I would avoid this place for laser tattoo removal. The person who worked on my tattoo was incredibly unprofessional- he never introduced himself to me, trash talked other laser tattoo removal places in the area, did not put any numbing cream on prior to using the laser, nor used any aftercare products (ointment or even a bandage). The eye protection used, i later learned, is more for using when youre having work done on your face. I was a little grossed out having the metal tanning goggles on my face when other places use large sunglasses. My biggest complaing however, is they also lasered part of the tattoo I wanted left alone. When I realized the lasering was going on longer than it should have, I asked the tech if he was just lasering off the symbol and he replied with no, I thought we were doing the whole tattoo. The tech proceeded to blame his assistant for not having paperwork set up and took no accountability for his mistake. In follow up emails, Total Body Laser and Med Spa communicated they would pay for a retouch when the lasered section heals. I confirmed this again via email when I found an artist willing to do the touch up and relayed the artist name, studio, phone number, and hourly rate. Again, they said they would reach out and pay for the touch up. Well, day of the tattoo appointment, they failed to keep their word. While the tech was adamant one pass of the laser wouldnt do much, it was apparent as the tattoo had faded more than the rest of the tattoo untouched by the laser. Going to this place for my laser tattoo removal was a waste of time and money, and caused more harm than good.

Incredibly kind and helpful staff! I finished my last laser tattoo removal session and you can’t tell I ever had a tattoo there. Highly recommend for those who are unsure about if it’ll work (I was in the same boat at the start of my journey)!

Tattoo removal can be a difficult and vulnerable experience. Total Body made it easy. I scheduled a consult and was so impressed with Deanna and the service! She was so kind, understanding, listed all of the concerns, and overall made it a very smooth experience. I especially appreciated that she was not at all judgmental and I felt very heard and seen while discussing treatment. Ive already made another session appointment and am very happy with this removal journey I am going on, especially because Deanna was so friendly and knowledgeable. This is a fabulous all purpose salon and spa! Mallory has been doing my hair for years and we have experimented almost every style! She is great with reds, browns, balayages, womens cut, and curly hair! This girl knows how to work magic, and she is super outgoing and fun!The staff are amazing and very welcoming. Perfect place to pamper yourself with new hair, nails, a facial, and even a massage!

Good prices and my consult with Deanna went very well, she was very friendly and explained how the process works and answered all my questions. However I wish financing was offered still, removal is expensive and payment plans would help those in need more easily afford removal.

They have good equipment (lasers for skin treatment, floating bath, sauna) and the professional staff who works there appears to be good and knowledgeable.However, the front desk service is unacceptable. You definitely arent greeted properly, dont feel welcomed and arent explained anything or shown around. You feel ignored - very frustrating, especially when you come for the first time.Using infrared sauna isnt a good idea at this place. No dressing rooms, resting rooms or showers (or at least we werent informed about any of those). So you sweat at the sauna, and then have to wipe yourself off with a towel and get dressed as is - very weird. They also forgot to give us ropes and slippers - had to run to the front desk.So overall - no pampering of any sort and not really a spa experience! Go there if you know exactly who you want to see and which service you need. Dont go if you want to have a relaxing spa experience.

I worked with Libbi for my actual treatments I have done at the Med Spa and she is the “BEST”! She is not only good at what she does, but she listens to her clients and about anything. Ill start this review by saying that the email address that the company provided, has never responded to me past the initial conversation that burned my nose. They literally do not respond past 2018.In 2018 I was scheduled for a thermo-lo treatment, but they were impatient and decided to go for Cutera, despite my repeated protests that it was overkill for a few spider veins. After immense pressure from the technician, we went with the Cutera.I received massive burns to my nose which removed several layers of skin and cartilage from my nose and took over a year to heal the initial wound. At first the owner simply brushed me off with you got what you paid for statements before realizing his staff member made a user error with the machine.The owner promised he would take care of whatever was needed and personally be involved in fixing the situation but by 2019 I could no longer get ahold of the owner, he lied.In 2024 I still have a divot and large white scar on my nose, this place was a terrible life decision to trust. If any of the photos of the damage they caused could get through the filter Id add them here, but bottom line dont trust this group to do any laser treatment.EDIT: You know whats messed up? The response from the company acting like Im frustrated because something simple like a coupon code didnt work.I have a literally chunk of my nose gone because of this company.

