We went in to pickup a couple of XROS Pros and they were out of stock. They contacted the 98th store and had them set us a couple of them aside so we could go grab them. Again, GG is the best vape shop in Lubbock.

180 vape is 100% better. Don’t waste your time here unless you like to throw money away. Got a smok nord 5 brand new when it kept going off without the button being pressed. They wouldn’t replace the obviously new battery that had I not caught it would have started a fire. Instead they wanted me to buy another one with a “10% discount” “best they could do”… I already get a 10% discount for being a veteran. Shop here if you like to get ripped off :) or go to 180 vape.

I always get good service at Green Gorilla but Andrew and Bella are really made my experience great! I love this store. We are originally from Amarillo and didnt know if the quality and service would be as good here, but trust me, it is! The staff are super friendly and helpful. Without a doubt - the BEST customer service out of ANY retail store! Every employee was busy and upbeat - without being overwhelmed by the steady stream of customers. They worked as a team and it assured us we would not be forgotten in the crowd. Most importantly, every one of the employees was KNOWLEDGEABLE about the products! The selection of vapes and liquids leaves you wanting for nothing. Though we were first time vapors- we were in and out quickly feeling prepared and comfortable with our purchase. I must also single out the manager - he was amazing and I could tell he helps set the positive vibe in the store! Obviously- I would recommend Green Gorilla!

Bought a wulf uni pro Adjustable cartridge vaporizer $35 well it didnt work with mine at all so i go back because the guy said to bring it back if it didnt work so I did then they tested it and said it work fine that my cartridge is broken when i no its not it just came out the box two they cant help with anything no exchange or No customer satisfaction. They ask if I wanted my Receipt back, lol for what cant do no returns or exchanges but they guy said dring it back if it doesnt work and I did 30mins later just to be told that they cant do nothing. Had to go to Headhunter just to get what I needed

Best kratom for your money in terms of capsules, they will weigh them out to the specific dollar amount you want. Plus if you spend the lucky kratom dice you could even get 20% more kratom for the same amount of money! Plus the staff at the University and South loop location are top-notch... Always super helpful, always smiling, always lending assistance. Great vape and nic salt selection also.

Listen up. If for any reason you are considering shopping at this store and are a little hesitant about it, and maybe a bit overwhelmed with all the head hunters around. Let me tell you something, Green Gorilla is the place for any and all of your needs when it comes to anything having to do with the stuff that makes us all happy. Whether it be Nikki or Mary type products, they definitely have it. Along with all the accessories in the world you could possibly think of. Heres the thing, not only do they have it, but they know all there is to know about it when it comes to the littlest of details! A gentleman that was exceptionally versed and knowledgeable about any and all things the store had to offer, went by the name of Braxton. Definitely, absolutely, positively give this man a challenge and come to him with your need or just simple question, and he with no doubt in my mind will have just what your looking for.

Great place I have been returning to these last few weeks since I moved to Lubbock. I have to really praise the staff here because they treat me very respectfully and are nicer than I am used to. This staff is the example of how you treat customers in retail! 10/10 would recommend!

Went to GG, worried that my vape was broken. Talked to Chris, he assessed the situation and cleaned out some parts. It now works perfectly. I can’t thank him enough. Chris knows his stuff!This entire store has been nothing but professional and knowledgeable. I’m glad to have them and will only shop with them.

This place has a good variety and I like that they have a couple tablets to browse through their flavors. The prices are standard and you can try as many flavors as you want at a standard $1 fee. I only give 3 stars because the person helping me out was less than pleasant and seemed to be annoyed that they had to help me although she seemed ok and quick to help everyone else. The person helping me gave the smallest effort in helping me make my purchase. That being said, there were some other workers there that seemed more pleasant and easy to talk to. I probably wont come back since there are plenty other vape locations with better customer service and equivalent prices, but as far as variety goes this place is nice.

We live 3 hours away and the service makes the trip totally worth it. Very helpful and friendly staff. Great selection and prices. Highly recommend if you live in the area or are passing through town.

Im a Kansas City gal visiting Lubbock, hopped in for a mod replacement and the staff was so friendly and helpful! I was in and out in 10 minutes with a fancy new mod. Highly recommend you stop here to get all your questions answered and for vape supplies!

