OM MANTRA SPA

I treated myself to a spa package today for my birthday and Om Mantra exceeded my expectations! I had Venus for a relaxing foot scrub and massage, then Laura for a facial and body scrub. Every service was top notch and they went out of their way to give me a VIP birthday experience. It was worth every penny any I will for sure come back there again!

I treated myself to the birthday package with Yangkey! It was my 1st time at this spa. Yangkey was very friendly and calm. I felt so pampered. The place is very small and very bohemian decor, which I loved. The mini facial was my favorite part! I had never had a facial before. I didn’t realize how amazing it would feel! Very worth the price, too. My skin was glowing for days. I am curious to try other services.

Love, loved my massage with Laura. It was truly amazing. I was able to actually relax and get off my head and just enjoy every single minute. I will definitely be coming back. The service was great, everyone is so welcoming and attentive. Great vibe. I absolutely recommend.

They didn’t have my massage on their schedule (I had a confirmation text which o showed to them) and so they were double booked. No concession or apology -just told me to reschedule and sent me on my way. The massage itself was ok, but Venus talked about her political beliefs (not relaxing), got on top of me on her hands and knees during the massage, tried to upsell many times and told me the massage would help me lose weight. Very unusual experience.

I absolutely love the service I received from Om Mantra. They went above to accommodate 15 ladies in wellness and self care. I loved my pedicure, they made me so comfortable and many of my members was very happy with their massages and facials they received.

I recently bought myself a spa package to get relaxed before some surgery. Tenzin and the staff were all wonderful and so talented, and I left feeling amazing. She runs a professional business, has a calm, clean and relaxing atmosphere, and is very knowledgeable about the quality products she uses and about total body care overall. I’ll definitely be back, highly recommend giving them a try.

Got a facial and massage booked short notice with OM MANTRA. Everyone there was great! Receptionist, both staff who I got services with, others around the building. The staff seems to get along great and really enjoy working together and at the spa. Spa was cozy and clean. Venus and Tenzin were both great. Would return.

My friends and I had appointments to get a facial and massage at the same time. One friend had a massage with the guy (Tony?), my other friend had a facial with Laura, and they were both fantastic! I had the owner, and she wasn’t even in the building when our facials were supposed to start. The other two workers said they each texted her and that she was on her way and they got started on time. Our appointments were scheduled for 10 am and at 10:11 I opened the website to write a review because the owner wasn’t there yet and then she walked in the door. The beginning of my facial felt very rushed, it wasn’t until the second half that I felt like she calmed down from coming in late and I could actually relax. She did give me a free upgrade of a $30 add on because she was late. Afterwards, the owner tried to sell me products, but Laura actually gave me a coupon for a free add on for next time as well as a free sample. I would definitely go back to see Laura or Tony, but very disappointed in the fact that the one who was late was actually the owner of the business.

A couples massage at Om Mantra spa left us feeling relaxed and refreshed all day long. Therapists Tenzin and Tony were attentive and full of healing energy. Beginning with a warm foot bath was a great way to ease into relaxation mode. The massages were tailored to our individual preferences, my husband loved the extra attention to his tight shoulders and I was in heaven with extra time in a scalp massage. We were able to carry the effects of the treatment through the entire day. We cannot wait to return!

It was my first ever professional massage. It was a gift for my birthday. It just so happened I was dealing with a variety of pain coming from my upper right back and shoulder. This had been going on for months. I was icing an heating just about 25% of my body trying to figure it out. after one hour at Om Mantra, I regained my full normal range of motion, they removed the pain associated with tension in my upper back and by doing so, we were able to clearly identify a more serious tendinitis issue. After one hour, I knew what the more serious problem was clearly because everything else was relieved. I got my full range of motion back in one hour. I never take the time to leave reviews unless I really mean it. If youre nervous about taking a chance, I recommend starting here.

I have been seeing Laura for massage and facial services for over a year and she has been consistently excellent. She is thorough, customer focused, and professional. I love working with her. My skin and muscle soreness have both improved by seeing her regularly. Thank you!

I was having trouble lifting my arm. I saw an opening at Om Mantra and hoped for the best. I got the best! Venus Paulson was so kind. We worked together to get my arm moving.My arm is in normal working order! This wouldn’t have happened without her. Make an appointment for a massage with Venus.

