Woodhouse Spa - Lubbock

I had appointment last Friday, 08/16/2024 for a 80 minute facial with Leah. I have regular facials, but this was the best one I have ever had. She explained each product before application & what the product did. Leah was amazing & her facial massages were awesome. I certainly will be a return customer. What a kind, sweet & joyful person, Leah is. I hope that management appreciates her as much as I do.

Jennifer Kelley was absolutely INCREDIBLE! She was kind and so skilled in the deep tissue massage!! She gave a truly amazing massage and listened to my areas of concern to help me relax and ease tension. I told her I was a new regular, and I certainly meant it! Wow—just fantastic! Caroline, thank you for listening to my concern and working to make this right. Jennifer was fantastic and I had a great experience today!

Therapist was awesome. She deserves 5 stars. Front desk people are terrible. I booked online out of convenience to only have them call me seven (7) times through my work day. I finally answered and it was for them to ask my robe and shoe size so that they could prepare a locker for when I got there. When I got there the locker wasn’t ready anyway so the seven phone calls was pretty unnecessary. They also didn’t have me do an intake form so I had to do it laying down on the massage bed. I felt bad for the therapist. When checking out the front desk guy was super unimpressive too. Very dismissive and annoyed to be there. I never review companies but this was just too terrible to ignore. I feel they are trying to be an upscale spa but are falling terribly short. As an owner of several businesses I would be embarrassed.

I spent the day at Woodhouse Spa and it was a very relaxing and rejuvenating experience. My massage from Jennifer was awesome, my facial from Leah was the best Ive ever had, and my pedicure done by Lauren was incredible. Thank you ladies for a wonderful day. Marge

I’ve been here multiple times! Every time, it is wonderful. So clean and peaceful.I’m taking the time to write this review specifically for my massage therapist, Jennifer. I can confidently say she gave me the best massage I’ve ever had. I highly recommend her. I wish we weren’t moving so I could book again with her! Incredible!

I went to Woodhouse because my partner got me a gift card for my birthday. Firstly I will say, I got a classic hydrofacial. The facial itself was fine…but from the moment I stepped into the spa, I felt extremely rushed. I didn’t even get time to unwind and enjoy my wine before I was rushed in for my facial and then rushed out the door with a glass full of wine I didn’t get to enjoy. Then they try to sell you their products they don’t even try explaining to you lol. Like I said, the facial was fine, but nowhere NEAR worth $250. I did not feel rejuvenated and relaxed..

Great experience! The environment and aesthetic is refreshing, and the service was wonderful! The robes are super comfy and the massage was fantastic (Kassi)! Very clean and welcoming environment. Would for sure book a girls day or event here!

Im loving the new location! The locker room is much larger, brighter and flows better than the old location. The dish inside the locker for your jewelry is essential.

As soon you walk in they greet you and i was surprised with sunflowers from my facial lady (Leah), her hands were ao gentle on my face and super sweet… 1st time ever had a facial and it was amazing, I recommend Leah for her services… definitely going back

The base coat they used must have been old. It was goopy and once the polish dried it was dimpled. Three hours later it scraped off when I rubbed it against a pant hook. Not pleasedAfter seeing my posting the manager called and asked to redo the service for free. We discussed what I thought was the problem and Im booked for a redo soon. Hoping we solve the problem because I enjoyed the lovely facility and the tech was good do would be like to be a regular customer.

I had my very first facial ever with Leah Herron yesterday and let me tell you it was amazing! She is so sweet, really listened to my needs and wants. She is extremely professional and so knowledgeable about the process and products! I can’t wait to go back my skin feels and looks so fresh!!

Went in for several services a few weeks ago and my facial was the best by far! I highly recommend Leah. She was extremely thorough and used products that would not irritate my sensitive skin and she paid very close attention to that so that my facial was enjoyable and I wasn’t squirming the whole time because it was burning. I left with a very beautiful glow and my skin felt the best it ever has! Book with Leah for your facial! You will not regret!!

A 10/10 experience, did start off a tad rocky when they didn’t have a locker ready for me, but the front staff was quick to resolve this. This was my FIRST massage, so I was a little nervous going into it, but Jonathan did an AMAZING job. Will be a returning customer!

