6/18/24I came here for a massage since I had a Groupon. I’ve had to reschedule a few times but after speaking with Theresa, I got it resolved and was able to make it in today. This location on Yelp isn’t correct, as they’ve relocated to 501 Darby creek #58. It’s not difficult to find, you just need to look for the numbers in the plaza to find it. It’s located all the way inside to the left side of the plaza, inside center of plastic surgery building. I was greeted and immediately walked to my massage room. Lauren was my therapist and she was absolutely excellent. Very courteous, attentive and gave me a great relaxing massage. I would highly recommend everyone to try out this place and give it a chance. The reviews on here don’t seem to give this place justice.

Booked a 1 hour couples massage for my husband’s birthday, and they were so great and accommodating, even with the snow and weather! It was cozy and the heated massage tables are a nice touch. Comfortable and relaxing. We are visiting from out of state, and it’s hard to know about a place, with out seeing it first, but it was lovely and they did a great job!

I had purchased one of their discounted massages from Groupon during a Mother’s Day promotion. I booked online and received a text from Theresa saying that they were full and couldn’t fit me in. Then I rebooked roughly a week or two later and the same thing happened. I booked a third time and they had a maintenance emergency. She then offered to refund me the money which I agreed to. I actually forgot about it and then I was going through my emails and remembered and checked my bank account and never received my money back. I contacted Groupon and they said they contacted the merchant and they declined the request because the voucher had been redeemed and used. I even sent them the text messages between us and still declined. So long story short, I would not book with them. I trusted that the girl would take care of things, but then I just got ripped off.

They definitely dont close at 7. Booked at 4. Snow storm hit while driving there from Cincinnati causing major traffic issues. Let them know we would be late. Google has wrong address for the business and we were using Google maps. Had to turn around making us later. Business has 0 sinage outside at new location making it very hard to find. Appointment was scheduled for 60 min massage plus 20 min foot massage strawberries champagne etc plus other things lasting well over an hour. Paid 250.00 . Arrived at 4:55 and was told we could have the strawberries and champagne but they couldnt do any of our services. She stated she had to pick up her daughter at 515. Im not sure even if we arrived at 4 how they were going to fulfill what we paid for by 515? Also I asked if we could just reschedule for another day just for massages. . She said no she had already bought all the stuff, the champagne and strawberries and wouldnt do that? Very bad business. I kept constant communication while trying to get there and find it. Her excuse was that the correct address was on my emailed receipt? Not once did she tell me they were at a new address. Why would I look at the address on my receipt? I pulled up the business online and mapped it. She didnt tell me until we were already driving to the other location that the address changed. Very disappointed and a 250 lesson not to pay ahead of time.

I am a therapist there and was there at 4:00 when the appointment was supposed to be and was scheduled. We sat around for an hour and a half waiting for these clients to show. After giving them detailed instructions on the new location, an invoice email with the new address on there, sever text messages with the new address and phone calls. Also we had to be the ones calling several times to see where they were. They ended up driving around still trying to find our place after we gave them all the information. They finally got there just to tell us they were going to reschedule because they had dinner reservations. That is something that would have been considerate to us to call and let us know. That way we wouldn’t have bought strawberry’s and champagne and spent all that time setting up then waiting around. They both through a tantrum like toddlers when we we’re professional about the whole situation. At any doctor’s office or spa , massage spa. If you are late then your appointment is automatically canceled and you are charged and there is not a refund . We were nice enough to wait around and be patient. And we close at 6:00 not 7:00. All of this that this lady is saying are lies. I was there and I witnessed it all. Moral of the story is people do have lives outside of work. Also READ the emails and pay attention to the details like change in address. It was very unfair how we were treated after trying our very best to accommodate these clients.

Me and my husband went here for the romance package for our anniversary and it was phenomenal from the chocolate covered grapes and strawberries, our favorite wine and the set up was very nice and romantic both of our massages was relaxing and peaceful I definitely recommend.

This place is amazing!!! Teresa is 1st class!!! Enjoyed the atmosphere, staff and most of all, their professionalism. Pamper yourself!!!!

I had received this as a gift for Valentine’s Day and just used it a few weeks ago such. I had a great time at, the Girls Day Out, spa day. I brought my sister in law along with me and she enjoyed it very since, it was a first, for her. Theresa and Ashley were amazing, they treated both of us like we were their bestfriends. Plenty of laughs and relaxation that was, much needed. Im looking forward to going back real soon! Thank you for being good to us!