My go to spot for all my self-care needs. Massage, manicure/pedicure, facials, etc. There isn’t a single person here you’ll have a bad interaction with. Everyone is chill and has good vibes. The atmosphere of the spa is perfect and I definitely recommend any couples to come for a couples massage. Self-care is an investment, not an expense and Om Mantra Spa is the best place to make that investment 💯💯

Excellent! This was my first visit and I will be back. I had the lemongrass body scrub, brightening facial and scalp massage with Tenzin. It was heaven! Very quiet and calm location.

Laura and Venus went above and beyond to make our anniversary special! Laura always makes it a 10/10 experience and we enjoyed seeing Venus for the first time as well.

I had Venus as the masseuse. She was really good. The massage was very relaxing. I’m definitely seeing her again.

Update 4/2024: Still the best in town! Ive been seeing Laura for massages. She is awesome! Since I lift weights, Im constantly sore. Due to her great work, Im recovering much faster. I also appreciate how she listens to what Im interested in and tries out different techniques to address my aches/pains. Highly recommend working with her!Had my first facial ever with Tenzin, the new owner. It seriously was life changing! My skin felt so clean and refreshed afterward. Paired with the face massage that it includes, I became so relaxed I almost fell asleep. Definitely will be back soon and will add facials to my self care routine.

I have loved the facials I have received by Tenzie however each of the appointments I have had she has rescheduled for a different time, didnt realize that I booked an apt and was 45 minutes late or in todays case went to my apt only to find out she wasnt there and apparently didnt book! Disappointing because her facials are good but unfortunately I wont be a returning customer.

Highly recommend this place! I was just visiting Wisconsin for a work conference and with all the walking and meetings, I needed a place to rest and relax and somehow found this great gem! I had a massage with Tonny and pedicure with Tenzin - Tonny was very respectful and worked out every sore muscle I had Tenzin who is very personable, sweet (like hanging out with a girlfriend), and took her time with my pedicure. Even though I’m not from here, I plan to visit when I’m in town! Thank you Tonny and Tenzin ❤️

Terrible experience. I was supposed to have an hour and a half Harbor Package. They rush through in 30 minutes. When I contact the spa with my grievance, no one ever contacted me to discuss. Poor customer service on every level

I received a birthday gift card back in July and the online booking was very easy to navigate. The staff was very welcoming and warm. They provided great information to a first time visitor. The space was very relaxing. Lastly, my massage therapist went beyond to make sure I was comfortable and everything was to my liking. I would rate the experience a complete 10 out of 10. I can not wait to go back.

Wow! Immediately upon walking in you are greeted with so much kindness and a very relaxing environment. While waiting for my appointment in the waiting area, I was already starting my relaxation with the calming music and water fall. Once getting into the room, Tenzin was so kind and listened to my concerns as I had previously had a massage at another spa where I left with low back pain. I got the hot stone massage and coconut scalp massage. It was so therapeutic and relaxing and by far the best massage I have ever gotten. I left feeling so relaxed and at peace. I will be returning to OM Mantra Spa and definitely telling everyone about this oasis on the West Side.

Tenzin and Lily are absolutely amazing. I will never go anywhere else for a spa day. My deep tissue massage was perfect - I felt like I was floating. My facial left my skin feeling so rejuvenated and relaxed. A perfect place to treat yourself with extremely kind staff.

A lovely experience! My husband and I got a couple’s retreat package today for my birthday, and it was just excellent. Laura did my massage, and she and the other massage therapist were so accommodating and really made my birthday special! She definitely could tell exactly what my body needed! The wine, chocolates, foot soak, hot towels, hot stones, everything was just lovely. Thank you!

First, the good part. Lily gave me the best massage Ive ever had! I could tell she would feel tension and work on that part then move on to other parts of the body. No feedback from me was necessary, she knows her stuff!!!The inside is really pretty and relaxing.Points of improvement -Would not recommend the foot stress-reliever. All they did was have me soak my feet in what looked like plain water. Not worth $60.It was very hard to find, the only sign is a chalk board out front that is very faded. There was no one up front when I entered so that was off putting and it was my first time so I was scared I was in the wrong place.

