Well-Come Massage

Came in for 30 minute massage (bc I was told thats all they had time for). Then part way through the massage I was told he had time for a 90 minute. I said ok. I’d come in to have my tennis elbows worked on. I had stopped him a couple times and said “please leave time for the forearms” after a while a had to say “enough… just the forearms please.” He worked on my left arm for a little while then, after taking another call the massage was abruptly ended after one hour bc now someone else was coming in. He hadn’t even gotten to my right arm:( I kept trying to show him where I needed pressure but he’d always wonder off the spot after a couple strokes. The strokes were all down toward my hands instead of up my arm (toward the heart) which any therapist should know is the right way. This was all very frustrating but what really ticked me off was when he charged my card for $71 for a 60 minute massage and I had to argue with him about the time the massage started and ended and pointing at the menu on the wall with the prices. Finally he gave me a 10 back from the register. (Which I gave back for a tip out of good conscious.) I’m wanting that ten back after waking up this morning with my elbows (both) in pain looking for an effective massage elsewhere.

Wonderful massage, easy booking day of normally. Pricing is very reasonable and fair. The foot massages are a great rejuvenator. I like the 30 minute foot plus 60 minute full body. Amy was great recently!

A family run business, convenient, clean and professional. With lots of experience on hand you will leave felling rejuvenated and ready for the rest of the week or weekend.I am a working professional who deals with a lot of stress, I have been going to the manager of this place for years. Very nice, nice massage. Sometimes a little fast with the massage. Sometimes a little too much on the phone and in and out of the room. Saying that, we have been here many times and 90% of the time they are great.

My husband and I booked a massage and he said his was ok but that she pushed a little too hard and massaged a bit too fast. But my massage was definitely the worst massage Ive ever had. No communication as to what we wanted. Didnt ask about injuries or anything. No paperwork just shuffled off to the room and we were like ok??? Do we take off our clothes and lay down now? My massage guy did not speak any English and I told him 3 times that he was hurting me and he just kept pressing just as hard. He rubed my spine and bones and didnt seem to know where actual muscles are located and what direction you should rub. Im so bruised today I cant sit comfortably. He also did some pushing on my shoulders, lower back, spine etc. that was way too hard and hurt a lot. He pushed up on my legs toward my hips instead of pulling giving me sharp pains in my lower back. The hot rocks and hot towel were both way to hot and placed directly on my skin. I almost screamed out when they set them on me. I have fibromyalgia and my skin is extremely sensitive. Not relaxing at all. Pulled my underwear down too far and i had to pull it up a couple times hoping he would get the hint. I felt uncomfortable as my arms were left hanging off the table too long making my hands tingle and hurting my shoulders, and then he kept rubbing his body on my arms..it was awkward. I dont think it was intentional to be creepy RE the rubbing his lower body againt my arms, but as a massage therapist you should be aware of how you are touching someone with any parts of your body while reaching the client on the table. The head massage hurt like he was trying to push his fingers through my skull and they didnt put any support under my knees when you flip over so even just laying there was uncomfortable as i have lower back pain. I almost stopped the massage 4 times but I didnt want to ruin my husbands massage who was in the same room. I have never wanted a massage to end until THIS one. I was so happy when the torture was over. I paid and tipped a little because I just wanted to leave. Honestly I was surprised since there were a lot of good reviews. Unfortunately I have no idea who the guy was who did my massage as he never said a word till flip over and all done. He never said his name.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the newly renovated, under new ownership Well-Come massage spa, and I must say, it was an absolute treat for the senses.The spas renovation has truly transformed the space into a tranquil oasis, with plush furnishings and a peaceful atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The reception area is welcoming and modern. I was impressed with the massage rooms, which were spacious and immaculately clean. The massage itself was nothing short of amazing. The therapist was skilled took the time to listen to my concerns and customize the treatment to meet my specific needs I would highly recommend this newly renovated massage spa to anyone

Everyone needs a little Mo in their life! Mo gave me the best massage I have ever had. It was thorough, he concentrated on the tight areas in my neck and shoulders, but did not neglect the other areas. The space was clean and inviting, with soothing music. The staff was courteous and friendly. I would recommend them to everyone!

I have now been to Well-Come twice. Once for a 90 minute combo foot/back massage and once for a 60 minute body massage. This place is new, clean, comfortable, relaxing and I will be going back. The price is competitive and Jenny, who did my massage, was the best I have ever experienced.

