I really enjoyed my experience at Zen Massage. Nicole gave me an amazing massage! She is very professional and knowledgeable and knew how to work through my tense muscles. She genuinely cares about helping people. I highly recommend getting a massage from Nicole!

This was my first time getting a massage, but I was in town for a tournament and felt a lot of tension and tightness in my arms, legs, and back, so I decided to go for it to hopefully help. Jordine was amazing and did a phenomenal job! Left feeling 20x better than when I showed up!

My experience at Zen Massage in LS was seamless and exceptional from start to finish. The Front Desk Receptionist, Kelly, exuded kindness and patience as I was speaking with her regarding what my needs/wants were to determine what type of massage to schedule. When I arrived for my appointment, Kelly greeted me with the same kindness and patience I experienced over the phone. I then had an AMAZING 90 minute massage with Nicole. I’ve had MANY massages and I HIGHLY recommend her. Both Kelly and Nicole are extremely knowledgeable and fantastic at what they do! I can’t say more than I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Zen Massage in Lee’s Summit! I won’t go anywhere else!

I had the best deep tissue I’ve ever had with Nicole. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone. I have tension in almost every single inch of my muscles, and she helped so much in loosening things up. She really knows what she is doing, is extremely thorough and doesn’t take any shortcuts, and I can tell she genuinely cares about helping her clients. Nicole is unbelievably talented at what she does. I have had several professional massages in my life and she is beyond the best one I’ve ever had an experience with. she knows the definition of DEEP TISSUE. I am somebody who deals with degenerative disc disease, cervical spine rotations, overall muscle hyperactivity and discomfort. I left today with 95% of the pain I walked in was completely gone because of Nicole I can’t stress enough how amazing she was. Will definitely be back.

Went for a Swedish massage, did nothing but stretches, elbows dug in my back, stretches like push against my arm 3 times in a row in 10 diffrent positions got a massage for 20 minutes maybe. No hot towels hell I think he grabbed lotion twice the rest was dry arms and elbows digging into my back and neck. If I went for a sports therapy may of been great. But I went for relaxation.

Absolutely love Nicole! As a person that’s use to getting massages over seas (which are much better by the way) she made me feel like I was back there. Best massage I’ve ever had in America and she’s such a nice person. Highly recommend!

Just had a deep tissue massage with Nicole. Wow - thats all I can say. Shes very good at what she does and even though it hurt, it was so beneficial! I was able to book my appt last minute and had no issues checking in and getting ready for the massage. The best part (other than the amazing massage) is that there wasnt a big upsell to buy more massages/a package deal at checkout. Hallelujah! I found my new massage spot. Dont hesitate to book with Zen Massage and Nicole in particular. Shes knowledgeable, professional, and really REALLY good at her job.

Jessy was amazing. She did a great prenatal massage with the tools she had. They did not have a prenatal pillow though which would have allowed me to lie on my stomach and get more out of the massage. That was my only issue. Hope they invest in one and then it would be 5 stars!

Will recommend this place to anyone who needs a really deep tissue and muscle massage. Timothy was great, helped get alot of tension out of my neck and upper back. Really therapeutic and relaxing. My neck and back feel better from that. Will most definitely be back to get another.

Tabitha was THE BEST. I got a deep tissue massage and left feeling so relaxed and euphoric. She worked a huge knot out of my neck/shoulder and I’m so thankful for that. Definitely will be going back again! 10/10 would recommend.

Shane gave me the best massage of my life! Really got into those muscles! I will only see him! It was a fantastic 2 hour experience!! Very chill environment and the girl at the front desk- understood the assignment- I was for sure a hot mess after the massage and she spoke softly and was quick and to the point! Samantha is the best!!!!! Yesterday, I had a massage from Samatha. When I let her know that I was having issues with sciatica, she concentrated on the area in which I had been having a lot on pain. This morning, the area feels so much better than it has in four weeks.

I have scheduled multiple massages at Zen for my wife and she has been happy. I scheduled a 90 minute deep tissue massage for Mothers Day with Tabitha and my wife left very disappointed in the massage. She stated it was more like a rub down than a massage and couldnt even tell her to massage deeper, since it wasnt a massage. I hate that I paid $110 for a 90 minute massage and it turned out to be a bad Mothers Day gift. Not saying I wont use Zen again, because I will, I guess it just depends on who you schedule your massage with. The website does not provide any information on strengths or weaknesses of certain massage therapists.

I’m giving 2 stars because at least the girl was super nice, but the quality of the massage was 0 stars. I booked a hot stone massage for 2:45 pm. I got there at 2:40, yes I probably should have arrived sooner, but there was no receptionist up front and she didn’t get up there until several minutes after my appointment started and then I had to fill out forms, eating in to my time. Then I get back to the room and the girl tells me it’s her first time doing hot stones at this store and that she’s new, so she doesn’t know what size the stones are. Then she uses tongs to put the stones on my back and they were so hot they burned me, she didn’t check the temperature before putting them on. I asked her to remove them to cool down, which she did, but the entire massage she fumbled around with them, clanking, loud noises, dropping the tongs in the water, definitely not relaxing. She also was trying to talk to me the entire first half of the massage so I finally stopped responding to her hoping she would get the hint. She spent more time trying to figure out which stones she wanted to use than she did actually massaging, and then she would use the stone if 15-20 seconds before getting up to find a new one. I also don’t know if she normally specializes in deep tissue, but I don’t like deep tissue at all and I’m pretty sure I have bruises in multiple areas from unnecessary intense pressure (that didn’t even involve the stones.) overall she was nice but it was not relaxing and definitely didn’t feel good.

Stephanie the Esthetician is amazing! Not only is she fun and friendly but she is so informative with everything skin. I had a custom facial completed. I left with my skin feeling supple, moist, and glowing! The products she used on me smelled amazing and left my skin feeling so soft. I booked a prenatal massage with Lauren, I was even able to get in the same day! This was my first real massage experience, and it couldn’t have gone better. Lauren was amazing, I felt so relaxed and all my aches were practically gone immediately. I will definitely be coming back!

My husband and I each got a massage and I also got a facial and a face wax.The appointments were easy to book the day before.I enjoyed my swedish massage and my husband said his deep tissue massage was the best hes ever had. We both liked that the masseur gave helpful advice for stretches we can do at home.This was my first facial and I enjoyed it a lot, though I wasnt sure why only one side got steam. The face wax was a little less wonderful. Overall it was okay, but wax was dripped several times (across my mouth, ear, and into my hairline). I was sent home with wax in my hairline. When I got home, I still had to pluck a few brow hairs which should have been easily seen. Later I found most spas advise to not wax and have a facial on the same day, but if you do, to do the facial last (avoiding waxed areas when exfoliating). Not sure why I got a facial first!

Partner and I booked separate deep tissue massages, two different days, with the same masseuse. Both of us were uncomfortable with what seemed like the masseuse was trying to catch a peek underneath the cloth and massaging very close to inappropriate areas. Strange stretches of the legs causing the cloth to go who-knows-where, probably revealing everything. Regarding the actual massaging, it seemed to be more like a sports injury recovery session than a relaxing deep tissue massage.

I’ve gotten massages and facials here. Absolutely love the staff. If I book last minute and get put with whoever’s available it’s always a wonderful massage. Recently got the age smart facial and it was wonderful! I face felt and smaller so good!

The skills of Jessy and Samantha are out of this world! Both my partner and I both came out of the massage like new people! I cant recommend them both and Zen Massage enough!!
