Awesome place, great stock, normally very easy in and out but there is a woman who works here sometimes, she is very nice but not knowledgeable on the normal practices and seems to wanna upsell over and over rather than just giving what is asked for the first time. Had to say no 3 times for a deal I wasn’t trying to spend money on, and ended up buying 3 coils just to leave because buying 2 would’ve left them with 1 and that wasn’t okay I guess??? - overall a great place tho.

Very helpful young lady was working when I went in on my way to the airport!

Great selection and friendly staff. I have not had any problems with their products and the manager Justin is knowledgeable and more than willing to help if you have questions. Definitely one of the most quality vape spots in the area!

Fantastic store. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Justin is consistently able to answer any question I have about products and knows the right questions to ask me to ensure I leave with exactly what I want. Also, I like that they are open 7 days 9AM-9PM and the Brennan guy that works weekends is an especially friendly fellow. 5 Stars!

Product I bought was marked up $20 at this location. Felt a bit scammed. The employee was rude about it and manually adjusted the price to be $20 over “whole sale” pricing as they advertise. He claimed the product was just “expensive.” When I checked competitors pricing, it was the regular price that I always paid for it in the past. Seemed to be a one off experience, I’ve been in here before and had a better experience with someone else. Employee could have made that interaction much smoother simply with a better attitude. Wouldn’t recommend coming to this location anymore.

Big, well stocked store with good customer service. Cashier actually let me test the cartridges to make sure they fit before making me pay for them. Decent prices and good hours too.

Only place I go now! Justin Ault is awesome! Also super patient, if you dont know anything he takes the time to explain without making you feel dumb. And I just met the owner and hes the best! Good business!

I’ve been shopping at this location for about a year and love this shop!! I usually am helped by Justin who is such a great help! Always goes an extra step to make sure I’m getting the product I’m looking for and is very personable. Not many places have personable employees anymore!! There’s been many smoke shops where I dreaded going to solely because of the pretentious or jerky dudes helping me!lol. (The smoke tokz on Ward has one of those.) Justin is awesome! This is a great smoke shop!

My favorite smoke shop in lees summit!! They have an amazing selection, great prices, and staff that are super friendly. I always enjoy taking a trip in there. I also recommend you sign up for the reward program, it’s great and gets you some free things which is always a surprise!

In the past I had a good experience here. However last night, I went in for the vape special buy 3 get one free, typically it’s about $60 something dollars, the vapes I get rang up for $19.99 but the guy changed the price to $24.99. When is aw him do this I questioned him and he said no it’s $24.99 after I told him that didn’t seem right. He also wouldn’t offer me my receipt which I felt weird about. He let me try the vape only but wouldn’t tell me if they didn’t work if I could trade them in or get my money back. It’s a smoke shop which should be cheaper than the gas station. I won’t go to this smoke shop again based off of this.

Good selection but found they sell the Orion 7500 for double the price. Will be going elsewhere or ordering online for $15 per vape instead of the $25 or $27 they sell it for.

This place is awesome. The prices are great and Justin, the manager is very helpful and knowledgeable. He takes his time with each customer to make sure they know what products they are getting. I look forward to going again!

Kyla is absolutely!!! Without her I would have been lost and I’ve been to some of the biggest dispensaries in the United States. She really answered a lot of questions and gave us great advice. This is a very clean shop with awesome products and customer service.

The cashier (lady ) was very rude and unprofessional. She called me out my name , argued with me and had me waiting with no other customers while she sat on the phone with someone in front of me I would NEVER shop there again and I wouldn’t suggest anyone else until they find a new worker .

Justin was very helpful, he help me find a good disposible and he also told me about the buy 3 get 1 free deal so I stocked up.Ill definitely be coming back as well.

I have been there twice and the customer service is less than helpful. I ended up with a product that doesn’t even work and I didn’t feel like my needs were met or understood.

My favorite smoke shop hands down. They have a huge variety and great deals and everyone there is really nice. Justin is the best there. He always helps me try new stuff and makes great recommendations. He really knows his stuff and is super attentive to customers, always willing to help.

First time in to a Smoke Tokz store and was greeted my Justin. I’ve been Vaping for about 3 years now and he took his time with me, showed me a few different options that best suited me, they definitely earned a loyal new customer today!!

They deserve less than 1 star. Terrible customer service.The workers are inexperienced and had know idea how to run a store. The worker was 20 mins late opening the store. And then why he finally got there, the main worker was rude. They sold me CBD that was not only disgusting but it was wet and was starting to mildew. The clerk tried to come up with any excuse as to why it was okay to sell me that product without checking it first. Im incredibly furious with how the whole thing was handled. I WILL NOT be returning to this location.

This is the only vape shop Ill go to in Lees summit. Justin is a phenomenal sales person and he knows what he is selling. Always available to answer any questions about the products and it makes the environment friendly.

Tried aqueous, tried vapor maven, but smoke tokz really takes the cake for customer service. the team over there gives off excellent vibes and are super professional, providing a well of knowledge to help me make informed product choices. not to mention, their stock is on point compared to the other spots in LS and they carry so many different brands of cart and vape product that you feel like you have an actual choice.

Best deals in the Kc area. Justin is usually who helps me and he’s very knowledgeable about all the products and doesn’t rush me off.
