The people at the front desk are super nice. They take care of your needs and are clear with communication. My therapists that work on me, after Ive had a transplant and have to keep blood circulation flowing, are amazing. I have my favorites, but you will probably find your own favorites when you go see them. I will keep their names to myself.Seriously professional but not to the point you feel awkward! They will allow you to fill out a form on a tablet and show exactly where you need attention as far as muscles go and they allow you to block off any parts of your body that you feel uncomfortable with them touching. For me it is my stomach due to a kidney transplant. You feel safe and secure. Ask about membership. The prices are much better when you join.They need a new aesthetician if anyone is looking for a job!Great gift for parents and loved ones who need to relax and be cared for.

Maclain was awesome. He specifically worked the knot in my middle back until I was like a wet noodle. The place was very clean and had a nice aroma.

I never felt unsafe! My dissatisfaction came from believing I was being booked with someone who does deep tissue massages to then only receiving a medium pressure massage which honestly does me no good. My masseuse was professional throughout. I explained to the front desk (when booking my appt) that I needed to be with someone who does deep tissue. They then booked me with my appt because “he does deep tissue”. And for the appt no questions were asked about preference on pressure. I know my preference is set in my chart/bio because if I set an appt online it “warns” me that so-and-so does Firm pressure and not deep tissue, are you sure you would like to continue to book appt. I feel the same needs to be discussed in person as well. I overall feel like I wasted my credits and my time since anything less than a true firm pressure is pointless for my body and muscles

I had a wonderful experience. The massage therapist was able to do a different technique on my shoulder blade area that will require more work. He was able to get to the root of some issues I have been going through with my shoulder area.

Ron was great! I hold all my tension in my shoulders & neck and he was able to get some knots out. After the massage, I felt very relaxed.

First time getting a massage at Massage Envy and it did not disappoint! Ronald is new to Lubbock, coming from Massage Envy in the Dallas area. As many other 1 star reviews have stated; these people will sweet talk you into a membership. And then when you decide to cancel, the manager, who is supposedly the only person capable of cancelling a membership, is miraculously never in and never calls back as requested. I will say the massages are good, but this really rubbed me the wrong way. (My wife made me add this bad pun) Choose wisely my friends.

Thank you to Yasmeiry for being so understanding, flexible and attentive during my appointment. I fully intended on snoring through the session but ended up telling my whole, dramatic life story!! 😅 she was so relatable and empathetic and tailored the session to my needs and pace. I cannot wait to go back and came home in such a relaxed state of mind that I lost an entire day to relaxation!! So excited to be a part of the Massage Envy family!!4 stars only because the Massage Envy experience compared to other spa experiences hasnt come with aftercare. In other places, theres a waiting room to get yourself warmed up for the experience. Afterward, youre placed back in a room with some refreshing water and advised on aftercare i.e. staying hydrated etc. Based on the services received. I feel its almost like a wam-bam-thank-you-maam 😂😂 I dont know how else to describe it. Its not anything personal against the therapists. It may just be the facility. Just a thought about how to make an overall experience next level 🌟

The lady was cool, but honestly I get facials for the relaxation of it. If that makes sense. I paid for an hour session $120. When she came in she was very friendly. She asked me tons of questions told me about her family her kids which is cool too. But once we finally started she told me that we spent so much time talking did I mind if we didn’t the massage part, I was like that’s fine. Thinking well just focus on the face. Unfortunately for the hour I paid for she only spent a total of about 15 to 20 mins on my face which would have been so fine if I had only been just for a mini facial but I wasn’t. She showed some brighten products. I chose not to buy I still left a tip. But when I almost made it home, they called me because they thought I took the product and didn’t pay for it . Which REALLY rubbed me the wrong way .. wasn’t horrible but I will NOT be back!

Love my facials! I signed up for the membership a year ago and love the service. Priscilla always takes time to assess my skin and explains the products she uses. She a genuine person and treats me like a friend instead of a customer! Such a rare find these days!