I have been getting massages for about 30 years. Laura is one of the best massage therapists Ive ever had. She is professional, personable, intelligent, and very good at what she does. Shes a gifted therapist and has what I would describe as magic hands that seem to radiate positive energy.I initially went in for chronic pain in my right shoulder and lower back. After 3 or 4 cupping sessions, my right shoulder was much improved and the pain is almost nonexistent. I also ❤️ the hot stones massage. The heat felt amazing, and it softened/loosened the tight spots in my lower back. After dealing with the initial back pain problems, Ive enjoyed the benefits of both her Reiki massage and raindrop therapy. Although they were brand new concepts to me, I throughly enjoyed both, and will do them again. The Reiki massage was like subtle relaxing energy flowing through my body and the raindrop therapy was a cascade of aromas and light touches. I also had my first facial, with Laura (out of curiosity), and that was wonderful too. I will be trying that again in the winter when the air is so dry, and my skin is craving moisture. If you need one of the best massage therapists around, to help treat pain or just for relaxation, then Laura is your Lady.

A very lovely place! It was very relaxing from entry to exit, the staff were wonderful. One of the best massages Ive had. We did the couples package and it was absolutely worth every penny. My boyfriend looked like happy jello at the end. We will certainly be back.

I went and got the Derma-plan facial with Tenzin and it was AMAZING!! It was my first time getting a facial and she was so warm and welcoming. She made me comfortable and I was relaxed the entire time. Once she was done she gave me some amazing tips and suggestions for my skin. I wish I would’ve saved more this time around to tip her more but I WILL be back! Thank you so much, Tenzin!

Just got a 60 minute massage with Lily and it was amazing!! The pressure she used was firm enough to work out my toughest knots without making me uncomfortable. I left feeling so loose and relaxed. All the staff was very friendly too and even though I was a few minutes late, Lily still gave me the full 60 minutes. I would definitely go back to her next time I get a massage

Ive never had anyone care so much about my skin and be able to look at it and know what it needs. Tenzin is simply wonderful. She has a gift as an esthetician and will customize the facial for your skins needs. The Eminence skincare products they use are awesome, I wish I would have known about this line sooner. All natural, non-toxic, AND they actually work and feel great. I wont go anywhere else for a facial and am thankful to have found Tenzin and this little gem.

Incredibly unprofessional. I called and booked three people (my daughter, daughter-in-law, and myself) to have services that started at the same time. They asked if we could come in on a Sunday, and we could, so I booked three appointments. In a few days, I got confirmation that two services were scheduled at noon and the massage at 1:00. For the next 3 weeks, we went back and forth about the time, and they said they were looking for another therapist. 22 hours before our scheduled appointments, I received this test message, Hi there. So unfortunately we won’t be able to do your services. Sundays were completely closed. We thought we could open for a couple of hours looks like we can’t. I am so sorry. Does any other days that I can help you ladies?Today, Monday, the day after they cancelled, I received this text message, Thanks for visiting OM MANTRA SPA. Based on this visit, how likely would you be to recommend us? And then asked me to post my review. So I have.I do not recommend OM MANTRA and would not consider booking with them ever in the future.

5 stars to Lily (massage) who clearly has the experience and talent to help relax you while loosening tight muscles. She listens to what you need (including during the session) and thoroughly relaxed me.1 star to Yangkey (facial) for going through my clothing, scratching me with her nails multiple times, generally being unprofessional (who leaves a clients feet uncovered for an extended period?), and leaving visible pieces of the various masks on my face so I had to clean my face after the facial. And I have no idea why shes still employed when she had no problem saying the POS system admin password in front of me.Edit: Went back and got a facial with Tenzin. MUCH better! Very relaxing and professional.

Tenzin is wonderful! I had a facial and a scrub, with add-ons. She has a warm, open style, strong hands, and a true passion for skin care. I felt so nurtured during a recent difficult time. She has a great deal of knowledge about the Eminence products. Definitely recommend her spa!

