I would give it a 5 but there is one lady that works in this location that has been rude everytime I go in to buy anything. Her attitude is always like she is pissed because I have a question or picky on something I am paying for. Just feel like we are the customers an your job is to answer questions an take time to give us what we want. The manager an other staff members have been great to deal with. I prefer to walk out if she is the only person to wait on me. I have started goin across town to avoid going in here due to that one employee.

Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. They have a great selection of cigars for the size of the store.

I buy 4 cartons a month. And I wanted to start and roll my own cigarettes. Bridget helped me tremendously. Very knowledgeable. I asked for her opinion on things. She took her time and talked to me. She was super nice and fun to talk to. Shes amazing!!!!! Im on a fixed income and needed some help. Ty.

This place is clean and well put together. Has every kind of tobacco, pipes, vapor accessories of every sort, largest cigar retailer around. The ladys are most courteous and helpful. They also have a rewards program where you earn $ off with purchases. I highly recommend

I was shocked with the variety of tobacco products and electronic cigarettes this store offers. The store itself may not look that pretty from outside but the deals they offer definitely worth checking them out. They offer cheap and premium brands, like Nomad. The prices are very reasonable. Make sure to check their 3 pack deal.