I purchased a year membership, paid in full on the day of purchase, as a GIFT. I have now been charged for 4 months ($280) for a membership I do not own because my card was kept on file and added to persons account the gift went to. I made it clear my intention was to make a one time purchase of this gift that was not for me and I would not have anything else to do with it. Yet my card is now a part of someones account and they wont remove my card without the other persons request. Yes, you heard that right, they will not stop using MY card unless the other person cancels their membership or updates their card information. I was not given the option of a gift card, or I would have gone with that option. When I contacted Massage Envy they said I signed a contract (not sure what kind because I do not have a membership) and that this is what I agreed to with that signature. From the start it was clear to the staff that I was making a one time payment and my card should have never been kept on file or added to someone else account which now depends on their goodwill to fix. They will not refund my money and suggested I try to get my money back from the person with the membership. I have seen numerous other reviews about people having issues cancelling their memberships and still being charged. I would stay far away this place.

I had went in wanting a full body massage. Although the massage I got was good, it was only the neck, shoulders and back. Maybe just miscommunication?

We emailed them everything they asked for and canceled the membership on Oct 24 after 1 year. They confirmed over the phone it was canceled. I asked for something in writing and emailed requesting proof because of how sketchy they are and they will not respond but keep billing my credit card. My son graduated so we cant use it. I have invested hours trying to cancel this and they will not call me back so now we are having to dispute it with the credit card. Buyer beware this is the most dishonest business transaction we have ever experienced. -Deena

I recently had the pleasure of receiving a deep cleansing facial and I couldnt be happier with the results! From start to finish, it was a revitalizing experience. The esthetician, Priscilla, was incredibly attentive. She took the time to analyze my skin type and address my concerns. Post treatment, Priscilla recommended an easy regimen with products tailored to my skin type which I appreciated. I left with my skin feeling much smoother. Even a week after, my skin still had a glowing complexion and I noticed improvement. Thank you Priscil! Highly recommend.

McClain is a great therapist and has been able to help work through the tension in my neck and back relieving the chronic pain.

Do not buy the membership here. I canceled my membership 3 months ago and am still being charged. I have made multiple calls and sent several emails to have this corrected, but I never receive a call back or any returned emails. I have asked to speak with the manager or owner and was given a phone number, that no one ever answers. Very poor customer service. I am shocked that this owner is still in business.

My facial with Priscilla was absolutely amazing! She professional, knowledgeable, personable and always makes me feel comfortable. No wonder she’s always fully booked!

Massage was great WHILE it lasted. I purchased a ONE HOUR massage. Indy got me back 8 minutes late & finished 10 minutes early. I should have only purchased a 30 minute massage!! When you pay $120 for an hour massage you expect a ONE hour massage. I will not be back.

Very first time getting a massage and was kinda nervous and anxious not knowing how it works but my massage therapist Naomi was AMAZING! She was very understanding about me being nervous and walked me thru everything that was going to happen. She knew the right amount of pressure to use and when I left I was so relaxed, I hadn’t feel that good in a while. She brings good vibes into the atmosphere and I’ll definitely be back! 10/10 would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I have been getting massages here off and on since they opened to help with my back problems and general stress. I haven’t been in a while, but got the opportunity as a Fathers Day present to have an hour session to help relieve built up stress and pain. Nathan did a fantastic job at listening and focusing on the spots that bothered me, and unlike most massage therapists anywhere, he wasn’t talkative so I could just relax. I will definitely be returning.

Priscilla is AMAZING! She is so knowledgeable abt skin & gives great product recommendations and advice based on your skin needs. Definitely book with her if you want a great facial experience!

I’ve been to 3 therapists and am currently seeing Maclain for my sessions and he’s been great. You can tell that he’s passionate about what he does because he always gives you his best and not like a half-hearted massage till your time is up. He has good coordinated and systematic technique and focuses on your problematic areas without ignoring the rest of your body. The only reason I’m giving a 4 stars is because it’s difficult to get an appointment if you book in the same month. Especially if you have a preferred therapist, you would need to book a month before to get an appointment that fits your schedule.