First of all, OM MANTRA has an incredible vibe, healing from the moment I walked in. I am in love with the Eminence products that Tenzin uses and have been using a few of them for over a decade, so while I was waiting got to check out the other products that may be helpful for my skin at this point. After a few minutes Tenzin came out to greet me and I felt her absolute kindness and warmth immediately. Once in the treatment room, I completely relaxed because of her knowledgeable and skilled touch and understanding of her practice. I spent the entire treatment in a state of curiosity and absolute bliss, never have I felt such skilled hands on my skin. She layers the most beautiful feeling and smelling products onto your skin, massaging in ways I have never before felt. She also uses the latest techniques in facials and is able to explain every detail of what she is doing while she is doing it. It is an understatement to say I LOVED every moment. My skin has never felt or looked better and I am going to be a regular for sure. As a 50 + woman I believe that caring for ourselves is a crucial part of aging gracefully and optimizing how we feel inside and out. Experiencing Tenzins passion for facials which is beyond what I could have imagined a facial to be is honestly the perfect gift, to give or receive! LOVE LOVE LOVE

My friends and I were in Madison on a girls trip to celebrate a Bachelorette party. The salon did such a good job staggering everyones services to get done at the same time. I had an amazing 90 minute facial with Laura! It was so awesome, I booked a 90 minute massage for next week! Now I know what my kids meant by yolo.

I have been getting cupping massages from Laura since I have had a total knee replacement. The results has been amazing. The incision has healed with very minimal scaring. Just 6 mounth after my surgery and Im almost back to normal. Laura has magic hands, and the rest of the staff is just as amazing. Thank for helping with my recovery.

Really professional and talented staff. I had an amazing deep-tissue massage -- Michelle was excellent and clearly knew what she was doing. I also appreciated that she sat down with me after to go over areas of tension she found and recommendations for wellness and future massage schedule. I also tried the seawater scrub, which was a totally new service for me, and I LOVED it. I felt so rejuvenated after. I would definitely go again and recommend to others.

I have gone to Haven for my facials for the past year now. Ericka does a great job. I leave feeling so refreshed and relaxed with nice healthy glow. She is great about working with my skin’s needs as the seasons change. I also really appreciate the atmosphere it is comfortable and relaxing - easy conversation (or none when I end up snoozing - which happens often). I highly recommend!

I have been coming to Ericka for monthly facials for the past 5 or so months and she is AMAZING! She genuinely cares about her clients and answers any and all questions that I have. The first time I saw her was the first facial I’ve ever had and she was so good at explaining the process to me and telling me every little thing she was doing. Laura was a blessing in my life on a day I needed it most. I just had to end my engagement with my fiance and she took the time to sit and talk with me before performing my Reiki session. This was my first time having a Reiki session, and it wont be my last. It was the most amazing thing I have ever experienced and a much-needed energetic cleansing of my past traumas and negative thoughts. Its still a work in progress, but my soul felt so free after I was done. The massages and oils were just a bonus. :)

I was running a couple minutes late, and Ericka was kind and understanding about the situation. When I got there, establishment was very clean and welcoming. Rooms were comfortable, good mood lighting, Good Vibes all around. I went in for an ear candling treatment because my left ear had been giving me some trouble, and some pressure pain in my jaw, and the treatment really assisted with easing my discomfort. Ericka was very pleasant to talk to, very kind and in the moment, I felt very welcomed and understood. Very much a safe space. I highly, highly recommend this place. Good prices, multifaceted services. She was also very informative of specials and packages that were available at the time, and knowledgeable of what I as a client could do to make my experiences in the future that much better. 10 out of 10 great quality.

Christine was able to squeeze my mom and I in for a couples massage months before their online availability. Her and Jennifer were understanding about us running late and still gave us a full massage. The massage was great, Jennifer was sure to do a milder deep tissue for me because it was my first time having a professional massage which I really appreciated! Ericka also preformed a chemical peel on my mom and she was fantastic and very sociable which was definitely appreciated. When I forgot my goodie bag Ericka stuck around to meet us so we could get our champagne and chocolates to take home!

