Im done with these ppl. I got charged $5 extra and the large girl in there said it was because I payed with a card instead of cash... Tired of 180 vape. Thats a scam!

I’ve never had a bad experience here the employees know me to well been going here 5-6 years and will continue! Juice is also the best compared to everything I’ve tried at others! Got something different strawberry and peanut butter!

Love everything about 180 Vape. Even my good friend. Shawnda so I dont have to go to the DFW area she makes my juice the way I like I wouldnt know what Id do without her.

My husband loves this place and loves the juices from here. I like it too. I only have a few suggestions. A loyalty program for online orders and coupons or deals more often. Just something to reward your loyal out of town customers. We will be ordering again.... In the last week I have spent $150 in products from you guys. 60 on coils and 90 on juice. I have your little card you punch but does me no good seeing as I called in one order and placed the other online.Just an update Kim was so awesome and fast at getting back with me and has helped so very much :) :) ;) thanks again that is exactly why we love this place. Great customer service.

The service I have gotten every time Ive been here has been great. I was driving in from out of town and was running a few minutes late but they stayed open for me and mixed up all the juice I wanted without a problem. Their custom juices are amazing. The products and prices are on par with other places Ive been but there juice and service is outstanding. I cant recommend them highly enough.

Only place I will purchase juice (live out of town), it is delicious. Staff is absolutely incredible, knowledgeable, and caring. Love the family who operates the business and have been cigarette free now for years. (1 1/2 pack a day) smoker. One note I would like to make is once you learn how the whole process works etc. it gets easier and all of the 180 staff are there to make sure you know how to work everything correctly. If youre in Lubbock and vape or want to start, 180 Vape is the only way to go hands down.

180 vape has the best customer service. They change my coil for me EVERY time I go in and always with a smile. The juice variety is fantastic. I was tired of same old juice and was recommended new flavors!! Awesome!! Zach and Evan are the best!!!!

I frequent this location on a regular place. They have a great selection of juice and a very helpful staff. Some of them are very knowledgeable of what is what and the latest and greatest. The of horrible service I believe as been remedied. The one time I had a mix up on my juice order was resolved without a hitch. The owner even called me personally to make sure everything was taken care of. What a nice touch if you ask me.

The selection of product isnt the best Ive seen and juices seem to be of mostly poor quality. They make their own in-house juices but I havent had any luck with any I bought as far as quality or taste. Customer service isnt all that great some of the time and it is suggested they all expect tips when buying anything. Ive been to plenty of other vape shops that a better than this one.

Their house juice tops any others Ive tried from vendors purchased at another smoke shop. Staff is friendly and knowledgable. Their prices used to be higher but they lowered them a year or two ago to compete with other local shops. Definitely recommend these guys over others in town!

One of the best vape shops Ive been to. The staff is friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable about products. They dont try and sell things that arent needed, and have IMHO the BEST house made juice Ive ever had the pleasure of using.

180 Vape is an incredible place. I have been coming here ever since they opened up, before the renovation and second location. I am on a name to name basis with all of the employees and they have always offered phenomenal customer service. They let me bring my service dogs in and even treat them like they are one of their own! Im so glad Lubbock has such a nice vape shop and will continue shopping here as long as they are open.I see many uneducated people giving this place a one star making many false comments. Sad. At least use correct English to add a sense of legitimacy to your review. :P

Have ordered from here a lot of times over the years. Always stopped by and stocked up when in town. First set up I got was here almost 10 years ago. They used to have great customer service now not so much. Place orders online they take the money right out of account yet make you wait long periods of time before your order actually comes. Says 2-5 businesses till my order should get to me yet it hasn’t even shipped yet and I ordered on thursday!! Even with the holiday which only has the post office closed Sunday and Monday my order should have shipped Friday or Saturday! Last time I waited a full 7 days and called to be told it hadn’t shipped yet cause they were out of nicotine!! Asked why I wasn’t informed and was told they couldn’t take the time to co tact everyone! Seriously down hill. Will not be ordering from them again!!

Best Vape shop in all of Texas. I travel often and have visited many of vape shops. You guys are fantastic and your prices cant be beat. :) Matter of fact told everyone in the shop I HAD to use in town :( (not by choice) that they should really go to 180. Way better customer service and close to half their prices. And the juice is SOOOO MUCH BETTER

180 Vape is a great vape shop where I have been frequenting since they opened! They have everything from beginner kits to more advanced hardware which is awesome because I know I can send anybody over and they will have something for them. Their prices are fair on most of their merchandise and I like the fact that I am supporting a local shop and can look someone in the face when I am spending money. They also have an great selection of E-Liquids. They have house blends, custom blends, and some of the popular vendors such as Five Pawns and Space Jam. If you do not see something you like they make custom blends so if you can dream it up they can probably mix it to your liking even the PG, VG, and nicotine level. The staff has always been friendly to me every time I go there and either Travis or Kim are usually on hand if you have questions. I also like that you can call in orders because they do get VERY busy at times and if I am in a hurry I will just submit an order ahead of time to pick up and have not had any problems. Overall I enjoy my shopping experiences at 180 it is a great place to hang out and vape and it is nice when you go somewhere where they know your name!