Completely unsatisfied with this place, my wife booked her appointment over a month in advance. She booked it for 4:30, and upon getting there at 4:15 they told her that they had it booked for 4. So she onlybgot half a massage, Completely ripped off, im sure you guys wont even have the courtesy to reach out to me regarding this review. But if you do, Id be happy to have a conversation about it.

Priscilla is amazing! Seriously gives the best facial I’ve ever had! She looks at my skin and knows exactly what I need. I leave feeling refreshed and my skin is glowing. Even my husband notices how good it looks!

I do not recommend getting a massage from Nathan . Ive had massages from a few different people and Nathans techniques are very basic and he doesnt clean the sugar scrub completely off your foot before applying lotion . The front desk ladies dont seem to know the policy on canceling or pausing membership as well for the coupons they give you as a new member . I dont recommend becoming a member if you decided to cancel before the 12 months they will still charge you for 12 months. The only thing I do recommend at this location is getting Facials .

I love this place as I have been a member for over a year. It’s super clean and everyone has been super friendly. I go every 2 weeks or so and have never had a problem. Try several different therapists until you find the best one for your specific needs. They are all good, but are all a little different in their own ways. Nicole is my favorite and my main go-to as she has made all the difference in the world in my back / neck pain. She is professional, her heart is absolutely in the right place, and she shows those stubborn muscles who is boss! Grateful is an understatement.

The massage Jodie gave me was fantastic! She applied the perfect amount of pressure and found knots that I didn’t even know I had. The ladies at the front were amazing and so sweet and helpful. I felt extremely welcomed and comfortable with them. Definitely will be returning!

After almost a years absence from Massage Envy. My husband and I both went back got the stretch, the massage and the Biofreeze treatment and it felt great! Well worth the wait Coming off of hip placement surgery and then not moving around for a while does a thing to your body. The 30 min stretch was wonderful. It helped so much.Madison did an awesome job and my husband was very happy with Heather. He continues to select Heather for all his appointments. and of course I’ll be doing the same with Madison. I missed you Massage Envy and I’m glad I’m able to be back. Thank you Madison I couldn’t feel any better.

This was my first time here, and it was by far the best experience I’ve had compared to anywhere I’ve ever been! Rebecca was amazing, and made sure to focus on all my areas of concern as well as my comfort throughout my 1 hour session. All of the staff was kind and professional, and the facility itself was very clean. I will be returning often in the future!

He is an AWESOME massage therapist, does deep enough to heal but not leave you too sore! He is respectful and only talks when you talk to him. I love him as my therapist.

Iv been to a lot of different massage places and also several Massage Envy’s it’s hard for me to find anyone that knows what they’re doing and can do deep tissue lots of pressure. I was extremely happy with the massage I got from Indy Bartley hands down the best!! I highly recommend him.

My massage therapist Nathan (or Indy) was and is amazing. Its the front staff that I ALWAYS have issues with. There is never clear communication, poor customer service, and not military friendly at all. I became a member when I was stationed somewhere else under the impression that anything when I moved, my membership would be just as good anywhere else. Yesterday I tried to give one of my packages to my mother. I had given packages to friends before no problem. This time instead of giving my mom the package they charged us for the massage after being told there would be no issues. I regret ever becoming a member and glad I could end my membership before doing a 365 tour in Korea.Priscilla and Nathan are really the only reasons I go to Massage Envy anymore. They are amazing and I highly recommend them.

I booked a 30 minute stretch, because that was what was available with only a couple of day notice. I was retrieved 5 minutes after my appointment time, and the therapist only worked for 20 minutes. The stretches were nothing I couldn’t do at home on my own. Disappointed to pay $60 for an appointment I didn’t even get the full time out of.

The massage and stretch are good and Amy is a delight, however you cant get in unless you made an appointment a month out. It will be six weeks before I can get in on a Friday. Most anywhere in Lubbock you can get in with a phone call that day. Madison was also a delight and the front desk I have no issues with. Having an appointment, but still waiting 15 minutes is ridiculous. After my 12 months is over i will not be renewing.

