Knowledgeable staff, great customer service, and a clean store. Good with helping me pick new flavors. They also have some local CBD stuff which is cool, and they have tables so you can hang out with a few friends.

Charged 75.00 for a drag s and when I did a check on prices the next day it varied but the highest price was 43.00

Great place to go for any Vaporesso or Ooze batteries or accessories. Not the lowest prices in town; but convenient enough it’s worth stopping by.

Genuinely helpful staff, clean space, great selection of hardware and e-liquids. I was having trouble with a tank Id bought elsewhere and they helped me fix the issue. This place is the real deal.

Shawn is the absolute best. You have any questions or need anything he will take care of it for you. They always have juice, replacement parts, coils, etc. whatever you need to keep vaping. Won’t go anywhere else. I’ll drive 30 min out of my way just to get juice if I have too. Best shop in KC area.

This is my new favorite place! Sean is amazing. He is so patient and knowledgeable. He listened to me and helped me find something for my needs. He wasn’t just trying to sell me a product. They have a pretty decent collection of vapes, and delicious juices. 5 stars all the way!!

Stopped in looking for a battery Ive been unable to find anywhere in stores. Kira was beyond helpful & knowledgeable. Her great energy made my first visit here a memorable one & I plan to come back to see her!

Best vape shop Ive been to in a LONG time. Still has bar stools and couches to chill, talk. Sean is extremely knowledgeable & was of great help. Give that man a raise! Will be back to buy any vape gear from Aqueous from now on!

Tried calling to see if they had any squawk mods and the girl who answered had no Idea what I was talking about and she said she was new. So I asked of there was anyone else more knowledgeable I could speak to and she hung up the phone. So I attempted to call back a few time and no answer so I tried one more time and she answered knowing it was me and said they had one there and hung up the phone on Me again before I could ask what it was. So tried calling back again and she will not answer. Horrible customer service and I hope they do something with this girl because she does not need to be working there.

I bought a cart Vape battery for 30-35 bucks from them. The battery worked when I tested it at the store but I didn’t realize it didn’t keep a charge and it was defective! I called and was told the owner said due to the nature of the product they wouldn’t be able to do any type of return or exchange! Poor customer service and return policy and I will not be buying another product from them.

Really friendly customer service and fair prices. Shawn and Alex are really cool and nice to talk too.

Update: I went across the street. EVERYTHING COSTS LESS!---pretty dark in here. too quiet. I asked about the special I saw online and they had no idea about it. I ended up getting the special for about $10 more than advertised. while I was being rang up the salesperson found it to be appropriate to make a personal phone call and put it on speaker. sounded like somebody was planning a party. the register glitched around the same time and I was unable to get a receipt and he short changed me by a dollar (after over charging to begin with). not sure what the policy is but when I buy a anything im putting in my mouth I dont usually expect a stranger to put it in theirs first. I understand he was priming the atomizer, but he didnt even warn me. its whatever. I gave them a smile and a thank you. probably never going back. there is a nice looking vape shop directly across the street. guess where Im taking my money and my friends :)

Good and Knowledgeable Staff. Lots of great selections. Dont be afraid to ask questions and take your time.

Same issues as the independence store, this location is full of elitists who will bash you for asking questions about products and lie to your face if they dont actually know the answer. I will say there is one emplyee here worth keeping, but the rest of the staff will keep me from returning.

Walked in looking for a new starter kit. The guy who helped us out was very nice and knowledgable. Helped us pick out the right kit and flavored oils.

Unhelpful, disinterested staff, was considering an rda, but found out they lost the screws to it and told me it sucks anyways. Well in short I just got some juice and left but wont be returning.
