When you walk in, it’s extremely clean. Crystal clear glass counters and faced product on the shelves. Very aesthetically pleasing. Giovanni (I hope I am spelling his name correctly), is a gentleman who just moved here from the Pacific Northwest and was such a pleasure to converse with. He was extremely knowledgeable of the shops’ selection of disposables. What a treat to be able to stand there with him for a few moments talking about life on the west coast. Awesome store, awesome employee… 5 BIG STARS. Hope to see Giovanni in there more often. I will be stopping again.

On memorial day before closing time, the employee at the time cleared all of my rewards points. He said sorry and he says the manager would fix it. Its been about 3 months and I checked in again about it for the 4th time after being lied to and ignored about the issue from a handful of workers. I came in today to get some products and addressed the issue again to the employee and today the employee called me back and says the manager doesnt care and wont do anything to fix the issues and he apologized for it. Ill be shopping at a new vape store due to this experience and lack of care they have for their customers. I was shopping here for 8 years and the amount of lazy and rude workers I run into, Ive had enough of it over the years.

Absolutely love this place! The two guys that always help me are so sweet & always pick good flavors for me. If I could give higher than five stars I most definitely would. Keep up the amazing work!

Went to buy pods for my wifes vapes and the person in the shop did not know what the vape was, which is fine. Called his boss and asked if the pods that they had would fit and the boss said yes. Went home to try them and they did not fit. I immediately called the shop back and said they didnt fit. The employee got defensive and said my boss said they would fit and obviously I wouldnt have called back if they didnt. After he said they would fit I said well they dont what do we do now he hung up on me and refused to say anything else. I hope the 16$ was worth losing a customer.

Its not often I feel the need to post a one star review but the customer service Ive received here is absolutely horrendous. These people will happily tell you a price that is below sticker price. I understand mistakes happen but to be told that I shouldnt worry about the discrepancy because most people wouldnt worry about 1.99 the point is your employees misguided me. Had the opportunity to make it right and decided to go for the sale and let me walk out without informing me properly.As for who I spoke to today. Youre apologies are nothing but an admission of guilt as you clearly believe it was possible as if it has happened before. Its a shame youve lost my business and recommendation over 2 bucks but most people wouldnt worry about it right??

I have absolutely no complaints here. The employees were friendly and helpful without asking. They also were very knowledgeable about the components they sell and components they didnt have. Also got a good recommendation on flavors Id like after a few questions and they didnt disappoint. Would recommend to anyone looking for vape, mods, and coils. Or if you want to learn more about it and get started vaping.

The staff was great, very helpful. But the selection of flavors was rough. They carried maybe 4 or 5 in 6mg. Ended up having to settle for a mediocre flavor. Props though for being open later than anyone else in town

The worst customer service I ever see. I got a vape form this Shope. It was under warranty. The first day I toke my vape to the shop the salesman tell me that the coil need to be changed , I told him ok. he changed it. Still it has the same problem it was leaking the juice. The other day I went I explained him that it is leaking he cleaned of with cotton and he is telling me that it is not leaking I showed him the leakage even. he is telling me I can’t do anything it is weird! This is not an answer.If it is weird fix it or change it that’s it.

I am new to vaping and have been having some trouble with my battery and today I went into Lincoln Vapor North and I cannot thank the 2 gentlemen behind the counter enough!!! They gave me so much information that I had not gotten from the previous stores I had been to and explained to me about charging my battery correctly to the fantastic customer service I received making sure I understood how to use my battery correctly. I will definitely be coming back!!!! Thank you to you both!!!! (I am not good with names) 😊😊😊😊😊

I really dont wanna stop shopping at Lincoln Vape but if whoever orders product for you guys isnt either fired or berated into doing better at his job Im gonna have to go elsewhere. For the last 2 years Ive had less and less of a reason to keep shopping here because stock is either bad or inconsistent or just out for months and months at a time. I know for a fact Im not the only one who thinks like this, and this business is gonna go down the drain if the stock guy doesnt change himself soon. What happened?

I have been coming here for some time now. The service was pretty good but now that the CDC said you don’t need to wear a mask if fully vaccinated I feel businesses should relax on requiring masks to shop. Due to Lincoln Vapor STILL REQUIRING masks I will no longer be shopping there. There are way too many vape stores I can go to.

Def one of the best vape shops in town. A hidden gem. I get great one-on-one assistance, from the knowledgeable staff every time. Zach can help with anything you need. He knows things I didnt even know I needed to know! Nothing pushy...he apparently just loves vaping and wants to share what he knows so others can enjoy the experience as much as he does. If you are at all intimidated this is the place to go first. Top shelf, without a doubt.

Lots of cool stuff inside, very clean and organized and a little vape bar inside. Got GREAT deal on Black Friday. Of course i wasnt to buy a new mod, but it is VERY beautiful and works great, unlike my older ones. They have 120 ml bottes. I dont see those at the ahop i used to use when i lived in a different part of town. Staff is great, too.

2 times Ive come to this location and both times Johnny was totally rude, not helpful, degrading never have i ever experienced worse customer service in my life.....if the employees on Ost locstion where not so awesome and helpful Id find a new vape company to go to...however I will never go back to the North 27th st location again.....

Im always travelling for work so I never know which city, or even state, Ill be in. I was in Lincoln for five weeks and the people over at Lincoln Vapor North made me feel right at home. A wide selection of hardware to choose from and knowledgeable staff to answer all my questions. I highly recommend this shop for out of towners and locals alike.

One of the worst vape places ever. I will take my money somewhere else. I will also let everyone I know and my entire company will not continue to shop in such a horrible customer service shop. The employees are rude and self centered. Ive never seen worst customer service. I see this company shut down with in the next 2 years.

The gentleman that helped me was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Very clean store and had a great supply of just what I needed.

Great staff. Ample selection of devices and juices. Super relaxed atmosphere and experience. All this and more make this my favorite place to go for all my vaping needs.

Bought a defective disposable and they wouldn’t swap it out even though it was within the 24 hour window they said nothing was wrong with it because it didn’t misfire when I was in there and wouldn’t exchange it. Definitely not buying from there again

All the staff members are super nice. They are always willing to help. The juices are great ( I highly recommend escapade 2.0 or the original)

Love the shop, great selection of mods, tanks and juice. Their house juice is phenomenal, I recommend Escapades 2.0 or Sweet Cheeks if you like fruity flavors.

Amazing! Needless to say I drop a lot of my hard earned money there...but I dont smoke cigs, and they always have great deals. These guys always give me a good laugh!!

Tried to return bad coil....we dont sell those anymore he said...so I guess wont go back to a store that unloads bad products on unsuspecting customers then discontinues them. Wont be visiting Lincoln Vapor after being a long time customer anymore.

Always satisfied when I leave here with a new juice or vape pen, the staff is so knowledgeable, and always knows what they’re talking about!

We walked in to see a couple with 2 kids about age 5, running and shouting all thrugt the store. Seems like the staff is marginally helpfull at best.

Very happy they carry Kanger stuff-not everybody does. Otherwise, just a basic vape shop; you can get what you need.
