The receptionist Tristen ended my visit with signing me up for a 12 month membership. She answered all of my questions and made me excited about joining. Thank you!

It was my first time receiving a facial and it was absolutely amazing. My esthetician walked me through everything and offered add ons that really helped with my skin. She kept her station sanitary and she was very sweet. I definitely recommend going to see Renee. Nothing was rushed and she put all her energy and focus into me.

I called first thing in the morning and was able to get in the same day, not sure if that was just luck or not but I was very happy about it because I was in so much back pain!! The girls at the front desk were very helpful and explained the packages to me; I ended up buying a heightened package. Joyce was my therapist and she is extremely knowledgeable. She made sure I was comfortable and took the time to discuss why I may be experiencing pain in the areas I am and even offered tips on what to do at home to feel better. I will most likely purchase the extra 30m so I can get a full 90m session because I am feeling great so far. Im happy to hear they will be offering microderm and facial peels soon, both which I will scheduling in the near future. This location is clean and smells wonderful. I had a great first impression with this location, the front desk staff and especially Joyce. I look forward to visiting in the future.

I have been going to Massage Heights for about 6 months now. I have never had any issues. I see Ashlee and she is always very nice and really good. I usually get about 2 massages a month. I am always very pleased with the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. I highly recommend seeing Ashlee especially if you have a lot of stress in your life!

Had a wonderful 90 minute massage tonight. Very professional. Pressure was perfect therapist was Jolene. Included some much needed stretching in the massage. Very relaxing atmosphere. I liked it so much , I signed up for a membership

I came in because I am having a lot of pain and/or pressure in my neck, head, and face. I feel that I clearly communicated my back and everywhere else is fine, but for some reason the most time was spent on my back and legs and barely any time on the areas I came in for. I am leaving now what I think was supposed to be an hour massage but was more like a 50 minute massage and Im am not feeling any relief. I gave 3 stars because it was a good massage but removed 2 stars because I wasnt listened to.

My wife and I came in for a 90min Hot stone couples massage. We were told to get a month to month membership to save money on session. When we were checking out we asked if it was a location near where we stay in Glenn Heights but it wasn’t so we decided to cancel just because of the distance. A month goes by and there’s a charger on our account we call on was told I was the 1st draft of our membership that was understandable but that where the problem begins. Emily the assistant manager told us we needed to drive back down there to sign cancellation forms or we will continue to charge! I asked to speak with the manager but she wasn’t there . And haven’t reached out to us yet and it’s been 2 weeks. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone very unprofessional and rude over the phone. Zero stars if I could.

I thoroughly enjoyed a Custom Facial with Renee. I selected several add-ons based on a skin analysis: Enriching Ultrasound, Refining UV Light and Purifying. All products very reasonably priced. The esthetician, Renee, I found knowledgeable and honest in product knowledge and services offered. I am looking forward to working with her in caring for my skin.

Ms Jolie is the best therapist there if you want total relaxation and don’t like getting beat up during a massage

Called to schedule appt, discussed on phone about problem area (pinched nerve) and asked if that was something they could help with, they stated yes they could definitely work that out and get me to feeling better so I scheduled for same day appt. filled out questionnaire prior to appt and stated problem area, also explained to therapist area of pain prior to session starting. Therapist didn’t even touch area of pain. Very unhappy with service received and absolutely do not recommend this place for a massage. They still charged me and I said guess I’ll have to go to another massage place and the front desk girl said ones right across the street.

Great experience from day one! Gina and Linda do such a great job. I asked specifically for a deep tissue and for her to target my neck area, she was attentive to my request and made sure I was comdortable. After the massage she greated me with a cup of water which is really nice. I would highly recommend massage heights, they have a great staff and a nice facility!

Today I had Bambi as my therapist, she did an excellent job! Highly recommend her or Jessica, or so far.

I do not recommend this place to anyone . I showed up early to my appointment so all the paperwork would be ready to go before my scheduled massage and proper consultation could be taken. Usually at other places the receptionist is involved, goes over options or gets someone for a consultation, nope, not here.When the therapist comes out and introduces himself he mentioned he had just woke up (this was a 7pm appointment). He asked meWhat we were doing so I told him a deep tissue massage, also that i get pains in my lower back.He did not bother asking any further questions like any other therapist has in the past, which was odd.At the beginning he kept yawning loudly which to me was very unprofessional. When he was about to start I mentioned I wanted the hot stones. Since the receptionist didnt bother to ask me any questions prior to going in the room, the room was not prepared for my session. He then went on to get to hot stones and said I wouldnt lose anytime.When the massage was over he left and I checked the time afterwards and i received a 60 min massage although I booked and paid for 90 minute massage.When I get to the front I asked the receptionist if he knew I was a 90 min massage. She assured me he did. I even asked multiple times.I explained to her that I did not get a 90 min because the room was not ready. She blamed the fact that out of the 90 min we pay, 10 min are for dressing. And all she could do is have the manager call me in the morning.As Im pulling out the Therapist comes out to catch me before I leave and tells me to park that he was sorry he thought I was a 60 min massage . Although he offered to finish the massage there is no way Id go backThe point of paying for a Longer massage is to enjoy it in ONE piece not in pieces.Very disappointing, instead of feeling relax I felt worse afterwards having to deal with incompetent employees.

