I am so happy with Massage Heights! The staff is always so pleasant and kind to me when I come in or when they call to schedule me with Coral. Coral has been giving me deep tissue massages for a little over 2 years now! She’s so fabulous and professional. She always makes me feel comfortable in her care. She has not only helped my back pain but also my upper body pain. I will continue to keep seeing her until my husband learns her tricks which will probably be never so I guess she’s stuck with me :) thank you so so sooooo much Coral!

I had a great experience! The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. My massage therapist, Phill, was fantastic as well! He gave extra care to the areas I’d asked him to and checked in several times to make sure everything was good. Thank you all!

Taylor has been nothing but amazing. I am pain free all the time now. I cant wait to see her again 😍 they offer good deals and specials throughout the year.

The massages and massage therapists are great, but I somehow lost about 20 to 30 hours somehow of built-up time. They made me pay for a bunch, or I was going to lose them, so I did, and they still took them away. I was also supposed to be grandfathered in at $40 a month, but they have continued to raise the cost to where I now pay $70. Once I use up what time I have, I will be canceling completely all together.

I love massage heights and my therapist Laney! She does an amazing job. She listens to me when I tell her my focus areas and has been the only one to ever truly relieve the tension I have. I highly recommend her.

Have seen Tam at Massage Heights Summit Fair many times. She is outstanding. Very responsive to anything I need. Adjusts pressure and focus areas depending on how I’m feeling.The administrative people are helpful and friendly. They’ve noticeably improved over the past year.

I have been a member for over 10 years. They are professional clean respectable. Do a wonderful job with being proactive and taking care of them through. Excellent customer service. I keep coming back.

Erika Chase provides exceptional massage therapy, which is instrumental in my recovery from hip surgery. This place has went down hill. I have been faithful member for seven years.Initially, I had a membership that included a monthly elevation. Over the years I had asked if there was a different plan without the elevations, because I hardly ever used the elevations, I was told there was not.In 2023 I found out otherwise. There is a package without the elevations, which was less expensive.I was able to change my plan to this package in the beginning of 2023.Now mind you I had been paying extra and not using the elevations for many years.I spoke with Becky (management) assured me she would speak with the new owners and see if we could turn my elevations into Massage dollars.I spoke with Becky one more time about this and I was told I could not convert my 12 elevations into massage dollars.I requested a call from the new owners in the spring of 2023. Becky assured me I would hear from them. Which I never did.I continued my membership only because of my therapist who is fantastic.Now the Independence studio has closed and merged with Lee Summit, I asked one more time if I could turn my elevations into Massage, I was told no. I asked them “so what you were telling me is I will just lose my elevations if I cancel my membership?” Their answer was yes I will lose my elevations.I had my last session 9/25/23 with my therapist who is leaving the Massage Heights organization. Therefore, I have canceled my membership as well. And I assure you they could care less!

I tried buying a gift certificate before Christmas last year. Granted I was tired, it was close to the holiday and I ran in to get my GC. The associate gave me some kind of contrat for 3 massages. Turns out my husband who has broken bone disease cant get massages. Well months later I tried to use the gift certificate and found it was only good for him and it was expired. So Im out the value of 3 massages. Dont understand what the associate sold me but I gave them cash and I got zip!!

On my first two treatments with Brielle, she eased the arthritic pain and tingling in my hands, arms, neck, and back for several days.

Coral is great if you want a form or deep massage!

Friendly customer service and location, however the massage therapist talked my moms ear off during the *entire* massage. We gifted a massage to her and it was supposed to be a relaxing time for her, but the gal talked about herself and her politics the whole time and I was frustrated that my mom didn’t have a relaxing experience that I wanted her to have

The staff is great and therapists are good. The problem is they cant keep therapists, so as soon as you find one you like, they leave. It is also IMPOSSIBLE to get booked. I pay a monthly membership, but cant get in for months at a time. This corporation needs to pay and treat their therapists better so they stick around and dont jump ship...maybe then they could be staffed enough to actually use the monthly membership program. Id cancel my membership, but then Id be out all the unused credits I have accumulated...insert eye-roll here.

I have been going to Massage Heights for the last six months for prenatal and postnatal massages. I have been very happy with the staff and facility! The front desk is always friendly and helpful. The Massage Therapists take time to discuss my needs and focus on the needed areas. Each time I leave feeling like I just had the best massage yet. The facility is always clean and relaxing. I will keep coming back!

Cancelled my membership, & it has been a nightmare getting them to STOP PULLING MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT. Multiple calls, its always we will have someone call you. Called again today when they pulled money. Was told there was nothing they could do for a refund. BEWARE IF YOU ARE SIGNING UP.

