I absolutely love this place. From reception, speaking with the manager and my masseuse. Everyone is pleasant, speaking in life tones.. very peaceful.. very calming.. nothing but good experience for me. Cant wait for my next service. I do wish they had a body contouring service.
All of the staff is great! I came in a few weeks ago for a massage. (Probably will be back soon). I’m not a member but if you go up there ask for Ariel or Golden! They’ll help you get everything set up. It’s super easy and was very simple. My massage was done by Kaysi. Was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Thank yall so much! Keep up the good work!
From Golden’s assistance in scheduling and the phenomenal massage I enjoyed with Kaysi, I highly recommend the Madison Massage Envy location. The environment is soothing, the massage table and face cradle incredibly comfortable and the entire space is clean & calming.
SCAMMERS! Have been a member but can NEVER get in for massages. Always booked months in advance. Tried to pause my membership to actually try to use my massages I have accrued, the man on the phone said “no problem all taken care of” and low and behold I’m still being charged MONTHS later. I wouldn’t be surprised if there were class action lawsuits against this “business.” How are we paying for a service we are not getting??? If you’re thinking about getting a membership or even a gift card go to a better local business. These crooks don’t deserve your hard earned money.

Had a facial with Audrey she was super sweet and knowledgeable on skin care and had several suggestions on products to use to help with my redness ( which was my main concern .) the front desk was super welcoming and helpful as well with letting me know where the bathrooms were and just overall made the experience great .
We were gifted a massage and this is the 2nd time a masseuse weve been scheduled with has quit and weve been put on a wait list to essentially wait for MONTHS. 1st massage was booked for September. Masseuse quit very close to time. Go to reschedule and booked out to end of December. Its December 1st, masseuse quit. Now were on a waitlist since there are no appointments available for the foreseeable future. Laughable.
I’m writing this review in response to an experience I had at the Madison, Alabama location on August 14, 2023.I booked my very first service ever - a facial - for 5:30 P.M. I’ve never gotten a facial before and I thought this would help with some dermatitis I’m having.I specifically chose 5:30 P.M., because I finish/get off work at 5 P.M.On the morning of the 14th, I received a call from Massage Envy, asking me to come in several hours earlier. I was told the person conducting my service had no clients before me. I explained that I had to work. They said it was okay, and all was well.Around lunch, I received a second call. It was Massage Envy again, asking me to come in several hours before hand. The caller literally said, “Can you get here at 1:30?” Again, I explained that I had to work - I literally can’t leave work; I’d get fired.Massage Envy then stated they’d need to reschedule me. They essentially bailed on my appointment with zero regards to my schedule.Since there’s no other days I can come in, I personally chose to cancel my appointment.It was completely unprofessional. Massage Envy keeps sending the same boilerplate response; and the feedback form goes to a 404 error.Save your coins and book elsewhere.
Received a Massage Envy gift card and scheduled a massage. All went well on the 1st visit and the hour massage was $70 + tip. At that 1st massage, I scheduled another massage to exhaust the gift card. The hourly massage rate almost doubled from the initial visit to the 2nd visit and this was never communicated to me until check out at the 2nd visit.Best advice is NEVER GIVE ANYONE A MASSAGE ENVY GIFT CARD unless you want them to be totally frustrated at how Massage Envy will try to bait them into signing up for a one year membership and if they don’t the price of a massage doubles!!They will NEVER get my business again!!
Let me start by saying that my therapist, Alicia, is wonderful. This review is not directed to her at all. It is about the scent of the bedding that is used. Horrible, musty, does not smell clean at all. I had a massage last week and requested CBD cream. However, there was none? How can you expect add ons to the massage when someone is not competent enough to keep them in stock. I am starting to question keeping my membership.Like I said Alicia is an exceptional therapist. There is no denying that.
I have been going here for over 5 FIVE YEARS. The massage therapist, Kayci and the estheticians, Laura and Jarron have been amazing, but poor leadership and horrible customer service by the front desk is going to lead this place into a dark hole that they cant get out of. Reverse discrimination at its best at this location. Ill take my business elsewhere.
