This has become my permanent location to get my disposable vapes from for so many reasons. First time I came in here was because they were the only people open that I could get a new vape after mine ran out, I was warmly greeted and immediately helped. They were knowledgeable, gave me useful info about a lawsuit against the brand I was using for illegal additives and recommended a different brand that I now love and they never steer me wrong when it comes to my indecisive self and picking a flavor. And if theyre out of what I wanted, they always have a backup that Im just as happy with

Normally I don’t have a problem with Vape City but this is just disappointing. Bought a disposable vape yesterday and they didn’t have the brand that I liked. I asked the guy which one do you recommend as an alternative with the same hit. Got home with the new one and it took a hit and nothing barely hit and didn’t feel a thing. Bought it back today and they said we can exchange it unless it’s broken or not hitting or if it’s burnt. The lady tried to apologize to me saying, “That one is not the best and it’s not one people like or the one I would have recommended.” I’ll have to find a better place to shop at that can get proper quality recommendations for alternative products.

The girl, I believe her name was Maddie, was so sweet and helpful! She answered all my questions no problem, never lost her smile! Great customer service! I will 100% be using this location for all of my future needs because of her! Keep up the great work!!

This is the only vape shop I go to. Its always clean and shiny and very well stocked. Morgan is always so patient when i ask million questions and she is extremely knowledgeable.

Went there to get some new edibles bc my current one made me feel groggy in the morning. I was originally looking for something that tastes good and 20 pieces. The worker the night i went didnt really give me a recommendation but he chose a an orange flavored edible that has 40 pieces and was 19.99! What a steal! I tried it the same night and it made me feel very good, comfortable, and didnt give me the nasty groggy feeling in the morning. Definitely made my night worth it with my partner *wink*. Other than that, great location and helpful worker. Thanks Vape City!

Horrible came in got the APE BAR 2.0, 2 days later Im at work and its in my back pocket starts leaking I had no idea and a coworker finally came up and let me know. I went back to the store and all they could do is offer a better recommendation when I was recommended this to start with

Jonathan is the type of employee all businesses should strive to have! Friendly, helpful and didnt make me asking questions seem like an inconvenience. Ive been to many another vape city locations and will continue but nobody has ever stood out like Jonathan! He was very knowledgeable of products and quick to respond, all while keeping a smile the whole time! Great job Jonathan !

Great selection, great employees, 24 hours, but a 1/10 on returns, bought just under $200 worth of 2 rechargeable vapes juices coils etc.. both stoped working nearly immediately also leaked all over the place, about 15 days go by I get a day off work to return them and I get a partial return. When you buy things from this store ask specifically about the return policy because from purchase to return the answer seemed to change.

Bought an Ape Bar 2.0 Chilled Blue Bubble Gum on Saturday. I only hit this vape a few times a day and here it is only Thursday and it’s already burned out. That was $20 down the drain. If the girl behind the counter hadn’t been so nice I’d have left y’all one star…this product is trash!

Had a faulty vape from the baybrook mall location that wouldn’t work at all, they exchanged it with my receipts with no problems.

Attitude reflects leadership.Cant keep employees look towards the leadership.There is no cohesion here.Just people with titles , and do you know who i am? attitudes one upping the other guy who made an adjustment.No one is on the same page in the company as far as sales and store presentation, procedures.No proper procedure guidelines.Communication is poor you know this because dont no two higher ups know the 5 star policy. You ask 5 district managers at one time a question like:What qualifies as a point earned after a customer checks out?you will get 3 different answers .Example answers are:All transactions.All but kratom and delta.Or dead air silence.No Planograms, no POS systems, inventory keeping is a joke.I consider myself lucky that while working for the company I encountered kayla, zoe, jerimiah, and gerald who all had a hand in my training .Which is basic retail.

So I bought a drag x pro vape about 3 weeks ago and the rubber part you pull back to fill the tank with fluids broke and so I called 4 different vape city stores and no one had the pod. I was very irritated so I called league city this morning cause last night I couldn’t find them on my google but today it popped up for some reason. Well Jeremiah Maddix answered the phone and helped me out. He called back within like 15-20 minutes meanwhile we were texting back and forth and he found the pod I needed for my vape. Come to find vape city in Hitchcock had the pod I needed the whole time. I called vape city in Hitchcock last night and they told me they didn’t have a pod for my vape so that was irritating because they did have for my vape the whole time. I was thinking to my self why would you sell me a vape but your store don’t sell the parts for the vape. Anyways I highly recommend talking with Jeremiah maddix he’s definitely helpful. If you need anything go to vape city off 518 in league city and talk with Jeremiah otherwise your honestly wasting your time. Thank bro. I really appreciate your help. I got what I needed this morning.

Absolutely absurd prices. Anywhere else you go a 100ml bottle of vape juice will cost between $20 and $26 but this store is charging $34. Their juice selection is the smallest in the area and there are 2 other vape shops within a block of this location with real prices. Dont ever let them rob you like this

High prices for low quality products employees are clueless and obviously not properly trained about the products they sale but what do you expect from employees that are extremely underpaid and under apprishated the turnover rate is higher than at fast food companies