Without a doubt the best place to rejuvenate and get an *unforgettable* massage in Madison. I send all my friends here because every one of the staff is a gem - Tanzin is a beyond-gifted owner and all-around pleasure to be around, Laura is just an other-worldly healer who knows exactly what your body needs, and Lele is the deep tissue and relaxation QUEEN. I had a facial with Ericka and it was an amazing experience. The atmosphere in the spa was perfect with relaxing music and wonderful smelling products. I felt like I was on vacation getting pampered. I am happy with the difference I see in my skin and will definitely return!!

I can honestly say that my almost three hours today at OM Mantra was complete perfection! Tenzin (the owner) her partner, Tonny, (spa manager and apparently the best nail technician in town - facial and pedi next up for me!), and my massage therapist/healer/miracle worker, Laura, are SO lovely and welcoming. The spa is quiet and peaceful and smells heavenly with fireplaces in both of the rooms where I had treatments. Tenzin did my foot stress reliever which was a salt scrub, leg and foot massage after a warm foot soak. I was a little stuffed up and she threw in a short, but amazing facial massage. Amazing! Then I moved down the hall for my 75-minute Ultimate Massage where I had added a scalp massage with coconut oil (DO IT!!) and CBD oil treatment (REALLY DO IT!!!). I had asked her about cupping and Laura very generously tried it out on my back, shoulders and arms where she knew I needed it. She literally pinpointed every single sore muscle and treated them to the point where I had zero soreness and felt absolutely amazing (not single bruise). She also treated me to hot stones and a little Reiki at the end. I got the serious red carpet/white glove experience and will be going back as soon as I can and recommend that whoever is reading this and wondering about this place...it is a total find...secret Madison gem. Could not recommend it and the people there more. 5 STARS+++

Based on Google reviews, my family got me a gift card for a facial and massage. The facial with Ericka was good (consistent with reviews), but the massage experience was so terrible that I will never be back. It began with the masseuse loudly on the phone with someone who I assume manages the place, arguing that they cant take a call during a massage. The masseuse left me on the table for 15 minutes at the beginning, perhaps letting a washer/dryer repair person in? She came back in smelling of cigarette smoke. Then commenced a very loud washer/dryer repair occuring on the other side of the wall. The smell of smoke, the noises: Nothing was conducive to relaxation, but I wanted to try to make the most of it. The worst came at the end of the massage when the masseuse told me that I was too tense for her to make progress. Unsolicited, knowing nothing about me, she launched into the lifestyle changes I should be making to relax (yoga, meditation), during which she commented that its not like I work out 7 days a week. I interrupted her to tell her that I try to make at least 5-6 times a week, to which she gave me an unbelieving look and told me I should stretch more. A week later, I am still appalled by the whole experience, particularly the unprofessional shaming at the end of the massage.

This place is ran by incredibly friendly and skilled people. I was here recently for my first massage and facial ever, and I could not have had a more comfortable and relaxing experience. They really set the bar high!

Ive been going to Ericka for facials for a few months now and have had an amazing experience each time! Shes sweet to talk to and can answer my many skin care questions. You can tell she knows her stuff and genuinely cares about her clients. Plus, my face has never looked better! I always try to time my facials around big events so I can look my best. Ericka did such an amazing job with my facial. It was super relaxing and I was comfortable the entire time(even with extractions). The vibe is super relaxed and Ericka did an excellent job making sure my goals were met and hooked me up with some amazing product and when she didn’t have anything in stock, she hand wrote a list recommended a few products for me on my way out. I am so glad I discovered this place! The staff are so nice and attentive. You feel relaxed upon coming in and they ensure that they explain your services and make you comfortable. I got a massage(60 minutes but I wish I splurged for longer it was so great) with a citrus aromatherapy(amazing). I also got a sea water scrub from Erica. My skin was so soft after and I fell asleep on the table it was so relaxing. Everything is so clean and personal. Will definitely be returning

My husband and I have received massages at Haven Spa for a number of years. Christine is terrific - we both love her massages. Shes personable, professional and friendly. Ive had massages from several different massage therapist at Haven Spa and all have been excellent. The ambience is relaxing with calming music and a lovely, inviting décor. One of our favorite services is a couples massage - weve enjoyed these for anniversaries and Valentines Day. Lately weve both received the Zen massage -- its a perfect way to completely relax and leave our cares behind. Both my husband and I highly recommend Haven Spa.