A friend purchased a gift certificate for me a few weeks ago. ME contacted me twice to cancel my appointments. Multiple calls to reschedule have gone unanswered. The appointment booking app shows no appointments for months. I have never experienced such disregard for a customer in this industry.
I was given a massage as a gift. When I call for an appointment at the Madison store I never get an answer. I am not able to enter the gift online to schedule. I have left messages to return my call to schedule my massage. I understand being busy but not returning the calls is way out there. I will try Huntsville to see if I can get in there.
The team is extremely dedicated and reworked my appointment for me despite my ever changing schedule! Rachel was friendly and quick to offer solutions, and Stacey is probably the friendliest associate I have ever met at a service provider. Adrian and Liz both accommodated my medical concerns and were professional and made me comfortable. My visits were well worth the wait, and I highly recommend getting your appointments set up once you found the therapist that gets you. Thank you!!!!Great staff!
Do not signup for a membership with this company! Trying to get a message on the app is hard unless you plan it out a month in advance. You need to call in to get something and still a pain. I have $1,800 in credits because hard to get a time slot and over 6mo ago was told I could pay a reduced amount to retain the credits but they never reduced it. I was told I could gift/give a credit to my wife but when we went in for a couples massage (very hard to schedule) they still charged me for it. We both thought our message was mediocre at best. Don’t waste your time or money.
Im extremely unhappy with my experience with massage envy. The staff have been nice at this location but its almost impossible to schedule a massage (the only availability is months out) but massage envy corporate will gladly continue to debit your account each month for your subscription fee. Even getting a freeze applied to the account takes forever and requires several hoops to jump through and you cant use your credits while frozen . My wife and I will be canceling and losing about 20 massages in total weve paid for but at this point we just want out. I would go find an independent massage therapist if you can....stay away

I have had a very difficult time scheduling appointments. I had two appts scheduled two weeks apart they were scheduled for over 4 weeks. I get a call two days before appt saying the therapist no longer works there. Then they tell me that the next appoint is two months out!! I canceled my membership the month before due to availability of appts. My credits expire next month and the assistant mgr says she needs to talk to the mgr to see if my credits (3 months worth) can be extended. Why is this even a question?? It should be automatic!

Lack of availability/communication/professionalism:Appointments made weeks/months in advanced were canceled by text. No phone call to say “sorry for the inconvenience, could I get you rescheduled”? When I would call to reschedule, I was always told their next available appointment was a month or more out. I was told that I’d be placed on their cancellation list, however I was never called. When I had another appointment canceled, and expressed my frustration over them not being able to get me rescheduled in a timely manner, the team member said she’d “put me on the cancellation list.” I told her I was supposed to already be, but she informed me that I was not. Never did receive a call offering me a canceled appnt time, so I doubt I ever made in on their “list”.I left so many messages on multiple days for the manager to call me back regarding this issue. She never did, which is completely unacceptable.I was told that if my sessions were not used by the end of my membership, that I would lose them. Which was frustrating since my appnts kept getting canceled (not by me) and I had to wait month(s) to get another appnt.This place would probably be fine for an occasional massage, but I would RUN AWAY from the membership.
DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP. Its so annoying to not be able to make an appointment online and I dont appreciate the excuse, well, we dont have access to that website. Its 2022. I should be able to make an appointment online. I dont need a 2nd job to have to call you on the first of every month when everybody else is calling to try and book an appointment. And then, the only available dates/times are when you cant make it. its ridiculous. They dont tell you this when theyre quick to hassle you into a contract.
Ive had a membership with this massage envy since 2018 and I have always receives amazing care and support from all the staff.I work a full-time schedule so it can be difficult for me to find time to include this kind of self care in my routine. The ME staff has always been very helpful in this regard, working around my schedule so I can get the massages I need to help with my chronic pain issues.Every massage and facial Ive had has been enjoyable and thorough, with courteous and professional therapists and estheticians. They always make sure to tailor each experience to assure my comfort and provide best results.I cant recommend ME Madison highly enough, and whenever any coworkers complain about sore backs or muscles, I always direct them here.