Yes! Yes! Yes! This place is a hidden gem! We love it here! Theresa and her staff go above and beyond to make sure their clients have the best experience. I’ve been a few times and my skin always looks amazing. Theresa, the owner is absolutely beautiful and looks very much younger than she actually is. I can see why. Her facials are the best! Ashley & Alyssa are wizards! We have never had a better massage! Don’t hesitate! You will become a repeat client after your first visit

Great atmosphere and great people. They are accommodating, the place is super clean, and they really tailor the experience to you and your needs. Loved the champagne, plush robes and shoes that my mom and I got as a special touch for our girls spa day package :)

Had a girls spa day with my daughter-in-law for her birthday. They made it very special for us! Wine and pampering! No better way to spend the day!! She still cant stop talking about it! We did have a few snags, but Theresa is the ultimate professional and made sure we were still spoiled!

I love the atmosphere here, once you find it! It’s a bit difficult to locate the suite, because you have to go around to the back of the building and up a staircase, but once you enter, you’re in a relaxing haven. The decor and ambiance are fun and the massages have been great. I’ve been maybe 4 or 5 times for massages, and they’ve always done a wonderful job.I took off a star because it was a little difficult to redeem Groupons and make payments other than using cash (which I never carry anymore, so maybe that’s my fault…) and also because I like to get massages to relax and unwind from my stressors, but one time when the massage therapist first entered the room and started the massage, she broke the ice with, “So, what do you think about all this crazy stuff that’s happening in the world these days?” 😳 I tried to deflect the conversation, but I would think she would’ve been better at reading the room…or that appropriate conversation topics would be taught in Relaxation Massage 101 or something. But otherwise I’d highly recommend MiAvery!

We purchased the girls day package! Would HIGHLY recommend. Great service and amazing atmosphere!!! I will be back, it was a much needed relaxing time that way exceeded my expectations.

We had a Groupon for a couples massage and it was amazing. Beautiful place and the couples suite was very nice. We both felt so relaxed the moment we walked in the door. Wonderful masseuses who really focused on our needs. I highly recommend MiAvery. We will definitely be back.

Booked a appointment with Theresa for me and my mother to get a massage, she canceled on us 2 hours BEFORE our appointment, when we were driving 2 hours to see her. been asking her over a month to send me a refund and till nothing. won’t even answer me. a

First time at a massage parlor and right from the start, my masseuse and I had a lot of specific things in common so we ended up talking the entire time and the hour I booked flew right by. The massage was great and worked wonders at bringing some much-needed relaxation but the conversation was where I walked away the most satisfied. I recommend and most likely will go back at some point.

We scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance, only to have it cancelled because they sent a text that if you dont respond within 45 minutes to confirm the appointment, it gets cancelled. Any other place I get confirmation texts, theyre sent the day before, not 3 hours before the appointment. And they definitely dont have a 45 minute window where it gets cancelled without a response. They said they sent an email to confirm the day before, but they didnt every ask if email was a good communication method, and it was never seen.This was supposed to be a birthday gift from my SO, and when she tried to check to see if it was actually cancelled immediately after she received the cancellation text, they did not respond for an HOUR. They expected us to respond within 45 minutes, and then funny enough, didnt respond for an hour. She tried calling SEVERAL times and left voicemails, but never got someone to pick up. After they did text back an hour after the cancellation text, the text exchange was extremely unprofessional on their behalf. They were quite patronizing and rude. I have posted the text message exchange along with the review so you can see what I mean. If youre looking for a professional experience, keep looking.Edit: the businesses response speaks for itself

This place hands down was a great experience and investment for your self! If you have been wanting to just kick back, relax, and let the worries slip away this is the place for you! We will definitely be back!

Ms. Teresa and her staff are warm welcoming and very professional. Best massage all-around, comfortable atmosphere. Every visit is a adventure to say the least, its an experience. I was told I used a Groupon voucher that I didnt receive. The day I supposedly used it was a day I was working. The voucher was stolen. I lost 120.00. Plus the day they claimed it was used on a Sunday and they are closed that day.

RUDE. Confirms appt morning of. Complained their payment methods changed so bring cash or a payment app for tips. Said we would bring cash if we tipped, meaning cash is the way we would tip. They go off on how much they dont get oaid and need tips. Oh ok.Later they cancel our appt because a therepist got in a car wreck. Oh ok.