I came in for a quick consult to have a tattoo removed. Libbi was very thorough about the whole process. She even discussed pricing and offered me to do start my treatment the same day. I decided to go forward with it, and it was very quick. She gave me a little test run with the laser to make sure I was comfortable. The whole thing probably only lasted one minute. I would definitely recommend Libbi to anyone interested in tattoo removal!

Everything went smoothly. I like that the price was agreed on ahead of time. Also appreciate when places do text appointment reminders. it does definitely hurt more than getting a tattoo, but is much, much faster. Mine are inner forearm. The wrist area I had to just breathe and focus only on that, the rest was less intense. Whole thing was super quick, staff were nice and professional, there were no errors, and the procedure itself was a breeze. Id absolutely recommend it to others seeking this service. It was my first session so it will be a while before I see serious results, so cant comment on that. Staff was really great about keeping me distracted by getting me talking during the non wrist part. Cant think of a thing Id change.

Tattoo removal was satisfying. Results were as expected. The reddish skin spots on face and neck did not go away after one treatment. A little disappointed. I believe they may have lightened along with the age spots but still noticeable.

Im so happy with my hair removal results! I started going to Total Body Laser Skin Care about a year ago, and have had about 7-8 hair removal treatments on several different areas of my body. Almost all my hair in those areas is gone and my skin is so smooth and soft now...I love it! Jodi has been great and always made me feel very comfortable during the treatment process. She is very professional and knowledgeable about the treatments they offer. I have been very surprised how nearly painless the process has been. Their laser has a blast of cold air that cools the skin and makes any discomfort nearly non-existent! Its been great and I wish I would have done this sooner!I had shopped around at several different hair removal centers, and the prices at TBLSC are very competitive and reasonable for what they offer. They recently moved to a beautiful new location on the west side of Madison off the beltline highway and Whitney Way, so it is very convenient. They have also added several additional services. The float pods seem very cool and I cant wait to try them out.I would definitely recommend to anyone that they use the services offered by Total Body Laser. You wont be disappointed!

I came here for the first time and i really thought it. i told camilla i had a wedding and what color the dress was and we found a color that wouldnt wash me out.she was very understanding when i told her darker or lighter she was overall the best stylist i have had in a very long time pluse it was a nice get away for having a bad couple of week. I also seen libbi for a wax i thought the staff was overall very nice an welcomin i will be back in a couple weeks to try some lash extentions so excited

I have gone to Xavier a few times and each time he is phenomenal. Not only does he do an amazing job massaging, he consistently makes sure I’m comfortable, adjusts pressure as requested and uses a very soothing and relaxing voice/tone. I have had a ton of massages over the years and this was by far the best experience I have had. I will be back over and over again. He’s the best!!

I generally dont bother with online reviews, but my experience here compelled me to write one. If you are thinking about having a tattoo removed, I highly recommend giving Total Body Laser Center a look. They are knowledgeable, friendly, flexible with scheduling, and their pricing is very fair. Not only did they do a great job removing my tattoo, they also made the process incredibly convenient for me. I was in and out for each appointment and the end result looks like I never had a tattoo in the first place.

I was unhappy with the tattoo and the experience at the place I had it done. I did not want to go back for touch ups and decided to have it removed. I had searched a couple of places in the Madison area that provided tattoo removal. I made an appointment to consult with Stacy, after reading the excellent reviews. Boy did I pick the PERFECT place!! He explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. Picosure removal is amazing! Dont spend your time or money anywhere else! Ive been going to Total Body for several years to get a large tattoo removed and have been extremely satisfied with the service. The staff does whatever they can to make a painful procedure as painless as possible. They’re really flexible with scheduling too. I recently started getting treatment to have moles removed and its been the same story. I highly recommend this place!

Very friendly atmosphere, everyone is wonderful here. I’ve gotten on of best haircut here to an awesome hydro- facial. In the future planing on lazer treatment on my wrinkles and a deep tissue massage with sauna and hydra pod. Looking forward to it. Would recommend this place to everyone. I had my initial free consultation at the west Madison location about a week ago with Jodette. She was amazing, and so willing to help me even though I have a unique circumstance and case. She was extremely informative and made me feel comfortable. I go in for my first treatment today and am very excited.