I absolutely lovvvveeee this place! Taylor S. is amazing! Her hands are magical! I decided to purchase a membership and it has been the best decision I’ve made in a long time! This place has a staffing issue. We have been doing couples massages. We schedule in advance because it is hard to get scheduled for these. When we were canceled in the past it was very random no big deal. I was canceled this time and it was right before our massage. No one could get us in. This was beginning of April. Since this we canceled our membership and scheduled our remaining time. Since then I was canceled last week and again today. I just want to get this over with and be done with this company. This seems to constantly happen to me. This place is horrible.

I’ve been getting massages for about 5 years now and I’ve had my two best masseuses from Massage Heights. Hanna and Talon are amazing! I’ve had a few others that were decent and one that was 15 minutes late getting me into my appointment (my reasons for rating 4 and not 5 stars). But overall, the establishment is friendly, clean, peaceful, and I would recommend this place to a friend.

Always friendly staff to greet when you walk in. The entire place is clean and spotless. I have never had a bad massage there. I have been getting massages for over 25 years. I especially enjoy my massage is from Andrea. She is hard to get in to see but worth the wait!

I purchased a membership to Massage Heights at the end of May and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to come here and improve my overall well-being. Since coming here and seeing Andrew, I have felt less pain and more relaxation in my daily life. Andrew is great at deep tissue massages and tends to your individual needs. He also does a great job paying attention to your body and explaining what is going on with your body. He truly cares! Everyone here is very kind and the environment is relaxing and clean. Super disappointing experience. As a new client I went in excited and open minded definitely considering a membership. Sadly it was probably the worst “massage“ I’ve had. The actual massage started at 10-12 min after the hour and ended at 5 till. So that’s a 45 min massage, not 60. The actual hot stone portion was such a let down. Zero pressure. Just warm stones brushing the surface of the skin. No actual rubbing of anything post epidermis, just brushing the surface...? During the massage there was a loud crash that was very startling. My neck and back are still so sore. I had a $100 gift card and just left it all to the gal. $59.99 for the massage (over priced for the experience) and $40 tip. Whatever. Not worth returning. I would never pay $99 (full price) for that experience. Maybe the person I got was new?

They even have the sound of the ocean waves, and other great calming sounds...so nice and private and quiet in the room.My Therapist Tam, I dont think they come any better. She is out of this world. I did a hot stone massage today and oh how Heavenly.Everyone there is so kind and caring. The girls at the front are as kind as can be. How could I say much more. It doesnt get any better than this. I was EXTREMELY impressed when I visited this establishment! My youngest daughter had booked their services as a Fathers day gift for me. BLESS her HEART!! The attendant was very personable, courteous and entertaining. I felt soooo SPECIAL! The masseuse/Therapist was VERY attentive and therapeutic! I selected a deep massage but when I saw this small, petite waif of a woman, I KNEW that it wouldnt work and I wasnt going to get what I selected. Looks can most DEFINITELY be deceiving because THIS Therapist had Herculean STRENGTH and was able to GET the job DONE!! I was provided the service I paid for and HAD to leave Sheri a tip for a job well done and for her therapeutic voice and professionalism! GO there and ask for Sheri! I guaranTEE that you will NOT be disappointed! I scheduled for ANOTHER session in July and may go EVERY 2 months to TREAT myself AND for self-care/maintenance!:D

My therapist Sara is amazing. If I cant book her Ill wait until she is available. Very personable and she has great techniques that help my problem areas. Im very active in sports so Im often times sore when I go and she takes care of me every time.

My daughter, who has special needs, has been going to Massage Heights in Summit Fair for a year now, receiving monthly massages. She has seen numerous massage therapists and enjoyed everyone of them! She loves the foot scrubs and hot stones especially. The staff has been exceptionally kind and welcoming to her at every visit.

Such a great, relaxing environment! Everyone is always so nice and professional. And Hanna H. always gives the greatest massages! The monthly membership is definitely worth it. I’ve been a member for two years now and I’ve loved every minute of it!

This location does not even deserve 1 star, but 0 was not an option. I had a membership with Massage Heights about 2 years ago at a different location and I really enjoyed their services. I recently moved and contacted this location to schedule a couples massage for my husband and I. During checkout the receptionist and I discussed a new membership terms and pricing and I agreed I would like to proceed. As I was reviewing the paperwork I realized the receptionist added an elevation to my membership at a higher rate that I did not agree with. I questioned this and instead of changing the membership level to what I agreed to, the receptionist tried to force the more expensive package on me and continued stating that most people get the elevation and if I did not it would cost more to add it later. This completely frustrated me and I asked to cancel the membership in its entirety! Needless to say, 1 month has passed and Massage Heights has charged my credit card for the membership....at the price she wanted me to have. I cannot believe a company as reputable as Massage Heights would do something like this. I called the location directly and the person I spoke with was nice and understanding and stated she would reverse the charge but there is no explanation of how this happened. I will NEVER do business with any Massage Heights again!

