The staff was friendly and courteous and, most importantly, the massage was awesome! Extremely relaxing and the therapist focused well on my areas of concern while balancing massaging other areas.

I had gone too long without a massage and went into this location with a Christmas gift card. I was very happy with the overall experience with Jenny. Great listener, great massage - I will be back! Thanks again Jenny!

The worst customer service Ive ever experienced. I bought an 80 dollar 60 minute massage, online, through THEIR website, to be sent to my wife. She never received it and my card was charged. Ruined the surprise and left me out 80 dollars. I called the business and they said that the online purchase was through a third party and they dont handle it. Jackie said she didnt even know who I could contact, and that it wasnt their problem. They basically stole 80 dollars and then hung up on a customer requesting the money back. Disgusting.

So the shop is good, nice and friendly, however the therapist didnt check the time slot and wasted the whole time doing things that were not what i wanted. When this person realized the time was up they basically kicked me out mid massage to get the next client. Elle was the therapist. If you get this person make sure you get what you want done first or you may find youself kicked out mid massage due to poor time management. I had to book another massage and am kind of upset that i have to pay twice for what i should have gotten once. I think ill find another place from now on.

Its awesome how many options they give you before your massage about how you would like the room temperature, if youd like the bed warmer on, volume of the music, etc... They also ask for feedback during the massage to see what areas you would like them to give more attention to. The staff is also extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely be going back!Update: Ive been going here for about 2 years and when they can get me in its a great massage but if you need to cancel but dont call within 24 hours of your massage you still have to pay but Ive had them call me the day of my massage 4 times to cancel and once I actually showed up in the studio and they told me my therapist had called in that day, I just think its absolutely ridiculous that if I cancel I get charged but they can do it MULTIPLE times and not give me any free sessions or anything.

While the masseuses I’ve had have been great, the bookkeeping needs work. They could use new software. They won’t give a receipt without you asking for it. The gift cards I purchased were a great deal but it was near impossible to figure out if I was credited and what was paid from my membership dues. I talked to a manager from another location and she was very nice and understood my concerns. Hopefully they’ll get everything straightened out because it’s a nice, clean relaxing experience except for this issue

I recently visited Elements Massage studio in Ken Caryl and what a treat! Megan was my therapist for a full hour and a half. She consulted with me prior to starting and I let her know one tighter area in my back needed some additional focus. She was really able to loosen the tension. She was attentive during the massage asking if the pressure was okay. She also consulted me following the massage providing me some really good tips on how to continue to stretch and loosen the tighter tension areas in my back.As I walked out to the front reception to check out another client had just finished their massage and we both stood there concurring on how great we felt. I commented I should have signed up for the full two hours it was so great. She mentioned she visits every month as part of a monthly membership. I didnt know you could sign up for a membership and share the appointments with family. Definitely will recommend to friends and family. Make sure you ask for the introductory massage price and I recommend at minimum the full hour and half massage.

I love this place! The staff is extremely educated and professional. I have had the best massages, no matter who I see. I know I will always be taken care of. If you have not been to this location at Ken Caryl....please make time for yourself and come here and youll continue to make time to be here, thats a personal testimony . The front desk is so diligent. I think its amazing how reasonable the prices are as a client for how experienced the therapist are. I love the membership idea and courtesy phone calls. Such great client care. I can gaurantee that the owner and manager of this place have set a great example and provide a pleasant , well ran environment here....everyone loves their job and loves being there. Im super impressed.So great.

My boyfriend and I just went in for our first ever professional massage. Jen was super welcoming and helpful right off the bat, and answered all the questions we had about the massage. My boyfriend and I ended up seeing Gloria and Maria, I had Maria and she did an amazing job! I was very nervous about the whole thing with it being my first time but she walked me through everything making sure I was comfortable. My boyfriend has a lot of back problems and mentioned that Gloria was able to really target his specific needs. The center was very clean and the check in process was fairly simple. We will definitely be back!!

I have been going to Elements monthly for the last year. I always have a great experience. Megan is my therapist and she is very professional and gives a great deep massage which is what I need due to my demanding job. They are always great with scheduling and help me find something that works for me, I never wait very long in the waiting room and Megan always has great recommendations after my massage to help me stretch and stay comfortable between massage sessions. The entire atmosphere of the studio is very relaxing. I highly recommend.

BEWARE of signing up for the monthly package and good luck getting out of it. 30 days notice has felt more like 60 days, considering my husband signed paperwork terminating his agreement on 9/1, we were charged for September, and we were just charged again for October. Thus, one star for their contractual stipulations that manage to lock you in as long as humanly possible.My husband has enjoyed some decent massages while there, though, so one star for that.

Not only is everyone friendly and welcoming but the massage therapists are so talented! Each time I receive a massage I feel like the therapist who is working with me is truly listening to my needs and requests. In addition, they are intuitive so they discover and help fix problem areas that I didnt even know existed prior to going in!!! Their massages constantly reflect exactly what I am looking for and need at the moment. I feel like a new person every time I leave that studio!

I got a massage with Kathy and I absolutely loved it! It was my first massage EVER! She did amazing working with me on the amount of pressure! I work as a nail technician so she worked on my a lot and it was so helpful! Im going to start attending regularly it helped my back and mood so much! Cant wait to go back!

We had a wonderful experience and this is such a well run location. The staff, the therapists, everyone is just top notch.Let me highly recommend going to this location. I had to book for a group of 3 people and it was a snap to get that booked with their incredibly friendly reception. They didnt hard sell their package options and they were super helpful in making sure we picked the right options. The therapists were well trained and did an amazing job.

