Had a massage with Natalie. Her Thai stretching massage skills were amazing, and her back walking technique was on point. I feel my body tension released. The ambiance was super relaxing, and the whole place was clean. I will definitely be back.

The plastic is amazing!!! The 60 minute massage with Masha. . She is the one of the best masseuse that I have ever had and I get a ton of massage and literally all over here in the state and abroad.When you walk in, they had price of the bar to list the type of massage, lens, intensity, hot stones, and the all you want them to focus on and avoid .Masha. Got rid of so many knots and made others small. I’ve never had anyone put so much effort into getting rid of my notes. I have a ton.They also have plenty of parkingMy only regret is not doing the 2 hour massage, can wait to go back again

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a massage by Cindy, and it was truly amazing. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. Cindys technique was perfect—her touch was both gentle and strong, providing a wonderful balance of relaxation and effective muscle relief. First off i’d like to say i’ve been to countless massage parlors in los angeles (30+) and i’ve never experienced a massage like the one I received tonight from Nadia.I got the 60 minutes Siam Stress Relief massage which specializes in Neck , Back & Shoulder (half body) - i struggle with chronic stress and hold lots of tension and knots in my body specifically my neck and shoulder , no other masseuse have been able to relief my pain like nadia has. She truly transformed my body tonight , i will be returning time and time again. I highly suggest stopping by the sense if your looking for the best massage of your life.The studio is located in a great area with ample of parking , the rooms are cleanly kept and so quite! Such a relaxing experience - 100000/10.They also give a $5 discount if you pay cash! I can’t wait to be back!

I have had numerous knots in my back for quite sometime. I’ve been to other establishments and gotten a deep tissue massage, that left me a little unsatisfied. Masha gave me a Thai deep tissue massage that was the best massage I’ve ever had! I seriously can’t stress this place enough! Great prices, friendly staff. I will be coming back!

I will never patronize this massage establishment again. I have been coming here for 5 years. Received a terrible massage from “Paula”. I alerted the manager even though I still tipped her $5. I then remembered that I had forgotten to have my punch card punched for a free massage. I went to my car to get the card and I showed the manager the texts messages confirming my past massages. He refused to give me credit for the punches, even though I had the text confirmations and I never canceled. He refused to budge and he has now lost a customer for life.

This is my first time coming to Sense massage. I truly had a wonderful experience. I had the combination massage and Yaya wa great! She had strong hands and I feel great after. I will definitely come back! Choice of music was great too. They are all professional. Place was very clean.

I feel like I left my appointment with a different body… The facilities are also clean, beautiful, and well-equipped. Scheduling and paying was a breeze. I can’t wait to come back!Update:Removing one star because of the front desk person. He never gave me a stamp card after my first appointment, and then today at my second, when he offered a stamp, he refused to stamp for both appointments. As I showed him all the other stamp cards always stored in my wallet, he insisted I had lost mine! Make sure to ask for a stamp card your first time here, I guess.

The best. Very relaxing, affordable, and clean. The owner Mark is very responsive and friendly - easy to make appointments. The therapists are professional and doing amazing job - hitting all the muscle.Parking is very easy - a big parking lot in front.

I needed a last minute massage and they were able to take me almost immediately! I was got a combo 60 minute massage with YaYa and she was very communicative and friendly, and did a great job overall. I will be back for another massage soon!

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the tranquil oasis that is The Sense Massage Parlor, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that instantly put me at ease.The ambiance of The Sense is nothing short of enchanting. Soft lighting, calming music, and the subtle scent of essential oils create an atmosphere of pure relaxation.

Always a good experience. Lately, my neck has really been tight, and my masseuse YaYa did a great job releasing some of the tension. Ive had other people before but Ill request her in the future.

Got a massage with Yaya. Her techniques are incredible: from thai stretching, back walking, swedish massage. Highly recommended! The place is also very clean and has a relaxing vibe from the moment you step in! I have been here a few times and will definitely been back!

I treated myself to a deep tissue massage at this local spa, and it was absolutely rejuvenating. The therapist was highly skilled and made sure to address all my areas of tension and stress. The quality of the massage was top-notch, and I left feeling completely relaxed and revitalized. What impressed me the most was the excellent value for the price – you get a high-end spa experience without breaking the bank. Ill be making this a regular self-care destination.