I started my membership here when I was pregnant with my son. I went into labor hours before an appointment. They didn’t charge me for the appointment and made it easy to pause my membership. It’s been 3 years and I still have a membership here. They are absolutely wonderful and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’ve never had a bad experience here.

I decided to get a membership when pregnant with my daughter more than 5 years ago and havent looked back. It is so helpful for both my physical and mental health. Ive been seeing Taylor for a large portion of that time and she is wonderful! Only downfall is you have to be sure to book ahead with her because she fills up, understandably so!

I would highly recommend this business. I have found that I need a message at least once a month to control shoulder pain. The membership price is the best price anywhere. I have always used the same therapist and have been very pleased with how she works with me to address any particular problem areas. Thanks to everyone at Message Heights.

Been here several times, but wont be going back. Its aesthetically pleasing, therapists are good, but it is only a 50 minute massage, not 1 hour. The worst part of this place is a few of the front desk staff! For the most part, they do not know how to run the front end! They take forever to get through the computer system....it seems like its always about 15 minutes just to get checked out! Seems very disorganized. I asked for hot stone, but nobody told the therapist. I had to ask her halfway through, and she said they forgot to mark it. That is only 1 instance out of several incidents that I have dealt with there. Too many other places in LS to get a massage, so no need to tolerate.

I have been going to Summit Fair Massage Heights for 5 months now. I had a problem with the muscles on my back and arms-it was very painful and I could hardly use my arms. I see Alisa every week-she has been a wonder! I now have full mobility! The office is clean, always smells wonderful and everyone is friendly. I would highly recommend them!

Im not a review writer, but Ive gotten so irritated by this I have to write one. Ive been to this location maybe 10 times. The therapists are pretty good, but not one time have I had a massage for the entire hour. They bring me back five minutes after my appointment time and finish 5 minutes before the hour--thats a 50 minute massage! I imagine since they book on the hour they need some transition time between clients; so advertise/sell 50 minute massages--not hour massages. Ive been to many many facilities; Ive always been massaged the entire hour but not this place. Seems nit-picky, but when you buy a 3 hour package, go three times and only get 50 minutes each, thats 30 minutes Ive paid for but dont get the service in return.

They are on top of their communication to remind me of and confirm my appts via text messaging which works best for me. My masseuse does an amazing job and the front desk customer service is spot on! I have a monthly membership and that is the way to go 100%!

Massage heights has a little bit of everything. I particularly enjoy Joshs massages as do many people because hes constantly booked. 😁 Since I do have a monthly membership it makes it easy for me to add elevations. If you have never had hot stone therapy before it is totally worth the $25!

Ive been going here for over a year now. Everybody has been wonderful and i have felt much better as i work in a physical field and need the deep tissue or heavy pressure. The stagg is knowledgeable and professional! I would recommend them for your needs. They even give you some coaching on ways to improve flexibility.

My husband and I have regular couples massages here and we always feel like we are very well taken care of. No matter what dates and times we need they always find a way to make it work for the both of us to come together. The relaxation of a regular massage here is unmatched.

DAVE KOPP IS THE BEST MASSAGE THERAPIST AROUND!!! We got a 90 min couples massage with hot stone (highly recommend hot stone!). Overall extremely clean professional and relaxing atmosphere. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from therapist Dave Kopp. Dave was clearly knowledgeable about massage therapy and totally put me at ease. He did a phenomenal job on my massage and made me feel like a million bucks. Dave was so nice, easy going, incredibly skilled and created such a relaxing experience for me. I will certainly be a loyal customer of his in the future. I had a very pleasant experience while my husband felt that his experience was not up to par. My husband, on the other hand, was given a female therapist that did not apply adequate pressure to his body even after asking for the hardest pressure possible (so it didnt feel like much of a massage to him), so that is the reason why he was dissatisfied.

Im a Physical Therapist and have been going monthly for 2+ years. Ive been pleased that my favorite massage therapists have stayed with the company for long periods of time. And, the front desk staff have been very helpful to work with.

I came here once with a gift card. I will say the massage was better than 3 stars, however, I DONT like the fact that in order to rebook with her I had to join some massage club. I would be far more likely to be a repeat customer if I wasnt forced....

My husband and I have been a member for several years. The staff and therapists at this location have been warm, friendly and accommodating. My go-to therapist is Margret. I suffer with chronic pain and need a firm pressure therapist. Margret and her healing hands are a gift.