Great massage. Really got deep into my muscles to break up any stiffness, a little too deep for some tender areas but masseuse adjusted immediately after voicing any discomfort. Very clean establishment, looks and smells clean as soon as you step foot into the building. Towels and linens smelled freshly washed. Friendly and respectful staff. Will be returning. Good location for me.

Mo truly has a gift! Astute, genuine, courteous, respectful, and he knows what he are know what he’s doin! He not only found several knots and tight spots on his own that my other massage therapist has been missing for month, and still actively listened and responded to my concerns. He payed attention to the sounds my body was making, acting quickly but gently on analyzing the state of my beat up athletic self, and accurately took action to address the actual root cause. Truly looking forward to my next visit!Oh, and they have multiple male masseurs in case you have a preference. I’ve found I difficult to find places with males on staff. 🙌

I recently visited the newly renovated massage spa, and was blown away by the experience. The space itself is beautiful - modern, clean, and serene.I would say the massage it’s self was incredibly relaxing and left me feeling renewed and refreshed. I highly recommend this massage, to anyone looking for a quality relaxation experience.

Very good spot if youre looking for an affordable massage, rather than the atmosphere of a spa. Scheduling was easy, massage was inexpensive... environment was underwhelming and massage therapist began without asking if there are any areas that needed to be addressed or focused on. Full body massage was good overall; however, some areas of improvement could be noted. Therapist put a lot of pressure on some areas like neck and shoulders, so I have some pain following the massage. BUT if I had spoken up more about wanting a lighter touch, it would have been more enjoyable so Ill still give the place 4 stars overall.

The massage was amazing. The shop was very clean. My daughter and I went together and both therapists were excellent. I am going back next week. I highly recommend this business.

This is my second visit to Well-Come Massage and let me tell you they do NOT disappoint! Two reflexology sessions with two very different and wonderful experiences! The staff is friendly, the music soothing and the massages are out of this world! Today it was perfect after a 3 mile hike it was the perfect end to a great day! They defiantly have a life long customer with me and I will bring my friends with me. Today, I brought my brother in law who was visiting from New York. Its great to do alone or with someone you love. LOVE THIS PLACE!!

I just went for my first time and I will be going back! Amy did a wonderful job. I got the combo 30 minutes of bodywork and 30 minutes of foot massage and it was absolutely wonderful.Very relaxing and Amy knew all of the muscle spots to press and massage so well. Highly recommend.

Great massage! I had a sore back, went to my usual place and had a terrible massage. A few days later my backache was worse. I found this place by mistake but they got me right in,. I was directed to a room told to start face down. The massage therapist came in when I was ready. I was concerned that nothing was said, she just got started but it didnt take her long to find my sore back. She dialed right into it and worked all my knots out! One of the best massages Ive had! No words needed, I dont like taking during a massage anyways. A day later and my backache is a memory! Ill be back!

Jenny and the staff are excellent at identifying your bodys sore muscles and using proven techniques to get your back, shoulders, arms and legs back into shape. I would highly recommend.

Well-Come Massage is under new management and they increased their prices by almost half. The massage was the worst massage I have ever received. I honesty felt the man was falling asleep. During paying they displayed a tip chart which I feel was rude and made me feel uncomfortable. Plus, the chart was completely unrealistic.Im so sad Well-Come Massage is under new management. A place I loved that really helped me with my back pain is now gone.Come back pervious owners...come back!

This place is a gem!!! Best massage Ive had, and Ive been to all the high end spas and chain massage places. The prices are an unbelievable value. Deep massages and reflexology that makes you fell amazing. Forget a $35 pedicure get their 45 min foot massage for $19. Your welcome!!!!

I love this place. My favorite is Combo 2 for 75 min ($40). I have been a regular for a long time. If Im having a rough week or simply need some time for some self-care, this is my happy place. My husband happily sends me over, because I come back rejuvenated and refreshed. Please remember not everyone speaks great English, but enjoy the process and leave feeling super relaxed.

