Guy wouldnt sell my boyfriend a vape due to the fact that I called and asked about a vape. He said he needed to see my ID cuz Im the one that called. I literally called for my boyfriend, he was driving.

I don’t recommend this place to anyone! I was sold a flavor that I was told was the same as my normal (which they were out of). When I tried it, it was absolutely NOT similar. I took it back. They wouldn’t switch it out because I opened it. Of course I opened it, I was told it tasted the same. The manager Tim was incredibly rude and not helpful. I will NEVER go back there.

I normally dont have problems with this place, I stop in off and on between a few different stores. I would like to give a 1 star review but normally have good experiences here. Today must not have been the workers day, he was extremely rude to me. When I walked in the store he didnt come out of the back room for about a minute. Then all I asked for was a new wick. I asked if I could provide my phone number for points which I guess annoyed him because he was disrespectful. I ultimately decided to take my business elsewhere. Maybe work on your customer service.

Great staff and very helpful in choosing the right product or juice for your devices. Always friendly smile and the process are decent. Yes you can get same stuff online for a bit less but you dont get to try it before you but it and you get it then and there instead of waiting for it in the mail. If you are interested in vaping then give them a shot, Im sure youll like it.

Amazing place to go. Everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful. Ask for Amanda. You wont be disappointed. She is so skilled and knowledgeable about everything there is to know and more about devices and all the juices. I always rely on her for her expertise!

Great first experience yesterday. Staff was super knowledgeable and very friendly to a couple of 50-something old timers looking to try something new. Explained everything so we could understand and get started. This will be our vape shop!

Great staff. They always hold my juice for me because its a super popular flavor. If they dont have something, they call the other stores for you so you dont have to drive around. We wont go anywhere else!

I always get my juice here. Theyre knowledgeable and friendly. Never had a problem here. Big variety of basically most anything.

I have been a customer for over 2 years here on a weekly basis. I have spent quite a lot of money on there products and I am baffled at the customer service I am receiving. I purchased 2 mods for $155 a month and a half ago and one of them quit working. I went in to see what they would do to fix the problem. I came to find out that they wouldnt do anything or honor the manufacturer warranty on the product they sold. I cannot understand how they can sell a product and not honor the warranty. I can say I will never go to this business again. They wont stand behind their products and I will not shop at a business that doesnt have enough confidence in their products to honor their warranty. I would strongly suggest everyone to go to a business that honors their products.

If you are a good looking girl they will give you better deals. If you buy a nice mod from them and it breaks due to defect they will not help you. Employees make you feel like you are lesser than them and are very awkward. Will not be going back to them again.

Always a pleasant visit! Customer service here especially is phenomenal. Zach helped me out today and recommended a new flavor (escapades 2.0) definitely a new favorite that I can branch out to when I’m feelin something different! Always a fan of the professionalism and courtesy demonstrated at lincoln vape!

I usually go to the location on O st & they’re amazing, helpful and have good prices. I’ve had to go to the other location just because I was in the area and both times I’ve been unpleased with them. Their prices are higher, and BOTH times my pods for my Zero burnt right away or after 3-4 days.. When I go to the one on O street I’ve never had that issue with pods, and never paid over 30$.... Currently using my 2nd pod out of the two pack because my first one burnt in less than a day and tased awful, and now this one is doing the same. I’ll stick to the O street location from now on.

This store is very welcoming, great selection of (both salt nic & free base nicotine) E-Liquid, nice mods, rdas, tanks, pods, ect. Employees have been very courteous and helpful when Ive been there just looking even! I would recommend this store to anyone trying to get off of cigarettes or other vapors looking for a vape shop or secondary vape shop.

Great place. Military discount, great customer service and good products. I literally have not had one bad experience yet. I had a factory defective part and got it replaced with ease. Keep it up!

Helpful, knowledgeable staff that never tries to upsell you, just get you what you need. Rewards program is a plus.

Ok, so I always visit the store on 40th & O At. There is a young lady that always seems to be working when I go in. The owner(s) have gold right there, she is always so very helpful and kind. She is very knowledgeable of there products and I had a question about my Voo Poo Too and she was on it knew exactly what to do and showed me a few tricks. I wish I could remember her name, Ill call her glasses with the long dark hair. Thanks for your help everytime Im in!

WOW!! Very classy. Now this is a vapor shop!!. Just what you thought a vapor shop should be. The selection of vapor devices are top of the line. If you cant find it anywhere else in town, its here. If you cant find it here just ask and theyll be happy to get it for you. And their vapor juice is extra, extra tasty. OUTSTANDING. oh, and dont forget that beautiful fish tank

Kind of disappointed in their selection. Only had 3 bakery flavors. Only came in one size which I thought was over priced. I normally go to big red, but I was close by and wanted to try this place. I think I’ll stick to my regular place.

I use my membership carr everytime I come in to earn a free juice, and still never have received on, after buying 7 of them. Everytime they say 1 more ..i decided to try a new juice and come in and Im told I have to pay to try them in a very rude tone .

Over priced and terrible customer service. Go anywhere else besides lincoln vapor they sell you broken merchandise and wont replace it. They also refuse to look at a vape that youve bought there 2 weeks ago because it quit working even though its under their warrenty. Owners obviously dont know how to take care of their customers, Ill be driving the extra 5min to g&g from now on. Thanks for nothing Lincoln Vapor hope you enjoy my money you wont be getting any more of it.

In the last week i have spent about 375.00 in their 2 stores. The staff could not put the purchase points for the customer rewards on my card, and obviously i could not use them either. Instead the sales staff tells me i can come back another day when so and so is at work because only they can correct that problem. To top it off the entire time i was in this store, one of the sales guys female freinds was in having her coil replaced and re wicked while she sat on speaker phone at the counter shouting. Need less to say we left with out purchasing anything els. Went to gns vapor and was treated how it should be. Maybe they could train the staff here.

Its a good vape shop. Bought a nice pod system with Finest juice for 80$. Came with 5 coils. Definitely recommend.

Has a wide selection of flavors with a very helpful staff. Topped off with nice atmosphere and a try before you buy lounge, it is an A+ vapor shop for all your vapor needs.

Not very honest people... tried to con us into buying new mod when didnt need to.. Just wanted a tank fixed.... never again will we shop there!!!

They thought my real ID was a fake, when I offered to call police to check it, they told me to leave. Worst vapor shop in Lincoln. Never returning, such a shame, had only received excellent service in the past.

Absolute rip off! Bought a mod and it broke after a month and a half. When I took it back they wouldnt offer any refund or even a discount or a replacement. Anything after 15 days you are SOL. on top of that theyre rude. Stay away from this place or you will regret it.

Im fairly new to the vaping scene. I have found that most stores that sell vaping supplies the staff are quite eager and readily available to answer your questions. Like myself who likes to vape to be vaping instead of using it to quit smoking as many people do. It can be overwhelming at first with all of the many vaping devices and Vape Mods in trying to decide what device you want. Then some of the devices are only for certain certain vape juices. Some devices are not compatible for CBD oil, so you may have to consider that when picking out your Vape device.But the staff at Lincoln Vapor will help answer all and any questions you may have.

Wish they had a bigger selection of normal juice but great staff.

The people are great personalities and very helpful. The reason for less than a five star rating is a smaller selection of hardware than Im used to seeing here.
