Extremely Disappointed – Painful Experience and Poor Customer ServiceI’ve been a loyal member here for 2 years, but after my recent experience, I will not be returning. I received a massage that left me in pain for days. The pain was so severe that I had to cancel work appointments and spend two days in bed with a heating pad. Even a week later, Im still sore from the so-called “massage” I received. To make matters worse, the facial massage left me with visible bruising.I reached out to the manager, Rae, to share my experience. She was helpful in processing the cancellation of my membership and mentioned that she was waiting to hear back from the general manager about any further steps they could take. However, when the general manager, Lindsey, finally responded, it felt like an automated text. Her replies were short, rude, and clearly showed no concern for a long-time client who was injured by a service intended to bring relief and relaxation.Im not only in physical pain but also feel completely ignored and disregarded. This is extremely frustrating, and Im appalled that a business would treat its loyal clients in this manner. I strongly advise others to steer clear of Massage Envy in Lee’s Summit.

Jade was AMAZING! She did a wonderful job of listening to what I was wanting from my massage and really focused on the areas needing the most attention. She did a great job of making me feel at ease. The entire experience was a 10+!!

First time ever going to a Massage Envy. This location was great! The people at the reception were very nice and did an awesome intro. I got my 1 hour massage from Grace. It was so relaxing. I would come back here and request Grace again :)

This was my first time ever getting a massage and I had such a wonderful experience.Lindsey was so kind and welcoming and soon as I walked in. She made the check-in process run smoothly and made sure all of my questions were answered before I went in for my massage.The massage itself was incredible. Lisa was friendly and made sure I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire process.I highly recommend coming here!

Lisa was amazing! She had excellent bedside manners, was a pleasure to talk to and really listened to what I was wanting in my massage. This was one of the best massages Ive ever had. I explained the issues I was having with my back and the level of firm pressure I was hoping for, and she addressed every issue. After the massage, the pain in my back was gone and I could move so much more freely. Im looking forward to my next visit with her.

Sherri at Massage Envy in Lees Summit put the paws 🐾 on me. This lady has magic hands. She is professional and very friendly. The aches and pain in my body are gone with the wind. In addition the facility was clean and relaxing. I felt secure. I highly recommend Sherri as your masseuse to everyone who need muscle relief. You wont be disappointed !

Katie did an amazing job. I told her in the beginning that I wanted firm pressure, I struggle with very tense muscles and need firm pressure to relieve any tension. Most people are not able to apply the pressure I prefer, but Katie was spot on. I cannot say enough about how great of a job she did. Thank you.

Kara is incredible! She takes great care and consideration into alleviating my pain and making sure I leave refreshed and stress-free. Her technique makes the one-hour massages feel much longer; thats how relaxed I feel during our sessions. I cannot recommend Kara enough. Ive been to a few massage therapists at different Massage Envy locations, but none come close to Kara. She is considerate, caring, sweet, and really cares about those she helps! I will continue to come to the Lees Summit location because of Kara.

My husband had purchased a gift card for Mothers Day. It was my first time to Massage Envy and got matched with Grace. She did an excellent job of listening to me and my body. It was literally the best massage Ive received.

Kara is excellent! I’ve been getting massages regularly for many years and have tried several therapists during that time. Of all the therapists, regardless of business, location, etc. Kara has been one of my favorites!

Awesome 90 minute massage! After a few months of shopping around for deep tissue massage therapist I have found my spot. I signed up for a membership. Can’t wait for my next visit.

Very professional. She explained everything she was doing. Being my first time, I truly felt comfortable and will be coming back.

Brynn does my face and she is Amazing. She knows the products and knows the steps to get a younger looking face. Elizabeth did my massage- I was surprised at how smooth her hands felt, but her techniques were powerful. She can do light to medium. Raheem did a firm pressure last time. He was great because I had been working out hard that month. And India did me a few times as well. She can do all levels. Rae was at the front desk and did a good job on booking.It’s now October, my original Estitician is gone. But Alley did a nice job .

They cant keep their staff. If youre like me, and you prefer to see the same therapist, dont bother with this place. Its a revolving door. They required me to sign paperwork to cancel my monthly subscription, but somehow, my husband canceled his over the phone? Sounds like management has gone downhill. I wish they did better by their employees, its such a convenient location. I really miss my therapist, she helped a lot with my shoulder issues.

Katie, Katie, Katie!! She listens to what my areas of concern are and spends extra time working on them and addressing issues. I’ve never failed to have her massages work out my issues. I HIGHLY recommend her. You will not be disappointed.