I have been having monthly massages for over 10 years but todays experience at Massage Envy in Madison was the worst Ive had. First my appointment was for a 90 minute massage and I confirmed that with the therapist before the session began. I believe it is fair to allow 5-7 minutes for changing clothes, getting settled on the table and going over what you want is fair. My appointment today was for 9:00am. I was on the table and ready to begin by 9:05am however the therapist did not come into the room until 9:10am. She said our session was over at 10:15am. I was was redressed and walking out the door at 10:20am. The 90 minute session should have ended at 10:30am. I was charged for 90 minutes but actually only got approximately 65 minutes. The massage itself was fair but definitely below the standards of what I am used to. It was not a pleasant experience.
Can’t cancel membership or get refunded for unused massages that at this location you can’t use because they cancel your appointments last minute or cancel months of your appointments without a reason why but oops it was a mistake. But they refuse to fix it. I have been trying to get this manager on the phone for months about the issues I’ve had. I have been a member for 4-5 years and now I’m trying to get it canceled. Calling my bank next to dispute charges since the manager can never call anyone. Don’t do business here, they don’t care about you as a person or client. And when you contact the corporate office they say nothing they can do it’s a franchise so you have no one to contact about them.
This was my first time going to Massage Envy. My experience was superb. Everyone was so attentive and the environment was very relaxing.My therapist ask what I wanted from touch to zones that needed massaging. I was very relaxed and felt better when I left.I used a gift card to pay but they did offer me a corporate discount on a membership.I would suggest making your appointment at least a week in advance especially if you are planning on going on the weekend.
This review is regarding the manager of the Madison, Al Massage Envy location, Rachel, and the unfortunate encounter I had with her. I came in for my scheduled 90 minute session on 8/17/2021 and afterwards Rachel checked me out. I have had membership at this location since 2019 and this is the first I had encountered uncertainty on my account with regards to how my membership was applied for my session, so I kindly asked Rachel if she could explain the charges. She did so, quite aggressively, but to my understanding. Somehow from that encounter Rachel took it upon herself to cancel my membership. I gave no verbal consent nor signed or submitted anything permitting her to do so. I called the clinic last week and was told Rachel left a note saying that she reactivated my membership and that she attempted to contact me to let me know. At that point, I never received any phone call or email from her alleged attempt to contact me. Finally yesterday I reached out to the manager Melissa of the Huntsville location who was very professional and helpful which is more than what I can say for Rachel. Melissa passed along my concerns to Rachel which is when I then received an actual phone call from her. Rachel was not only highly unprofessional but very rude during the phone call. She made false accusations of things I never said or gave consent to as well as speaking on my personal character accusing me of being rude to her staff and having a sense of entitlement because I asked if she would make right and honor a situation she caused based on a wrongful assumption she made. A reevaluation of management is certainly a recommendation to say the least.Massage Envy will no longer have my business. Good luck keeping and obtaining members and business with these practices.To all the therapists and other staff here, you all have been great and provided nothing less than excellent customer service to me. It is truly unfortunate that the management is so highly incompetent.
If you want a good massage, go to Jesse, Adrian, Tammy or April. But beware, they are always booked because theyre so good. Because of scheduling reasons and the fact that Im a member, I had to go to one of the worse therapists. Im not going to call her by name, but shes quirky, very short, and has a certain look. All she does is massage in the same spot on your back, does not believe in giving a full body massage, and will have your back hurting the next day. I have an ice pack on back as I type this. This lady also talks the entire session (then had the audacity to recommend a 2 hour session to me). What for so that she can massage the same area over 45 minutes straight and talk the whole 2 hours? You cant relax at all (I guess she thinks everyones an extrovert like her). And shes scatterbrained and forgetful and blames it on covid. This lady does not know what shes doing and I dont understand how she got her certification. And all of the other reviews about getting scheduled are correct. Pre-Covid I didnt have this problem. I plan to cancel my membership soon and go to a private owned massage therapist. They may cost more, but at least theyre better and most of all, you can get on their schedule within a few weeks rather than have to wait 2 months+ like you do with Massage Envy.