I have been a member for several years and I’ve had several massage therapists and all have done a fantastic job. Love my facials with Pricilla! My only complaint is that they’ve had to cancel several (7) of my appointments most at the last minute when I’m already on the road to the appointment. I live out of town. They will not consider or offer anything for the inconvenience such as a free enhancement like aroma therapy or extra 30 minutes which is not customer service friendly. Their resolution is to reschedule. This is not what I would consider as customer friendly service. They have never been able to get me in on the same day when they’ve cancelled my appointment . However, on the very rare occasion (2) when I’ve had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances I get penalized by being charged for the session anyway. This is a poor reflection on management/franchisee not the staff. The only reason I come back is because of therapists and the fact they are open 7 days a week.

I really enjoyed the past year and half. The customer service is on par, the therapist are great, and the facials are what kept me coming back (Priscilla is the absolute best in town). They are really good with reminding about appointments, sessions in your account, and overal communication. Definitely have recommended family and friends.

Its a decent massage place. Im just a special case. Its just hard for me to find monthly appointments with my work schedule because the evening times fill up so fast seems like. Its also hard for me to find a massage therapist that will really go lightly and understand that I am so sensitive to touch due to lupus, but that I do need a good massage.

I was unsatisfied!!It’s was my first time at this place!!They texted me at 4:06 telling me to come in and when I got in there they asked me questions and things and then when they were gonna do the massage it was like 4:17 when the message began and then she finished at 4:59 it was a minute until 5:00 so I did not get the complete hour that I paid for!!Heather did do a good job.

I am a cancer patient and have muscle spasms and knots. Amy H. has helped me tremendously for the past several months. She is very attentive to my needs/requests and I always leave feeling relaxed and free from pain. She even came in on her day off to massage me when I was having pain in my shoulder! I highly recommend Massage Envy and Amy H!

Nathan was awesome! I have been trying different therapists since I started getting monthly massages 4 months ago. I can honestly say that Nathan is one of my favorites so far.

Indy/Nathan was wonderful!! He worked on all the areas that I requested and used great pressure. The FDA’s were friendly and helpful!!

Anxiety convinced me to use a gift card to get the first massage Id had in a long time. Spring, the massage therapist, was great, and very knowledgeable. She found the areas that needed more work, and left me eager to return. Its more reasonably priced than I expected, so Ill be soon be returning.

My wife goes there. The Massage Therapists name is Jennifer Armstrong. She is AMAZING!!! My wife has a health issues, has major back, neck, leg and feet pain. She goes and sees her twice a month. These massage therapy sessions helps her relieve the pain and continue to get thru the days. Shes tried other therapists but Jennifer is the best!!! We highly recommend her!.

My experience with Maclain is always A1. He is personable and always customizes my massages just right.

I love all the new changes in Lubbock. I was greeted promptly by a courteous staff and welcomed into a cozy environment where I could really relax and be pampered. Jodi was the attentive and listened to my wants and needs and made me feel very at home. The massage was wonderful! I WILL definitely be making this a regular occurrence!

I wish I could give a negative Beware!!!!! On 8/25 I went in for my regular 60 minute massage. My therapist was not there that day so I was seen by a different one. During the massage I told him multiple time that was too much pressure and it hurt. He would ease up a little and then get rough again. The next day I was in so much pain I literally could not move. I noticed bruising on my back and shoulders. I went in amnd talked to the manager she assured me that she would handle it. Would waive my fee for September, do training and check in with me. I have heard from her once. I continue to have ongoing pain and can hardly stand to be touched. I had to cancel my next appointment and let them know that due to their employee injuring me I would like to cancel my membership. They informed me that I needed to get a doctors letter to cancel 😮 it is not my fault I want to cancel it was their employee that injured me. Then to top it off they attempted to charge me for the month of September. I feel like they have completely dropped the ball on this and that they truly don’t care. Beware of this place.

Heather S at the location on 82nd & Quaker is phenomenal. She was professional, friendly, and always made sure I was comfortable. Massage Envy is great, I love the subscription that enables me to get a monthly massage or a facial.