I just had a facial with Ericka and can not recommend her enough. She is incredibly experienced and its truly as if youre talking with a close friend. She explained every step in depth, answering all of my questions, and went the extra mile to ensure my skin care routine moving forward was something I could maintain. I was blown away by my experience and could not imagine having anyone else. Shes the best and I can garentee you will not be disappointed. I am new to the Madison area and The Haven Spa was the first spa that I decided to try. The experience was unforgettable. Jennifer performed my hot stone massage and it was one of the best professional massages I have ever had! Highly recommend scheduling with The Haven Spa!

Love this place!! Just had a massage with Michelle and it was AMAZING! She took the time to talk to me before and after the appointment to discuss what she noticed, as well as things I can do to improve those areas. I felt extremely comfortable and the 90 minute massage felt like 3 hours! Highly recommend.

I’ve been going to Tenzin for years for my skincare and waxing needs. I cannot recommend her enough! She’s very knowledgeable about her profession and has a warm, bubbly personality. It always feels like I’m hanging out with a friend when I go to see her.

Had a couples massage yesterday. First off we had my husbands masseuse talk to us and ask him where is tension was but mine never talked to me beforehand other than to bring the water soak for my feet. Now for my back, she used her elbow the entire time. Did not concentrate on any knots and didn’t release any knots. When I asked her to use her hands, like knuckles or fist instead she lightly put her fingers on my shoulder and her thumb just lightly touched my back. So she said “ do you feel that?” And then I just said keep using the elbow…lol. I thought it was just mine but my husband had the same experience…but i think his was more experienced with massages. But what she did do was douse him in oil. Lol. It was just so buzzare. Then when we left my masseuse didn’t do any after visit discussion, but the lady that did my husbands made him feel uncomfortable while I was in the bathroom, telling him he had no body fat and how fit his legs were. More attention was on him for sure. And even though we filled out the pre paperwork to say where we feel comfortable, in the middle of the massage she asks me is she can rub my feet and glutes. I said yes and then a couple times she was asking “is that good?” Like I am sorry but I don’t want to talk or answer questions when I am getting a massage. What sucks is I now need a massage to fix the damage she caused. My entire back is in pain with more knots than what I came with. It is definitely one of those funny experiences though where you just have to laugh. But nope we will never come back

Received a gift certificate from my fiancé for Christmas in 2021, and my appointment last May was cancelled at the last minute by the therapist. Couldn’t reschedule until January 2023, but we just found out that the spa is under new ownership and is no longer accepting old gift certificates/cards. They did try to offer a 30% discount on services if I were to keep my appointment (which is now cancelled), but my fiancé still loses a couple hundred dollars in the process. Extremely disappointed!

My husband and I have been going to The Haven for many years, and we have always been treated so well. We just had a couples massage, and Jennifer and Christine took great care of us. I highly recommend The Haven for all of your massage therapy needs.

I had a facial with Erica and a massage with Debbie. Debbie is great with deep tissue and pays attention to your problem areas. Erica was so gentle and I left both times feeling relaxed and all my tension has melted away.

I worked with Erika yesterday for the first time and I will 100% be back. She was welcoming, friendly, willing to chat, and learn more about me and my skin goals. My skin feels better after one visit, I cant wait to see how regular visits improve it.

Ericka did a deep pore extraction facial for me and the entire process was very relaxing and comfortable. The environment was clean with calming, light music in the room. Before starting with anything, Ericka gave me a brief overview of what we were doing to make me feel at ease, since it was my first time seeing an esthetician! She checked in on me throughout our session to make sure I was feeling okay, and I could definitely see and feel a difference with my skin after the hour was over. Definitely would go again!

The massage was great and Michelle did awesome! But what was really amazing is the communication. I have never been to a massage place that communicated this well. We sat down beforehand and talked about what the massage would look like, then she explained exactly how far to undress, where to put my clothes, and when she will come in. That is always a source of anxiety for me, and talking about it beforehand helped me relax even more. And afterwards, she talked about how to take care of myself (ie drink water) and which areas were most tight. I highly recommend this place, very professional, calm, and well run.

