Robbi is the best. Being the only master esthetician in the state, she is very knowledgeable about the skin. You can be confident that you are getting the best facial for your skin type. After just a few months, my skin feels hydrated and looks brighter. Fine lines are less apparent. Not only that, but she is so pleasant. Wish I could see her every day!!

Yesterday was my 3rd hydrofacial with Robbi. She is very knowledgeable and you can tell she just cares and wants to help you look your best. I have received several compliments after my hydrofacials and I would definitely recommend Robbi. She is an excellent esthetician.

Everyone here is so nice and I love that there is no contract. All of the therapists are great but Matthew is my favorite. Each month costs me as little as a nice dinner out but far more valuable!

I’ve been getting massages here for years and just recently started getting hydrafacials with Robbi. She is THE BEST and my skin looks better than ever! I called AGAIN, every single location didn’t know where there manager was or how to contact them, the only one who had a manager at any point today (2 damn hours out the day) was Overland Park location they were great and helpful . Blue springs and Lees summit have children working the desk who don’t have an answer or a prayer to help with any situation .. ever . To take someone’s Money then cancel their membership , with no refund OR service they just paid for WHEN THEY SHOULD HAVE been canceled is insane. I won’t be back. I will dispute their charges and anything else going forward ! I want nothing else to do with this business it’s been nothing but awful experiences then entire time, no accountability or care for customers. Highly disappointed my other family members (6 of us) were members for years and can see the MAJOR decline. After this experience .. my entire family is canceling .

I had my first Hydro facial at MassageLuXe and this experience was AMAZING! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The facility was very clean and gave a calming, peaceful feel. Robbi Edwards was my esthetician and she did the best job!!!!She took her time explaining things and is very knowledgeable. When I left I could see a difference in my skin. My face felt tighter, looked tighter, was hydrated, and glowing!! I made it a point to schedule again, as I trust this esthetician and already see a difference. After being a loyal customer for about a year I am seriously thinking about canceling my membership. I had a massage booked on Sunday and I got a stomach bug. I called and switched it to Monday because I thought I was feeling better. Monday I was worse off than the previous day and asked if I could reschedule again and was told that I would loose my money. I asked to talk to a manager twice, and they said she would call me back and that never happened. What I think is funny is that they can call you hours before an appointment to cancel, and dont compensate you for your inconvenience, yet you try to cancel, and they charge you. Not happy!!!

I had a HydraFacial with Robbi the experience was great. I didn’t leave soaking wet! I’m excited to continue monthly to see the results. I have very dehydrated, aging skin.

Robbi is the best esthetician in the business. My hydrafacial is next level when I go see her. Make sure you ask for the platinum hydrafacial. She is easy to talk to and I truly feel Im hanging out with a friend when we have our sessions 😁.

Ive been to this location exclusively since Ive moved to the Missouri side. I always get a professional experience. Casey has probably been my favorite, but she, Tirzah, and Beth all have done great deep tissue massages. Today I went for a 3rd trimester prenatal massage with Mykesha, and it was PERFECT. Absolutely wonderful. I will definitely be back before my due date!

This profession is so very highly UNDERRATED! The ultimate self-care is taking an hour or two and focusing on your own wellness. The folks here are caring, professional and so good at what they do. I got a facial with Allison and an hour massage with Mykesha, I truly came out feeling completely relieved and stress free. Love having a great body therapy, professional place so close to home! They were okay. Except they kept on charging my debit card even though I wasn’t going to them anymore. Everyone needs to look and see if they are charging you even if you don’t have an appointment.

I was really let down, half the time he was using one hand. Then ended 7 min early, after starting a few min late. The masseuse I got was just subpar.

Its likely the gal I had wont be working there much longer, but I picked my head up twice and cleared my throat loudly in an attempt to get her to resume the massage. She had one hand moving slowly back and forth in the same spot for longer than two songs played on the tape making it clear her other hand was navigating social media or text messages.It was a first for me! I had a healthy and intentional conversation with the manager as the therapist herself was not available. I have waited a couple weeks before posting in hopes of a follow up with an explanation or resolution, so at this point, as a paying guest, I am inclined to give one star for both the service as well as the management of the franchise. Sorry 😔

I had the hydrofacial with Robbi and it was fantastic! She is very knowledgeable and professional, this woman knows her craft and does it well.

Canceled my membership. They never have enough staff there for massages. They have “basic trained “ therapists. I had high hopes. The aqua massage bed is nice but it doesn’t make up for everything else. The front desk staff is sub par at best. I had to go out of my way clear across town to cancel your monthly membership. They will not allow you to cancel on the phone. It’s unfortunate because I had a lot of friends to send your way. We will be going elsewhere.

I have been to another MassageLuxe location and decided to try this because its actually closer to my home. The instructions on the tablet that I used to fill out my paperwork told me to hand the tablet to their therapist. When the therapist came she said, Take that back to the front. She was very robotic, just going through the motions. I jumped twice and said ouch at least once from the pressure being too intense. She ignored me and didnt say a word. Gave a robotic speech at the end of the massage and left the room. In addition, during the massage, one of the front desk people knocked on the door and asked if everyone was ok. The whole experience was weird and uncomfortable. I would suggest a different location.

Giving this establishment two stars. That could be generous. I was scheduled for an hour massage on a Friday. Got a call on Wednesday they needed to cancel. Ok, rescheduled for Monday. On Sunday, received a confirmation call, which I confirmed. Well, that was short lived because I received a call Monday morning canceling that appointment. The lady that called was very matter of fact and really didnt offer an apology.While the service they provide might be fair, I wouldnt know because they wont keep my appointment. Good luck using this company. It is not conducive to stress relief.