The best damn massage I’ve ever had! Visiting from out of town and needed some relaxation plus had been experiencing a lot of stress and pain. It was the ultimate relief. Yaya was extremely thorough and left me feeling so refreshed. The staff was very nice and professional. Establishment was very clean. Will definitely make this a regular stop when visiting LA!

My go-to massage spot for years! The place is generally great, but if you need an extra special me-time - ask for Yaya. She is the real deal, with the technique like in the high-end hotel spas. 3 of my friends recommended me to book a session with Yaya and I am so glad I did! Cant wait to be back.

By far one of the best massages Ive had.I went in with my bf and we both enjoyed it very much.They ask how much pressure you prefer, if you want oils, swedish or thai, etc. They were so professional and welcoming. I was nervous because I never had a thai massage but my masseuse did an amazing job and I felt great. We went for 60 minutes. The place was clean and it had such a lovely ambience - musically, visually, and it smelled great. I am looking forward to going back.

I travel a lot so I’m always in need of a great massage in a clean environment for a reasonable price and this place hit all the marks! They begin by asking you what type of massage, how much pressure, and the option of oils and tiger balm... I felt comforted before even entering the room. I really enjoy the session, Robbie was very attentive and he knew exactly what he was doing. I felt so much relief and left feeling so much lighter. They even allow you to pay via mobile pay, like cashapp or Venmo, saving a few bucks. AND they have a rewards/stamp card. I was sold! I highly recommend this place, ask for Robbie, he’s amazing!

Absolutely not recommended.I got requested if it was my first time doing a Swedish massage and I said yes. All good until half of the massage, once requested to remove underpants. Got drapping at the beginning, but once flipped to face up, drapping became super loose and the area massaged was really close to my genitals.I didnt had any previous experience before, so I thought was ok until the masseuse grabbed my genitals and it was clear that things were not ok.I asked to stop and avoid the area and he moved on, but everything felt really awkward. I felt guilty that I walked out without saying anything to the owner, but I was feeling somehow really ashamed.Absolutely not acceptable, i believe this is illegal.I hope this could help everyone that never had experiences before with massages. I know that not all the masseuses will behave like that and my friends had a great experience here, but I dont know how to identify the person that was allocated to me.Disgusting.

As you have probably seen already Yaya is amazing. Very relaxing and comfortable vibe. Can do whatever you need wether it be deep tissue, neck and shoulders, or even just a light massage. The place itself was very well taken care of, clean and inviting. Everyone there is very nice and welcoming. The area it’s in is also nice as well!! Highly recommend!

Known Mark for years from different shops. Its so great he has his own place. I have traveled the world and find few places such as sense wellness. And it can be a hard biz being in the service business... However, cant really say enough about him as the owner... his kindness and attention to detail and his people are lovely... maybe its an amazing cultural thing :-) Anyways, If you want deep - Tom is amazing as is Brad. The other guys (JT and jason) are also wonderful too. But of course one has to find ones preferred person as techniques can vary. And well trying others is a good idea in case my fav is not available or if i just need a different tech.. Side note... tipping well is important - LA is an expensive place to live and I hope to express my gratitude to very kind & sweet people. CheersC

I use to really enjoy coming to this location but it is really not the same. Mark is the owner and does not know how to control the front desk. The therapist I usually see has been gone for 2 months and theres always someone new there who has no idea how to explain themselves. I called to schedule an appointment and for 2 days straight I was given the run around with times. When I finally Scheduled a 60 minutes massage - as Im on my way he tells me the therapist can only do a 45 minute because because he scheduled another appointment right after me. If you care anything about food customer service, please do not waste your time here.

This was my first time going to a massage center. What sold me was the color scheme. The golden brown/white color combination gave off a warm aesthetic, so I dressed according to the color scheme, and felt like I fitted in as soon as I walked in. The Lady at the reception desk even had on an outfit that matched the color scheme of the place.When I was brought to my room, I looked around, and noticed that my outfit practically matched the pattern on the pillow that was resting on the chair, and my pants matched the dim shaded golden brown/white lighting in the room.The masseuse was very professional and gave equal amounts of attention to each part of the body. I felt bad for him because I couldnt sit criss cross applesauce, so it was a bit challenging during that part, so Im not going to hold that against him. The hot towel part of the service was really calming to the body as well.I made my way back to the receptionist to pay, and a little into the casual conversation we were having, I noticed that her face started to light up with joy as I was describing my time here. She then began to tell me about cool incentives for returning customers. It was then I could tell that she cares about her customers having a good time. It was a good end to the night because we both got to experience happiness and positivity through interaction and connection. 🕊

I drive all the way from Orange County just to get a massage from YaYa. I only have one word for this amazing woman! “Excellent” I had lower back pain for 6 months. After only one massage from YaYa, my pain was relieved. She is truly exceptional and very professional with a great personality! She really cares…thank you!