The service is excellent and I always look forward to getting a massage, but especially if my session is with Jodi. Shes very skilled and is my go to from now on. I have very stubborn muscle tension that most therapists arent able to release, but Jodi can get most of not all of my knots out.

Avoid this place at all costs. They will try to push you on their membership and it is a nightmare to try to cancel the membership. They are liars. They will tell you whatever it takes to get more money from you.

Very clean environment and a pleasant experience. Naomi is very sweet and knowledgeable. She gives great massages, can go as light or as deep as you need.

I carry my tension and stress in my neck and shoulders and typically always have knots regardless of anything that I do. I recently had Nathan INDY at the Lubbock location of Massage Envy. He was able to release almost all of the the knots and tension during the session. Highly recommend!!

I absolutely loved my experience at Massage Envy. I instantly felt a calm and relaxed atmosphere as I walked in, and was happy to see it had beautifully renovated. I was greeted by such sweet people, along with my therapist. She was amazing and listened completely to all of my needs and helped me unwind, fully relax, and enjoy every minute of my time there. Worst massage ever----after consultation with massage envy personnel, I schedule a combination massage. The massage therapist did not do the combination massage. I reminded her that I paid for a combination massage. She said SHE decided that I did not need the combination massage. Also, she was reminded more than a few times that she was hurting my back because of the pressure she was applying. That did not stop her from continuing the painful massage. If that was not enough, the room smelled dusty. When I spoke with the manager about the situation, she only said she would speak to the therapist I complained about.----they refused a refund. It was after I contacted the better business bureau that massage envy offered to give me a complimentary massage---No Thanks! Any reputable business would have given a refund---but not Massage Envy.

Have been using this location for over a year now and always try to schedule with Justin. He is very professional and does a great job making sure that your massage is customized for you. Highly recommend him and overall pleased with staff.

Madi does a wonderful job. We have good communication. She seems to loosen the tension without digging into my muscles which causes me to have soreness. She is the one I request most often.

Spring is such a lovely person and a great masseuse! The facilities are very nice, everyone including the receptionist was kind. Massage itself was exactly what was needed and everyone was not only focused on relaxation but wellness. Even helping me to figure out a source of lower back and hip pain and what to talk to my PCP about, well as suggested stretches to mitigate the pain! Ill be budgeting to come back again and keep working on it!

I have been working hard at a computer for over a week and I could barely move my neck . This nice young man, McLain got rid of all my pain and aches . He worked very hard and was absolutely so nice and caring .

They never have availability for a decent hour. When you ask about a certain hour that maybe might work for you they book it without confirming with you.... even though you tell them to hold off because you aren’t sure you can make it. If you don’t book it - there shouldn’t be a cancellation fee! Asking about a certain time and who is available for that time does not mean you are booking. This is the second time they do this to me and take my credit. Very unprofessional of the manager to not look up who booked it and messed up because they are making their customers lose money and they are losing business. It’s all about poor management because the therapists are great.

This place has gone from great to awful. They book me a couples massage with someone that I did not know. Had to cancel and was able to reschedule a month later. Called to confirm my appointment and they had me with a message therapist that I did not request. Seems like the customer service here is on the decline. I can not wait to cancel my membership! This place has $220 of my money that they auto draft out my bank with no services rendered. I do not recommend this establishment!

I scheduled an appt online and it showed everything was good. When I show up for my appt the girl at the front desk tells me I didnt make the appt. Another lady waiting in the lobby spoke up and said the same thing happened to her. Massage Envy took absolutely no responsibility whatsoever in what happened. She kept saying I should have called instead. They have been told the app wasnt working correctly . So NOW she says it was because of the app and not my fault!! Then she goes on to say if I had an appt they would have text me the day before... how am I supposed to know that if Im not a regular customer??? Again, no responsibility AT ALL. The only thing they offered was to get me in the next available. Needless to say I will NOT be coming back here!!