WOODHOUSE DAY SPA WARNING. Two weeks ago someone broke into my locker at Woodhouse Day Spa and stole my diamond necklace pictured here. Woodhouse has done nothing. I have not even been contacted by the owner or manager of Woodhouse Day Spa. It is bad enough that someone stole a valuable item of mine, but Woodhouse Day Spas complete lack of action to this feels more criminal. I dont slam businesses on social media, but I am making an exception in this case. Beware of taking your purses into Woodhouse. Their lockers are not safe and they dont care.

The Spa offered a free redo and the results were perfect. Exactly what I expected the first time. We skipped the base coat and the manicurist was very careful. Will go back. Thanks for the opportunity to redo.

I booked my husband and I a hot stone massage. The Check-In process was quick and easy. As I walked in, the service that was provided was very professional. Jennifer was very nice, professional, and did an amazing job! She listened to exactly what I wanted and completely provided me with top notch service. Johnathan was my husband’s masseuse. He did such an awesome job, my husband fell asleep, lol. The brand new location is so clean and updated. The check-out process was quick and easy. Overall, if I could give 10 stars, I definitely would!

I booked a couples massage a month in advance & wasn’t aware of male masseuse. They did not ask me if we preferred male or female. So my husband was very uncomfortable and did not enjoy his time, not only that but he asked for deep tissue and did not get that. We left feeling as if we did not get a massage YET paid $300 JUST to lay in a dark room!! I’m sad that we did not get what we wanted especially since this was his valentine’s gift from me. We both work so hard and definitely needed this and for us not to get what we paid for sucks. We also paid for a 55 minute massage and by the time we changed in our changing rooms and filled out paperwork we only ended up getting a 35 minute massage. Safe to say we will NOT be back

The whole experience is wonderful and relaxing. The quiet room in relaxing. The staff are all wonderful and kind. A bit pricey compared to some spas I’ve previously been to but the environment is well worth it.

My all time favorite spa! This was my first time at their new facility, and it did not disappoint! So beautiful and relaxing!

I booked an 80 minute facial. My facialist told me that she was running about 4 minutes behind. After 5 minutes, I was taken to the room and changed, while she went downstairs to get the products. By the time she started, it was delayed by about 15 minutes. Unfortunately, she didnt account for this and my facial lasted only about 65 minutes. I dont mind if they are running late, I truly understand. My issue is when they are running late, yet still finish at the scheduled time. I suspect she was ready to leave work and didnt want to stay late, as it was approaching closing time. That being said, the facility is beautiful and I will give them a second chance, Ill just make sure that I do not book any services with Leah.

I visit this spa as often as I can. The treatments are always top notch and they have about 70 to choose from. My facial with Makayla was simply awesome, my skin was glowing for weeks after and my full body deep tissue massage with Catrina was one of the best I have ever had. Both of these staff members have caring expertise for what they do that is second to none. Every time I visit, I am greeted by the front desk concierge staff who promptly attend to my check-in and then personally escorts me to the locker area and changing rooms. Lauren the manager and Alee the assistant manager are always focused on the spas customer service and it shows. At the end of my day of relaxation I can shop the boutique for the products recommended during my service(s) and always find an extra gem or two of high quality products. Woodhouse Spa have the best treatments around, its no wonder that when you google day spas in Lubbock, Woodhouse is the first on the list, they are the Best and I enthusiastically recommend them!

Woodhouse has a new location. Even though I’ve been a client of theirs since they basically opened, they did not send any information letting me know they had changed locations, so I was late to my appointment. “Oh, you should have received a text message and an email.”I did not. In their old location when one received a manicure or pedicure, the room was lovely and private which made it feel like a very exclusive spa. Now there are three chairs in a room which isn’t private or exclusive at all. After loving Woodhouse for close to two decades, I will not be back. Their pedicure/manicure room feels like any other cheap nail place! Ugh…:(😢

My friend and I enjoyed a massage, pedicure and facial! We will be coming back again!! Very luxurious!

First time visiting and the staff and experience were top quality from start to finish.The hot stone treatment and the couples room is a wonderful combination.For a special occasion or even just to treat yourself, the Woodhouse Spa on Quaker is an excellent choice.

I feel relaxed as soon as I walk into the door. Everyone is friendly and makes me feel welcomed. Amanda is a wonderful massage therapist. I highly recommend her. Since coming here, my aches and pains have decreased. I was trying to find a place to get a good prenatal massage and I think I have found the place! I have been coming here for several months now and will continue to.

