Pretty good for a vape shop there not Pretentious like some of the others, in fact I hate going to vape shops but this one I can stand. The vapor room 816 in raytown is 100% filled with pretentious people Id stay away from there. Vapor maven has a good amount of vape Juices and different mods and all the accessories to go with them. They also have 420 paraphernalia.

Awful location, bought a pen that didnt work straight away so I figured it needed to be charged, charged it over the weekend but still didnt work, messed around with it to try and get it to work throughout the week and still nothing. I took it back and asked to have it exchanged and was told they cant do anything without a receipt. Solid. Usually this location is my goto and the staff is helpful its a shame that they cant replace something with known quality issues without a recipt.

Very experienced staff, extremely welcoming. The store always has puff bars and a very large selection of other products. Its a one stop shop that I look forward to going to.

Always have great selection and great customer service if you get the right person... I recently had an issue with one of their employees giving recommendations to my mom and it was all wrong. When he the opportunity to corrects his action and wrong doing s he then started making stories up.. tried to contact owner but no return on phone calls!!!! Independence location is better.. I dont recommend going when the baby face kids is there.. the big guy..

Ive been here 3 times so far and each time Ive been greeted by friendly and helpful people. I immediately get the perfect laid back vibe every time. Their selection of juices is not nearly as good as some other shops, and the prices arent outstanding, but the customer service and atmosphere compensates, as well as their excellent selection of CBD products and glassware.

This particular Mavon IS TERRIBLE, HAS NO MORALS or CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS...........AVOID!!!!GO TO A DIFFERENT VAPOR MAVON IF YOURE SMART!!!

The reason Im not putting one star is because the staff is amazing and puts up with a lot of stuff from their corporate. The corporate doesnt care about anything but money. They dont allow the store manager to order things they need, and ignore any requests for low stock. The workers have to deal with the store support making their schedule and were told by the CEO to quit if they didnt like it, or couldnt work with it. They also expect the workers to work for 12 hours a day with no breaks and for just above minimum wage. Theyve already had entire stores quit due to being mistreated. So while the staff is great this is a terrible company to give your money to.

Serenity isnt a good sells person the past few times I have came in she has sold me something that either doesnt work or doesnt fit what I need it for. Even after I asked to make sure it would work and she said yes but then it didnt work for my product I bought it for

This place is a one stop place for anything that has to do with smoking! Cannabis, tobacco, they even have Kratom if that is your thing. Honestly youd be better off trying to list what they dont have instead of what they do because they are well stocked. The staff is friendly and helpful. Check this place out!

Called and immediately put on hold. I hung up after 15 minutes. The interaction was, Vapor Maven, I am going to put you on hold, and I did not even get to speak a word. Thats okay, I will gladly take all my business elsewhere. What a joke.

Great selection and knowledgeable sales person. Think they may need more than 1 person in shop helping customers. It was very busy and some people can be very rude if they have to wait for to long.

Sold me a vape that hits randomly by itself all the time for at least 39 seconds straight to burn 5000 puff elf as in hours, I called 9 times over the spam of an hour with no answer or callback.Got through withdraw before shopping here pls it’s easier on the mental

I like this place because they have always been friendly to me and point me in the right direction. They are very knowledgeable about their products and services but are also willing to research and learn things. We have exchanged information many times, always trying to see whats new and exciting in the Vaping World. From new more modern electronic versions to the original old school battery-to-coil set ups. The person who helped me was very nice! I purchased an Aegis Hero and some Blue Dragon vape juice for a decent price! I would def recommend and I will be back!

Grinders are overpriced by an added on 40$. Doesnt have ritual or the liqua italian vape juice. I love their pre rolls without tobacco. Redhead guy knowelagable and does NOT try and up sale you like some other employees. Glass pieces are good priced.

The lady that works there with a cool hair style help me with exactly what I needed. If you are tired of buying disposable vapes and want something thats refillable then she can help you out. After spending so much money at a nearby vape shop. They didn’t understand I was trying to get the similar taste and hit as a disposable vape. Great communication.. my new shop to go no questions ask.

