Smooth is a great place to get all your services done. The whole staff is super friendly and welcoming. Ive been going here for over 4 years and have never been disappointed. Ive tried every service they have to offer and theyre all amazing!If you want to gift yourself the best relaxation treatment - book an ultimate facial. The products really help my skin and the whole process is super relaxing.

I’ve been trying spas over the years, hoping to find one that I liked enough to keep going back to. I never really found one that I considered to be the one until I found Smooth Day Spa. I went in for my first facial with Jaime, and I knew I would keep booking here because of how great Jaime was. After a few facials there, I signed up for 6 facials with them (pay 5 up front, get the 6th one free) without any hesitation. Jaime is so sweet, attentive, and just an overall great person! I love coming in to see her. I had one facial with Kaley who was also absolutely wonderful, and I highly recommend her too. Overall, I’ve never had such positive continuous experience with a spa. I really think this is the best spa.

Jaime R. Laminated and tinted my eye brows. It was my first time. I have to say I love how relaxed and comfortable she made me feel. She explained the process and made sure I knew what she was doing at each moment. I’ve always had trouble with my eyebrows but now I’m confident in the way they turned out!Go see her she’s great , I’ve already booked a facial for the next time! My daughter got acrylic nails with design for the first time & Dezi was amazing. The whole experience was amazing. The nails came out perfect! The lines where sharp, the nail shaping was the same for all nails. My daughter said that the music was perfect and Dezi didn’t just ignore you throughout the appointment. Just overall was probably the best experience my daughter said she ever had.

Jaime Revilla laminated my eyebrows a few weeks ago and I LOVE them! She did an awesome job. The entire spa was clean and so relaxing. I cannot wait to go back and get other services done as well! 10/10 would recommend!

I got the oxygen facial with Jaime and it was AMAZING! She gave me incredible advice and let me know that she thinks the acne on my cheeks might be a food or dairy allergy. She was very knowledgeable and the facial was so relaxing!

My daughter and I went to Jaime for eyebrow waxing and a lash lift. She did a great job and was so kind. She patiently explained the process for the lash lift to my daughter and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with everything!! I highly recommend Smooth Day Spa and Jaime!

I have terrible back problems and Spencer always knows how to help me out. He’s so knowledgeable and really cares to the point where he follows up after a massage to check up on me. I highly recommended getting a massage at Smooth if you’re struggling!

I had a derma smooth facial with Jamie Revilla that was surprisingly very relaxing and left my skin glowing. She is great! Be sure and book your next facial with Jamie.

I have been going to Smooth since they first opened! I met Kaley Braziel the owner at another salon, she was so friendly! When she said she was opening up her own Spa I had to follow! She takes great care of her customers, shes always so sweet and friendly. Smooth has become a second home to me thats how it feels when I walk in there always a smiling face and a welcoming feeling. If you need your eyebrows waxed or a Brazilian this is the #1 place to go.

They are so nice and friendly here. I wanted to get my haircut very short and this was the first time I ever cut my hair shoulder length so I was very nervous. I showed Shelby the type of cut I wanted and she definitely gave me what I asked for!!! She’s so sweet and made the process smooth and made me feel comfortable. We had some laughs and good conversation and I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all! I got so many compliments on my cut and I can’t thank Shelby enough ❤️

Got my nails done by amanda today and she did AMAZING!!! i’ve always had red experiences at other nail salons here in lubbock but this is definitely my go to place now she took her time while doing them didnt cut me like most have and i’m in love with this set!!

Just wow. I had Shelby for a Brazilian and eyebrow wax. She did a phenomenal job, I have never been amazed after getting my eyebrows down but whenever she held up the mirror I was speechless. The Brazilian was amazing too, she took her time and made sure to get everything but it wasn’t as painful as others have been before. Overall will definitely be returning when it’s time.

Love the owner, super sweet, and was very knowledgeable. Love how she even had samples of that stuff that helps with ingrowns, no one Ive been to has samples for you to have and not worry about making that investment and it not work. Shes not pushing some corporate B.S. great atmosphere. Cant wait to see the new Location. Love being able to set up an appointment, that shows prices and is super easy to do from my phone. I even asked for a reminder call and got it. Great place