I loved everything about my experience, the bed was amazing, the fire place was super cute. I loved escaping for an hour and a half and hearing and feeling nothing but bliss. I really enjoyed the neck massage while being face up and I also enjoyed the hot stones.. I cant think of a single thing that bothered me. I hope the future brings many good things to this Spa! Lovely all around ❤

I went to The Haven Spa for the first time today. I had a salt water scrub, an anti-aging facial peel, and tried ear candling for the first time. I had an amazing experience and Ericka was just wonderful. It was super nice and clean inside, and it smelled amazing in there. Ericka explained the three items I was having done and answered all my questions. I really enjoyed myself and plan to go back. I highly recommend this experience at this location to everyone. And those who have concern with COVID, they take extreme care in their cleanliness and their sanitation practices.

Hannah was amazing, she is not just a pro but the whole experience (facial and Head and shoulder massage plus foot massage) was totally relaxing and calming. The environment is welcoming and warm. I have had other treatments in different locations and this was excellent. Truly lovely. Thank you Hannah I will be back! And I recommend this place without reservation!

Lily was amazing! I had a full body 90min massage and felt comfortable, respected, and supported throughout the whole experience. I left feeling like I was floating on a cloud.

We got there early and never have been there before the doors were still locked had no idea what was going on, but the girl pulled in shortly after we got there, they ran to get fresh strawberries which was sweet, from there on they both made sure we were comfortable I could be very open with them that I get hot easily they brought cold cloths in for me throughout the whole massage it was very nice, the massage was great really worked our kinks in my body had great advice for us and was always open to answer any questions we had. 100000% will be booking again come springI had dermalpaning for the first time and a gemstone facial done, i definitely will be booking again. I work all day with kids and have my face touched all the time by sweet little drool covered hands so getting everything deep cleaned and refreshed felt amazing and revitalizing.My partner is a farmer so i got him a massage with hot stones for christmas. Hed been complaining about his back since fall harvest, when he came out he looked like he was in a whole new level of relaxed and recharged and said he will be booking again as well.Only issues we had was they started a new program so the week of I kept getting confirmation emails followed by cancelation emails, followed by confirmation with a new time and then cancelation email. I called to confirm and everything was easily fixed and we were still in their system. Weve all been there with technology.

I highly recommend visiting the Haven Spa! This was my very first spa experience ever! I do have to admit I was pretty nervous, but I informed everyone and they made me feel extremely comfortable. Before anything was done they would talk to me first and go over what they where going to and allowed for any questions. This really helped me feel welcomed and comfortable. I received a spa package as a Christmas gift and decided to use it now since I currently am pregnant. I started off with a massage which was wonderful. They placed extra pillows down for me to lay on and not once was I uncomfortable laying on my stomach. She did such an amazing job and taking precautions due to my pregnancy. I next had my facial and foot massage done by Ericka. Ericka did an amazing job! Altho due to being pregnant and COVID I was not able to have some things completed, but they still did a great job by making it up in other areas. I was so relaxed I kept falling asleep and do not really remember my foot massage. But my feet definitely felt amazing the next day. Mask was worn at all times besides during the facial. Not once did I feel unsafe about this. This experience was definitely worth the cost. I will be returning soon! Great job to the staff at The Haven Spa!

I had never been here before but was desperate for some relief and saw the good reviews so I booked a 75 minute deep tissue massage with Michelle. I have a lot of experiences with professional massage all over the world, and there were several things that disappointed me about this experience. 1. The spa smelled like smoke which was gross. 2. I booked a 75 min massage on the website but it was only 70m - I despise spas that do that. 3. Michelles version of deep tissue massage felt fine on my arms and legs but was extremely painful on my back and neck - Ive had lots of different types of trigger point therapy and myofascial release but whatever she was doing seemed to aggravate the knots rather than release them. 4. Despite the bad massage, I was forced to tip a full 20% because they add it on as a mandatory tip. Im sorry, thats not how tipping is supposed to work. I ended up paying $160 for a below average, painful massage.One positive thing - they include hot stones for free. Of course, she aggravated my back for a while BEFORE using them when she probably should have started with them.Would not return. Go to Bergamot or Renu or even one of the chains like Elements massage (who also cut off 5 mins from your massage time but at least have a clean environment and do a good job).

