I discovered Hot Box about a year ago. Every single employee in the store is always SO kind, helpful, and informative. If you have any questions, they will be truly happy to share their knowledge and help answer them. They also have the option of using a silicone mouth piece thing and trying the vapes before you buy them, which is an absolute money saver.The pre-roll, flower, and accessory section is pretty great too. Again, everyone is so willing to honestly answer any questions.Truly, a great place to be able to go. I love not feeling rushed or overwhelmed when I walk in.Keep up the great job everyone. 💜

Hands down best store of its category in longview prices are always some of the lowest in the area and the products never disappoint. Highly recommend

They wouldnt return a defective blue lotus pen. Got talked down to by this one guy when I brought up the issue. Now Im left with a $35 paper weight I cant use. Wouldnt recommend

They are able to make suggestions on what you tell them your needs are. I found their prices really good compared to the area and great products. Will definitely be back

I would have given this place 5 stars if I posted this a month ago. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable about their products. I buy one particular thing (gummies) there often. The last one I bought had a terrible, terrible taste and smell. I should have taken them back the next day, but I didnt. Meant to do it every day. A couple weeks past and I finally remembered to take them back. They agreed they smelled very bad, like a burnt candle was in there. In my defense I was a loyal customer and have sent them a lot of business over the past couple of years In their defense, almost half the bottle was gone. I still took them at night to help sleep. Just had to tough it out. I thought they might replace the bottle or some type of credit. Wrong. They did nothing. They agreed something was wrong with them but said too much time had past and I had no receipt. Now, Im member of their loyalty club so they could go back and look, but no. I just wanted to be reassured theProduct was safe. They didnt seemed concerned about any of it. They could have at least offered some of their store brand they are always try to push, saying ours are just as good as theirs and cheaper but they didnt offer that. So now Im changing where and possibly what I buy, but Ill do it online. I hate that because I like buying local.

I dont smoke. But I sometimes drop in to pick stuff up for family. The staff is always super friendly and informative. And the store is kept really clean.

Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable of their equipment, and well informed on quick fixes and troubleshooting. Done business with them for awhile and Im always leaving satisfied. Wide variety of juices/flavors and a large assortment of equipment and supplies. Always spend more than planned when going in. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs fast service and experienced staff.

My favorite and only place to go the juices are consistently the same and some places really cant say that. they help with any problems ive had with my equipment. everyone there is friendly and remember my order without me even having to say anything. I actually enjoy going up there. I encourage everyone to give them a chance at least once, you wont regret it!!!!

Always a treat to stop by this shop in Longview! The person that works the counter is always very knowledgeable, very easy going and very nice. I never feel like Im going to be judged when I go here. Which is really important to me. I collect my stickers to get a $10.00 discount on juice for the next time, making it useful to buy the bigger sizes of juice. My husband bought a tank because they didnt have a coil for his bought juice and all there . 2 weeks later had to go get a new coil bought 3 guy gave wrong coils. Drove back 15 minute they closed. We searched for a shop that had his coil 4 shops and no luck . Finally found one. At mafia vapor . We go to get them exchanges today and they were wanting more money when we were told the price before we night them . Sad lost a customer just rude

Not very impressed. Seen alot better. Not very organized. The tester batterys are all very small and really cant taste the difference between the flavors with such low wattage. They really need to hire people with better knowledge. They gave me a bad batch of fluid which they did admited, but didnt replace the coil I burnt with there fluid. Wont be returning to that store.

Ive purchased a few things from here, a mod, tank, batteries, juice and coils. Its not my go to location, but most of the staff is pretty great and will answer any/all questions. I tried a few house juices, nothing out of my ordinary flavor choices, but all of them tasted very chemically or like cough syrup. I would have rated 4 stars, but once when buying coils for a SMOK baby V2 I had a brief back and forth with the employee because I was told SMOK only offered 2 coils, and I know there are three. I couldnt remember the exact one I was looking for, but I knew the wattage range and the two they had in store were not the one I needed. I left feeling flustered because I felt like the employee was being condescending towards me with his tone because I couldnt remember that the coil I wanted as an A3 and they had no knowledge it was even a thing. I dont use my smok tank often so I couldnt recall the A3 at the time or I would have. I will still shop here, but probably only if its for a mod or tank I cant find anywhere else.

Vapor Junction is the best place in Longview that Ive found. They have a big selection of juice and devices. If youre looking for Delta 8 please go in and ask for Arthur, he is the man to ask for. Also stop in and enjoy their Steam Room. Its a great place to sit and chill with friends.

OK honestly they have really good liquid but the pricing is ridiculous its like 50 bucks for 120 mL five years ago when we first started vaping maybe but nobody charges those prices anymore...... like I said the liquids good but its not that good! Its my only reason for giving it three stars I wouldve given it more had prices been set more fairly we all know it doesnt cost but a couple bucks to make 120 mL of liquid if they cared more about customers they would make it more affordable!! Back in the day I used to be able to purchase 30 mL at a time and I would go by there but not anymore 30 mL doesnt last longer than a day and its just not worth the money!!

Nice perk is that they can actually build your liquid within view, unlike many locations that are shady behind sheets (seriously has happened in Longview). So if you vape in the area, go here.
