Tatiana gave me an amazing fire & ice facial. My skin is literally glowing & giving glass. I came here before & got a brow tint & laminate with a lash lift & tint & was also very satisfied. (wish I could remember her name!) This is my go to spa - coming back for more facials & a lymphatic drainage massage. Excellent staff & service & the vibes are peaceful & serene right in the middle of Hollywood. Love this place 💕

If I could give more stars, I would! Hubby and I went for our 20th wedding anniversary. We received the couples massage. We were warmly greeted by the receptionist with champagne. Our massage therapists were Joseph and Carmen. They were caring and comforting while meeting our needs. Our session was 75 minutes, and the room temperature was set to our liking. We both dozed off for a few minutes. We left feeling energetic and refreshed. I highly recommend it. Parking was easy! We were buzzed into a private parking lot. Even though we live 45 minutes away, the drive is well worth it.

Newest location. Carmen was EXCELLENT. Only reason I’m not give totally 5 stars is the room was hot at first. Someone left the vent closed. Definitely worth the money.

Just had the BEST facial of my life this afternoon. You have to check this place out. My facial at Desuar Spa was exactly what my face needed. My skin looks fantastic! Deisy did an amazing job and shes an expert at making your face look and feel healthy and amazing.

Absolutely incredible experience! I had the best time getting my massage from Alex. He is Very experienced and knows exactly what he’s doing for lymphatic drainage, as well as for a regular massage! 10/10! The amenities were so cool and clean and parking was easy on the street. I’ve been going to Desuar Spa for almost two years, and this is the best day spa and services experience! Deisy is amazing, and she’s transformed my skin through her customized facials. Since I’ve started going to Desuar, my skin has been noticeably much healthier and glowing.I go to the Hollywood location. The staff is very friendly and chill, and the spa is always clean and calming. And they have on-site parking. Highly recommend!

Carmen was amazing. Really took the time to make sure I was comfortable and that I was satisfied with the massage. She really worked out some nights that were really hard to get out and I feel so much better now that I’ve been go check her out.

The spa was very clean and the staff were very personable. I was provided with a glass of champagne before my treatment which I enjoyed thoroughly. My Cryo CoolRestore session went quite smoothly and Im hoping for good results. Im looking to return for other treatments.

Been to this establishment twice now. Both time has been top tier ultimate relaxation and rejuvenation. I believe my first facial was with Katie and I left there glowing ready for my family’s Christmas gathering. Yesterday I had a facial with Scarlett and she was absolutely incredible. I will be making regular visits here from now on :)

This place is amazing. I love that it didn’t look like your typical spa. It has a more industrial, loft style decor. And yet still feels very calm and peaceful inside. The service was great. My group requested one male and one female therapist when we scheduled the appointment. However, for some reason. We got two guys when we arrived. Desi immediately apologized for the mixup and added CBD oil to our massages (valued at $50 as an add on). We were happy with the way she responded to this situation. We moved on with the massages and facials and honestly were treated with the best care the whole time. We got sparkling wine too which was a very nice touch. Definitely coming back!

Great facial but terrible experience with the parking lot situation at the Hollywood location. I arrived 10min early yet it took 20min for them to open the gate so that I could exit the lot to get into the spa and another 10 for them to prepare the room. Terrible way to start my relaxation.

This is a great place to go for facials and peels. I’ve known Deisy master esthetician for years and I trust her and her team to do my daughters, sons and mine facials. The staff was so helpful and pleasant to work with. Kayleah at the front desk was so patient and provided great assistance when booking the reservation as well as helping us find the parking area and get checked in.Both spa therapists did a great job during the Swedish massage. I loved the massage room (it smelt so good and was very clean).

I live in Manhattan NY and I wanted to surprise my Fiance with a massage while she was in LA on business. I googled best massages in Hollywood and Desuar came up. From the booking, to guidance on which massage would be best for her and the welcome when she arrived, the experience was seamless. I am a Real Estate Developer from Manhattan NY and expect Superior Service and she got just that. Desuar will be the place I send her on her future trips.

I had a terrible experience at this spa. I called in advance, explained that I am looking for a very high level massage and do they have any therapists available that could provide this service. They said, yes absolutely, we see many celebrities and we are not just an ordinary vanilla massage place. You won’t be disappointed.Well let me tell you. The massage was terrible. The therapist had no skill, terrible pressure and extremely amateur technique. I was not relaxed at all by the session and had to change from 80 min to 50 min so I could just get out there.On the way out the girl at the front desk asks me “how was it. Be honest”. I said “honestly it was terrible I just wasted a bunch of time and money and don’t feel relaxed at all. You guys told me that the therapist was very high level. That’s why I asked you guys so many questions”. The girl responds “well, she just got out of massage school and is new here but we have many other really good therapists etc”.What an absolute joke. What a terrible experience. This place is a low level massage mill pretending to be something that they are not. If you are looking for a very good massage, I do not recommend this place. They are not about quality at all.