The facial with Tenzin was amazing! My skin felt so soft and refreshed! Tenzin is so friendly and fun. I will definitely book another facial soon!

Don’t be fooled by the exterior, this place feels luxurious as soon as you walk through the door. I got a manicure, pedicure, and facial and was blown away by each service. There was clear attention to detail and the owners are lovely. I will definitely be back and strongly recommend!!

Tenzin gave me a make up lesson for mature skin last week. I have been wearing make up since I was 14 but there was things I didnt know such as how to do my brows. She helped me feel confident. I also go to her for waxing needs.

Great first experience! Cameron is available on Mondays and is a gem. Plus Mondays shes the only one working so the place is empty and tranquil. She did a great mini facial with peel and my skin looks amazing! I highly recommend Cameron!

Purchased a gift certificate in August for my fiancée for a couples massage. The expiration date was noted as 2025. All bookings were unavailable throughout the fall on their online portal. We finally called a week or so ago and were informed the spa had changed ownership and the new owner had no intention of honoring the certificate. They offered us a 20%. Someone took my money without providing a service. Awful way to treat people.

I had a great experience and would recommend this place to anyone. They went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I were able to get our couples massage. Given the current situation going on with COVID, I think they did great. I had never been here or heard of anyone I know go to this place so I was a little hesitant at first but I was very impressed. We got a 15 min foot soak, aromatherapy oils, I got a eucalyptus foot wrap, and a full 60 min massage! The room we were in was adorable. Fire place, and Thomas kinkade pictures hanging on the wall, and relaxing music. It was just what we needed.

I actually went to the Haven based on google reviews and wanted to return the favor. It was really great. Greg was my massage therapist and he was very skilled, professional, and friendly. I havent had a decent massage in a long time and really needed it so I asked for deep tissue work. Without having much previous frame of reference, all I can say is that I think he did it perfectly. Hard enough to help with some terrible muscle knots I have, but not so hard that I was in pain. I will definitely go there again!

I made an appointment online, and the owner of Haven Spa cancelled it less than 24 hours ahead of time later that week via text message. She said they had had a small fire in one of the spa rooms and had to close. There was no apology for the inconvenience and no offer to try and make it up to me even if it was just something small like 10% off my next service there. It was completely unprofessional. Their policy is that if I had cancelled on them with less than 24 hours notice I would be responsible for paying for the entire service even in an emergency where I couldnt make it (like a fire), yet I got no apology or anything for my inconvenience. Just a text informing me that the appointment was cancelled and to respond to let them know I received this message. Very unimpressed.

Laura is amazing. I was feeling stuck and sore so she fixed me right up with a massage. I will be seeing her again soon!

The massage I received was nice. More a relaxation massage than one that actually worked on any sore areas. I had my first facial here and it was also very pleasant.My mani/pedi, however, were...not at all good. The woman was very nice but just didnt do a good job. It doesnt really look like I got a mani/pedi, it looks like I did it at home, except I wouldve done a better job. Her color selection was minimal (I considered getting a shellac polish but there were literally 3 colors), her hand/foot massage were both weak. The massage chair pretty much just vibrated. I paid for the spa delux for both mani and pedi and it wasnt at all worth the money. I bought everything as part of a package and it all felt very disjointed. I received my massage and facial first and the manicurist was also the receptionist so its not like she didnt know I was coming. She also put the parafin wax too hot so had to do the dip after she painted my nails which was weird.And the woman who did mani/pedi just looked very...unkept. Her clothes looked dirty, her hair looked dirty, she had dandruff everywhere. I probably wouldnt have even cared if her services were good but everything about the experience screamed unprofessional.

My girlfriend treated me to a couples massage at Haven. We arrived and were immediately greeted by Greg and Gail. We were treated to a luxurious foot soak, coupled with champagne and fresh strawberries. We were able to revel in the tranquility and look over the aromatherapy menu before our treatments. We then embarked on our 60 minute voyage to tendertown. Gail rubbed me down from head to toe and lulled me right to sleep. My girlfriend carries a lot of stress in her shoulders and requires a deep tissue massage. Greg proceeded to push his thumbs into her soul. To say we left relaxed and loose would be like saying I usually leave the beach with a little sunburn.10/10, we will be back again!