The house juice is made with cheap ingredients and will loose flavor quickly. It is also made very poorly. They do not carry many high VG premiums. So if you drip, do not go here... Do NOT buy a mod from this shop! You can buy the same one for half the price online. I would recommend shopping online for juice as well. You can find better quality juice for a cheaper price.

New to vaping and my first experience at this lounge was awesome. Relaxing vape lounge environment, nice customer service, and they offer a wide variety of e juice that your can try. The prices are good too, Im definitely going back again.

The best thing about this place is that you can get your vape mixed fresh for you right then and there. Customer service has been lacking at times such as when no one acknowledges your presence or bothers to ask if youve been helped. Dont get anything blueberry flavor... it tastes more like grape.

It is beyond frustrating how often this place closes 5, 10, 15 minutes earlier than the posted closing time. 6P.M. should mean 6P.M. Not 5:55, Not 5:50 Not 5:45 but 6P.M. If you do not intend to stay open until closing time, change the closing time. People get off work and head straight over right before you close as 6P.M. Therefore the business should at least be open until the posted closing time. With all that being said they do have the best juice in town.

Great e juices. A little on the high price range, but you get juice usually in about 15 minutes. Dont have to wait 3 days or more if ordered from someone on web. Employees very friendly and outgoing. I will continue to shop 180 VAPE.

First shop Ive been to in lubbock and the reason I gave it an extra star is because the girl that helped me was super professional and sweet, and they had a nice selection, and great store. However, the flavor I got (a skittles flavor) has absolutely no taste at all there isnt a trace of flavor my fiance and his friend tried it and said the same... Its a great little Shop, but im dissapointed that I live an hour away and dont get the chance to make it out to lubbock much and the money I paid for the juice and time is kinda wasted. Its a great little spot though.

The staff are very knowledgeable and professional. Not a lot of inventory as far as vape mods are concerned but the mods that they do have are up to date and very popular. They do have a wide variety of house blends and manufactured juices. It is a very laid-back environment with a bar and seating around the entire store. My husbend and I love this place. It is our one stop, go to vape shop!

My go to for vape juice - big variety and is always quality. The staff is excellent, helpful and friendly always. 4 stars only because the location is inconvenient, I miss the 82nd location. Besides that, theyre great!

Some of the worst customer service ever... I walked in; waited in line for nearly 10-15mins. The two younger kids behind the counter looked lost. After continuing to wait I finally asked one of them if I could just get some juice. “Yea bro just a second.” Is what I got told. He finally came back over to me when I’m guessing a regular visitor came by and walked up to the counter and the guy just blew me off completely.

Every time I come to 180 Vape, the employees are all knowledge and helpful. Though if you have any questions on or looking to start rebuilding, Vincent and Aaron are the people to see. They explained that I need to watch Youtube to expand my knowledge but they also showed the starting points. All their juices are made to order in house... I can change my PG/VG levels too since I am sensitive to Propylene Gycol (it kills my throat).Thanks so much guys! See yall soon :))

Today they were closed at least an hour earlier than posted. This is the 2nd time this week it was closed early. They are unreliable on the hours. The only redeeming quality I have found so far is that the juice is the best in town. The unreliability of this company to be open when it says they are is disappointing.

The people working here are knowledgeable and know what you need to get your vape needs taken care of or how to fix it if you manage to break something! The e-juice that they make in-house is by far the best for Vaping as it is made/mixed, fresh and fast the moment you tell them what you want. The quality of the e-juice is superior to any other out there as well, as it does not cause my atomizer coils to become gunky or blackened nearly as quick as others. When I use 180-Vapes e-juice (ALWAYS) my coils last over twice as long as compared to when I use other juice from various big-brand names/makers.

I can only buy juice from them. Everything I try from all the other places is just blah. Good people too. You may run into a not so friendly sales person, but you see that wherever you go. I see people writing about it in the reviews of 180, but Ive personally never had that issue, and Ive been going here exclusively for over a year.

The juice you sample is not the same as the juice you get. They do make it there in shop while you wait but the flavor will all most always be different, I have bought from these guy a number of different times and never got what I tasted, and dont bother trying to say anything about it they will not do anything to correct the issue, I might go back if it was the last place on earth to get anything vapeing wise.