I actually work there now but this is after a year of being a very devoted customer, The main reason is because of the now Regional manager John Strickland ... That man has a heart of gold and lends a helping hand to anyone in need for vaping needs he loves to help people get off nasty cigarettes ... He helped me Major when I first walked into his shop ... Now that he deservingly got his promotion another employee of the company got his well deserved promotion... None other than Johns son Josh he is now showing great strides to become a kind and understanding manager Im so happy to work at this company and with these people ...

This store is the better store in my opinion. They have the lighter colored Beetle Juice (Great In House Juice flavor) Always someone super nice in there who like to strike up a quick conversation. Also this store has lots of smoke shop products as well.

I would give it 0 if possible. Pen did not work within a week and no help what so ever. Very poor service and attitude

This is the most worst experience ever...if I could give them no stars, I would. My fiancé’s pod had cracked that he had bought a couple of weeks ago shortly after he started using it and then he went in to buy another one with no complaints or asking for his money back. Once he bought his new one and he stepped out of the store, he checked to make sure it was fine and it was but once he put it in his vape, within ten minutes it had cracked AGAIN! So that’s when he had called up there to inform the guy that sold it to him about 15 minutes before it had broke. The guy didn’t offer to give his money back or a discount or anything, he just said to go buy another $10 pod....what...you just saw him buy it. Worst place ever. Way too overpriced too.

Waaaaay over priced, especially with the amount of vape stores/smoke shops in the area. This girl sold me on a battery & talked up the TWO warranties that came with it but when it didn’t work for me & I went back to return it she said it wasn’t possible bc it worked just fine for her. I still can’t get my battery to work properly & I went in within the 14 days she specifically told me about. She never even offered an exchange for the product or anything. Terrible customer service & with the outrageous prices I will not be going back. Disappointing

Staff threw an attitude the second I walked in the door. Didnt even greet me. Belittled me and where I parked when you cant see where the parking lines are due to the snow. Theres better places in the area.

When I came in, there was only one person working. She helped me with everything I needed, and still took care of everyone else!! I highly recommend!!

Ive found my favorite vape store, and it is Vapor Maven! This location is very well lit, very clean and stocked full of goodies. Lots of juice, mods, and so much more! Shout out to John for always having answers to my questions, offering suggestions and most importantly being very kind and ready to help!

Great little shop. Had broken my glass on my Cloud Beast & this was the only place within 20 miles of Raymore that had replacement glass. Dude was really friendly as well.

Two guys were sitting at the end of the bar vaping I said Id like to buy you guys a drink what will you have? They both said at the same time ,vinegar and water! The moral of the story ,dont be a douche!

I have had nothing but trouble with a vape pen. I wad told the glass in this particular pen is easy to get, and have replaced. The glass pops and brakes while Im vaping. With allot of work, a week and a half old receipt from my first pen, they werent sure if it could be replaced because I brought it in with a BROKEN glass. Between warrensburg location and Lees summit location, Ive had only bad experiences!! Warrensburg DID replace my pen with the exact same pen. They kept my receipt, and even going over how tight to tighten it, and not crank on it etc. Still popped the glass, it has leaked oil out of the intake from day one. Now Im just screwed! Cig-X seems like they bend over backwards to help. And has good customer service. Im going there next! I give up on vaper maven!!

Make absolutely positively sure that the vape you buy is something you want. I was sold a vape that was promised to last all day and now have to constantly charge, and because its not faulty I cant return within the return window. Im stuck with a vape I hate and no one could help me.Long story short. Dont trust whats told to you. Do your own research first.

Customer service is always horrible, and I have witnessed this shop sell expired products multiple times, and give no refunds even with product still in package. Scam artists.

These people don’t stand behind their product. They don’t give you a receipt because they won’t allow returns, even if it is within 24 hrs, they recognize you, and you show them your bank debit.

They have a great selection. Prices are a little high, but if you need something they probably have it!