First time going and it was awesome. Took hubby for our wedding anniversary for a couples massage. Our massage therapists were awesome I feel very relaxed from this visit. They made us feel special when they asked if that was for something special I said yes and everyone wished us a happy anniversary and gave us a little gift when we left. I will definitely visit again!

I was told I couldn’t get the hydra facial I booked when I arrived and was forced into getting a holistic facial because I’m pregnant, even though it’s completely safe and doctor approved. Once I left and paid, I was told I was given incorrect information and I actually can get a hydra facial. I asked to be refunded for the service I didn’t even want but still paid for and was declined. Their best offer for THEIR mistake was 50% off my next service, not a refund… not a complimentary facial for their mistake. HIGHLY disappointed. Will definitely be letting my other mom friends know of this awful hospitality. Would not recommended as their staff is not training in the basics of their booking practices.I would like to add that when I was told I couldn’t get the facial I booked… they showed me the menu and what I could get… thus cutting my facial time short of 20 minutes…. Because of their mistake. I was shorted my PAID time because of their mistakes. Unbelievable and frankly, inexcusable.

I, personally, had a wonderful experience. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The environment was clean and I felt safe in this COVID pandemic world. Upon calling me into the room, the massage therapist asked about mask wearing and what I was comfortable with. The massage I received was wonderful and the therapist continued to check with me to make sure I was comfortable (massage pressure) and not too hot/cold.I will say, the only thing that kind of turned me off was the check-out process. They had stuff waiting at the cash register for me to potentially buy when I left. You walk up front and think, oh my, theyve got a to-go package for me? But no, they try to sell you stuff. That kind of irritated me after a relaxing massage. I dont want to think about buying stuff, I want to pay, go home and rest. Maybe they should think about offering extras before you go back and start to relax, but not after youve had calming treatments. Other than that, super great experience!

I’ve been to woodhouse many times and always buy gift cards to gift to family and friends from everywhere. Unfortunately, today they definitely lost my business. I never ask for much but they were rude on the phone wen my niece had missed her appointment for a massage by 15 min. She’s a doctor in Lubbock and had a critical patient this morning and slept a little though her alarm. I pleased with woodhouse to allow us to set another appointment or maybe offer a discount. They were set in their ways and didn’t allow us to reschedule her, pay a fee or anything. This doesn’t always happen, and for as much business as I’ve done with woodhouse In Lubbock, Denver, midland, I would think they would have considered the situation and had better customer service.

Wow - the luxury hand and foot procedures are indulgent but affordable. My hands look lovely, and Valerie did a great job shaping my fingernails. Lauren did an amazing job on my difficult toe nails, and the skin on my feet is baby-soft. The price was reasonable, and I will *definitely* return!

I wasn’t sure if I wanted to write a review, but after a day of still being bothered I decided to.The whole place is stunning, the amenities are beautiful. The personalized lockers and robes, felt wonderful. The front desk who created the appointment and assisted us was wonderful and gave great service.Their quiet room, before our massage appointments, was very relaxing and clean.My biggest issue was my massage therapist. It started with her questioning my paperwork on my choice of pressure I wrote, moderate-deep. She said if I wanted deep pressure that would be an extra charge. (Because I booked a Swedish) but I explained that’s what I put on the paper and those were the choices. She questioned me more and tried to upsell. And if I wanted deeper pressure it would be an extra charge. So we stuck with the original choice, because she made me feel like this was my first time.After that I noticed it was 4:12pm by the time she got started.Then she kept telling me how tight my neck and back are, so I explained she can give me more pressure in those areas if she felt like it. Then she somewhat did, but now I have neck pains even more 24 hours later.Then she got to my feet and made comments to me that made me feel self conscious.To top off this experience she would not stop talking about her plans for vacation in a week or so. Even though I stopped responding, she did not get the hint.Once she completed it, I saw the time at 4:50pm. So I did not even get the full 50 min. I scheduled for.As she was walking me back to the quiet room afterwards she would not stop talking about how tight my back and neck were. I was annoyed and holding back tears at this point.The atmosphere and front desk service was great. But I wouldn’t book with that therapist again, and I question the strategy of “upsell” on someone’s pressure preference. You can have a Swedish massage with moderate-deep pressure. I’ve had enough massages to know and experience this.

Great experience. This location doesnt have a separate male and female sitting area nor do they have a hot tub. I still enjoyed myself and this is a gem for Lubbock Texas.