I went to Total Body Laser to have a tattoo touched up because the ink had bled. He touched it up and most of the blue ink that had bled was gone within a matter of minutes. It hurt 10 times more than when I actually got the tattoo but was completely worth it. I also had some sun spots removed while I was there and that was much tolerable. I had to come back for another session in order to get the sun spots completely gone, they were suborn. I would recommend Total Body, just be careful, it is easy to spend $$ there, there is so much they can do.

I had been trying to get a stubborn tattoo removed for several years before I found Total Body Laser. They were the first to actually have a laser strong enough to remove the difficult colors and gave me a package so that I paid much less up front to make sure that I had as many treatments as needed to make sure its gone. They have the most cutting edge technology. And, the staff are awesome!!

I came to do laser treatment on my face for acne scars. It costed $500 for 10 mins and because I was experiencing some pain and pulling away, she got frustrated with me and quit early. She then commenced to tell me she normally goes to 2000 but only got up to 1000 in whatever measurements they use. So why I wasn’t refunded or had to pay full price? is beyond me, however I gave it a shot to see what would happen In the next couple of weeks. She described that I would basically experience some shedding and some crusting of the skin and redness and none of that happened. So, Basically I paid $500 to inflict pain on my face for 10 mins and call it a day. I’m very very disappointed.

Adieu is the best!!! I have been trying to get my tattoo removed on the back of my neck for a year and 3 months, with another provider. The provider that was treating me before lied and just took my money, which actually ended up making lose a job in the military that made me start this process to begin with. After some research I did find out that Stacy is the best! After 2 sessions my tattoo is almost gone!!!! He didnt lie to me, and showed me pictures after pictures of what his machine can do. He understands that I am still trying to go back into the military, just have to choose a different job. But he is making my dreams come to a reality.

I had a consultation mid-April and that went well enough. I was choosing between this place, and another local company to do laser hair removal on 2 different body parts. I have darker hair, and darker skin and will most likely need more sessions on one of the areas so I decided to choose this company for that part because they have a package price that allows lifetime visits if needed (I chose another company for the other body part that I was interested in). In person, after my consult setting an appointment was easy enough although they were training new staff and I was the test appointment, so it took a pretty long time but I didnt mind and I went on my way. Shortly after I decided I wanted to do it sooner, so I called and scheduled a new appointment, also fine. The problem came when I realized that I had made that appointment shortly before something else I had previously committed to, and needed to adjust the time. I called and spoke with I believe Tammy, but Im not 100% sure (it did start with a T for sure). She was friendly and I explained what the rest of my day was like, but that I really wanted to get this treatment done today. Tammy (?) told me it was no problem and to come in at 6:30. I arrived at 6:15 and waited for 5 minutes before someone came out from the back to greet me. She did not introduce herself, but asked what I needed, and I told her I was there for my appointment. She looked confused and said Oh is it for a massage? No - I told her laser. Confused look again. She said she would be right back, and went to the back again. At this point, Im not feeling all that great that she has no idea who I am but maybe her shift just started, and she hasnt looked at the schedule. She comes back a few minutes later, and asks for my name. I give it to her and she goes back to look at the computer. Then she says Oh we dont have you scheduled until 7:15. More concern on my part. I told her No, I had called earlier and spoke with someone and they scheduled it for 6:30. Had it been 7:15 that wouldnt have worked for me that day, and I wouldnt have agreed. She said Well we dont have you down until 7:15, and Heather (who I assume is the laser technician) is busy right now, but shell be done shortly so you can wait in a pretty rude way, as if its my fault that whoever I spoke to earlier told me to come in at 6:30 but marked it differently. I asked her if I was going to have to wait until 7:15 and again, in a short snippy way she said No, we wouldnt make you wait 45 minutes. Which again, OK fine.... if she can do it sooner and I told you my appointment was at 6:30, why almost argue with me about what was on the schedule vs what I was told? I was just really turned off by the situation, and how she spoke to me so I decided to leave. I told her I would like to cancel and she rolled her eyes at me, again almost annoyed at me, for her company making a mistake and asked when I would be rescheduling. I told her I wasnt and she just stared blankly at me, upon which my boyfriend spoke up trying to explain to her that it was really her attitude that had turned us off, and she cut him off mid-sentence and said you are allowed to take your business anywhere youd like. So we left, and I will be taking all of my business to Radiance Skin Therapy. The location is better, the atmosphere was more enjoyable, and staff are so much more friendly. I immediately felt comfortable there, and that was not something I experienced at all at Total Body Laser.

