Mad smoke and vape

All staff have consistently been wonderful for years, great hours, great deals, great expertise, outstanding service, and the Asian junk food is pretty good too, probably is the only place in town to get some of it.

Absolutely love Mad Smoke and vape. The owners are amazing people. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about their products. The Pixie Dust was amazing.

Was treated extremely rude because I knew some information about a product that I think the salesman was too proud to know nothing about. He started raising his voice and arguing with me instore. Not going to single him out but trust me it was hard to go back to this store, its just conveniently located. 2nd and 3rd time I came back to store I was helped very well and happy with my experience (without the gentleman there formentioned. Management probably handled business. Either way, will update review on more visits.

First visit to Mad Smoke & Vape! Will be back! Every friendly service, lots of products & many selections if different items to choose from! I got a delta type of vape. Camel piss. Its was actually very good flavor it was $55

Gotta say the people are nice, the prices are definitely high, they charge 60 for a 6 gram flying horse, when I could make a 45min drive and get it for 42. Now thats not why I give them one star, its the selling leaking, faulty, bad cloud 8 pens and acting like yall discounted them, naw, Ill drive to 7 points in florence before I ever go here again.

The store is in a very accessible part of Madison and is always in tip-top shape. The artwork is really cool all around the store and its easy to tell they take pride in keeping the store clean. Viviana is always super nice and helpful and would have no problem answering any questions you might have.

Came in yesterday and talked to Mackenzie! She is super informative. Literally answered all of the questions I had. Knew just what I needed. Next time I’m back in, I’ll be asking for her. Quite pleased with my experience.

If I could give more stars I would. 200000/10. I have NEVER had a bad experience here. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and if you ask a question they can’t answer they will get you an answer before you leave. Always shop here. They WILL take care of you. I won’t go anywhere else.

This shop has a great selection! Special shout-out to Ryan who helped me out and was more than knowledgeable to inform me on different products and even give personal recommendations of products that he has tried and loved! My one and only smoke shop I like to visit while in HSV/Madison!

I have lived in HSV/MAD for the past 20+ years. I couldnt be happier to have Mad Smoke come to out neighborhood. The staff is very educated about their products, which is a huge plus.