Best massage and hydra facial I have ever had. The massage and stretch reached areas that are commonly overlooked by most massage therapists and the facial utilized the best anti aging products and technology available. Definitely a 5 star experience! Highly recommended.

An oasis in the heart of Hollywood. The services and space at Desuar are luxurious and very well priced. I was first introduced to the spa by my husband and this was my second time back. The service continues to be exceptional. I highly recommend any of the facials. And thank you Deisy for pouring me an extra glass of champagne to sooth the pain from extractions :). Can’t recommend this place enough. I’ll be back!

Wow! I had an amazing treatment with celebrity esthetician, Deisy Suarez. She made me feel & look like a celebrity! My skin looks absolutely amazing.I went in for a Hydrabooty and facial treatment, I upgraded my facial with the CooLift hydrating CO2 treatment. It was amazing. My skin was instantly lifted, tighter and hydrated, my face was glowing for a couple of days after. It was so worth the $150 upgrade. I will continue to add the CooLift, especially for events.The HydraBooty treatment was also amazing. It was my first of many booty facials. Highly recommend for a boost of confidence, clarifying and glowing.5-stars all around.

You should always have a reliable front desk person there at all times. The estheticians should not have to multitask to work the front desk,while they are in the middle of treating a client!! Its a distraction from the clients Spa time.!!! Other than that Kayleah was great. Loved my facial.

The masseuse was shy and hardly actually massaged me, more so just moved my skin around. The parking/gate situation is not ideal. Not very relaxing.

I bought their first time customer deal $85 for a 50 minute Swedish massage and its a steal. The masseuse was very attentive to the areas I called out and found some new areas. You can tell they werent just going through the motions.

One of the best massages I have ever had. I was going through my week very sore having an intense workout regimen of running miles uphill and lifting weights and found this spa via Google search. We were seen almost right away. I had a couples massage with my girlfriend and I was seen by Emma.She immediately noticed that I had lots of knots from working out and did a great job at helping me relax. My father majored in neuromuscular massage therapy and ran a business for the majority of my childhood before retiring. I would consider the techniques employed at Desaur spa to be as good as they come and would without a doubt recommend coming here!

It had been a few years since I had a proper facial. Unfortunately, right before the pandemic, my facialist retired, and COVID hit, so I last had one in 2020. My friend Veronica HIGHLY recommended Desuar, so I booked an appointment, and they were able to accommodate me today despite the short notice and an event I have tomorrow. They assigned me Deisy, who also happens to be the owner. She was so lovely and highly professional, and after thoroughly looking at my skin, she recommended the Fire and Ice facial.Let me tell you, that facial name lives up to its name! The HOT and COLD sensation was amazing on my skin, and her technique was top-notch. She was so diligent and knowledgeable that I felt at total ease. Plus, shes so easy to talk to, which is a definite plus because I love asking questions and feeling at ease, which she made me feel during my facial. When I tell you my skin was transformed, it is an understatement. It is literally glowing, and it feels so much lighter, and overall, it looks amazing.My whole experience from start to finish was exceptional, and I will definitely return next month to keep the consistency.Deisy, I cant thank you enough for transforming my skin from dull to radiant, I truly look and feel like a million bucks!See you next month!

Defiantly a MUST when it comes to self care. I got a Swedish massage and Julia was amazing. She knew all the best pressure points and was super informative about all the areas I was extra tight.

I booked with a promo online for first time clients and got a massage and a facial combo — the services themselves were great. I was super excited to visit since the location opened less than a year ago. However, there was a lack of bedside manner that I would expect from a luxury spa with such a great DTLA reputation. I filled out the intake form (twice) and don’t think that was even reviewed or considered. I requested CBD for my massage and have no idea if that was used. There was a confusion between the staff about what room I was supposed to be in which was very awkward to start and they basically had to set up a new room. There were no questions about problem areas or any kind of introduction to the massage or what we would be working on. Luckily I didn’t have to move for my facial. Kati did an amazing job walking through her work and asking questions before we started. Afterwards there was an issue at checkout that took quite a long time to resolve because it was charging me the full price when I booked with promo. The front desk had to call someone and there was a lot of frustration that maybe should’ve been handled differently in front of clients. But I did get some samples. Customer service all around should’ve been seamless, especially in what’s supposed to be a very relaxing setting. Everyone was nice to me but idk if the staff actually likes each other lol. I’m just glad I didn’t pay full price for that experience.

