Came to get a cigar for my boyfriend. Looked them up and drove 20 min to get there just to pull the door open and realize it was locked. Business hours showed them to be open at 11am on Sunday as well as the sign on their door but unfortunately no one was there. I knocked called and waited 10 minutes total waste of an hour.

I just wanted to check out their walk in humidor at around 4:45 in the afternoon and the door was closed there was a person inside I know he saw me cause I saw him opening boxes I mean homeboy could of opened the door and say something like sorry we closed for the day, for lunch, inspection.but no the dude didnt give a damn I mean is a whites only establishment or what

I like coming into this shop for mods, e-juices, etc because Aziz is so knowledgeable and helpful! Any time I’ve had an issue with a device or something I’ve told him about it and he takes care of it. Also when checking out, I appreciate the fact that he always checks to make sure I’m getting the best deal possible.

I was amazed at the selection and customer service. the prices were unbeatable too. Aziz(the owner) is always there and always friendly and knowledgeable about the products he sells in his store. Ashley was the cashier on duty, beautiful as well as friendly, even though it was her first day, she still managed to give me excellent customer service. i walked in with a broken vape and left with a new one, and i didnt spend a ton of money. the original vape tank i bought didnt work so Aziz gave me a better one in exchange for that one, free of charge. they both wanted to make sure i left with a working vape. i couldnt put ten stars on here but would if i could. best vape shop on that side of town by far.

The manager here is named Aziz and he is a very nice guy. I’ve suffered from serious back pain since the fall that resulted in a five level spinal fusion. I do not recommend that surgery by the way. However, I will not take the heavy medication‘s that the doctors prescribe and the herbal remedies here work very well and are very well priced.
