Had an appointment with Hallie today for lymphatic drainage and tension release. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable and targeted specific areas of need. She took time to explain the procedure so I understood what she was doing and why. She also took time to explain ways I can work on lymphatic drainage at home between appointments. Planning to keep a regular appointment. Highly recommended!

I was suffering with lingering back pain for 9 years starting with my first pregnancy and worsened with the next two pregnancies. This place is an extremely relaxing environment and I absolutely loved my massage! I was blown away when I woke up the next day with ZERO back pain! A week later and I am still pain free! Unbelievable! I will definitely be going back!

Debbie approaches her work with extreme professionalism as well as being personable. She is highly skilled and does an excellent job of letting the client pinpoint specific areas of discomfort. Diane has such a calming and personal approach to clients. I always feel Comfortable in her care & she is very intuitive when it comes to finding what my body needs, primarily deep tissue and myofascial release. Ive seen Diane for both deep tissue massage and myofascial release. She has an amazing ability to find and release deep tension gently and effectively. Specifically, her myofascial release work is like nothing Ive ever experienced! After the release, I feel relaxed, pain and tightness has been alleviated, and I have more range of motion and ability to move freely.

I have been a client of Kelly’s for over a year. She started out helping me with back and neck pain and once those were resolved she moved on to address pain and tension in my hands and arms caused by repetitive motion in my daily work. She has also worked with my son on lymphatic drainage to reduce swelling caused by Lyme disease and the results for both of us have been much greater than we ever anticipated! Kelly’s previous work as a physical therapist is evident in her knowledge of anatomy and how parts of our bodies relate and react to others. How a problem in one can be caused by, and in turn alleviated by working on adjacent parts of our body. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking medical based massage therapy. She is truly amazing!

I had MPFL reconstruction 5 days ago and started lymphatic drainage with Debbie 3 days post op. I was honestly scared that I would have pain with it but it was so relaxing and gentle. The next day my swelling was down and have continued to do it every day with her. I highly recommend this to all post op surgery patients. Debbie has magical hands. She is so knowledgeable and continues to educate herself and her patients.
