Has my favorite juice there banana ice by fruitia. Never get vape tongue from that flavor of brand. They have your vape & delta needs. They dont have kratom or kava, though.

This is my favorite vape shop in Lexington, they have better quality and tasting e-juice compared to the other vape shops. Awesome rewards program as well.

Went in here today with no idea about vapes.. the girl running the counter explained everything to me, got my first rig started, filled up, showed me how it worked, and got me ready to go! Super nice girl that explained in detail every question that I had. Give that girl a raise! She definitely deserves it!

We had a conversation with the Asst GM of the store and she was very friendly and helped us out so much. She cared for how we were treated poorly in one of the other stores and wanted to correct the problem, even years later after it happened. You should have a great experience in this store.

Very rude staff walked in the guy working there was laying on the couch kissing what I assumed was his girlfriend asked to see an RTA 4 times he finally got up and threw it on the counter like it was annoyance he had,to do his job AVOID THEM ALTOGETHER. Added note since my review I have spoken to the store manager Brandy which I can honestly say is very nice person and the owner Frank is a very nice person well and they actually went out of there way to take time out of there day and discussed the problems with me. I WOULD RECOMMEND going to either Alt Smoke simply because the management and the owner will go out of there way to make sure you have a great experience

I have been going to AltSmoke for almost 5 years now. I have never been disappointed with my visits. I love the reward program and enjoy reaching my $10 offs. The staff is always able to help me choose a juice I will enjoy - Im very hard to please in that area. I am always greeted when I enter any of their locations and always thanked for my business. I have purchased all my devices with them and they always help me find the one I will actually love. I like that the fee for the juice testing (thanks FDA) covers all that is available. It is nice to now have to locations to visit incase one store is out I dont have to try a whole different vape shop. I will continue to keep my buisness at AltSmoke.

They are always amazing... My go to in Lexington. Wish there was one around here. I can’t smoke nik saltz bc it gives me migraines. So, I opted with 24mg regular nic levels. Thankful they now have nicotine packs that are tasteless and can be added to any flavor to get the desired amount of nicotine u want.

My husband and I have been checking out all of the vape stores in town and online and have found BOTH locations of AltSmoke to be the best as far as convenience, selection of products, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and the Helmsdale location is convenient for us and it ALWAYS has what we are looking for. The staff is always friendly and they know their products and answer any questions we have. Thank you so much for having such a GREAT place to come and sample products and suit our vaping needs. Either location will be the ONLY places well go from now on!!

I went to Alt smoke Andover and a gentleman named Spears waited on me. He was incredible!!!! He took his time to help me and couldnt have been nicer or more patient. He fixed the problem with my mod which saved me a lot of money. He could have said it was broken and I needed a new one but he didnt. He was honest and I appreciate that. This is definitely where Ill spend my money. Thanks Alt Smoke for hiring honest people and thanks Spears for being one..

Lexingtons Best Vape Shop! All the people Ive dealt with are knowledgeable and friendly! Great juice selection and plenty of devices. Pricing is very fair and better than other similar shops!

Very helpful, very polite. Vaping has helped me not get back on cigarettes, and I loved my cigarettes. They care about the products they sell, and why theyre selling them. Not to mention the rewards program, which is awesome! Thank you guys, keep fighting the good fight!

The last three times I came into the store there was 1 person working. They never greeted me nor helped me. I was trying to buy a new Juul but they were too busy helping 1 other person and totally ignored myself and my boyfriend. We go there because of location but we will never be back nor refer others there.

My husband shops here. He loves this place, they have great prices and a wide variety of products. The employees are super friendly.

Stopped by yesterday to try some new liquid and the test battery was dead. I asked the employee for a charged battery and he refused and told me to lick the liquid off of my finger instead. 100% serious. Avoid this place like the plague.

Wouldnt sell me a vape. Even though Im 33 years Of age. Even showed my ID.

Always great customer service but I dont know if it is because of the covid or not but some supplies are limited quantity from what they have had.

Love this place i go here every time i need juice coils or a new mod the only vape shop ill go to now, there friendly, kind and will work with you on what fits you best