I have never tried 180 Vape but I will definitely give it a shot Ive only been to the Vape Barn so I need to give 180 Vape a try because Ive heard theyve got some really great non nicotine flavored Vape juice there that are different than the Vape barn and plus I have a really good friends that works there

My Dad and I recently visited 180 Vape on 19th. I must say that they have the friendliest staff who are very helpful especially to those unfamiliar with ecigs. They have an excellent selection of products and the variety of oils used in ecigs was unbelievable. My Dad and I both purchased kits in the mid price range and I was very pleased with my choice. If you are seriously wanting to quit smoking then I highly recommend a visit. They help and it is well worth the cost to purchase the ecigs.

I am very new to Vaping and decided to stop by 180 Vape to get more info and buy a new flavor. Zachary, at the front counter was a wealth of information! He explained alot of different things about vaping and how you can combine any flavors. I told him I wanted something fruity and he suggest several different flavors and then told me I can try before I buy. Its not just a shop, its like a vape lounge where you sit at a bar with friends and vape. I will be back here for all my vape needs!

The people that work at 180 Vape are awesome. If you are interested in vaping start here. I walked in with no understanding of how vaporizers worked and the employees were very patient with me and helped me figure out what vape would be best for me. They are vaporizing geniuses. The unit that I bought fried itself (not their fault) 20 mins after my purchase; 180 vape replaced it with a new one without me even having to ask. I thought I was doing it wrong or something. 180 Vape also has tons of real tasty juices. I love my new vape. I may not be off nicotine, but I dont want to be lol. At least now when I meet a pretty lady I wont have a big nasty glob of snuff in my lip. It is my belief that vaping is benign in comparison to tobacco, so this purchase/lifestyle change could very well save my life. Thanks 180 Vape!

The staff here are knowledgable and helpful. The new prices on their inhouse juices are amazing and beats out most places around town. Highly recommend travesty as the juice, for rhose looking for a new flavor to try.

I really like this place and their vape juices, variety and juice prices. Hardware prices are steep and their rewards point system never seems to work. But, still my favorite vape store in Lubbock.

Experienced vapers dont waste your time..for those who are new and beginning, do your research! Especially when it comes to coils/safety I wouldnt rely on this place..both times I went in I didnt see one employee with anything that was rebuildable or a mechanical just all protanks! Theyve had cartel drippers 30 dollars aboce retail and at one point i saw an ss cartel mech v1 for 500$ all because it was sn# 180..wonder what cartel would say surely they wouldnt like it!!!!!.people there is no honesty in this place..Maybe just a store for beginners or people that enjoy using protanks and buying five dollar wick replacements every few days,while watching their egos break .plus they had no clue about rebuilding/supply . I called with a question and get weird info instead of just a simple I dunno.. Cant believe this is all lubbock has for vape stuff..their prices are ridiculous!!! Do your research on the prices people. Shop online and you get way more for you money. Do your research! Almost everything (literally) is cheaper from the online j,shipping included!!! If you think that their e-liquid is great..no way.you can get way better juice than that and you definitely can find e liquid cheaper than these prices and ones that taste way better than what you thought good tasted...all the juices Ive tried look somewhat clear not cloudy like one I got from this place ... whats considered High end juice goes for 18-22 dollars for 30mls almost always and its not made by some girl whos doing 3 things at once and rushing to get it done .. Does anyone know Zeus ejuice has had eliquid named medusa thats been popular? Never tried it but why would this place use the same name medusa for their juice? Wonder whats really going on but Doesnt seem right to me. They dont even wear gloves to make juice or hairnets...some chick just rushes around and halfway does it right...gross...good luck this is a sad start for lubbock vapers...hope u do your research!!!!!

The best vape shop here in the 806. Its the only shop that also makes its in house liquid. Wouldnt go to any other vape shop here but 180 Vape. Employees are so kind and helpful. Keep up the good work everyone👍👍👍👍

HORRIBLE PLACE!! We have bought so much from these people! The battery broke and apparently they do not honor their product because they didnt exchange it or give us our money back.(it supposedly has a 30 day money back guarantee from the manufacturer ...we had it for 2 weeks) They are very rude called me a liar said we broke it on purpose! SERIOUSLY? I have several friends that have had the same issue. The customer service is horrible!!!!!!! Very rude people in there that dont want to do job they were hired for. Its called CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR A REASON! Its not get your customer out quickly so you can go back to flirting with each other! I warn everyone thinking of buying from 180 vape!! They have horrible customer service, they do not treat their customers right. Most all their products are horrible. They do not appreciate our business....so I will never be back! I will tell everyone I know DO NOT GO HERE!!

I love this place I only get my juices from here they have a bunch of variety of flavors to choose from and the staff is with out a fought some of the most helpful people on how to get started I highly recommend for all people who are starting to go to 180 VAPE

I DO NOT smoke or vape. Came with my sister so she can get more juice for her vape. Its nice. Has lots to choose from. And its cheaper than most vape shops back home in the DFW area..(according to my sister) lol