My husband and I tried Massage Envy after being treated extremely poorly by Oceans, after a mistake they made that we missed. Weve been going to M.E. regularly for months, see the same therapists when we go, and are always treated with absolute respect. We still dont regret our memberships.

Had a wonderful massage. I would definitely recommend this place.

I personally have never been here. However I sent my husband for a massage here. And apparently its ok for the young lady that was massaging my husband to get up on his back completely!! She climbed on his back to better the massage by putting her knees in his back. I felt this to be inappropriate! So wives sending your husband to get a massage.....if that would make you uncomfortable.....DONT send your husband to this place! Also another concern....What wouldve happened had the massage bed broke with all that weight? It would have broke my husbands back! So there are 2 concerns of mine. And I can assure you my husband wont be back!!

*** ALERT ***I have been with massage envy here for over a year. One thing to note before my review - front desk associates were very nice to speak to.Last month they accidentally double charged me for my monthly membership rate. I contacted them the next day 2/27 to let them know and they said that it was a nation-wide problem with a new credit card system. (My wife also has a membership based in Florida and was not double-charged) Ann Love (business manager) told me they would resolve the issue as soon as possible.A week later 3/6, I havent heard anything from them so I call back. The business manager tells me that they are still working on the issue and they will process the refund later that day.I waited another full week (3/13) for the banks to process and still nothing. I call again and am told that they are still working on it...3/20 comes and I call, YET AGAIN, and am told that the owners are processing that day and if I dont receive my money back in 48 hours to call back and they will find another way to refund me.3/22 I call again and no manager is there to take my call. I tell the front desk I would like to cancel my membership. They said that they dont have access to that and only a manager can cancel my membership. I am told that they will call me the next day. 3/23 I call again and there is no manager there. I am told they would call me back the next day. 3/24 nobody calls me.Today is 3/25, and this morning I received my refund in my bank account. I also receive an email saying that the business manager tried to call and left me a voicemail (which i did not receive) and attaches a document to show proof of my refund process. According to the document, the refund was not processed until 3/20. So they had led me on for three weeks prior that they had processed it and processed it, but in fact were just holding on to my money.Have not heard from anybody about cancelling my membership. They will probably wait until my card gets charged again...DO NOT SIGN UP FOR MASSAGE ENVY, they have limited appointments available and will not let you cancel your membership. Management wont call you back and the owners wont either. They dont provide a corporate number either.

The staff went above and beyond. Im in from out of town. They were having computer problems but they followed through with a few phone calls and set me an appointment. Ive been getting massages for 25 years and have gotten mages all over the world. Braden gave an excellent massage. Honestly had to be in the top 10 of all. Great experiance all around

I had a 60 minute massage with Madison and she was very open to feedback during and was able to help me make a good plan for future session on areas that need a lot more work. If I could I would go over 5 stars

I’m very upset with my experience at massage envy. My 60 massage was barely And I mean barely 50 minutes. I would say 45 mins. Apparently, the other 10 minutes were for undressing and then getting dressed again. I left shaking Because it was just so upsetting. I was Never told that. They said the massage person should have told me that. Ummm, they didn’t. And it was never mentioned when I made an appt. 60 minute massage means 60 minutes of massage. My massage was decent I will say that but I was never asked if the pressure was good, the music was so loud, never asked if I was too hot or cold and No Thankyou or anything. I will never go back and I will certainly not recommend it.