Tatiana came HIGH RECOMMENDED and after a thorough 50 min Swedish massage I too recommend her!! She offered me champagne, ask about my target areas and literally hit every spot. I left feeling so good!! The environment of the new spa is superb. Nothing but great things to say. Will be returning soon to get a facial from the infamous Deisy!!

Massage was good, people are nice. Tipping was deceptive. They add tip to the total price before discounts and it’s not clear. Everything would have been fine if the pricing was clear. I don’t agree with deceptive pricing tactics, I won’t go back.

Desuar currently has an opening special for their Hollywood location. Ive been to their DTLA location and we (my partner and I) decided to try out the Hollywood location. They both have strong pros and few cons. The pros for this location are parking, service, and location. The only con at the moment is that this location does not have amenities, which we knew before hand from their website. If youre okay without the amenities I would say this location is for you.The staff is attentive and welcoming. We were confused in regard to how to apply the offer since we got the offer through myhound. The owner, Daisy, assisted us and we were able to figure it out. My partner opted for the sports massage and states that the massage was very relaxing. He had mentioned his shoulder being an area of focus and was happy the masseuse worked on that area. I opted for the Swedish massage and Daisy added a complimentary body scrub. The body scrub felt nice and left my skin feeling smooth. The massage was relaxing with a low to medium pressure. We will be going back soon for another day of relaxation.

The customer service was extremely horrible. I heard that this place was good but it wasn’t at all. The technician decided that it would be a good idea to go from massaging my body(feet) to then touching my face before washing their hands. I have very sensitive skin so of course I broke out really bad. They didn’t seem too concerned when I spoke to them about it which is ridiculous. I wouldn’t suggest going to this establishment at all.

I loved my experience at DESUAR, I was lucky to be taken care of by the owner Deisy Suarez. She is a very detail and caring individual. I felt how much she cares to leave a great face glowing and recovered and also how custom tailored her work is. I will defenetly come back again.

I was visiting from out of town and found Desuar a walkable distance from my hotel Thompson Hotels Hollywood. I was feeling very exhausted from traveling so I booked, same day, a deep tissue massage. I added on the digestive treatment and I swear it reduced water retention, stress, and definitely improved travel-related digestive issues!Very kind staff and pretty space.

I just finished a deep tissue massage with Edgar. He gave me the option to focus on just my problem areas, which was perfect for me. The pressure was just right and I think this is the first time where a massage fully relieved my tightness. I will definitely be back!

The entire experience was really exactly what I needed. Jeanette was an excellent therapist, the outdoor space was comfortable and lovely, & ClassPass made booking really simple.Id highly recommend the Sport/Deep Tissue massage here. It was a phenomenal way to return to a spa environment.

I came during opening week so the heaters weren’t fully set up yet. But my massage was outstanding and they totally are respecting COVID guidelines. I felt very safe having an outdoor massage. Note: you will be asked to wear a mask during the massage; at least when you’re lying on your back. (I wasn’t wearing it while face down). I was more than happy to oblige but just making you aware of this.

Be warned of the fake 5 star reviews made up by the business!!!Absolutely terrible experience at the “New” Hollywood location. The place is barely done yet but they are charging people crazy money for a “spa” day. Everything from the moment we stepped in to the moment we left was miserable. It was loud when we came, the massage therapists looked lost like they didn’t know what they were doing, they sat in these office chairs rolling around making all this noise while giving average massages that you would be better off receiving from a massage chair. There are a ton of places you could spend $400 on. DO NOT waste your money here, you have been warned!!!

Great service from beginning to end. Receptionist was super nice & considerate. Edgar was very thorough with the deep tissue massage & I appreciate how he kept asking how I was feeling throughout it. Very nice place that’s still in renovation, but it’s clean and that’s what matters most to me!

I just had my first experience with Desuar Spa in Los Feliz this weekend. I had a 50 min Swedish Massage with Organ detox add-on with Deisy. It was absolutely outstanding. The outdoor setting felt on top of the hill with a heated massage bed made me feel like I was at a resort in the Caribbean. I felt incredibly safe as masks were worn the entire time by all and all COVID-19 protocols were taken. Deisys massage was totally perfect. I felt relaxed and then the organ detox was a unique twist I have not seen elsewhere. I rested after and this morning woke up refreshed. I will definitely be back - the space is wonderful and the service was excellent!

This location is Amazing! Lots of street parking. Once you enter you are greeted immediately. The outside waiting area is relaxing. I felt safe because the majority of the spa is outdoors. Would highly recommend! My masseuse was friendly and did exactly what I asked for! I didn’t want to leave!

The lady that gave me a massage was really nice but the massage was all over the place, I didnt enjoy sitting in silence I wish I knew they didnt provide spa music, I had to ask for a head pillow to support my head during session (I feel that should have been offered not requested ) and my session was cut short by like 15 to 12 min not a big deal but duly noted.