Horrible customer service, lack of transparency when signing up for membership, and horrible business practices. I would avoid doing business with Massage Envy. They will tell you that you can cancel at anytime easily when signing up for membership and give no indication of being locked into a term with them. When you request cancellation they do not pick up their phones, answer their emails, and engage you with hostile and rude customer service at the front desk. They make it difficult to get out of doing business with them. Additionally, their massage availability is very limited which prevents you from truly having flexibility to enjoy membership.
This place works their employees like a Chinese sweatshop!!! They charge $100 for a massage and pay the therapist less than $20 per hour. Its disgraceful!!! I would not recommend this place if they were the only place in town. Please Google massage therapist in your area and support small business and not these sweatshop franchises!!!
I chose this location because Ive heard great things about the business and staff. The staff were wonderful, knowledgeable, attentive, and very professional. They also were very welcoming, smiling, and pleasant. I was skeptical because it took me 12 years to find a perfect massage therapist. I actually cried when we moved away a year after I found her. Ive actually book a session with her everytime I fly home to visit. Shes that good. We have a joke that if I ever won the lottery Id fly her out to be my personal massage therapist. Im detailing this because I have a very high standard and I need a massage therapist who understands my unique disability that affects my muscles. They need to know what to do by understanding the body and having the talent to just tailor the session by feeling the muscles. Its harder to find someone with that skill than most would think. Ive been to many places since we moved here and just kind of gave up. I highly recommend Adrian. I hope he knows how absolutely talented he is. He is right next to the level of my former therapist. Id like to add that she had extensive specialized training in Italy. Adrian is your Madison hidden gem. I immediately booked another appointment. I highly recommend this location, Adrian, and their entire staff.
I have been trying to cancel this membership since the 4th (it is now the 16th). I cannot get in touch with any management at this location, and the team members never know when a manager will be working. I can only assume managers do not come into this location. Corporate Massage Envy has sent multiple emails to the franchisee and manager on my behalf with no response. Do NOT sign up at this location... they will not let you cancel.
Front staff does a great job in making sure I get the appointment times I want and deserve kudos for friendliness and good service. Charly is a great therapist who listens to client needs. She has done wonders for my neck. She is just awesome! Facility is always clean and relaxing. One thing... where did the mints go in the relaxation room?
The service is poor and unprofessional. The man who did my facial ( I do not recommend him). The stuff got in my eyes and burned. The facial was suppose to be an hour and it was all of 25 to 35 minutes. The biggest take away is the unprofessionlsm of the fron desk.
I had a facial last night. It use to be that you had 50 minutes of hands on. Last night we barely made it 45 and then there was a lot of hands off. No shoulder massage. When I asked the therapist why, she said we were supposed to talk about product for 5 minutes. Rates went up but quality and time involved continues to go down. I have talked to the manager in the past about the amount of time, but there is always an excuse.
I have been getting massages from Massage Envy since 2013 and the massages are always great. The customer service, however, is not the same. They pretend to be nice in your face but whisper when they think youre not listening. It happened to me twice on yesterday. I went for my birthday massage and upon entrance into the building I was not greeted. I walked to the counter and the front desk associate said very rudely, youre here to check in? She checked me In and another associate brought me paperwork to fill out. I sat there for about ten minutes after completing the paperwork while the two associates sat at the front desk and talked about whatever. I just sat there until I had to ask one of the associates if they were going to go over it with me. She came and got the paperwork and took me into the tranquility room. I waited for another ten minutes until my therapist came to get me. By this time its 2:10. My session was from 2-3. I asked the therapist to give me a deep massage and work on my problem areas. She barely touched my problem areas and gave me very light pressure when I wanted deep. This is the first time in all of my years getting a massage that I didnt fall asleep. I couldnt relax. The massage seemed to be over really fast. She topped at 2:50. So essentially I only got a 40 minute massage. I tried to shake it off. I went to check out and the same associate that was rude to me (Caitlyn) just gave me my total and took my gift card. She did not ask how I was feeling or how my massage was. I was prepared to sign up for the membership but I wasnt even sold a pitch or given the opportunity to sign up. I am pretty sure the manager Caitlin had something to do with that. I was in complete shock. I called my husband instantly because he booked the appointment for my birthday. He told me I should call and voice my concerns. I called to speak with the manager and I was told she would have to call me back. She called me back and stated that she would speak with the therapist. Nothing else was offered. I am so disgusted with my experience at Massage Envy and will not return again!!! I have a $55 gift card I am trying to get rid because I will not return with the customer service I received on yesterday!!!