Great Shop definitely have the cheapest 100ML juices although the mods are a little pricey but not to bad. Customer service is great and very friendly. if they dont know something they ask every employee there until someone who does know tells them.I will Definitely come back here

Great staff that really took the time to help me find what I was looking for. I was looking for new flavors and they spent a good 20 minutes helping me find what I liked. They are open late, easy to access location, decent prices, they give student discounts, point reward system, and are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Dropped and broke my glass tank and my buddy told me to check here since everywhere else was closed. They found a spare glass they had and gave it to me for free. They removed my broken glass and cleaned it all up and changed it out for me. They were all friendly and professional. Ive read the other reviews here and they seem unreasonable. All good people in this store. Highly recommended.

I’ve been shopping at GG for all of my vape supply since I’ve started vaping a couple years ago, and have never been disappointed! The Texas Tech location newly opened up a hippie side, and for my first go in, Victoria with black hair showed me all of their cool new supply, and even personally helped me with questions I would’ve had to ask management at any other location! Super awesome and helped me find exactly what I was looking for ☺️

Cooper was excellent on helping find the right vape I told him I needed something durable and remembered they just got more of the Voodoo Argus in, primed up the coil and tank and showed me the run down on it, very patient and answered everything I asked. The guy needs a raise.

I visited this vape shop and josh was the most helpful and kind employee...he took time to show me nic and non nic vapes, and answered all the questions i had and listened to everything i asked and said... he knew his stuff....the store was clean smelled great and the employees were very nice ...i will be going back and hope to see the same staff especially kind people like him........the products were great , prices reasonable and selection great.....

Great staff, very friendly. The only reasons I couldnt give it 5 stars were because they sold me a bottle of juice that was clearly too old to be on the shelf and had a broken seal... there was that and I sampled a few juices and 2 out of 4 sample tanks had burnt coils...

I have gone here multiple different times for a disposable vape. I have gotten 3 that have not worked right. The first one I got had ZERO flavor, and was rough on the sides. I took it back and the manager told me they wouldnt replace it since I didnt bring it back same day. TOTALLY understandable. I bought another one, and it did not work half the time and when it did work it was the same issue, no flavor, but I thought maybe it was just me, and it was probably a fluke thing!Went back today, and bought one tested it out in the store STILL NO FLAVOR! I had someone with me who got the same one and it had flavor and worked and they tried mine and agreed with me that it had no flavor. I asked the same “manager” if he would replace it because this is the third one I have had with this same issue and he said there was nothing he could do about it. I totally get that COVID has a lot to do with this, but I also think that its important to take care of your customers, especially if they are returning customers. Very disappointed in the customer service and the products sold at this store.

Only reason why Im not giving this one 5 stars is cause I really believe they need to update the tester sample mods. It seemed like each flavor we tried I couldnt get a good taste to see if I really liked it. Highly suggest new pens to replace some but also using real mods for the more experienced vapors. Otherwise great selection & wonderful service!

The staff is friendly and they allow you to try most of the items prior to buying them. The knowledge of MODS and vape juice is excellent. They have a rewards program that allows you to have free vape juice and soft drinks. Always a plus to get free juice for your vape especially if you are between pay days.

The staff was extremely helpful even though they were very busy! I went in not knowing what I wanted or need and came out very satisfied! They spent like an hour going over any and all of my questions and concerns found what was best for me and I’m now well on my way to quitting cigarettes!!!

Everybody who works here looks like they hate their jobs. They sell items with very little quality for too much money. The things they do have of quality, they charge a %300 markup on. The last thing I purchased doesnt work after 2 days of having it home. I will never do business here again or any other Green Gorilla I see.

Every time I go they are extremely helpful and get me set up perfectly. The past two times I’ve gone a guy named Bonham (not sure if that’s spelled right) helped me out and because of him I won’t buy vape stuff from any where else. Wonderful place with even better customer service.

Just visiting Lubbock with the wife and stopped by while she was at the mall. I will definitely come back again. The staff was really helpful and knowledgeable about everything vape. They also had the biggest selection I’ve seen so far.

