After 4 visits to different specialists with absolutely NO improvements, results or hope, I Googled and A HEALING TOUCH caught my eye as thats exactly what I needed. After telling him what was going on with my carpal tunnel symptoms, Keith knew exactly what to do, and got to work! After a one hour session I knew I was finally on a healing journey. I have had NO pain in 5 days after being in pain for over 2 weeks, and today after the second time of going it is really helping getting a little feeling in my fingers! I had the Swedish 60 minute massage with Keith and he did such a wonderful job! Keith was very good and professional. Pulled something really bad in my back, he said it was like 7 miles of a bad dirt road. After an hour I was just a little sore. I am currently 36 weeks pregnant. At 35 weeks I started having severe back pain on the lower left side. My OB explained that it was most likely muscle spasms/stress from my growing belly. Keith Paschal is an absolute genius! I had a 1-hour deep tissue massage unlike any other I’ve ever had. I recently opened a business and have had a ton of stress around my neck, shoulders, and hips. It recently got so bad that I was getting frequent headaches, tingling fingers, and ultimately a bout of nausea that caused me to give him a call. He was able to fit me in on the same day and did a terrific job. He explained everything he was doing and how each area was affecting my mental and physical health. I feel completely relaxed and have more range of motion in my arms (I didn’t even know I was limited in range). He also performed some TBM techniques that Lee my mind. I appreciated all the knowledge he shared with me and gave me multiples tips to add into my daily habits. I’m looking forward to going back! Keith did a wonderful job on my problem areas. My shoulders, neck and base of my skull were extremely tight and knotted. He knew exactly where to work and how to manipulate it. Its been 3 days now and I am much much better. Will definitely be going back to see Keith again!!!

I have been in a couple of car accidents that have left me with chronic back pain, and since I started going to Keith I have noticed a tremendous difference. I have always struggled with chronic migraines. I tried everything from shots, to new medications. After having 8 migraine days in 2 weeks I decided to give them a try. When I went in they were very friendly and the atmosphere was comfortable. I could tell a difference in my migraine after my adjustment with Dr. Young. I finished up my visit with a massage, Keith is amazing, and very good at what he does. I had complete relief when I left. I will most certainly be back.

Dr. Young knows her stuff. She has improved my mobility, health, and general well being. She has helped with the problematic symptoms related to my hiatal hernia, my spinal complaints related to disc issues and stenosis, and has helped in maintaining my ability to generally function.

I came in hardly able to walk from the pain in my lower back, by the time I left I was able to walk and bend with minimal pain and discomfort. Not only was I taken care of I was also educated on why my back felt like this, which is something none of my doctors have been able to do. I would recommend this practice to absolutely everyone. Keith is the BEST there is. I have always had chronic back pain due to scoliosis. I was referred to Keith about 8 years ago. I was using pain meds and anti-inflammatory meds almost daily. Had the most relieving and unexpected best visit. I went in hardly being able to move with extreme lower back pain. I am used to getting injections that just mask the pain. I am bulging L4-L5 and L5-S1. After some magic massage and some decompression techniques I walked out standing straight up and so much pain relief. I have been plagued with dizzy spells since 1987 and while I do have Ménière’s disease, it is currently in remission. About 4 months ago I started having violent dizzy spells but they were very short lived ( 4-5 minutes) as opposed to the 8-12 hour long spells that characterize Meniere’s. I was suffering about 10 spells every day, day after day. My specialists could offer no relief. Just take your diuretic and try to stay calm. Right! Four months later I am so thankful to report that I am going into my third week dizzy spell free. First of all, I think these reviews are fake or made by the people that work here & their friends? There is no way this group has 5 stars with over 100 reviews. Here’s my experience.I received a massage from Keith at 5 PM Monday afternoon last week.I was diagnosed by a well-regarded hand specialist with carpal tunnel after doing multiple tests. I wrote down that Information on my forms, but he insisted that I didn’t have carpal tunnel and instead thoracic outlet syndrome. I requested on the forms to massage from the fingertips upwards towards my neck because of this (for CTS you are NEVER supposed to massage down the arm/hand/fingers), but he began massaging my arm the opposite way. Then I verbally asked him to massage the other way and he did without hesitation, but he still did my fingers the wrong way. At this point I had already asked twice, so I just let him massage how wanted.Keith made several remarks suggesting that he knew anatomy of the arm better than doctors, which is why they mis-diagnosed me. But he also didn’t know where the rotator cuff was located, which threw me off right away - considering I’ve had a rotator cuff injury previously and have done a lot of massage and physical therapy; I know very well where my rotator cuff is located.My wrists hurt much more than when I came in. Instead of massaging as requested, considering my carpal tunnel, he massaged based off of his own personal diagnosis. I truly believe he irritated my wrists worse than they were when I came in.In addition to his unprofessionalism and arrogance, as far as the massage, he spent most of his time on the right side of my body and neglected the left side. When I flipped over to face the ceiling, he breathed somewhat heavily towards my face, and I couldn’t relax due to the odor of his breath.I didn’t say anything during the massage, because I am not a confrontational person, and I also didn’t feel the increased pain until after the session ended. I still tipped 20%, because I believe he had good intentions. But the massage fell very short from satisfactory, and he should be made aware of this.To top it off, when I tried contacting them to speak about it the receptionist was EXTREMELY RUDE!Looking for legal assistance now.

Keith, with A Healing Touch, is an excellent Massage Therapist! I have had several issues with my neck and back and he has been the one to help alleviate the muscle spasms & pain!I would highly recommend A Healing Touch Massage Therapy!

Doctors have diagnosed me with something called rotoscoliosis- and suggest severing nerves in my hip and spine to manage the pain. Its an alignment problem and Keith massages and manipulates the joints and gets my body back in alignment. His understanding of the physiology of the human body is wonderful. He studies and works on techniques to constantly improve. If you are looking for therapeutic massage - you will not find anyone better.

Keith knew exactly what to do to get my muscle feeling better & back to normal. Overall excellent experience and I will definitely be going back.

Went for a neck massage to relieve a pretty bad headache. Was able to be seen the same day. I felt so much better afterwards, and my headache hasnt come back! Staff was excellent, very welcoming and family friendly. l definitely recommend them.

Patient, thorough and affordable! Dr Young is a trifecta of win!! Ive been seen by several chiropractors in the area, but Dr Young TRUMPS ALL. In what way do you ask?! My initial adjustment by her was my evidence. BUT shes only available Mon, Wed, Fri.Sadly, this past year I allowed convenience to substitute real healing. I started going to a walk -in only, chiropractor that was closer to my home. You could get in and get out in minutes, plus they were open every day of the week. Hello Instant gratification? Not so much... I just brushed it off as getting older and dealing with nagging pain.I decided it was time to revisit Dr Young, and I had forgotten how incredible her skills were... Holy strawberries in heaven!! I cant believe the difference I felt. She didnt just pop me and send me packing, she took her time to arrange me after months of restlentless discomfort. I still cant believe I settled for measly adjustments, when all I needed to do was schedule and drive across town. Her profound ability to heal has no compare. Lesson learned.Thanks Dr Young!

By far the best place I’ve gone to in a while I told Keith where I was hurting and he applied all his knowledge into applying the right amount of pressure and technique to help my upper body out and he explains everything he is doin so you can understand exactly what he is doing highly recommend him for any aches and pains you might be having.