I love Charlie & Carrie!Charlie is an amazing massage therapist that always has the perfect adjustable pressure, is very thorough, sweet, & professional. She always leaves me feeling like butter & melts all my knots away.Carrie is very knowledgeable about skin care & has worked wonders on my face. I have oily textured skin with acne scars but it‘s improved dramatically since I started going to her for facials. I didn’t know my skin could look this good especially in such a short amount of time.

I visited this location recently to use a gift card and to my surprise there was a mixup with the credit. The two ladies that assisted me were extremely helpful and went the extra mile to make sure I could get taken care of that day using my gift card. I appreciate their customer service and ability to make me feel at ease even though the mishap occurred. Thanks so much! I visited on the morning of December 30 at 10 am.
Shameful tactic of getting people to sign up for a subscription while telling you it’s easy to cancel if needed. Then when you try to cancel they tell you that you can’t. Downright disgusting practice. Impossible to get appointments on weekends or evenings for anyone who works. Never again will I frequent a ME location. And the administrator Rachel Parker couldn’t be bothered to respond to an email for 3 weeks. BUYER BEWARE!
On the evening of 5/31/19 I had the most disappointing experience I have ever known in the many years I have purchased medical/therapeutic massage.I have had somewhere around 85 - 95 Professional massage sessions in my life and this was the absolute worst. On top of my unsavory massage experience my desire to speak to management was completely ignored.(I am still waiting for the phone call I was advised to be on the look out for)I purchased a couples massage for myself and my partner for his first professional massage in hopes to alleviate the trifling knots of tension held around his occipital crest causing major tension headaches.For myself I was anticipating the usual relief from full body *Deep Tissue Massage.I have been to Massage envy many times across the country and have always know them to be excellent in service and performance yielding great results and sincere individualized assessment and treatment by highly skilled professional massage therapists however this was my first time going to one of their locations in Alabama and more specifically Madison, AL and my experience could not have been more contrary!During my massage I confirmed I would like a deep tissue session.I had to reaffirm 3 times I was very serious about getting deep and addressing knots. My entire massage literally felt like a 12 year old girl with no prier experience simply stroking gently about my body. No matter ho much I reaffirmed my interest for deep tissue nothing changed and quite frankly with her frail frame I dont believe she was even capable. After my last attempt to note my need for a much firmer application she with a slight irritation in her voice she said : yeah, well its easier from the back.As a customer it is not my concern what is easier to you or to accommodate your conveniences. I am there for results. I am there for the service I am paying you to provide and further more which you have confirmed to provide me with.After the massage I was still left with a severe dissatisfaction and a fire in my chest! I was APPALLED! I could literally get a better massage from my partners 67 year old sister!!!!I pushed through my fear of being displeasing and mentioned my dissatisfaction to to front desk while checking out and was assured that I would be getting a call from management. it has been 3 days and I have yet to hear a peep.As for my partner, he experienced the same disappointment without the prier knowledge of expectation and unfortunately is worse off than before even having the massage. He can barely turn his neck without terrible pain and stiffness and the knot seems much worse than before. I feel awful to have even taken him here!In short:This Massage envy in undoubtedly in my opinion the WORST!I believe the massage therapists (or the ones we had) are not at all qualified or capable.I believe the management is completely dismissive of any customer dissatisfaction and I will NEVER return to this establishment again!disheartened,~L~
Why pay for a membership when the appointments keep getting canceled? Ive made my daughter and her friend 2 different appointments now and they keep getting canceled and now they cant get them both in together for about 6 weeks. Ill just find them somewhere else to go and purchase a membership elsewhere.