I have been here before and loved it! My massage was good but I felt rushed to leave when it was over. My therapist led me directly to the locker room instead of the quiet room and everyone was rushing around to clean up and get out of there. I realize that I had an evening appointment this time but would still like to enjoy the same experience. I was disappointed for the cost.

The ambiance is perfect. The services and professionals are great. The problem is it is always so crowded it isn’t relaxing. There are way to many people no matter what time of year in the relaxation room especially for the price point. It is super intrusive for a spa environment. We need more places like this in Lubbock so this one is more of a relaxing experience as it is set up to be.

I would do a negative star if I could. I was very clear when I booked the appointment online that I needed a breast pillow for my deep tissue massage. As soon as I checked in, I told the front desk again. Once in the massage room, the therapist told me that she could only give me a rolled up towel because the Woodhouse Spa doesnt actually own any breast pillows, what??? When I checked out, I told them it was disappointing that I had to endure the deep tissue massage without the breast pillow. The owner was standing by the check-out counter and he was quick to respond that the therapists typically use towels whenever customers request breast pillows and it works perfectly. When I responded to him actually it doesnt, there is a reason why breast pillows were created and there is a reason why I requested one. If you didnt have one, you should have communicated that to me and I would have cancelled my appointment. He didnt even attempt to apologize, its crazy that a business owner thats getting $140 for a 1 hour massage wont be willing to invest $25.00 on reusable breast pillow and that instead of apologizing to the customer after receiving feedback he gets confrontational.

Im sorry but I am honestly astonished seeing SO many positive reviews... This was my first and last experience with this spa. The setting was nice, they offered a soft robe and refreshments, but the services themselves were less than impressive. I did the Lazy Days Renewal first- the lady spent literally no more than 5 minutes on the body scrub portion- she scrubbed so hard and fast, I had to force myself to breath through how rough she was being... it was not relaxing at all! The soaking tub in between was nice, but the massage following was so unbalanced- what you do to one side of the body, you do to the other was missed with this lady. I was left feeling very uneven, ungrounded, because one side of my body was neglected compared to the other. I then moved onto the facial- this girl was sweet but literally for the first 15 minutes talked my ear off about all the products they sell in house that I needed to try.... she didnt even tell me we were nearing the end of the facial, or when she had finished, she just stopped and started tearing paper and told me she would go grab those products she told me about and meet me at the door. Yall, I spent just shy of $300 for that?! Never again.

I’ve always enjoyed my experiences at Woodhouse! I came in recently for a massage. It felt great and my therapist was very kind and friendly. However, she was making small talk throughout my entire massage. I did not leave feeling quite as relaxed as I had hoped.

My bf and I went for pedicures (his first) and we had a wonderful time. I had the lavender pedicure and he had the gentlemans pedicure. The women who took care of us were professional and welcoming and did a fantastic job (my toes still look fabulous weeks later.) The atmosphere is beautiful and calming. I will definitely go back for some pampering or another date night.

I just had a 50 minute deep tissue massage with Katrina and it was absolutely fantastic! Her techniques were some of the best and she did in fact provide deep pressure.As for the staff, every one was kind and extremely courteous and professional.The atmosphere itself was a great set up for relaxationAll in all I can not wait to come back

I got the anti-aging facial and it basically consisted of putting a collagen sheet mask on my face and maybe one other thing. Save yourself the trouble and go to Walmart.

I had a wonderful experience! From the moment I checked in, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. I had the best deep tissue massage from Mike! I will definitely be going back soon. Cant say enough good things about Woodhouse Day Spa.

The massages are overpriced for what you recieve and our times were scheduled incorrectly, this was not our fault but the secretary. We paid $100 more than was expected because of this and were not made aware of the problem until we were on the table. Also when I was asked where they should focus I was immediately met with a 50+ dollar add on that I did not ask for and did NOT get charged for(to clarify). I just felt that I was being taken advantage of. The massage was lackluster at best. There are much better options that are local to our city for the same prices that I would rather give my business to. The atmosphere of the waiting rooms is nice, and the amenities are adequate but it is not worth the money.

I recently visited The Woodhouse Day Spa for the first time. I plan on going back as soon as possible! The front desk staff members were all very helpful and polite, and Monica listened to me when I told her where I was experiencing pain before my massage. Highly recommended!

