Just Massage Studio

Arrived a little late so we chose to do a 30 minute message instead of an hour. The staff said it was ok. Then when we went to pay and redeem a gift card they did not want to accept it. We had to fight and speak to a manager so they would accept the gift card. Not only that but they also charged us for the whole hour!We even called in advanced and said we were going to be late and they said Sure no problem. Under no circumstance did anyone communicate to us that we would be charged for the whole time. The lady said THAT IS NOT MY PROBLEM and proceeded to charge us for the full amount. Horrible customer service, that ruined the whole experience.

Good price for an hour massage. I really needed this as I had terrible sciatic pain on my left side and Anne really helped!!Not only did she massage but she stretched and did wonders to my pain. She also had the perfect pressure, not too hard but firm enough to provide muscle relief.

I had a great experience here with Airin! She made me feel comfortable and her technique was perfect. not too hard and not too light. This business has been here for a long time and you can really tell, it has a family vibe and everyone seems to know each other well which is always a good sign. i will be back!

I had one of the worst massages of my life here today! She had a very rough and rushed style, only uses her thumbs and when I said something about it she would interrupt me and say it’s because my muscles are tight. Lol yeah, that’s why I came in today. Other massage therapists have a finesse and use their elbows to glide down a tight muscle from end to end and it’s very effective. I had to stop the massage half way through and leave. I have never done that before. The only reason I gave it two stars not one is because the front desk woman was very kind to urge me to move my car from the street because they might tow it. I appreciated that. I’ll never go back there again tho, I’m not convinced the massage therapists have actually gone through professional training. There are so many other options to choose from.

Awful,l they begged for a tip. The lady who did my massage didnt seem like she knew what she was doing.

. I had Senpang. The worst massage I ever had. She talked too much during the service. Her technique was horrible. Her energy felt very rushed. Her hands had no soothing to them. They felt like robotic instruments rather than nurturing and healing of stress and pain. She snapped my head from side to side very aggressively. Her hands and motions were sloppy and remedial. I have had many massage treatments all over the world and hers was the worst experience, I ever had

Hands down the best massage studio for incredible prices in the area! Bonnie, Kanda, and Kat are AMAZING and know how to get every knot out my back!!! love coming to this place. Definitely ask for any of the 3 ladies and you won’t be disappointed!

Crazy pain. calling all at the moment for relief. First I find it shady when a ‘business on google’ doesn’t at least ACT like a business Re: of their shady transactionsBut this chic answers Hello. Then I keep asking if this is the right place. I was trying to reach a massage studio, she would never admit whether or not this is the place I called, She pretended like she couldn’t speak English all of a sudden when I asked her if this was in fact, a massage parlor I guess she thought I was shopping trying to make a bust? Too bad and she said no speak English. Which sounded kind of funny to me because she was clearly not Spanish or Hispanic. It’s OK we’re all just trying to survive I get it.

Sanpeng was awesome. Made me feel comfortable and at ease right away. Although shes sooo tiny her skills and workmanship are out of this world! Had a good convo about holistic health and made recommendations about improving the areas of stress. Will definitely see her again soon.

From an appointment to walk-in filled out a small form, walked in straight to a room. The therapist is professional a full body massage. I will definitely go back at least once a month. My therapist was alexa. Thank you man I needed a massage. Rooms are clean I literally felt at peace.

Even though it was Labor Day Monday they were able to fit us in last minute & at 8pm!The male masseuse that worked on my back was very good & knew exactly the locations to target without being too painful! I dont enjoy having my calves massaged but he made it very tolerable!

My husband & I have been frequenting Just Massage and have booked with many of the masseuses there, and every single time we walk out happy as a clam! Specifically Kat and Priya are amazing, although Ive seen many masseuses here and all were excellent. The facility is clean and its always easy to schedule an appointment. The prices are hard to beat. I would recommend a massage here to anyone.

Great spot. Massage was great - called same day - taken right in - quiet, easy and relaxing. It doesnt have much outside curb appeal but once youre inside the room the massage is a terrific value. Will definitely go back.

After calling and booking an appointment for deep tissue I was disappointed that the receptionist made the error of booking me with someone who I had prior and clearly was NOT trained in deep tissue.What made things worse is the receptionist said, and I quote, “I am sorry, the therapist says she cannot work on you because you have had her before and did not like her and I do not have anyone else available who can do deep tissue or THAI massage.”Well, one thing I know about service industry is that the client is always right and deserves to be accommodated. Besides the fact that over the phone I had especially made the request to have a therapist trained and specialized in deep tissue work because I myself, a 22 year massage therapist as I clearly explain to the receptionist over the phone while making the appointment, understand that not everyone is able to perform a quality deep tissue massage.This establishment does not deserve a star rating and I caution anyone considering having a massage at this location.ESPECIALLY now with COVID-19 risks.I am actually relieved that my appointment was forcefully cancelled.Be safe out there!COVID-19 is NO joke.I regret having to submit this but I am forced to share my experience today.I did mention to the receptionist, for whom English was a secondary language, I would never say that I did not like a therapist because of the work they did or did not do. To which she became defensive trying to explain “oh no it’s not personal we understand here.“ I responded, “it’s not that it’s a personal issue here, I understand that. What I am saying is that you said I said that I “did not like her“ you should never imply something like that because that is implying that it is a personal issue. What you need to do is your job better, these massage therapists are required to follow medical and health standards and it is the client, myself, who are their livelihood. You have just turned me away without any regard. You have lost a sale by mis-booking this appointment and have wasted my personal time.“