Tried out 4 different Escobar all tasted burnt or it was hard to hit got to the last one same thing but they said it tasted ok to them and sent me on my way smh it’ll be better off in the trash and they gained $16 from me. I’ll just go to another vape shop.

First time going in. Bought a G320 kit with three IMR 18650 batteries. Jonathan showed me what they had to offer. He did not try and up sell me once. Everyone there was friendly and i felt welcomed. For sure going. For to try some juice.

My first time in, I had a very small vape pen and was just needing a coil. The people working were more than helpful and told me about their best selling juice, which I bought! The second time I went in looking for a specific mod, and they sell it cheaper than the online price of the manufacturer! Once again, they did not give me more than I asked for and they were super friendly! My favorite vape shop!

I live pretty close to headhunters on slide and I was really excited because I can just ride down the back streets and Im there. But every time I go I end up having to drive all the way across town to green gorilla because headhunters is out of what Im looking for. Green gorilla always has them. I think green gorilla should buy headhunters out that way green gorilla has more locations. Quality and quantity lol!!! Keep up the great work green gorilla!!!

Employee comes out to curb ask me what I want & how much I want to spend. I tell him type of pipe & $20-$25 bucks. He comes back with product & receipt. I drive off not thinking about it. When I pull out item, not only was a cool pipe but he only spent $15 of the max 25. How businesses can you say would do that for you. Most would spend the whole $25 bucks. Just made a life out of me. This place is knowledgeable about all vaporizers and their up today with the new is devices they carry creatum CBD vaporizer oil and glassware for tobacco however I do feel like they are getting a little bit high priced when they 1st came to love big they were a place you could go get a cheap reliable Piece that you can be proud of for about $20. Expecially the clear Grav lab spoon pieces, they used to cost 18 bucks now your lucky if u can get one for under 35 or 40. I guess I am a little heartbroken because this used to be one of my favorite shops I still like to go in there but its not the same theyve definitely changed. I bought a piece that when I got home I realized was broken in the only way you could tell was by using it to find out that it was broken inside when I told them about the defect that could not have happened on the way home and had to have been a defect wall it was made they told me that I was out of luck

I knew nothing about Vaping but I definitely wanted one to stop old habits 😂. With that being said the sales associate Devin, Devon, or Deven (There’s a lot of different ways to spell it) took the time out to help me. He was patient when I was trying a lot of flavors (tried like 20), new dang near everything about all the mods ( I looked at 7) and helped me literally customize my entire kit from the ground up after giving him my specs of how I like to smoke. They’re selection is phenomenal and their prices are definitely fair. To top it all off they offer multiple discounts and their Fivestars rewards app offers an excellent point system. I’ll definitely be back and I definitely recommend going here for both seasoned and novice vapers. Thank you for the excellent service.

The lady and I drove down from Oklahoma City to here in Lubbock for a concert. Everywhere we travel, we try to stop at a smoke shop to buy a keepsake and/or piece. We happened to pass by this shop and Im glad we did. Almost instantaneously after walking in, we were blown away by the selection, chill vibe and friendly staff. It dwarfs anywhere weve been in Oklahoma. The associate wearing an Element hoodie that looked like a young Lincoln Riley was incredibly helpful and patient -- offering great knowledge and recommendations. From glass and smoke, to vapes and e-juice, he proved to be extremely well-versed in the stores selection. As was the other gentlemen with blonde hair. Prices were great and we undoubtedly enjoyed our first experience. I cant recommend this place enough. If youre in the area, dont hesitate to drop by. We will definitely be back.