I have been to the Woodhouse several times for various services. Each time I visit, the staff is incredibly friendly, the quiet room is relaxing, and the services are top-notch. They especially treat you well on your birthday-if you like free desert and the best facial you can get in Lubbock, look no further!

Terrible customer service. I tired to cancel a massage due to a last minute event for my daughter. They said they would charge me the $105 for the service even if I rescheduled. Apparently they cater to those with only themselves to worry about. They were rude and told me that if I didnt pay the fee they would never let me come back to there. FINE WITH ME! BTW...yes I know the policy, I also know good customer service so save it. As much as you charge people for a so, so service, youd think youd be a little nicer.

It was an absolute terrible experience. I completely understand having to get there early when going to a new place but if you aren’t 30 minutes early you are out of luck. I paid for a 60 minute massage and wound up getting massaged for maybe 20 minutes tops. I got there about 10 minutes early and they gave me a tour, i filled out paperwork, etc. At the time it was totally understandable because I just assumed they would still give me the full hour. By the time I laid down and the masseuse shut up she told me that she would only be able to massage me for 20 minutes. My head almost exploded. Throughout these 20 minutes she preceded to just tell me how bad my back was and my stress level is for my age. It was completely rude and unrelaxing being that she would not shut up.I would not recommend this establishment to anyone in Lubbock. I would rather go to the mall for a massage then step foot back in this place.

I treated myself to a deep tissue massage on February 13, 2016. I had never had one before but felt I really needed it. My experience was amazing from the minute I walked in to the minute I walked out. The front desk girl was so nice and helpful. My masseur was great even when I was being a baby because of the pain from my tense muscles. I plan on making another appointment very soon.PS: The champagne was fabulous after the massage!

Was gifted a spa day for Christmas so I could get to know my new sister in law better. This was the best gift ever. I got my first pedicure which was amazing and it lasted forever! Got a facial which was a way better experience than the first one that I received at a different place and the massage was heavenly! We got to relax and chat in a cozy room while we drank mamosas and champaign and had some snacks. We definitely felt pampered! Will definitely go back if given the opportunity.

Each time I have visited Woodhouse Day Spa, I have been warmly greeted. The facilities have been top notch, immaculate and comfortable. Top quality massages have left me more relaxed, flexible, and have relieved intense muscle pain in my shoulders. Ive been to this spa twice for 80- minute deep tissue massages. Both times I really enjoyed the atmosphere with welcoming staff, luxurious robes, champagne, music, and fire. Both times I informed the massage therapists that I am an extremely tense person, and I requested they focus on my upper back/shoulders/neck area.1st experience- The massage therapist (a Male whose name I do not recall) ignored my request. He did not focus on the area I requested. He did an excellent job on my feet and legs, but it felt like he just rubbed oil on my back/shoulders/neck briefly. I did not leave relaxed which was pretty disappointing. Ehhh, it happens. Due to my enjoyment of the atmosphere, I gave this spa another shot, and Im so glad I did.2nd experience- Zach was my massage therapist.He listened to my request, focused on that area, and used the perfect amount of pressure. Ive never been so relaxed!

This place has the BEST customer service. I didnt have to wait and I had a cold mimosa in my hand the entire time. It was one of the nicest spas I have ever been to. I would recommend this place to anybody. I have been talking about how great it was for days. I feel like customer service is dead at most places, but my attitude was turned around after leaving this spa. My massage was amazing and my pedicure was exquisite. 10/10

I learned about Woodhouse day spa when my fiancé bought me a signature manicure treatment with a gift card for Valentine’s Day. I booked an appointment to go back in April but called in to cancel the appointment. I kept my card and my fiancé booked my signature manicure today after work to relax and unwind. When I got their I learned in April they still charged me full service when I cancelled my appointment and I could not use my valentines gift towards today’s visit. As I spoke with the assistant manager (Ally) it seemed all she cared about was collecting a payment before my services and was unwilling to help when I shared with her that we were not informed or aware they still charged us full service back in April. She continued to insist we were aware and the front desk let me know the cancellation terms... back in April. Insinuating that we were liars. That is what really upset me the most. She shared if I cancelled my current appointment we would still be charged. So I stayed anticipating an immaculate manicure... being that we paid $115 for it. Disappointed again. The spa was beautiful and (Kerry) who performed the manicure was really nice and was the ONLY one who apologized for the circumstances present. So incredibly disappointed with the service. There was absolutely no willingness to help or try to make right. Just all about the money.