After working thru the holidays and having a few days off I was sooo happy to find a place that was open for massage. Booked online via their website. 3 massage therapists came up. I booked a 3pm appointment. I was super stoked as ive wanted to do this for weeks if not months! An hour later a rather unprofessional receptionist(?) called me. She told me they were closing at 3pm and wanted to move my appointment to 2pm. I think if you are OPEN and have online appointments its really unprofessional (i work in the service industry as well) to try and cancel or move people at the last minute. First thing i thought is OK...its NYE and someone doesnt want to take a 3pm appointment especially if its a new client. I could see what she was unprofessionally trying to communicate . I felt she was rude and just very blase about the whole thing like she could care less and wasnt apologetic or even offered me anything else except to come at 2pm - which then she retracted because she said the massage therapist (Lauren)wasnt taking new clients due to Covid. All understandable but the heck do you not disclose any of this information on your website??? Their website is pretty basic and their appointment site is the same if not worse. If you have all these rules and if you have therapists who dont want to actually want to take an appointment then pull them off the booking site!?!?! Why inconvenience a new customer? The whole interaction seemed honestly very much like hey, we forgot its NYE, and we dont really want to be here, and we should have shut our online booking down and we forgot so .... we need to cancel you. This is by no means the 4 Seasons Spa or anything like that but the whole interaction on the phone made me realize you get what you pay for and this place seems like a strip mall shop that doesnt really aspire to excellent customer service. I dodged a bullet as it was going to be a drive to Westchester and now I know not to try and re-book with this massage studio. Your massages might be ok, but your front office service sucks

I’m super happy with my experience over this place, and my fiancé too! This was the second time we went for a massage at Just Massage Studio (Weschester location). First time we booked 2hrs massage and this second time 1.5hr appointment. This second time my therapist was Mr. Wallace (first time it was Ms. Pria). Both massages were exceptional — I fell asleep both times. I feel like all therapists over this place are very well trained and they will do their absolute best to give you a great experience for an affordable price. The front desk is very friendly and welcoming; the therapist are very professional. I honestly recommend this place if you want or need a great massage— the place is not Ritz Carlton standards but the delivered quality of their services are pretty darn good!

The massage was good but the staff was wildly rude. I’m pretty sure the owner put me on some spammy calling list after we got into an argument because I’ve been getting spam calls 5x a day since I told him not to text me. I would stay away from this place at all costs.

Angie is the best,very professional, courteous and understanding of the individual needs of the client. Angie has been my massue over six years and I always feel much better when I leave. Many aches are relieved. I would recommend her to anyone.

Kat and Priys are amaaaaaaaazing!!!! They take their time and leave your body feeling relaxed. I usually go in for lower back and neck tightness; these ladies know what to do. I highly recommend them or Wallace.P.S. The front desk can be a little more friendlier (or warm and welcoming) as she is the FIRST person everyone sees. Initially I thought she was just having a bad day...NOPE! I’ve been back 3+ times and it’s the same.

Rin, the massage therapist who took care of me last thursday, march 31st was so good to handle my severe neck and back pains. i had 1-1/2 hour and that felt really great as rin gave me a deep tissue and good stretching massage. i asked Rin whens the best time to schedule my next appointment and she told me next thurs, april 7th at 5pm for 1-1/2 hour. i made the appointment right after and was confirmed at 5pm april 7, thursday for 1-1/2 hrs.Today (4/7/16) at 4:05pm, i called just massage to re-confirm my appointment at 5pm for 1-1/2 hour and i was told its good. Right before i left my house, around 4:45pm, i received a call from janis of just massage telling me that my appointment was at 4:30pm and that Rin has another appointment at 6pm.i was very very upset and told janis that i called earlier at 4:05 pm to re-confirm my 5pm appointment for 1-1/2 hour and now youre calling me right before my 5pm appointment and to tell me that my appointment was at 4:30pm, thats ridiculous.... whats going on????? are you trying to short change or fool me... i made reservation for 1-1/2 hour last March 31st which was recommended by Rin the massage therapist who took care of all my back and neck pains, now youre changing my reservation time right after i confirmed my appointment that i am coming. i am very very upset as my back and neck pains is far worse now because i am very upset and stressed out. i took half day off from my office in anaheim hills (1-1/2 hr drive to westchester) to make sure i am on time for my 5pm appointment, only to find out somebody changed it right before 5pm because i know for sure i made an appointment for 5pm for 1-1/2 hour per advice of Rin, the massage therapist. i was really looking forward to my massage but if i am treated wrongly, i really get so upset.... i dont know if i will call the owner for this incident but if they mistreated me after all what i had to do just to meet my appointment, i may start writing reviews to other sources or start telling my friends about this CRAZY story... MY REVIEW FOR THE MASSAGE IS EXCELLENT BUT NOT RECEPTIONIST/FRONT DESK CUSTOMER SERVICE.... NEED TO CHANGE ASAP... RECEPTIONIST ALWAYS ON MOBILE PHONE ONLINE.....

I had a laminectomy and Disceptomy on l4/l5 and came to see jib post 7 week op. I told her where I was hurting and she actually was able to relieve the muscle tension while being gentle on the back. Highly recommended

I came for Thai massage, repeat I asked I want Thai, and they gave me sth else. I had to interrupt the lady to ask why I am not getting my Thai massage and the lady tells me they don’t have one to give.I paid for the service as well as tipped . But not going back