I have used Massage Heights numerous times, and have always been very pleased with services, as well as staff. Moved out of state, and sought out another Massage Heights facility. The staff there were very accommodating and cordial. I was back in Kansas City, stopped in to schedule. I will never again go to Massage Heights. The worker was rude , and not even willing to give me the time of day.

I always have great service here! Lots of options in massage and additional services, plus many professional and talented therapists. Andrew is fantastic at deep tissue and always helps me feel better and recover faster from my sports training.

I went in toward the beginning of june and got a couple massage with Lindsey and Mary. They were both very polite and courteous. The atmosphere is calming and inviting and the staff up front is so inviting and informative.

After being a member for three or four years I cant recommend this place enough. Massage therapist Hannah is a miracle worker and I know without her help I would not be in the shape I am in today being able to handle the holiday stress and regular stress. Treat yourself to something that will help you feel happier and healthier!

The only reason I am giving 5 stars is because of my masseuse, Carmalita. She was amazing, and I feel amazing! The desk ladies did a bait and switch when my husband reserved my anniversary massage, but I would book with her again!

They are not truthful prior to signing the contract about closing your account early. I was told by the front desk clerk that if I changed jobs and no longer had my HSA, which was the choice method of payment I made clear I wanted to use, that I could indeed cancel my membership early or change to a different method of payment if I desired. That is in fact a lie and her way of “closing the deal”! Couldn’t use the money that built up in my account due to covid and then when they were open, the massage therapist I’d been told was my beat fit never had any openings. They got a lot of money from me and I received one massage from them!! Do not waste your money here!!

Massage heights is an oasis in a busy suburb! When I walk in I feel immediately relaxed. I highly recommend a 90 minute hot stone massage with Erika Chase for the ultimate spa experience! The rooms are so cozy and equipped with the latest massage industry equipment. 5 stars!

I signed up for the monthly service but good luck attempting to schedule when you have a full time work schedule. Then canceling was a nightmare, while anyone can sign you up and take your money only the manager can cancel your membership. Took three separate calls to finally cancel. Buyer beware. In the end, it was either pay another 90 so you have 60 days to use your prepay (which thanks to the pandemic i have even more) or cancel now and you get nothing. Nice.

I have been going to Massage Heights for about 4 years and this year I bought a membership. It was definitely a great decision as I am always on the computer and buying a memwbership is cheaper than coming in without one. Definitely advise doing that!

So disappointed in the office staff. I had multiple appointments not get scheduled and the staff was not concerned at all. After the third occurrence, I am then told that I cannot use the package that was purchased for me because it had expired. Wonderful massage therapists but I will not be back due to the lack of quality staff running the desk.

Massage Heights seem to have over sold memberships. We can rarely get in without scheduling months in advance and often time we get a last minute cancellation. Very, Very disappointing. We will be cancelling our memberships and looking for a better managed operation.

I love the me time ! I have never had a poor experience here and all the staff is super nice. Andrew is amazing but Id have no problem recommending any of the therapists here.

You notice how they dont answer the reviews regarding cancelling memberships? Thats because no matter how many times you send emails, call, beg & plead to have your membership cancelled, theres always an excuse as to why it cant be done. This location is a scam.

THE WORST customer service. I bought gift cards for mothers day for my wife and mom. They failed to mention the 2nd massage is twice as much as the first. And apparently gift cards are nonrefundable. Good way to lose customers.

I’ve been coming to this location and seeing Hilary for about 4 years now. When I first started coming, I lived in Lee’s Summit but now I live in the northland and still make the 40 minute drive to this location because she is so great and the staff is so wonderful!

Sherry is pretty and all of the staff is incredibly kind! I really enjoy how Tam and Margret are able to target the areas that are causing me the most pain.

When you ask for a deep tissue you expect to get a deep hard massage. All they do is have fragrances and oils to make it seem like it is a good massage. Not relaxed and no tension was released. Not going back

I not only recommend Massage Heights, but I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Tam. Book early! She fills up fast. You won’t be disappointed.

Massage was okay... But she only spent about 5 minutes on each of the areas of concern. The part that REALLY bothered me was that the massage table headrest literally smelled like a sweaty asscrack.

My therapist Taylor is outstanding. She is very thorough and uses various methods to help with problem areas. I have used hot stones and cupping.

Very disappointed to say the least. For the past couple weeks ive called multiple times trying to get an appointment. Everytime I call it either goes to voicemail or I get placed on hold. If I get placed on hold they never pick the phone back up. Guess ill have to try another location!

The massage therapists are wonderful. But this is definitely a cooperate chain. Really regret giving them any money. Sigh. Live and learn.