Do not under any circumstance get a membership!!!!!!! You will get auto charged for the month but will not be able to get in. It is unacceptable to get charged for the month you can’t even use. I have tried to call for 3 days to try to get in, no answer. Don’t even try to get appt online, looks like may ti get in but you still get charged.
I have been going to Massage Envy, Madison since I moved to Huntsville in Aug. My first massage was not great, however they compensated with an additional free massage to substitute for the one used. My last there massages were awesome, Rich was my masseuse, I recommend him with 5 stars. I was very satisfied with this service until I happened to go look at my bank statement. I pre-paid for 3 sessions they gifted me one for my first bad experience but they charge my credit card $50.00 when for a session that had already been paid for. When I realized this I called and spoke with an employee name Towanda, She was very rude and aggressive, she told me they charged me for the session because it had not been paid for . when I told her I had the receipt for payment she got frustrated and said the manager who wasn’t in would give me a call when she got in. I am very disappointed as I really enjoyed my experiences but I now feel that I cant trust the staff with my credit card info and I am beyond appalled at how I was talked to and how this is being handled. Be careful with your credit card info when dealing with this company.
Terrible customer service. (very snide, prude, and judgmental posture)It is apparent that do not value and have no appreciation for their customers - all they see is $$$ or a means to extract it in shady disregarding ways rather than earning it through proper treatment.The massage therapists are terrible - you could get a better massage from a child. ( I AM NOT KIDDING)They did not exhibit anything that convinced me they had any understanding of muscular anatomy or technique training.It was agreed that I was to receive a deep tissue massage but I honestly felt as though I was lightly rubbed down/ caressed with oil... had I wanted that I would have just stayed home with my honey...I had to reaffirm three times that I needed deep tissue.I made it clear I had knots I needed targeted but upon the 3rd request after constant disregard The MT huffed back yeah, well its easier from the backREALLY!?!?! You are supposed to be trained in this!I have never had this happen before!When the rub down was over I felt like I had been robbed and felt a fire burning in my chest of anger and dissatisfaction so I let the receptionist know that I was displeased.I was told management would call me and to keep and eye out for the call. A week passed and I never got the call.They dont care.Beware - your service request as a customer will likely be overlooked and you will simply get what you get and if you have a problem with what you receive you will likely be completely ignored.They stand firmly to the concepts:Out of sight out of mind.&Ignore a problem long enough and it will go away.Good luck you guys!
The staff was friendly but my experience was not at all what I thought it should have been. I paid for a 60min massage and received a 45min massage, even though I was early for my appointment. It was cold throughout the office. And I assumed that scalp and neck would be included in the full-body massage, but it did not happen in my session. I dont think Ill be returning to Massage Envy.
Friendly staff, warm environment, and lots of options to choose from! If you like the thought of monthly massage at a fixed price, this place is great! My favorite part is that if you cant make it one month, they let you roll your appointment into another month. You can also gift an appointment to a loved one!
Friendly and welcoming when you walk in. They are good about calling if you havent booked your monthly appointment. However, they are pushy about leaving a tip and charge for the whole hour if you are late at all. Not crazy about their policies, but I do understand they have to have regulations. Would I do another membership? Probably not.
This place and Madison, really need some help. Its like Im trying to spend a bunch of money there but they dont want me to because they dont have any appointments. Its mid February and I cant get an appointment for a dual service for 2 months. Thats insane. I wish I could return these gift cards and use them at a place that deserves it.
I love the wonderful people who work at the front desk, Ethel is my favorite, who still works here. I loved my massages with Alicia who has a great light to medium pressure, and shesjust the sweetest! Kaysi, Adrian, Gene, Rich, Barry are all fantastic for a deep tissue, or youre having specific issues needing to be worked on! I love Carolyns technique as well. I go to the fabulous Ms. Joni we I need for of a mental/emotional relaxation massage, and its no question why shes the lead therapist at the Madison location!