I’ve been coming to this salon for way over a year now. I have been trying out different practitioners, but ultimately stuck with Irene for a good 8 months now (coming here every 2 weeks). I usually get the 60mins combo massage and it’s amazing!! At the beginning of the massage, Irene always asks if I have certain areas I want her to focus on and to let me know if I’m uncomfortable. My massage is slightly different every time but always hits the perfect spot. She really feels what my body needs that day!Scheduling is relatively easy and they have good availability to accommodate my schedule. Tipping is via Venmo or cash in a little envelope - never had any issues there (opposed to some of the reviews I read). Prices are good and very competitive. I recommend to bring cash to get the cheaper price though.Every time I have visitors in town, I’ll bring them here and they’ve been wanting to go back since! Definitely recommend!

Consistently the best massage I can find in Los Angeles. I live some distance away but still loyally choose The Sense because it stands above the rest in quality of service. The staff is so kind and accommodating and I always leave feeling as renewed as if I traded in a tired old body for a fresh new one. I highly recommend the signature massage (mixture of Thai and Swedish techniques) or the deep tissue; great for couples massages too! Grab a loyalty card to get a free massage after 10 trips.

First time here at the sense, I had a great experience with Yaya , she knows the spot but yet relaxing at the same time. The room is quiet so i can relax for the whole time!! Will definitely come back again.

I had a 60 minute Deep Tissue massage with Yaya and the only way to describe it is INCREDIBLE! I boarded a plane that ended up with delays already feeling awful, she worked magic on my entire body so much so that I can now enjoy my time in L.A, wonderfully clean premises, I seriously recommend using Yayas services.

The front desk attendant and the practitioner were friendly enough. The massage did not resonate with me however. I did not enjoy it. But everyones style is different, and sometimes you just have to find the right practitioner whom your body gels with. However, I would have not left a negative review based on the fact that I did not enjoy the massage very much. She tried.Whats prompting me to leave this review is they pulled a classic BAIT and SWITCH.I called this morning because I woke up in pain from my workout. I have never been here before. My normal place was booked, so I googled other massage places in the area with good reviews. The first question I asked was how much is it for a one hour massage? The person that answered the phone said $60 for an hour. I said, OK. Then I asked if I could make an appointment. They gave me the time for my appointment and then said deep tissue. I thought nothing of it, obviously I agreed to the $60 service, so whichever type of massage that was, was fine with me. When I get there and finish the massage, I come out to pay. The woman in the front says $70. I asked her how is that, I was quoted $60 on the phone. She says yeah, but you got deep tissue. As a reminder, I never asked for deep tissue. I just said How much is a one hour massage? They said $60. I scheduled a time. Then they said deep tissue. Next, I said thank you, and we hung up the phone. $10 extra is not a big deal, but I really dont like that bait and switch tactic they used. I dont like the dishonesty. I enjoy tipping, but with the lack of ethics, I wasnt even willing to tip. I told the front desk woman, you took the tip with your undisclosed overcharge. I would have left more had they not been unscrupulous. I usually like to leave at least 20%.I dont think Ill be back.

I have what I wanted and she persisted that I give more. it’s super unprofessional. they also swapped masseuse mid massage and I waited 5 mins in between for the next one. annoying experience. they are always begging for more money. don’t come.

My experience of this massage & wellness center was nothing short of amazing.My visit was a couple of weekends ago (7/13) and I was visiting from out of town for an anniversary trip with my husband. I guess its also important to mention that I was also 8 months pregnant.Well, to start things off, we were the first ones on their schedule for that day, so we got a lot of attention and didnt have to wait at all for our appointment. The environment was very welcoming and had an amazing smell that automatically put you in a calming mood.My husband and I got couples massages which were in the same room and since I was 8 months pregnant, the lady that gave me my massage was VERY delicate and nurturing to my situation. She didnt hurt me in the least and of course by the end of the massage, any bit of knots that I had before I laid down were definitely smoothed out.It was an amazing experience and I would definitely visit this place again in the future when we come back to LA.