I absolutely love this studio! They are not a spa, but as far as massage goes, Elements Massage Ken Caryl is a step above the rest. I had multiple massages from different therapists, depending on my needs, and I have always been satisfied. But the beauty about Elements is that, even if I wasnt satisfied, they have what they call the Elements Promise. Which means if youre not satisfied, they will rebook you with a different therapist that better fits your needs at no cost to you. And they have a wide range of therapies with different styles and pressure depths to fit your personal preferences. Definitely worth giving them a try!

My husband and I have been members for a couple of years now and have always had good massages here. I feel its an excellent value and the membership not only helps make massage more affordable, but encourages us to get massages on a somewhat more regular basis. The massages we have had here have ranged from good to excellent. The front desk staff is always friendly and professional. If you are new to getting massages bear in mind that there are different styles and approaches. If you don’t love your massage try a different massage therapist.

I have been a member for 2+ years. The staff has always been friendly. My therapist Kyle is one in a million. He is very professional and has always been intuitive to my needs. Great deep tissue massage. I have never been disappointed.

From the moment I walked in the building I instantly felt relaxed by the calm atmosphere and kind staff. They immediately provided me with water and offered a neck pillow as they began to explain the massage processes and the different options available to me. My massage therapist was incredible! He took the time to speak with me about where I was experience pain/tension and what was going on in my life to cause anxiety/tension. He really took the information I gave him at the beginning of the session to heart and customized my massage accordingly focusing on major trouble areas. I would go back every day if I could!! I have been to Massage Envy and a few other places, but Elements really knows how to provide a fantastic customer experience. I cant wait to go back for my next monthly (it was a no brainer to join their massage program- and a great deal!)!

The entire experience was terrific. It was my first time at this Elements and they took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and matched me with Jenn - who customized my massage and made me feel great. I am looking forward to coming back for my next massage.

The entire team at Elements Ken Caryl have treated me like a VIP since my very first visit. I have been a client now for nearly 3 years. I can only give the highest marks to Anne Marie, the receptionists/schedulers and the talented therapists. Most recently, Sam has been providing my care. I am able to return to my duties as a dentist, with no neck, shoulder or back pain, which allows me to be at my best for my patients. Highly recommended!

Very professional and caring office! I came in from out of town and was told to visit this office. Now I know why. From the second I walked in I knew I was in the right place. It was my first visit and they wasted no time getting my history done and getting me onto the table efficiently. They pre-warmed me with hot packs and then got me going with the therapist . I had asked for an upper body massage and I could not have asked for more, except next time I think I will go for the full body! Upon my exit they explained the things that I should do going forward and was all very helpful. Great massage, great people very professional!

Having been to Elements, in Ken Caryl a few times now I can say I have never been disappointed. Therapists have always listened to and addressed any issues. Ive even left with specific hand written exercises to help in releasing tight muscles.Everyone is friendly and making an appointment has always been easy through the polite and courteous receptionists.

I really enjoy my sessions with Adam. He always remembers what areas weve been working on and helps me to set the right goals for my health. Its always a relaxing atmosphere and every person I encounter is friendly and professional. I actually moved across town a few months ago and still make the drive to this location because I love it so much.

Really a nice place to get a massage. The owner is lovely and very welcoming. Every therapist that I have received a massage from has been extremely professional and capable. I require very deep tissue and I have been more than thrilled with the results!

I’ve been a member for a number of years and the staff has always been polite and courteous and always made me feel relaxed. Even with the COVID-19 restrictions, my last massage was one of the best I’ve ever had! As long as you were a comfortable mask you really don’t notice any difference.

Candace is my FAVORITE THERAPIST! She delivers a five star experience and is very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. During our sessions she always kindly makes sure to check in and confirm the pressure and the areas I would like her to work on are being addressed. I have been going to Elements Massage Ken Caryl for about six months. Liz is great. I see her for monthly massages. She is kind, always listens, and is a talented masseuse. She has helped my back/neck issues a lot.

In all honesty, Roman and Samantha are incredible massage therapists. I have referred friends and family to both therapists.My largest issue is the owner has continued to charge my card even after attempting to cancel services two months ago. Unfortunately, I have been forced to contact the attorney generals office as well as the BBB for a refund.

It was my first message and it was perfect! So relaxing and revitalizing. My message therapist did such a great job and was super kind. The atmosphere was very nice too, even the waiting room!

Kind, warm, helpful staff. Spa- like atmosphere with a warm neck pillow while I waited for my turn! Kendra does a beautiful job at keeping a wonderfully relaxing vibe, while explaining what shes doing and being informative about how my body works and what might be the cause of all my tightness.

I came in this morning experiencing excruciating pain in my neck. It hurt to even look to the side! Megan was outstanding and spent the entire hour working on my neck, and now I am completely pain free. If you are having specific pain, ask for Megan! She was fantastic and showed great attention to detail.

Scott addressed my issues in a relaxed yet therapeutic way that opened up my posture and released the built up tension that was restricting my range of motion. Dont let this strip mall service fool you, they are the real deal. If you are looking for results, give them a call.

Call to schedule a 2 hour massage as a first time customer. They ask for my name verify if they need my phone number. I am told, No, we have it on the caller ID. Show up for my 2 hour message. Just to be told Your number wasnt working. We only have an hour available. WASTED time and money, scheduling, as well as paying. Just to not get one what I requested and two was willing to pay for.

I recently visited Elements Ken Caryl and had an amazing massage. Although I moved over 40 minutes away, I will continue my monthly visits due to the wonderful massage therapists and friendly front desk staff.