I wouldnt have gave it a five I used to love always coming to this place but it seems like its not the same anymore I was trying to return a vape that would not work but they didnt let me be where that it was discounted and you cannot return a discount item so therefore I lost down on the money I paid for that broken vape

(More added to the story)**Out of the 100s of times my friends have been here, they recently decided to ID us. Some only had Tech IDs, some had drivers license, and I had no ID. So this female worker already with a horrible attitude tells me, Im going to have to ask you to leave.Understandably, I left and sat in the car while my friends went in. I noticed a man with 2 kids under the age of 4, and they let them all in. How is an obvious 18 year old kicked out, but toddlers are let in?Rude staff, and especially the female staff.** So I figured I would never have to deal with this situation again until the lady who IDed us decided to go out of her way to contact and stalk me on Facebook. Not only is this extremely unprofessional, but very creepy. So heres a copy of her message:Max Max:Hey I just read your review on me and I want you to know none of what you said was true. I am a good person and I am just doing my job. Im sorry I asked you to show proof of identification but hats the law. We have several employees and so you may be asked more than one to show an Id. I think that you you know its the law to have proof of age to enter this type of establishment you would be prepared to show 0ne upon entering. I had to ask you twice if you had one. I wasnt rude I was just asking. You were just mad because you had to t leave the store. I was 8n no way rude to you. I dont think it was very nice that you posted the review you did. It you know me on a personal level you would know Im not rude at all. I do work another job and deal with alot of tech sorority women and they love me and Im them. Just went to the loop location when I walked in I was carded by a girl who was at least 10 years younger than me (ok its the law I get it but come on its obvious) then when I asked about a piece she had no idea what she was talking about and neither did her boss. So I finally choose one when I ask to water test it the guy says no not unless your going to buy it ok whats the point of a water test if I already wanted to buy it so I go to headhunters literally the first piece he showed me had water in it where someone had water tested it before

These people suck... you get passed over multiple times because they are too busy talking about their personal life what they are gonna do tonight and so on.. then when they do get to you they give you the wrong thing/color of vape you want, so you go back the next day to return and they tell you no.. I really appreciate GG. Im happy that Lubbock has a brick & mortar vape shop to rely on in these days of government overreach in our lives. I recently went to GG and purchased a new mod. I got it home and found it was not 100% compatible with the equipment (coils) I have and so went back to GG to discuss. After discussion, GG came up with a solution that helped even though it might not have been the best solution for their business. These people are in it for service, not just profit. Thank you GG!

Tried to tell me I needed a new mod because my tank was lose. Staff didnt even take tank off and look. My husband took tank off, tightened 2 screws and put tank on and problem solved. Nice try on trying to make a fast buck!!

Came from Austin to visit my family and stopped in to pick up a new vape after mine got tossed accidentally. Didnt have to wait for help and got exactly what I needed in less than ten minutes.Will come back if I am in town again.

Eh, they have very small vape hardware selection compared some of the other shops. Their juices are double the price you find at mentioned juicy juice. The employees are pretty cool, always nice and informational just wish the store had more to choose from and more equal pricing, just got an rx300 from a dif shop because they priced better, as well as my tfv12 tank 4 hg2 batteries aaaaand 2 bottles of juice.. Cant say ill be going back to green gorilla for anything other than coils? (Their coils are cheapest in town by $1) Maybe accessories?

Their juice selection is well below par. Green Aplle Puppy drool? Nooooo sale.... and they need to learn (how to bubble wrap) that larger valuable glass items should be bubble wrapped more, a lot more say a shot glass would. And the manager hung up on me when I called back not even an hour after leaving his shop and giving him my business. Therere copious amounts of vape shops in Lubbock, so pick any other! Or youll get drool all over you..Last note; if youre needing an atomizer rebuilt, dont go here. 3 times ive gone in with 3 different atis and always act like its so hard to just change the cotton, and act like they are mad that you want their help. They all seem to hate their jobs, that should say enough about the service.

Take it to Lubbock to take something like a smoke shop and scrutinize it. Its exactly what you expect from a. Smoke shop, the guys are laid back but they know their stuff and theyve been helpful every time Ive been there. Its my go to shop.

Much like all vape shops in town, Green Gorilla tries to set a tone that vaping is for the elite. Thus, its overpriced (not the highest in town) and be ready to be looked down upon if you arent current with the new and latest vape intel, or if youre not vaping what the cool kids are vaping that day, youre in the wrong. They have a semi-large collection of mods, tanks, kits, and the like, but nothing crazy. Their juice is hit and miss. Overall, your best bet would be to order your stuff online where its a whole lot cheaper and your less likely to be judged.

Good location. Good hours. Wish they were open a litter earlier but its fine. Competitive prices.