Friendly and good atmosphere but the woman doing my massage was wayyyy too hard - to the point I have what feel like bruises on my back and my calves, hands and body in some places is sore. I did mention it twice to be softer and made an ow sound another time. It wasnt relaxing haha - I was tense the entire time. Reviews here are really good though so maybe I just had a unique experience. Also, it was only $80 for a 90 minute massage and free parking.

Shush! I probably should not shout this out loud but this place gives the very best Thai stretch massages I’ve ever had. My daughter kept going here every week and she recommended, now both my husband and I are weekly regulars. The pricing is fair and stretches are smooth. You come out of there feeling taller and lighter.

I went today and The Massage was EPIC!! but the lady at the front desk was a nightmare. Even though I tipped my masseuse she was trying to coerced me into a conversation about people having to tip which I didnt agree so she bullied me, insulted me and threw me out. I will never go back! The front desk lady has a horrible spirit and ten plays the victim! What was suppose to be relaxing now she had cause me stress! Dont ever go here. Also there were cobwebs in my room.

My whole family visited this spa when we were traveling LA (visited based on yelp review). We received the 60 minutes deep tissue massage, and it was an amazing experience! After I moved to Cali, this is my go to place whenever I need relaxation.

My friends and I have been going here for 2 year and we like to go together. We have found the massages to be good and the place clean. Our group goes weekly and we spend combined roughly $1000. The last time we went, they set me up in the couple massage room and halfway through my massage they made me move because they had a couple who walked in and needed the room. No apologies for disrupting my massage and didn’t care that my service time was now shortened due to the disruption. As usual we booked for the following week, after we left I received a text from the owner saying that expect to be tipped a minimum of 30% and at 20% we were not being generous enough! I highly doubt that anyone working there is tipping a waiter or a barber 30%! Will Never go back! They don’t appreciate their customers!

One of the best massage Ive ever had. Right when I walked in the guy at front was very nice and asked how much pressure I wanted and if there were any specific areas Id like to focus on. Im always stressed so I said my back and shoulders.The guy took me to the massage room. The place is very relaxed vibe. I got massage by Patty. She really worked those knots out of my back and shoulders. It was pleasure pain. She knew what she was doing. After all the stretching, massaging, and relaxing, I walked out of there with less stress in my back.I really recommend trying it out, the best massage ever. FYI they accept cash and credit card. There are a lot of parking in a strip mall.

Honestly I thought I was going to have a nice couples massage with my significant other since she always talks up massages. And all I can say was if you value your back, your joints or any part of you not hurting, please dont go here. They literally bear crawled on us for massages several times on knees and elbows digging in as they went. We were both in pain the whole time and it was just mot enjoyable. Find somewhere else.

Updating my review: Sense Massage is great and Im so glad theyve reopened (as of 6.19). Theyve put in extra safety procedures - masks, temperature checks, lots of sanitizer - so I felt fine going back in for a much needed massage. Ive been here lots of times over the last 3 years, the standard is consistently good and the team work really hard.

Always love this place. Been going for years. Best thai / deep tissue in town. Ask for apple, masha, or mila, but everyone is great :)

This was my first time at this spot and i will definitely be back. Ive been to a handful of other massage spots in Hollywood and so far Ruby is my favorite. She listened to me and paid attention to the areas I needed work on. I got the deep tissue massage and Ruby did not disappoint. I have some deep knots that need more help and I can tell by the soreness that were on the right track. Will go again.

I had the best massage of my life with Prim. I found this on Groupon and purchased for $36. 60 minute full body massage. She used her knees, elbows and hands, incorporated stretching some of my muscles as well and a bit of mint aromatherapy as well. They have a nice outdoor area setup with private rooms, fans and turf. 100% recommend.

Lets see... theyre no longer doing this outside social distance thing other reviewers are talking about bc it was in a small, dark enclosed room and completely unsafe. At one point, she was quite literally breathing on my face... in a pandemic.. of an airborne virus.Unfortunately, though a very kind person, Anna gave the worst massage of my life - it actually induced anxiety instead of relieving it. There was absolutely no real technique and she insisted on jamming her elbow over all of my bones and spine as opposed to the muscle. Still in pain two days later.To top it off, the man in the front became aggressive and gave attitude because I only tipped $10+; very generous considering the actual quality of the massage. Hate leaving reviews and barely do, but I couldnt not with this one. I suggest waiting till a place not far off called The Now to open. You wont regret it.