I had a very stubborn tattoo that 2 other laser removal places could not remove after years of laser treatment.I came here and while it still took a few sessions, the picosure laser was able to immediately start fading the tattoo. Again, this is after other places (multiple lasers and multiple locations) had completely failed.Pay a bit more for the picosure right away, you wont be disappointed. Good and friendly staff too.

I got laser hair removal device at TBL with Jodette.. it’s a amazing place with positive vibes around. Jodette is very professional and knowledgeable, love to see her every time is visit their spa..

The owner doesn’t care about the clientele (especially) or his staff, he only cares about making sure he’s profiting from the business. This is evident particularly when it comes to training staff to perform their clinical responsibilities effectively (and unfortunately their customer service and communication is also more than lacking). I was told by him directly that his staff wasn’t performing the laser treatments appropriately to get the necessary clinical responses for the result that I had already paid for and that he they would just keep seeing me to get the job done. Around a year later and I get a text message that they are refusing to treat me further and there’s still at least a third of the job left (because of their incompetence.) I asked to speak to the owner and was going to remind him of the conversation he previously had with me, and was told that he would be contacting me; he never tried calling or emailing me. I tried to give him one more chance to have a conversation, and no response. I paid over $5000 for services that were never completed.

Same story as others, got a stupid tattoo when I was young and dumb, now years later it happens to be a big regret in my life. I met with several laser removal companies and decided on Total Body Laser Center. They have exceeded my expectations with my results as I have only been going for a couple of months and my tattoo is nearly gone. The team at Total Body have been professional and seem genuinely concerned with getting my tattoo removed completely. I had a wonderful experience. I came in with 100s of skin imperfections. Dr. Friedrich eliminated all of them. He also gave me a great price. I also did a photofacial which took 10 years of aging off of my face. I highly recommend Total Body Laser Skin Care if you are self-conscious at all about your skin.

I get really bad shave rashes on my under arms so I did my research and went to consult at three different places and Total Body Jodette was most definitely the winner. They listen to your problems and are very professional. They easily work around your schedule. If you are thinking about any laser hair removal Jodette is the best!

Very great service from the really great front desk staff. The float rooms and sauna are pristine. I find the float so relaxing and they provide great amenities (earplugs, showers, combs/hairdryer) to support the floating.

I highly reccommend coming here. I have a tattoo on the back of my neck that I have to get removed because Im going into the airforce. I was a little nervous before my first treatment due to the fact I went to some other place and was told that I would notice results right away and didnt. With my first treatment at Adieu tattoo removal I noticed results right after the first treatment with the picosure laser. After the second treatment my tattoo is about half way gone. I am totally pleased with the results and the staff!!!!

Having the background of a tattoo removed. My first treatment was yesterday, Stacey, did a fantastic job, the pain was tolerable and the healing is going well. Stacey answered all my questions, was flexible with scheduling and the price is fair.

I went in with toenail fungus about one year ago. Very disgusting to look at. I had the problem for years. I did not want to use the normal medication Ive heard the drugs are very hard on a persons liver.I had approximately 4 lazer treatments. Along with using a topical anti-fungal solution religiously!!!Today about one year later the nails look 1000% better.It was a little expensive but WELL WORTH it!!!!

She was very kind and professional! Settled my mind to definitely save and get this done. I went in under educated and she was still very nice to me.

Tru Sculpt is a complete waste of money. I had Tru Sculpt in early February to smooth out my flanks and slim down my double chin. I exercise 5 days a week but genetics have blessed me with this. I am an idiot for not taking pictures but believed the sales pitch that I would see a noticeable difference in 7-8 weeks, so didnt think it was necessary. I am 8 weeks out and there has been absolutely no change in my chin or flanks. Dont waste your money or your time with this service.

So I hate shaving my neck, front and back (which is impossible to do right), no longer a problem anymore. I cant believe it only took a few treatments for no longer needing to be burdened by hair in irritating places. The staff is amazing, but so was the technology, did my homework, they have the best here!

$300 for 10 minutes of tattoo removal. It only changed the color of my arm hair haha. Receptionist mentioned the machine was “jumping” before I went in so probably should have turned around. You should to, and go to the place in Verona.
