Great place to shop just like the store in hot springs But let me say this the staff in this store are professional and knowledgeable . They know their products and can set up up with what you need in your price range. therenot out just to make a sale like a lot of other Vape stores. Every time I come into this store Im greeted warmly and it makes you feel they appreciate your business .

Was upset over a mixup with receiving wrong flavor many months back and posted a 2 star out of anger and frustration when I was unable to swap out for the correct flavor. After trying a couple of other shops I found myself coming back for convenience & selection. The guys working there have always been polite and helpful, and showed me to a great upgrade for a great price. Their customer loyalty program is great as well, very impressed with the money - back rewards. All in all Im glad I came back as they seem to be the best in the market.

Very cool vape shop to go to! The staff here helped me out so much when I had an issue with my mod not working. These guys are so cool and I would definitely recommend going here and checking them out! The prices are great and the overall experience is great! Thank you guys for all you do!

The employees are great, my only criticism is the inventory is very hit-and-miss. They cannot sustain a continuous inventory so you can never depend on them to have what you need. Great shop but not the one you want to depend on.

Weird drive thru window configuration but at least I dont have to get out of the car for vape stuff! Nice guy working the window, too. They had 4 pack of my coils, so Im happy to save some vs. The single Individual pack.

It is the most sophisticated and classy environment for an individual who likes to partake in vaping and or vaping accessories they help me pick out a nice vape mod and I was pleased at the selection of flavors that they had. the employees were knowledgeable. Respectful kind, extremely helpful, and always knew the correct product that I needed even when it was mostly based on me describing it vaguely would shop again and would recommend.

Madelyn is the best. Chris and I love stopping by just to catch up with her. She’s down to earth and has the best customer service. Don’t go to that Abbey Road place...Vapor Stop is the only place anyone should ever go.

The store itself is pretty big and very nice. there is a bar where you can test many many flavors. theres a seating area for lounging and vaping. I consider this the nicest vape shop Ive ever been to. the staff is very easy going and funny, they make you feel at home. there is a large selection of flavors, brands, mods, and tanks. overall my favorite vape shop and I will recommend it to all of my friends. Great experience

New to the game, and John was the best at setting me up! Premium juice is not offered in 18mg, so Im going to cut down with my next order this week. I will agree with Kevin in the regard of the employees seeming to be to chill with customer service. That could be due to the newness of the industry and relaxed atmosphere. I disagree with the 2 star over his flavor issue for the same reason. You go in, sample, hang out, double check your juice, pay and walk. Just because you order the same juice, how do you prove you were not trying a different flavor?

Trent from Vapor Stop was a huge blessing when it came to an issue with my mod. Him and the store has ALWAYS been courteous and go out of the way to help customers. Need consultation or am new to vaping. Go to this store. Only this store.

Pretty cool place to get my vape juice from. And the juices are always reasonably priced, and they have a wide variety of actually good flavors. I just wish they offered better deals on mods.

The sale clerk seemed very knowledgeable about what I was wanting. And he hooked me right on up.. if your looking for a ecig vapor,etc they a nice big selection to choose from and very well organized. ..

The employees were nice and helpful every time I go here. I bought my most recent vape pen/pod here and they were excellent in the purchasing process.

I have gone here about a dozen times and see the same people working there. I am treated as tho they have never seen me b4. The only reason I keep going is for the prices. Not the customer service. I feel as if Im bothering them by shopping there.

Staff helped me pick out a new vape,I got the Smok RPG 40 and 2 bottles of juice all for around 40$. House juices are good, employees k ew what they were talking about

Probably your best option for a vape shop in LR. Large selection of premium juices in a range of nicotine strengths. (They even sell 12 and 18mg eliquids still--products a certain very prominent chain of Central Arkansas stores have completely abandoned.) Their house blends are actually pretty decent too. They have a fair sized collection of mods and RTAs and other hardware. Friendly staff. Convenient location.Definitely check them out. Id definitely pick this place over that aforementioned chain any day off the week.(Side-note: There is only one other small, family-owned vape shop in the LR area that I might prefer EVER-so-slightly, but it on the very outskirts of the county. As such, Vapor Stop is my go-to spot. [Whoo, that rhymes!])

Maddy is SO helpful and always puts me in a good mood. She is a positive asset to this store. I will drive 50 miles just to visit this store.

First time in this store and basically my last. The young man that initially asked if he could help me was quite stand offish!!! All I wanted was some liquid for a KangerTech turbo and he looked at me all crazy and said I dont know what that is¿! Wait am I at a vape shop¿¿!! Yes I was and the next guy made tacky comments about my vape saying how old it was?! Seriously¿?!!!¿??? That was unprofessional and just tacky!!! I went ahead and bought the juice. I wont be back due to the handling of both the guys that were there!!! Tacky service!!! Maybe they were having a bad day,dunno and dont care. Will not go back!