I had an amazing experience the first time I received a massage from this location and went back about 2 times a month. But after that first massage their services became more and more bad. I would schedule to have a separate message for two and they tried to have me and my friend do a couples massage together. I would tell the type of massage I wanted and they would just do their own thing. I even wrote down on paper that I did not want tiger bomb used on myself because it irritates my skin they still used it on me. I recently decided to give them another chance after not coming back for about 5 months to see if they fixed their problems and again they were horrible and I even sent a detailed message explaining that I was not giving a tip for a massage I did not enjoy and his response was “ thank you very much”. And a side note the front desk guy Mark Nuttakone has one of the worst customer service skills.

Its definitely becoming more and more popular, as Ive noticed a few times that I wasnt able to get same day appointments with my healers for the times I was looking for! So I learned now to be sure to book ahead of time... Theyre that good folks, so make sure to book in advance. Ask for Mark or Ten Ten -- theyre great! There have been multiple occasions these boys were able to relieve tensions and knots that I couldnt relieve on my own for weeks! Theyre like miracle workers! Thank you!!!

DONT GO. The massage ladies are amazing. You pay when you leave and your are FORCED to leave a $20+ tip. If it’s a couples massage it’s double. We’ve been coming here for a year and even after they raised the pricing they expect us to tip. Guy at the front desk spells my name wrong every time, is on his phone when we walk in, does nothing at all, and is rude when leaving. I have no guarantee that any money we tip goes to the ladies because everything is through Zelle or Cashapp.This leads me to believe they DONT pay the ladies who do the real work. These ladies need to find a place where they are paid better because to pay what we pay every time for a massage and then expect to put up another service worth of tip is crazy.If any of the ladies want to do house call let me know. Aside from that I’m not going back.

A 60-minute deep tissue from Masha had me disoriented for an hour. I couldn’t figure out how to put my feet into my pants. How do limbs work? Why is the sun so bright? Where did my eyebrows go?Be sure to set aside time to sit down and stare at something afterwards. Do not drive. I’m just now returning to my body.Masha is hard pressure. I mean it, like on a scale from mild to spicy she is VERY VERY SPICY. Beginners should not choose “hard” when given the option from her.I knew this going in, and excited. I wanted the pain, but wasn’t prepared for it - minimal warm up, so it takes dedication to relax. But once I did relax - YES GIRL. OH MY LORD.My hamstrings and hip flexors and feet were cracked open in order to release my lower back. She pulled my head off my body and shook some dust out of it and put it back on. I feel taller. I just moved in the area and I’m looking for my new regular massage spot. I’ve had some bad experiences in the past so I decided to purchase a groupon yesterday and scheduled a massage appointment for today. I woke up very ill and upon calling since massage they informed me that they had already redeemed the Groupon and then I was unable to reschedule the appointment for another day. I used to work at a salon and we never redeemed a Groupon before a customer got their service, it just doesn’t make sense. Groupon is incredibly difficult to contact of course so I was forced to dispute with my credit card company. I hate that I had to go through all this when I just wanted to reschedule an appointment because I was sick. Terrible customer service.

First visit, my husband and I did a couple massage. He got deep tissue plus stretching. I got prenatal. We both like firm/strong and got what we wanted. Were both feeling like they broke up so much tension, knots, everything. Definitely coming again.

The massage was great! really relaxing and calming. it was a bit cold in the room, i told it to the lady but nothing changed. and the guy at the front desk was really pushy with tips

I went in with severe muscle pain on my calfs, I was having trouble walking straight. I was asked to point out problem problem areas and Robbie did an amazing job paying extra attention to those specific areas. As i walked out after the massage I was already feeling better and relaxed, but as the day progressed, my calf muscle pain slowly vanished.

Lady did not know what she was doing. I ended up stopping her 10 minutes into it and leaving because she was hurting the hell out my back and I tried to talk to her to tell her how I wanted and she couldn’t understand anything I was saying. Definitely didn’t feel like she didn’t know what she was doing.

It was a good massage, but you fill out a form at the start with your injuries on and preferences etc, and that was just totally ignored so my massage was far too hard and my ankle is now worse than ever.