Been calling for 3 consecutive days and leaving a message but to call back!I guess when they already got you to the contract thats the service you get..It is hard to get an appt once you are a member coz either way they will get your money!..and also their manager (I think he is)is so rude(one time I have an issue with the service and he just cut me off!)i am about to talk to them if there is any way I can cancel my membership!...
Im really not happy at all with this establishment very poor lack of communication and Ive not had a massage since November and suppose to be a member. Ive called several times to be put on the waiting list for a massage only to not receive a call back this is not professional at all but im getting money took out of my account every month for nothing.
For my first time there, I wasnt very impressed. The massage was fine but I didnt get the full 60 min as advertised. We started 5 min late and ended 10 min early. Then you want me to pay how much for the next one? 😔
I did get two massages..one was very good and the one with the broken foot hobbling around was Not. I signed up for monthly....Sounds good but every time I called i could not get an appointment unless it was days out or days I could not go. I asked them to cancel my service and I get harassed with weekly communication about past due monthly service. DO NOT RECOMMEND .... I WILL NEVER RETURN
Membership at Massage Envy was not something I understood until my wife made me go with her to get a couples massage. I got all the details and a pass for a free massage. I have had problems with my ankle for years. A car accident caused lots of damage. They took time to ask me what I needed and listened. Be sure you know what you are asking for when you say you want deep tissue. I feel great and will be back for my monthly massage. Recomend highly.
Front desk is unprofessional and scheduled me for the wrong day and would not take the time to correct their mistake. The massage therapist I have seen TALK the entire time they are giving a massage. Nothing about this location is relaxing or enjoyable. I will definitely not be back
Do not get a membership here. Next to impossible to get appointments and the app is useless. Calling the staff is just about as useless. Bottom line is they take on too many clients and they charge for services they are unable to provide.
Hello all Im form Cleveland Ohio and my friend gave me a surprise gift to Massage Envy in Madison , and a young lady by the name Ava was my therapist. I fill so much better a month later. I highly recommend her.
The front desk staff is always so kind and efficient! I have April as a therapist and she’s FANTASTIC. Recommend this establishment to anybody looking for an out of this world experience! Thank you guys!
Love this place. Rob is absolutely the best! Highly professional, kind, and gives a wonderful massage. He listens to his client regarding amount of pressure and is very attentive to their needs. I highly recommend this place and Rob!
Good massage but rather shady when it comes to extra charges. I told them how much gratuity to add but they ended up adding on double the gratuity I requested to add. Don’t do business with dishonest businesses.
Takes too long to get opening for appointments. When i did. . Arrived waited for 15min before they let me know that the masseuse was not in that day.Seems thier communication and process could use some attention
My skin has never looked better. Zoe is a great esthetician, is very knowledgeable about Murad products and skin care. I go once monthly for a facial. Fantastic, relaxing atmosphere, and professional, friendly staff.
Liz did an awesome job with my shoulders and lower back! Very friendly, welcoming and effective in her technique. Very pleased with her work!
Drove over 30 miles for a scheduled appt only to be told they cant touch uou until 6 weeks after a surgery. Could have discussed that on the phone first!
Very professional staff! Ive never felt unsafe. I go twice a month and leave feeling renewed, always looking forward to my next appointment.
Biggest waste of money they say they offer things they can not give they stay booked up miscedule people and dont want to fix it and when u have to change ithe date because they put the wrong date they want to schedule over a month away will never be back and make sure anyone I come into contact with knows never to go there
Im in about every two weeks to have my chronic back and shoulders worked on. Without the excellent work done, Id be visiting doctors and emergency rooms instead. They even let me park my bike inside since theres no place to lock it outside. Professional staff. Everyone knows me by name on sight.

I have a membership. 6 appts cancelled, 3 week wait for next available. DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP. I will be voiding my membership with a notarized letter.
Great place. I have had several different types of massages here but it wasnt until I had the hot stone massage that I was impressed. 2 thumbs up!

My therapist came and got me 15 minutes late and I told her about my problem areas and didn’t touch them.Left feeling the same, but disappointed.