Laura gave me a great massage. I can move my arms and shoulders more now without discomfort than I have been able to in the last 5 years. Highly recommend.

Aubrey is amazing. I started getting massages per recommendation by my neurologist to help me with my migraines. Aubrey has been a blessing as she is one who understands massage catered to help with migraines especially the role the neck and back plays in them. It has made a big difference for me. Huge thanks goes out to Aubrey!

Melodie did a wonderful job on my facial and was very knowledgeable. This was my first having a facial and first time here and I enjoyed it. Very relaxing and all staff was very nice and good customer service!

From the moment we walked in it was a very nice atmosphere.This was first time at this facility but I have to admit the the experience was great thank you Monica for a great massage, she has amazing hands!

LaDena is awesome! Her stretch routine has given me back mobility and easy movement. She has a wonderful, professional manner and is attuned to the client’s needs.

LaDina and Mark are well-developed firm pressure therapist, different techniques both ingenious in their unique way. Office staff is always friendly, and I like how consistent the are with knowing my name, and not having to ask.

LaDena is the best massage therapist! She is small but has might strength in her hands. Not only is she professional, but she is also wonderfully perceptive and tuned in to my needs . I highly recommend her.

Grace is always fantastic. Checks in about pressure levels but not excessively, always on time, cares about problem/focus areas, and creates a comfortable environment. 10/10.

Strong hands and knows how to work them. We had good conversations and she gave some good advice. I enjoyed my treatment and plan to revisit.

Hands down Nathan is AWESOME! If I could give him a 10/10 I most definitely would. He has a VERY bright future ahead of him!

Horrible! If you want immediate attention and snark, come here. I’m a stay at home mom that rarely is able to treat herself. I have a two year old and this was my first outing to try to relax and treat myself and I got immediate attitude. I was almost in tears so I just asked to reschedule and she promptly told me she would have to charge me. I was so upset by the treatment that I said that would be fine, walked out and cried in my car. I would never come here again.

My aesthetician was WONDERFUL! This was my first facial and she explained the process and made great suggestions. Very happy with the results and would definitely recommend her.

Very disappointed at this location. If i could i would give it 0 stars. I received a massage gift certificate as a gift for this location. I was looking very much forward to it since Im a Mom of 3 and have very busy job. I went online and booked my appointment and it said the appointment was confirmed, so I thought everything was good.Went to the location for my appointment and get told they dont have my down. I explained to them that I went online, and it said confirmed. One of the ladies asked if I got a confirmation email. Unfortunately, I did not. ( Oh, while I was dealing with all this, another employee came out and out loud, said, So youre gonna be pissed at me... uh, thats real professional? Instead of having that conversation in front of Clients why dont you pulled the other associate aside and have that conversation?) Anyways as I logged into my account to see if my appointment was still there, the employee asked did you summit twice? I said no because it said confirm? She said you have to hit summit twice... no where on the website does it say I had to do that? So I said well I live 30 mins away from here so I drove out here for nothing? She said Im sorry and that they dont have control what the website does and had nothing else to say. I said ok and walked out.They didnt bother saying or asking if they can help me in another way or asked if I wanted to reschedule a different appointment. Nothing. This left a bad taste in my mouth. First all blaming it on the website seriously? Then fix it? Call your corporate and have them fix the issue its not hard. Or dont have your website book appointments and say call instead. Its not hard. Even though this massage was a gift to me I will not be coming back. And if anyone ask for a recommendation I will not mention this place.

Perfect amount of pressure. Very professional. Will go to again. Laura did a fantastic job. I am a big girl and I did not feel judged.

Grace was very friendly, communicative and did an awesomely amazing job on my massage, I would love to go back to Grace for future massages.

Melodie is the BEST. I planned to go to an outdoor pool after my facial massage & she knew exactly how to adjust product for protection from the sun.

There are a few superb massage therapist that work here and I miss going to them. The owner has changed her thought pattern into money instead of what is best for the clients and I will never return. I highly recommend a couple massage therapist, but would never give my money to this franchise again. Very petty mentality.I truly do wish that your apology was sincere, however it very much is not. I had spoke with management many times about this and nothing transpired from it besides arguments and an extremely frustrated client.One of your best therapist no longer works there and that honestly is the biggest reason why I do not return. Maybe if their income would be a little bit more than bread crumbs, the good ones would be able to stay and be happy there.I ran into the therapist I used to have there and she said they fired her because of the stupidest reason ever! They had told me that she had an emergency! They are very dishonest people that undercut their employees and clients. Cant believe they fired her! It was ALWAYS hard to get onto her schedule because she was SO AWESOME! Glad I ran into her because now I have her number and can get a massage with her again! Thank you Katherine! You are the very best massage therapist Ive ever had!

