The owners take too long to get the Kratom I use for pain. The employees who work there are great people and awesome customer service. If you need vapes or juice I’d def recommend check em out. Sadly I will be ordering my Kratom online directly from the brand now instead of going there.

I have shopped here twice. On both occasions Dennis has been more than helpful. He has taken the time to educate me on a variety of their products, ensuring that I am able to make an educated decision. It is nice to shop in a store with staff that is passionate about their products.As far as service goes... 5 stars.As far as products and prices go... 5 stars.You have a lifelong customer here.

I left 5 stars so u will read this. This place looks like a descent establishment when you first walk in. Not only do they sell, expired vape juice but on my most recent trip into Leesburg I thought I would stop by and try again because the vape shop I usually go to was out of my favorite juice. Well, when I pulled in, I saw the owner standing outside, screaming at a nice young man about a parking spot. The kid was in and out of the bait shop next-door before I even got out of the car. Definitely didn’t seem like something. He should be screaming at the public work. I will not be back.

The guy who operates this store is very knowledgeable & helpful, he knows all about everything vaping related. I buy all my vapes, coils & juice from here. He is very friendly, the store is always very clean and well stocked. I highly recommend coming here.

Good stores, helpful staff and they back up what they sell. They will replace failed devices or bad coils. If you normally shop online for devices or coils just be aware they can charge almost double + what you would pay online for hardware for some things. I guess its the price you pay for not having to wait 10 days for a shipment and signature delivery....but they are pretty reasonable for retail prices on liquid.

Awesome vape shop! The selection is really good and the employees are knowledgeable and helpful. The one time they didn’t have what I needed they worked to find a way for me to get an equivalent.

First and last time customer. The consultant/sales person I was dealing with was EXTREMELY rude, condescending, and problematic. Not only did he talk AT me and not allow me to get a word in but he went on to pivot the conversation to his political beliefs and furthermore insult me and my character in the process. I think it’s amazing when stores have employees that are in the know and are seasoned professionals but CUSTOMER SERVICE is paramount when it comes to sales and that gentleman was lacking in that department severely.

Very good verity within this store! Was amazed at all the options and they are one of the few places that sells Delta 8 without it being drastically expensive. Will go back whenever we need a refill :)

Great place to go and definitely recommend. Had a great experience trying some of the many juices and talking to the guy operating the shop. He definitely knows his information and I was very satisfied with my purchases. Defiantly will return for any future buys.

All I can say is that this place is the best. Customer service dont get me started, I walk in with a big welcome, amazing how much they care about our troops. They love what they do. Ive been going here for a while but today when I was there the manager of the store brought up politics which isnt smart in a retail environment. I was fine with it until he started trying to push getting vaccinated on me. I have nothing against people who are vaccinated but its my choice ultimately. This guy is pushing nicotine products at the same time hes preaching vaccines!? Hypocrite!! I wont be back!

Drove by the place several times and when my vape was on its last legs I stopped in. I was somewhat dreading it as I thought I would get hit with terms I had no clue what someone was saying and would be pushed to buy something more expensive than what I had budgeted.The manager of the location assisted me (Dennis I believe is his name) and it was a breeze. Showed him what I had. He showed me different options to choose from and didnt try to up-sell me on something more than what I wanted.When I left he said We appreciate you. (assuming he means my business) and it was something I havent heard in ages and thought it just made the overall experience even better when a local business appreciates you shopping there.I found my vape store now!

Employees are VERY knowledgeable and the store is always clean and well stocked. You are pretty much guaranteed quick and knowledgeable service. I recommend this store to vaping pros as well as those new to the vaping experience. Once I shopped here, I haven’t gone anywhere else for my vaping needs unless absolutely necessary due to being out of the area. You can go wrong with this shop.

So I have loved this shop since I first walked in the store.. Tonight they knocked it out of the park! My vape was stolen while I was out having fun... on the way home I called to confirm they would be open late enough to get there in time, they promised they would wait for me until I got there. The level of customer service is outstanding and I won’t go anywhere else!!You can’t beat their prices anywhere else! They have a awesome rewards program and great sales all the time! Absolutely LOVE this place! Went to viper and they sent us to freedom vapes, spent 200 dollars and got a complete set up for my vape. I tried some of their MANY juices, like the selection they have from mods, to tanks and juices is incredible! Dennis is absolutely amazing! So amazing that the day after I got my vape, we went back and spent another 200 on a vape for my hubby! Dennis is super chill, personable, and knowledgeable! I have recommended them to everyone I talk to so far, and will continue to- for many reasons but mostly because hubby and I love dennis. The customer service you get here is incomparable, 10/10 highly reccomend! Reasonably priced as well, all in all were super happy with freedom vapes and I think theyve gained a forever customer!

I brought in an old device that I had and even though the tank needed to be upgraded, they were able to find a coil to fit my old tank! They are super friendly, knowledgeable about the products, have a great selection of all things vape, and have good prices. I highly recommend

Just moved here almost 2 months ago and, after dealing with another shop’s meager selection and high prices, finding this shop was a godsend!!HUGE selection, GREAT PRICES, and LOTS of Koi CBD products (also at great prices — even cheaper than buying from Koi’s website), including Delta 8’s!! The shop owner is longtime knowledgeable and prizes earning customer loyalty. He hooked me up with the perfect nicotine vape flavor and my first Koi Delta 8 vape and OMG I can see why military vets swear by this stuff!I’m so happy I found this shop!

I bought a whole new system, spent $70. For all.Got it home, plugged it in… nothing.Very disappointed. I’m on my way to the airport and needed/wanted a new system to go out of town with.At this rate, I’ll probably go buy cigarettes.This has been very, very aggravating.Now I will have to wait until I return— which could be September 9 or 10.I have a critically ill brother in the hospital out of state. So upset by this entire ordeal.I will be contacting Dennis when I return.Disgusted.

I was looking for a vape store to purchase eliquid on my way home to Belleview. I was pleasantly surprised to meet Dennis. He is the most knowledgeable person I have met so far. I have been vaping for 10 years and consider my self knowledgeable. Dennis has me beat. He introduced me to Fruit Monster. Wow! It has a complex flavor. Very satisfying liquid. Their prices are the best I have found in the tri-county area. I am a going to be a loyal customer thanks to Dennis.

A refreshing change from the one vape store in Astor. Freedom Vapes has a huge selection of everything vape.The gentleman who answered my questions was knowledgeable and provided answers to each one of my long-winded questions. He took time to not only show me the different features of several vape pens but also how to fill and replace coils and/tanks. He did this without being asked.While I was pondering my choices another customer needed attention. He checked with me first before providing his exemplary customer service to another lucky person. Instead of simply abandoning me with a Ill be over here type statement. Quite rare service that is rarely seen.Definitely use Freedom Vapes. Youll be in for a fantastic shopping experience and be in awe of the inventory.
