Vapor Sense

Ive been buying their house juice for the past 6 years because the flavors were great and it was easy on the coils. I bought a bottle of juice 2 weeks ago and asked for my usual nicotine strength. I noticed right away it seemed weak and after several hours I could tell I wasnt getting any nicotine at all. I checked the bottle label and it now says it uses a botanical alternative to nicotine. Not only can I not find much info at all on this ingredient or its safety, I also feel lied to because nobody told me I wouldnt be getting any actual nicotine in the juice. Money wasted and I wont be coming back.

Love this place. Very knowledgeable and unpretentious. Amazing selection of house juices for those of us who still prefer them.

This vape shop is amazing. They were so patient and understanding when I was new, and replaced a huge bottle of juice for me no charge when I ordered something wrong because I had no clue what I was talking about (they made what I asked for, it was my mistake.) They have huge frames on the wall celebrating all their clients who have quit smoking, filled with signed last packs of cigarettes.

The League City location has always been a pleasant experience. Most if not all of the employees at this location have been very knowledgeable of their products and very helpful and patient when I first started vaping. Thanks to all of you guys!

I have been in the vape industry and been using vapes for many years. I have never once received as much professionalism and helpfulness as Quincy. He is always very knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions I have no matter how silly. I highly recommend this vapor sense location particularly. The summertime treat in 3 mg mixed 70/30 is absolutely divine

What a wonderful store with amazing customer service!! Dakota, Clay, and Josh have been amazing! Everyone there is so nice and will help you with any questions you have! I have come in (with 30min left to close) to buy a 10$ product and they treat you as if you’re buying a 100$ worth of products. They have spent so much time explaining and answering questions and I went in just to buy a coil or one juice bottle. I mean you can’t get this service and quality anywhere! What an amazing store!! I could go on forever in this review! Let me just say, I have been to around 25+ vape shops and have NEVER encountered such amazing staff and products!!!!! I won’t go anywhere else!

Great store. The staff are very helpful and patient with you. Only 4 stars because they do run out of inventory on occasion and have trouble getting things in stock at times

I love all the vapor sense locations. This one is the closest one to my house which is kind of a drive, but worth it. Their flavor list is huge and has something for everyone. The staff is always delightful and quick. The atmosphere inside the store is very inviting and laid back. I would highly recommend this location and any other as their prices are excellent and overall theyre the best and worth the drive.

Great shop for everything vape related. House juices are good and there’s a decent assortment of premium juices and mods. The staff are knowledgeable in regards to everything they sell and are really helpful. Nice seamless experience every time I go in.

Always quick service and a friendly chat about new products and new flavors when I check out. I love how they save the last juice concentrations and any extra flavoring you requested to make it easier to place an order. Misty Red Mountain is a must try flavor if you like Mountain Dew Code Red.

Vaporsense has great juice selections and good prices on all their products and the staff is very knowledgeable about everything they carry.Being an EMT they offer me a discount and that is so awesome and helpful!I wish they would open a store closer to the Galveston area!

I called asking if they could add nic to a bottle of 0% juice I had, but they werent able to without ruining the juice. Instead they came up with an idea to give me an affordable bottle of 24% nic to add to my tank to avoid the problem that mixing it would have created. Long story short, they couldnt do the thing I asked them to, but came up with a great alternative that was in my low price range to fix the problem. Thank you guys again! Just one of the many reasons I love this store. :)

Vapor sense is by far the very best vape shop. Their employees are super nice and friendly. My favorite employees work at the League City location. I would always recommend them to anyone.

Good looking shop. Good variety of mods, tanks and juices. I bought my mod from another location but you are set up with a rewards account. So they know you basically. Good shop though. On house juices. Variety of nicotine levels. Very supportive of first responders. Will be back.

Every time I go in I come out smiling. They always have an answer or solution for my problems with my vapes. I have bought several different ones. Im not tech savvy so sometimes I went and probably drove them crazy for not remembering how to work them .They were always patient and had a good sense of humor.

I love being able to run in and quickly get my juice and be on my way in minutes. Staff is super friendly and when I do have time to chat or have a question about something they always know the answers.

I came here when I first switched to vaping and had no knowledge of how prices were supposed to be. My review would be for when I came here a few years ago - overpriced. Friendly staff and I enjoyed talking with them but the prices were way too high (even for the time). I dont know what they are like currently since I buy online now. Hopefully their pricing has gotten better since I do like and appreciate the people I dealt with then.

I have been shopping here for 8 years. Love the selection of the house juice and how you can customize if you want.

