Jocelyn gives amazing facials and massages. She is very informative, kind, and always willing to answer questions and adjust techniques when needed. Front staff are helpful and kind as well. Always an enjoyable and relaxing experience!

Customer service needs help. I tried to purchase a gift card for my daughter for Mothers Day. Nope! Even though I live an hour away the only way to do it is in person.

Wonderful experience every single time! The ladies up front are all super nice and Maria always does an amazing job!

My husband and I went here for facials. We couldnt book at the same time, so we just did one appt after the other. We both had Lynn, and absolutely loved her! Both of our faces were noticeably different after we left. He had the 60 minute, and I had the 90 minute with scalp massage (it was hard to stay awake, but somehow I managed!). We both joined and are looking forward to going back to see Lynn again, as well as schedule in some massage time!

The staff was very friendly and super nice. My massage therapist Sarah was awesome. I booked an appointment online so the pricing was a little confusing and different than what they charged in store. I could have done a 90 min session instead of 60. Besides that, my experience was great and Ill definitely be coming back.

Bryan and Carlena are the best massage therapists. Absolutely amazing. The membership here is not beneficial though as you get charged for services even if you are unable to schedule, which happens often because they are soooo booked. I missed an appointment due to waiting on a Covid test and forgot to cancel. When I explained this was the case I was told it was too short of notice and they would be charging me for service. They were unwilling to be flexible on this so Im going to cancel my membership which will also be a hassle since you have to come in and fill out a form. I will still be charged for the massage I missed AND charged for another months of service. Ridiculous policy to have during a pandemic. Booooo tomato tomato.

The massage therapists are all very knowledgable. I like how each therapist has their own kind of specialty. The estheticians make you feel relaxed. They address your skin concerns right away & give you a great plan to follow after. Karleigh cleared up my skin in no time. Im more confident than I ever have been in my skin. The front desk staff is VERY helpful as well. Any questions you have, they will help you with. The manager is very professional & kind as well. I love my time here at Massage Envy.

My sister and I were looking for a sisters weekend massage. We called and made our appointments two weeks in advance and when the day came, they lost one of our appointments. They could not fix it and we had to cancel our plans. Not worth the time and money if they cannot keep track of appointments.

Ive never had the urge to stop a massage session untill i visited this location. I asked for firm pressure, said shed been doin it for 17 years and just couldnt do it so im not sure why she listed firm on her form.

Be careful when you sign contract as when you decide to stop your contract, you are only allowed 60 days to use your remaining visits. I experienced this and it is hard to get an appointment. Sometimes when I would call it might be 3 or 4 days to get scheduled!

Signed up for a membership, then later decided against it because the employees told me completely different things. Canceled my card due to them continuously trying to charge my card after being told I dont want their service. Fast forward a month later & I have 4 more attempts to charge my canceled card. Do you realize just how uncomfortable this entire situation is?

Love massage envy! My membership is $50 per month for a 50 minute massage. If you miss a month, the massage rolls over so you can do 2 the following month. Ive liked all my massage therapists and I really like the new online scheduler. Highly recommend!

If you need an amazing massage, I highly recommend Naomi at Massage Envy. I had a full body deep tissue and I feel like a new woman now. Shes absolutely phenomenal. The women at the front desk were so helpful and welcoming. My entire experience was wonderful.

I enjoy the ambiance of the spa -- dark, quiet, soothing music, heated massage tables. I have had a few therapists, but Deb is by far the best. She remembers my preferences and is very thorough. Best of all, she lets you relax during your massage! No excessive small talk like Ive been subjected to in the past! Deb is fantastic!

I would not recommend this place. I guess its okay if all you are looking for is a cookie cutter massage, but if you are wanting anything besides that, such as a prenatal massage, then no. I called to schedule one and they told me they offer a 30 minute one & a 50 minute one, but not to do the 30 minute massage, basically saying i could only do the 50 minute massage even though i told them at 40 wks pregnant, Im not going to be able to sit through a 50-55 minute massage. They were very pushy & rude.

I am a LMT. I had a 90 min massage 2 weeks ago. I am still in pain from the massage. Even when I told her what I wanted I still did not get it intil I just asked to to stop. I would go other places for sure. Oh and even when I tipper her for putting me in more pain then when I came in. The front girl said that is all you are giving for a tip. WTH I have been to other Massage Envys this was by far the worst. She never once rubbed a whole muscle. 😒

10 out of 10 would recommend. Great customer service, and great massage therapists. My favorites do deep tissue but they are all great!

They are great people to work with my massage therapist is great at what she does. Prices, specially those for members, are worth the money spent. I only wish I had the money so I could go more often.

Esthetician was nice, but “paid” two services (upwards of $120) for a 40 minute treatment. I’ve had plenty of microdermabrasions before but never paid this much for so little. The room was cold, I wasn’t covered, no knee bolster, no asking about my comfort level. I finally asked for a blanket. No face, hands, décolletage massage. Nothing. Will definitely never do another micro here. But, the subscription for the other services is about “fair” (key word being subscriber).

Excellent customer service, from the time I stepped in the door to my service with the message therapist. I’m an out of town guest, but I will make it a point to get a massage at this location when I’m back in town.

Not sure why people are giving bad stars. Everyone there is super nice. Misuse was super nice and we talked a bit. They got me in same day! Will def go back. Thanks team.

Well worth the monthly fee...Experienced therapists and you have the option to add on facials, stretching, or extra time to your session. They also sell some skin products. Pleasant, relaxing atmosphere.

Great service and friendly staff but prices are way to high for most people. I think they should lower their rates and increase their business and make a lot more people feel great and enjoy a great massage.

At this point you have to book your appointments at least a month in advance. They keep loosing therapists, yet keep adding new customers making it harder and harder to get in with the therapist that you prefer.

Great massage, if you can ever get one, always booked out so I would not recommend paying for the membership.

We came in with 4 ladies 4 facials 4 massages. It was a very relaxing day.The staff was super nice and informative. We loved it.

Ive had several therapists and all have done really well. Ive also been given tips on things to try day to day to help resolve my tight muscles and shoulder issues.

I needed the massage and the service was good. However the masseuse was talkative.

I was told they had staff who did reflexology massages but the person they paired me up with only had basic massage knowledge. Very disappointing!