I was very disappointed with this visit. I was scheduled for a 90 firm message with LeUnique. My appointment was scheduled for 12:30, at 12:45 I asked if my appointment was for 12:30 and they saidoh yes, let me check on her. Finally at 12:50 she came to get me and brought me to the room. When I entered the room the music was very loud. I asked her to turn it down. During my message, not once did she ask if the pressure was good. Granted she did put warm towels on me but the message was lacking in effort. And the music was brought up again. When I left the room at 1:50 I mentioned that I should not be charged for a 90 minute message. The girl at the counter was very nice about it, but stated she needed the manager to ok it. The manager had an attitude about it but did not charge me for 90 minutes. Not a very relaxing experience. Very disappointing.

Kara is the best massage therapist I have had! She works out the knots and tough spots well and tries to figure out why certain areas may be tighter than usual. She is super knowledgeable and helpful. I look forward to seeing her every month!

Laura was awesome! I had a 60 min session and she really worked through the tension areas!

Melodie provides an amazing facial. She truly does customize it to what you are needing and gives you feedback on how to help your daily routine. Nathan also is fantastic masseuse. He provides the pressure requested and can read your body to know what needs worked on. Will continue using this location for all my self care needs.

I started my daily care and microderm abrasion in Dec. I have had fantastic results. Im so happy with the big leap my skin care has taken. Thanks Melonie.😊

Monica is AMAZING! I have been getting massages for 10 years, and I can honestly say Monica is the BEST! She does true deep tissue work and is GREAT with sciatica. You will LOVE her!

I used to see a private massage therapist and under her care I started to truly make huge strides in my personal health. It got to the point where I needed a more flexible way to schedule. Which brought me to massage envy. Im able to get the level of care that I need as often or as few times a month As I Need. I was also really lucky, The front staff was able to help me choose a massage therapist And I have basically been using him the entire time. His name is Ronelle and the biggest benefit I can say about him is that he has made an active effort to remember my injuries from prior car accidents and has been able to advance his own knowledge to help me. I feel like over the last several months He has been able to tailor my experience to my needs. I never feel like hes rushing me and he is thorough and takes his time. I am grateful for all of their help. They are always extremely customer friendly and easy to work with. I would say if youre looking for a therapist that specializes in pain. Management and injury Ronelle is an exceptional choice. He is extremely proactive and the entire staff makes me happy. Thank you guys.

Absolutely love this place!Finding a new massage therapist isnt an easy task, but Jade at Massage Envy is the best hands-down. I did some online research and decided ME was a good place to book; I was not disappointed!Booking online and choosing my personal therapy session was easy and took approximately 5-10 minutes. When I arrived at ME, I filled out some forms concerning previous medical history and had a short consultation with the employee at the front counter; I was then directed to a relax room where I waited for my therapist.After talking with Jade, she was able to personalize my therapy treatment and suggest what would be the best enhancements for me. (Dont be scared to try new things!! Cupping therapy and rapid tension relief is actually soothing!)I left feeling rejuvenated and extremely happy with the service Id received!10/10 recommend booking with ME- the staff is friendly and everything is very clean and relaxing. Ive already booked my second session :)

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was an issue with one of our therapists not being available. The staff worked diligently to rectify the problem and come up with a therapist without having to adjust or schedule. Very much appreciated!

Thoroughly enjoyed my (overdue) massage with Kara. She pushed harder when asked to and seemed to use a different style or pattern than Im used to. That made the experience more unique and enjoyable for me. The price was just right....but noticed the future massage rates will be higher. That may keep me from being able to continue with Massage Envy. I hope not, as I really benefitted from Karas touch.

Monica at the Lees Summit office was amazing. She worked on the area I needed the most and still was able to get in a full body massage. I totally recommend doing a 90 minute massage if you haven’t been in awhile and need to get knots worked out.

My wife used to like going here until the business really screwed her over with their subscription policies that changed on her after signing. We have a new born so the time to go do errands like being made to cancel in person (instead of over email like we were promised), is at a premium.In the past, I spent hundreds of dollars to give my wife months of massages (for example, 1 massage per month for 3 months). But at some point they changed how their subscriptions work and now they make it a pain to cancel. Thank you for your terrible business practices. My wife will have massages elsewhere in town from now on.We liked the individual therapists for what its worth.

