Galaxy Vape Lubbock

If I could give zero stars I would. April at galaxy vape + made me and my girlfriend uncomfortable asked if we were over 21 told her we were older then 21 and she kept pressing the issue saying my girlfriend didn’t look 21 then when proven wrong still continued to make it uncomfortable. If I’m wrong I apologize but April seems a bit prejudiced to me. She said they have no manager here but at the other store Belinda is the manager so do need to talk to her.

Amazing Employee and Store! Was on a road trip when we came through, and Jamie helped us immensely by making sure we had a good vape before we walked out and had some great music playing too. Knew his stuff and didnt try to B.S. me to get a bigger sale, just gave good honest Upselling, told me the facts and was willing to even point out things other customers havent liked about certain products to ensure I got what I wanted. Even showed off an awesome dripper mod I havent seen in years and knew it to a T! Great salesman, and if we come back out this way, we will be stopping by again 😁🤘

The sales rep lady was probably one of the rudest people I have ever met in a business location will never come here again. I ordered batterys and a mod batterys were just thrown in the bag and she was condescending