The overall place was very nice. There was nice relaxing instrumental music in the background, and comfortable big chairs where the feet massage take place. I was short so they helped me by stacking the buckets so that my feet could be flat in the water bucket. I got the combo deal with feet and body. For the first portion I was in the chair, and started the massage by soaking my feet while the masseuse focused on my head. Overall, I didnt get anything out of it. Ten minutes was dedicated to the head where it just felt like small rubs in random parts of my head. Kinda like getting a shampoo rub by someone who is going through the motion/ or some one who just started beauty school. Not at all pleasurable, just awkward. Then neck. A rub down from the side of the neck to the shoulder a few times and then a couple minutes focusing on the shoulder itself. Then alternating to the other side. I felt like this was taught to the masseuse briskly, as it didnt focus on anything that would actually feel pleasurable, distinctly relaxing, or beneficial. Then the feet. This was the best part. Overload on lotion much! It was great, as the aforementioned massages lacked barely enough lotion/lubricant to get a good smooth rub. The feet were great. Then arms were a dry bore. Hand massages are always good in my book, albeit however short...Then leg massage, and time to switch rooms. This! This is where I rate the two stars. Id rate one but the hospitality was nice. The next room was a private room, shut off by curtains. Youre to lay face down and be at the masseuses mercy. I am too nice, I didnt want to say anything and thats on me. One does not press on the spine when placing a hand to rest while using the other to massage top opposite part off back. One does not massage the spine by pressing hard onto the spine, directly on it mind you. Or right next to the bone/ on the right or left vertebrae. Nothing of this felt remotely relaxing. I felt uncomfortable and extremely tense, I lost faith in her ability. I didnt want this woman anywhere near my spine, but there she was... When in doubt go back to the spine seemed to be her motto. My spine is tingling since then and its been four hours post massage. I came with NO pain at all, wanting to congratulate myself on a recent promotion and saw the ratings on here and trusted them. I left more in pain and extremely uncomfortable then Ive been... Since any other massage places Ive ever been to. (I enjoy getting massages, haha) This massage service wasnt just terrible, it makes your body worse than what you came there with. Or... Doesnt do anything at all, in the case of my boyfriend who came to enjoy the experience with me. I think the masseuse needs to go back to school... Or just stick to light and rubbing massage for relaxing only...Negative star on the massage. Positive stars for the quality people. So... Two stars is fair?

I never write reviews however, this is the bestttttt massage I have ever recieved. After suffering for weeks from migraines and trying everything, I decided to go in. Lui was caring, took her time, and got kinks that nobody ever has (she even gave me advice on getting rid of my acne naturally). I did the 60min deep tissue massage. You will not regret it! Thank you, I will definitely be coming back. 💆

So disappointed. My Husband got me a gift card for a 75 minute massage for Valentines day. I finally got time enough to use it. When I walked in with my gift card I kept having people SHOVE a pricing sheet at me. They do not speak English. Finally someone waved me to the back for my massage. This is after I pointed to the gift card numerous times where it said 75 minutes for $50 PAID!!!! Good massage, but again no English, so I couldnt tell him my needs. I was going to go get another session and tip my massur. I walked to the door to leave and someone who looked like the owners child was shoving a price sheet at me again and telling me I have to tip him and pay $5 because thats what the price is now. DONT SELL GIFT CARDS IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO HONOR THEM!!! I looked at the price sheet and it is currently $55 for 75 minutes. So, basically, they wanted the $5 and for me to tip him. Im a great tipper usually, but not when it is demanded. I will tip if I want to tip, not because someone is telling me I need to. I walked out. You lost my future business. I would also work on getting an English speaking employee.

Not sure if I will go back. I wanted to try a new closer place. Went in and after a few minutes woman came out. As I was talking she went and got a phone and called someone for me to talk to as she didnt speak English. After I spoke on the phone she got the translation and proceeded with message. I had to try to have her take heat packs off my back twice. The message wasnt that bad. Went to pay and saw the tip chart. Crazy tip prices. I did tip but not according to the crazy chart. My biggest issue no one in place to speak English with to Express what I wanted or didnt want during session. Suggestion at least one person in place that speaks English fluently!

This was the best foot massage, I have ever had. 45 minutes of pure heaven for only $19.99 during their grand opening till 11-15. Very very friendly!! Going back for sure!

The new owner is an excellent massage therapist. Her English is very good. And most importantly, the deep tissue massage was great!

$25 for 35 min leg, foot and shoulder massage is worth every penny. $10 get you a chair massage for 10 mins that I walked away feeling like I got a great deal.

This is a wonderful place for a massage they dont try to rip you off and I believe the mans name is Mark I felt like I was and that movie with Tom Hanks The Green Mile where the person sick he grabs whats ailing him and blows it out I had that experience I go there cuz the Price is Right they dont try to gouge you they could use better beds and more privacy other than that if you can handle a room with not much privacy did this is the place to go