Grace is wonderful. She listens to the issues I am having. She helps me to relax and helps the pain.

Jade is awesome! Jade is gifted in the art of massage therapy. She is always welcoming! She asks about any updates on new or chronic soreness or muscle aches. Then she goes to work and addresses any areas of concern.

Random massage therapists, theyre all pretty decent, though. For Kansas City, I havent found any top-tier massage places that offer medical massage like I found in Dallas, TX, at Massage Bliss & Cryo. I also extremely dislike their pay structure its very controlling and company beneficial. If you dont join a monthly subscription, you get rate hikes. You also cant cancel the monthly subscription without jumping through a bunch of hoops.

My massage by Megan was great. However, the checkout process was frustrating because my gift card was unable to be recognized in the system most likely due to a problem at the location it was purchased at. My departure was delayed by several minutes when multiple people tried to track down the validity of this card which was embarrassing. I had received this card as a Christmas present from my boyfriend. I was told that the $20 tip that was to be allotted from the excess of this card may not be able to be applied and given to my massage provider, Megan. And I may need to call up later to provide a credit card to be able to give her gratuity. Very frustrating.I later got a call from Lindsey, indicating that we may need to call the store where we originally purchased the card from and prove the purchase so that they could confirm the gift card validity. I voiced my frustration but was told by Lindsay well I’m sorry but as it is, I’m having to comp the massage until we get this figured out and you may still have to pay for the gratuity separately if you’re wanting her to receive one. So now, myself, and my boyfriend were now involved in tracking down the proof of this gift card. We are finally able to do that. I do not feel like this was handled very well, nor that I received an adequate apology for the way this whole thing was handled. What a terrible system they must have, which has now led me to change my mind on looking into a recurring massage program.

Sontha was great! She’s extremely professional and hit all my target areas. I was so relaxed that I fell asleep and woke up feeling rejuvenated and less stressed. Thank you! I will be taking advantage of the monthly membership and focusing more on self-care in the coming year.

Grace relieved my back and leg pain from working out excessively the days before I came in. She is kind and very professional and very good at her profession.

Ladena was absolutely amazing. From the start of the massage all the way through she ensured that things were exactly as I needed. I had some focus areas that she worked a good amount on and then the rest of my massage was so relaxing. Definitely recommend. ❤️

Mark is a great therapist! Hes able to do whatever pressure is needed for the issues Im having at the time. Ive been seeing hom for years. Hes gotten rid of the bursitis in my shoulder, and really helped with other areas I didnt even realize were issues until he started working on them. I really appreciate the work he does!

I saw Laura for a massage yesterday. She is great and the staff were all very helpful.

I get a massage on a monthly basis. Grace has never disappointed me. Based on what I report, she changes up her technique to hit those trouble areas. I highly recommend Grace.

This was my first time at Massage Envy and I chose Melodie for a 90 minute facial based solely because she was available on the day and time I wanted to come in. How lucky could I get?!? She asked the right questions and then really listened to make sure my time and results were personalized! She was very knowledgeable about the procedures and products she uses, and she even took the time to research a product I was already using at home to help me with my skin care regimen. She made recommendations but wasnt pushy, which I very much appreciated. It was a totally awesome experience, and I will be going back to see Melodie!! 5 stars all the way!!

I felt like a couple of things about mark. Either he didn’t know what he was doing but I was told that he was great,, are either he was racist and didn’t want to touch my skin because of its color which is beautiful black. And if that’s the case he need to find another job because in that work ethic people are paying to get massage he was acting as if he didn’t want to touch me at all. Going to sit in a nail salon chair where you get pedicures at was better than mark’s massage . He you’re not going to massage all skin color than this is not for you. And if he’s still in training I think you should let people know,. If I could give him a zero I would have.

The service I received at this Massage Envy was top notch. From making the appointment to going over expectations to the massage I received from Katie. Katie was knowledgeable and answered all my questions, and she used the right amount of pressure. I already made my next appointment! And signed up for the membership to get regular massages.

Jade was wonderful and very professional, Id highly recommend her and will definitely be scheduling with her in the future! Thanks Jade! 😊 The front desk receptionists were 5 star worthy as well. They were very welcoming, pleasant and kind. They explained all our options and were very informative. Overall it was a great experience from the beginning to the end.