My review is based on the managers and ownership of this Massage Envy in Lubbock. In the middle of May, I was getting ready for a military deployment and I emailed the manager Craig Zahn to freeze my account. Instead of freezing my account the administrator closed my account without my permission. I emailed the branch multiple times telling them the mistake they made and I never got a response back. I called the old administrator and she didnt seem to have any clue or just didnt care. This was all going on while in New Jersey, my new assigned location. The local Mount Laurel branch in New Jersey was very helpful and they tried contacting Lubbock multiple times, but they didnt have any luck either. Mount Laurel offered to set up an account with them and credit my hours since Lubbock hasnt done nothing to fix the problem, however I joined Massage Envy several years ago in 2010 and Im on the old $39.99 payment plan and I would lose that pricing. Anyways, week after week, month after month past and nothing was done by Lubbock. Apparently, the manager and admin person left the company a few weeks later in May or June (I dont know the exact time), which I found out upon my return from my 3 month deployment in beginning of August. I called Lubbock upon my return and I was told they would give me a call back from the new administrator Shelby. About 3 weeks have passed and I never received a call back. I called the branch again today, Aug 31st, and I was told I would get a call back from them in a few days (this sounds very familiar) Bottom line: the Lubbock branch is a nightmare and if I could give them a 0 out of 5, I would because that what this branch deserves. For 4 months my account has been closed without my permission and Im unable to access my unused massage hours. Only time will tell to see if this branch can fix the mistake they have made. Its unbelievable the amount of time I have wasted dealing with this branch.

If I could give a negative rating I would. I was a member for 2 years and had to cancel my membership due to moving for work. I was told I would have 30 days to use my remaining accrued credits and when I tried to set up an appointment I was told I lost those credits with the cancellation- which would be understandable if I hadnt double checked with 3 different front desk workers about that issue. When I kept saying it didnt make sense and that was not told to me from the beginning the manager on the phone was rude and snippy (Brooke). Incidently my boyfriend is very close with the owners family however this particular side of the family does not like him- and due to the internet/social media they knew he and I are/have been dating seriously. Brookes uncle is the owner of the Lubbock franchise and I asked her to have him call me to which she replied he was not available. I said that is fine just please have him call me and she said OK, bye. I am doing all I can to dissuade anyone in Lubbock from going to this facility. Its worthless and VERY POOR customer service especially to let a personal matter interfere with a NATIONAL chain service to provide relaxation and well-being.

I absolutely LOVE this Massage Envy. I always receive the best service here and the staff is super welcoming and friendly. I have been to other Massage Envy locations around Texas and this location is my personal favorite! I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of a wonderful, relaxing experience.

I regret getting the membership because their staff actually either call you to remind your appointment at so much a head of time or later. So i wasted my one month subscription for just missing my appointment and you cannot cancel it. it means to say no show no refund. so Please do not get into their promising sales talking. and you cannot cancel your membership whether you like it or not. Even if you are no longer living in the area, it is just too bad management.

Was not a fan of the overall experience. I treat myself occasionally to a massage. This was the only place that had availability on the day that I wanted it scheduled I had not ever been there but I do not plan to use them again.

I love my sessions for 1 1/2 hrs the only thing they have changed is their lotions and they arent as good. Not the same feelingsOther then that I have been going for about a year and half I look forward to my treatments.

Horrible!1. First apt got cancelled later to find out allie wasnt even realiable and she got sick and called in a lot.2. My apt time got changed and no one called to tell me. Messed up my schedule.3. My paperwork got lost after I went in 3 days early to fill it out. I manage an orthopedic office and I know getting paperwork done early helps us out a lot.

Maclain is awesome! I prefer very heavy/deep massage and he delivers!

Nathans massage was just what I needed to get out my soreness after a hard work week I even fell asleep for a minute I was so relaxed and refreshed ready to go back to work 😊😁😊

This has got to be the biggest scam running! $55 for an hour massage minus the 10 mins for chat and dressing...for the first visit then you have to pay $65 a month for membership which gets you one free massage a month anything past that is $45... why not pay $60 to start with and go to someone who doesnt require your bank account info before you meet the massage therapist? Scam!!!! Run!!!!

I had something pop up last minute and couldn’t go to my appointment. I called and cancelled and they didn’t even tell me there would be a fee. I got charged $50 for missing and then they charged an additional $10 for a tip. Had they mentioned it would cost me as much to cancel as to go. I would have told them I’ll be late.

Madison has hands of steel. I like a deep tissue massage, and she found and persistently attacked many of the painful knots that I had.

The massage therapist are good however the membership is a complete JOKE. I DO NOT recommend getting the membership because it is NOT flexible at all.