If you want a GREAT deep tissue massage then ask for David. He is marvelous. The ambiance and the cleanliness of the Woodhouse Day Spa is both relaxing and refreshing. The overall friendliness and helpfulness of the staff goes above and beyond. I will be back again & again :)

I just moved to the area and a friend from back home set up a day for me at Woodhouse day spa. I couldnt have had a better day! From the second I walked in the door, to four hours later when I walked out, my experience was unbelievable. Each staff member was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back for more services.

The best spa experience Ive had! I paid for one of the spa packages,, where I got a massage, facial, pedicure and Brazilian wax and it was worth every penny. Everyone was so polite, amazing and they made me full super comfortable. I will be back.

This place was first introduced to me by my daughter as a gift around 3 yrs ago. I keep coming back because the atmosphere is so soothing and the personelfrom the reception to the massage therapist are all very friendly and professional. I always come out of there so relaxed . I have actually fallen asleep while getting my massage. If you are in the Lubbock teTex area check them out and give them a try.

Absolutely wonderful experience! I got the 80 minute massage from Mike (Michael) and was so relaxed when it was over, I had to take a minute to get up off the table! From the minute you walk through the doors it is friendly, helpful relaxing environment. I highly recommend the woodhouse to any and everyone!

This is the best Massage I have ever had. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make me feel relaxed and welcomed. I booked a couples massage for my fiances birthday. The staff was friendly and the environment was great but as far as the massage itself it was under par. Not sure if they were just new or inexperienced but it wasnt the relief I was looking for

I’ve been to the Woodhouse a couple times and I can say it is the nicest day spa in Lubbock I’ve been to others in town and nothing compares to the amazing and relaxing service you get at the Woodhouse! All staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable from the front desk concierge to the service providers and the managerial staff. Mike and Juanean really helped me with some stubborn knots I had in my back. Needless to say I have found my home at the woodhouse day spa.

Would not refund my disabled mothers gift card. After i gave her the gift, she became bedridden and could not get the spa treatment. After explaining the issue, i was told she could spend the $220 on products. After serving as a teacher in Lubbock for 30 yrs and surviving polio, you think my mom deservers a little more respect. One employee said the refund was possible but could only be approved by a manager. I guess the manager has no heart or just does not care about people as much as earning a few extra dollars. Shame on you.

I had a wonderful experience at my first visit to Woodhouse Day Spa. My massage was perfect, just what I asked for and in a plush, comfortable environment. I loved the hot cinnamon tea!

Disappointed with customer service. I booked a couples massage as a surprise for my significant other. 24 hours before our appointment, front desk called him (not me, the person who booked) to say they could only do the massages in separate rooms. Not the point. So now no surprise anniversary activity, and no time to reschedule with another spa. Dont count on the front desk.

I absolutely loved my visit to Woodhouse! All staff is kind and courteous. I love that this is my husbands go to gift now. It’s great to feel spoiled and pampered for a day.

Went in to get my wife a surprise day spa. Had no idea what I was doing, but the young lady behind the counter helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Wife enjoyed her day an has been back several times. It is expensive, but worth it (you get what you pay for). Highly recommend this place for all your day spa needs.

I used to love going to the Woodhouse, the last few times that I have gone their service has been horrible. The therapist were all new and didn’t have the experience that’s necessary for the service they were offering. The manager was really rude and not helpful at all.***I was never contacted by the spa even though they commented on here and said they would contact me within 24 hours! *******

They called me 30 min before my massage appointment and cancelled because the therapist was sick. Funny how they took my credit card info and have a 24 hour cancellation policy but apparently its ok for them to cancel on the customer without offering any compensation or

A wonderful calming atmosphere and a wide array of services. The staff here have always been exceedingly polite. As a guest you are taken back in a timely manner and I never feel rushed during my service.

Cancelled 2 appointments due to someone having the flu, which is understandable. However it was how the receptionist handled it when she called that makes me give a bad review, she was extremely rude and very short with me and didnt even apologize.

A deep tissue massage here was given to me by my daughter for my birthday, and it was GREAT! ~Whitney~ did a very professional job and relieved a lot of my shoulder and foot pain.

A very luxurious place that looks and smells good. But the deep tissue massage experience was not good. I got better results using a foam roller.