Ive been here multiple times and had no issues until today. Wife went in and showed someone inside her Novo X that she needed replacement pods for, but they gave her Novo E pods. She didnt know the difference and assumed that they were what she needed. After pulling one out of the package of 3 and filling it up, she came to realize that it didnt fit her Novo X. I decided to go back and get the correct replacement pods, but they only gave 2 pods back to me since the third one had been removed from the seal. So essentially we paid for 3 new pods and only received 2. As well as quite a bit of juice gone to waste. When I asked about the third pod, they went silent on me.Usually have all the best luck with these guys, and weve spent a fair amount of money here. But bad customer service is all it takes to push customers away.

Excellent vape shop. Very knowledgeable staff and they offer a variety of devices and Juices both house blends and premium brands.

Staff is friendly, nice, and very helpful. Product knowledge could be a slightly better, however. Major downside is the high prices and inability to price match. It makes sense economically but its still a negative for the budget consient.

Absolutely love vapor sense league city location The staff is always great very friendly helpful a lot of times I come in indecisive on the juice that I want and they’re always making recommendations and they don’t mess they’re always spot on thank you guys.

They have this guy Avery who made me feel bad when returning a vape aspire spryte. I only had it two weeks and the battery failed. I owned a blue one and it lasted a few months so im used to using it. He tried to tell me that i didnt know enough about the product. He refused to return it. The other emploee a female was very nice and courteous. Usually everyone is nice to me here but Avery is agressive and rude. I bought an Orion Q and juice, spending 60 bucks or so and told them they lost a customer.

Huge selection of ejuices made to order from their w-i-d-e selection of recipes made to order... theyll advise you on custom flavors of your own! The counter staff is usually very knowledgeable and can help the newbie or advise you on the right mod, batteries, rechargers, tank, and or accessories....whew! ....oh, yeah...and a taster bar ($0.25 per flavor). They have vape&mod set-ups and clean drip tips to use in their vaping area. Ask the staff for help. They have military, medical, first responder discounts...to name a few...you need to check it out!

This is where I quit smoking and started vaping. Staff is awesome and doesnt seem to mind when I ask tons of questions and will always give suggestions for juices or equipment. Amazing first responders discount too!

Excellent service and knowledgeable people. Other places just don’t have the selection they do. I might try another place because it is closer but never has what I need. Vapor Sense always has it in stock.

This place really have there stuff together. They can make all the right jucie and they have good selection of products from mods to tank pretty much everything you need if your a long time vaper or a 1st timer they will set you up. And really good prices. Dont waist your time going anywhere eles this place is the place to go.

Erica and Kris got water for Macey my dog, took the time to show me around and even let my try a flavor from there own personal device! Finally found the favors I wanted after 2yrs. of getting off cigs.2 yrs. of smoking salt nics... and commercial type liquids.I should have done this 2 yrs. ago.

So my Box mod broke and I went in vapor sense to replace it, thinking I was going to get a good deal. Boy was I wrong, I got attacked by the salesclerk immedietly walking through the door who was trying to sell me what I believe was probably the most expensive mod in the whole store.. no sale there. Although I did buy1 Box mod and 1 RDTA. I walked out with what I wanted but I ended up paying over a 50% mark up after looking online at the same products. I am happy with my purchase But I am very disappointed in the price I paid. My advice to all is look online before making a way overpriced purchase here. I am all about helping out mom and pop shops, But I am not about being over charged. Lesson learned well played ISIS well played.....So I say unto you..Ebay is your friend.

This is my designated vape shop. They taught me how to build a coil right, sold me a awesome tool kit for vaporizers and are very helpful all around. Very knowledgeable people on vaporizers and 100% helpful.

You folks know how to treat your customers especially those with disabilities unlike the vapor sense in Friendswood who are rude, disrespectful and make condescending remarks to folks with disabilities, I know one was made to me the other day.Its evident that the owners of vapor sense allow their employees to abuse folks with disabilities to make rude comments and poke fun at them.Very disappointed by The Vapor sense in Friendswood. Better Business Bureau here I come and ADA here I come with my complaints.

This is a very welcoming environment with knowledgeable staff. This is by far the best vape shop in the area in terms of service and inventory (of course putting into consideration covids effect on inventory)

My credit card was stolen by a comcast worker. This man came into their vape shop and used my credit card. He had to open an account and everything. Obviously they never checked an ID to buy tobacco products because he opened the account in a different name, and then used a card with a different name than what he opened the account with. Its poor business ethic to allow people to come in and use stolen credit cards in their small business.