This was my first time to Massage Heights -- but definitely not my last!!! I purchased the membership plan and cant wait to use it!!! Everyone was very nice and Ashley did an AWESOME job!!! Im really looking forward to my next visit.

I’m a member and I wasted my paid credits here twice because both times I specifically requested very deep tissue and was assured my masseuse was at minimum deep, however it turns out they aren’t even close to it. I usually go to other Massage Heights locations and deep is what I usually get and almost always satisfied but the lineup they have here are either unqualified or just too lazy to put a little muscle into it! I isually tip 15-20% as I understand it’s not easy work but I definitely wasted some tip money as well on these well below par services i received! Was hoping to get my credits back though!

I want to give a special thank you to Emily at the front desk. She went over and beyond her job duties. I went in to buy 1 massage and she ended up selling me 3 massages. Emily thank you for all your patience and help with my Christmas order for the woman in my family I am sure they will enjoy their massages!!You ROCK! Merry Christmas to you!

I made this location my primary even though I pass by three a week. The front desk staff are pleasant and I enjoy the extras they provide at this location such as fresh fruit waters, specialty holiday refreshments and snacks and etc.I am very picky about my therapists esp. since I am in a medical field specializing in musculoskeletal conditions- and I must say that Massage Heights hires higher end therapists as opposed to their larger competitors.I see Gabriel- I know by writing his name Im probably now looking at him becoming busier (maybe to busy to see me same day) but the world needs to know how awesome he is! Hes thorough and really gets to the problem areas and will even help stretch you!I got my fiance on this location as well- he saw another person and he loved it! Hes very picky about his therapists as well- so overall- TWO THUMBS UP!

We liked the massages here. The therapist was nice and friendly. But staff and manager are two faced! We are a member here. We went over there every month. But this time we were disappointed, we forgot our appt that we booked over a month go. And they charged us $130 for being 10 mins late. Lol. We are out. And we will tell all our friends that we brought here.

We went there for a couples massage. Our appointment was at 5 pm and we got there about 4:45 pm. They checked us in, we quickly filled out paperwork and then we waited. They pulled us back about 5:15 pm. The room was great and the massage was too. They did the backs of our bodies, and then had us roll over to get a different angle on our necks. They didnt touch anything else on the front (i.e. collar bone area, thighs, etc.). We were very surprised when it was over and it was 5:50. We paid for an hour, but only got about 30-35 minutes of actual massage time. Id like to say we would go back, because they were nice and it was professional, but honestly, I dont want to pay that much and get ripped off on time. I go to Imagio in League City as well and she goes above and beyond for an hour and a half (same price as 1 hour at .M.H.). Not messing around there. Sorry Massage Heights, were out.

I come here JUST FOR JAMES!!! He has been my massage therapist for over 4 years now. He is deep tissue and not just saying hes deep. He was made for this. We have great conversation and its always a pleasure. Easy front staff and easy to book.

I recently started using Massage Heights in victory Lakes during the pandemic and my therapist was Nic he is professional and he does a great job. Booking an appointment is very easy and quick and I appreciate them taking the precautions during this whole pandemic as well as after I would definitely recommend

This depends on the therapist. O is awesome. Foe business people, they should have a different program, I dont always have the time due to my travel to get a massage but they still keep billing you. You have to be present to put it in hold, so I always have 5 or 6 hours to use. I will never use it.

Stress out from studying all day for mid-terms, and called Massage Heights around 6:30 p.m. ask if they could get me in right away. Could not believe they got me in right away that same day. I was amazed by the customer service. The massage was amazing and the prices are awesome! I went in stressed out; came out feeling amazing.

I had a great first visit. The massage therapist spent time with me and gave good suggestions. The room was peaceful and clean. Good customer service.

The massage was okay , but you pay for an hour and get 40 minutes of massage . Sort of a rip off and then when I told the front desk they looked at me as if I was in the wrong. Started the massage ten minutes late at 1:10 and finished at 1:49 complete waste of money . Will not be returning and I do not recommend this place to anyone . Go somewhere where you will get your moneys worth .

I came here for a birthday massage and the massage therapist was really nice and helped relieve my back pain. The ladies at the victory lakes location are really nice. Recommend going to and I will be going back again. Thank you!

I have tried to book appointments here and they always cancel at the last minute for my wedding anniversary. This has happened twice. My husband tried booking online since they never answer the phones and the reply email said they would get back to us shortly. We never got a call back or an email from someone to book here. This has been a headache. I do not recommend even trying here. Save yourself the headache.

I went in for a couples massage and it was a great experience. Ive gotten facials here before and I love them. Everyone is always very polite and professional.

Meh.First time here and the massage was prob 5/10.Ive had massages before from a different place before and I notice the difference between this one &that for similar price.BIG one.Front desk was meh,no surprise.If you can go somewhere else,go to another brand.