I have been getting massages from Mark for over 6 months and ge has performed great. He is concerned about ones needs and works very hard to meet them. Nothing but good to say about my experiences.

Mark is excellent balance of professionalism, skill and kindness. He listened to my needs and thoroughly targeted my neck, shoulders and upper arms...working the painful tension out with the perfect amount of pressure. He then continued the session by massaging and relaxing the muscles throughout the rest of my body, I almost fell asleep! I will absolutely request Mark for my next appointments at Lee Summit Massage Envy and would highly recommend him to my friends and family.

Love My massage therapist! He is truly amazing I have RLS and sleeping quickly becomes a choir. For the last week sleep has been bare min. Which I am a person who does not handle lack of sleep well! So I made an appointment with Mark. One visit and I was able to sleep no legs jumping or anything! He is amazing!!!

To quote employees I overheard during my massage, theyll fire anyone for any reason and management micromanages everything down to towel usage. My therapist did not seem happy and I dont believe Ill be coming back.

I visited ME in Lees Summit and was serviced by Megan for a prenatal massage. I arrived just about 3 minutes after my massage was supposed to start and then filled out forms. By the time I was called back my one hour massage was down to about 40 minutes. The entire massage was so awkward, I informed her it was my first massage and I was extremely nervous but she seemed unfriendly and stand-offish. I kept everything on (no biggie) plus a blanket and sheet. She very timidly squeezed my legs THROUGH the blanket, barely touched my feet and shoulders were done one handedly with minimal pressure through my shirt ... Its as if she didnt want to touch me! I am a very clean person so I cant imagine why I was treated this way. Halfway through I simply wanted it to end but when it did she turned the lights up, told me to be careful getting down from the table IM SEVEN MONTHS PREGNANT and slipped out without another word. It was all so .... NOT RELAXING. I quickly fathered my things wanting to pay and leave. Im a very clean person and very polite and was looking forward to doing something nice for myself after a very hard pregnancy and I left feeling horrible ... They stopped me at the front to ask me about memberships and I graciously listened, paid and even tipped ... But I cant help feeling like I paid $90 to be discriminated against. I left feeling extremely sad and NOT relaxed.

I’ve never gotten a chemical peel before and Heather was very informative about everything. She told me what products she was using and what they were for and wanted to make sure my comfort level wasn’t crossed. It was very relaxing and I’m excited to see the results of it in a couple of days! Horrible experience. I struggled booking online. When I finally called and talked to someone I thought we had everything figured out. A few days later my account never showed I had a booking. I called and they told me I didn’t. After spending more time talking to them I thought we got it figured out. After walking in the day of my appointment and filling out all the papers they finally told me they didn’t have someone available for my masssage. Extremely misleading. Horrible experience. Will not be returning.

I had Chris and he is awesome. I prefer firmer pressure and he is good at deep tissue. Chris continues to ask if pressure is OK.The day of my appointment my Boss and friend had passed away 1 hour before my appointment. I canceled immediately but later called to reschedule. Had a super relaxed day at Massage Envy in Lees Summit. First a 90 min massage with Elizabeth, who was attentive and made me fall asleep multiple times. Then a 60 min facial with Melodie, who is always helpful in finding the right skin care for me.

Melodie is great for facials! She takes time to understand how to best help your skin, explains each step of what she is doing and why, and doesn’t pressure you to buy products!

Ladena was amazing! Totally had me in a trance leaving my appointment yesterday. 20/10 recommend her to anyone!

Jade was the most professional, pleasant masseuse I have ever had. She listened to my wants/needs and she was a breathe of fresh air with her positive light that radiated from her. Massage Envy Lee’s Summit! I began my membership with The Plaza many years ago but it is challenging to get an appointment so I decided to contact Lee’s Summit since I moved closer. Customer service was amazing! Someone scheduled my appointment but sent me a text when realized I had enough points for a facial to make a spa day. My massage with Carl was amazing and my facial with Heather was great. They were very informative and made sure I was okay with the process at all times. Overall a great experience, you will not be disappointed!

Brianna gave me one of the best massages I have ever gotten and was very aware of my comfort the entire time and answered all of my questions very well and gave me lots of helpful suggestions.I also saw Heather for my first facial ever and she was awesome. She explained every step of the was what she was doing and what each product did. It was very soothing and I left very relaxed. Yesterday I had a wonderful facial with Melodie. I have been seeing Melodie for years, and I cannot imagine having anyone else doing them for me. Her professionalism, technique, and genuine concern for my well-being is exceptional. She varies the type of facial, or chemical peel, that I need from session to session according to what my skin needs at that particular time. Because of Melodie’s care, my skin is in exceptional condition, and I receive compliments from friends often . She is also a wonderful listening ear if you should want to chat. I started my membership in CA, and when moving to Lee’s Summit transferred it to Lee’s Summit when it opened here. My husband and I went to get massages and both our techs were amazing! Mark and Bianca were some of the best! Mark took his time to make sure I was completely comfortable and when I left there is was soooooo relaxed!My husband works on his feet a lot so his back had been giving him problems, he said Bianca felt the tension and before they started she asked would he like to take some of his session and be stretched. He agreed and when he came out he said he felt brand new! Let me tell you, massage Envy’s tech are some of the best in the field.

Kathrine is the absolute best massage therapist. I’m reluctant to leave this review because I know she’ll get even more booked up! Ha! She’s intuitive, kind, and that girl can get to muscles I didn’t even know were tense!! Her technique is out of this world. She doesn’t just “massage” she really takes the time to learn about your body, finds the problem areas and gets into the root of the problem. She puts her whole heart into it.

I am not typically a facial person. However, my time with Melodie was fantastic! She was friendly and educational. They’re good with scheduling as far as flexibility, however, I find it uncomfortable that I never have the same massage therapist. Each visit I have to explain my preferences and meet someone new. It makes the whole experience less relaxing. I’d prefer to see the same person each time and skip the small talk, explaining of my preferences etc.

Ladena is an amazing therapist. She listens to your needs and goes beyond just providing a massage by incorporating invaluable stretches. I had been experiencing some sciatic pain, and she helped stretch and massage the muscles to help me alleviate the pain. I haven’t had an issue in a while, since I started seeing her over 2 years ago. And the rest of the staff is kind and go out of their way to be accommodating and helpful.

I was referred by my sister and brother-in-law and I’m so glad I listened to them! We all go to Katie who is phenomenal. She was so polite, asked detailed questions, gave you tips for maintaining things between visits, has a very light touch but applies amazing pressures, very personable, and made me very welcomed and relaxed. So just found out your membership may or may not cover an actual massage. The prices recently went up for the monthly fee which I understand. Now they have therapists who, even if you were able to book them previously have gotten additional training and are no longer covered by your membership fees. Oh, you can book them, but you owe $30-$40 extra for a massage with that same therapist at the same location.....not cool ME.ME your response is not helpful. I see that is basically how you respond to all complaint reviews. I already submitted my information, why would I need to resubmit again in order for the franchise to assist further?

I treat myself to a massage every 2 weeks and I’ve been doing this for about 2 1/2 years. each time hoping the experience is better than the last. Don’t get me wrong I have had some FABULOUS massages and some REALLY GOOD therapist. A few times I even thought I had found “the one.” But there was always something missing. Yes I was looking for GREAT massagebut there was more to it that that. I needed a therapist who listened, understood my pain and addressed my issues. And I needed a massage that targeted my problem areas, was technique based and skillfully and strategically applied in the time allowed. And after 2+ years I am certain that I have found “the one”.I have been going to Kara for about 3 months now and I am SOLD!!! She has mastered her craft and I am loving every minute of it!!! She is attentive, skilled, focused and manages our time wisely. But the best thing about our sessions is every experience is better than the last.

I have been seeing Megan for a couple years now at the Lees Summit location. I was just back in again and she once again took great care of me! I work at a desk all day, and she pays extra attention to my back, neck, arms and hands because they get so strained from work. You dont realize how much tension you are holding in those hands! Lots of wasted time that comes out of your 60 minute massage. A pointless interview by young worker for example. I had already completed the background form- so why the redundancy. The massage was just ok. I found a fantastic free lance therapist I will use in the future- the experience was night and day

Mark has a background with biology and definitely knows anatomy to hit exactly the right spots where you’re having trouble and actually give you relief! The second time I visited Mark he had a migraine coming on and I offered to reschedule and he is such a trooper he refused. And he still did an amazing job. Just the right amount of pressure to actually give you relief for overworked fatigued muscles! If you want the best massage you’re ever going to have ask for Mark!I’ve been going to Mark for quite some time now and I hate to say it because I don’t want him to get so booked. I can’t go to him but he is the absolute best all I’m gonna say is karate push-ups on your fingers! Hallelujah!
