Store is cool but one of the employees is 2/10 with his customer service. Older guy is very nice. Owner is nice. Younger kid with glasses seems miserable.

I was not banned from your store. Nor was i rude to your employees. You sold me a device and did not carry the replacement coils for the device the next week. I asked about an exchange for a device you have coils for and you offered to sell me a different one. I told you that is not how you run a business and you started calling names. I stated i will never shop there again and walked out.

Really great and fast service. They did not have exactly what I was looking for but they were able to get me something close enough to what I came in for.

Ive been going here since the shop opened, and I have never been disappointed. Justin is always on top of everything, from knowledge of upcoming legislation to the latest mods and disposables. The place has changed a lot over the years, but the prices, products, and service have always been top notch. This place cant be beat!

Incredibly pleasant staff members! Their shop is very clean and organized. I had a great experience purchasing a mod/starter kit recently which turned out to have some issues which I’m working on fixing, as there’s a 24 hour return policy. I would easily recommend for their flavor selection and options for beginners and frequenters alike!

Extremely professional, and they stand behind their products!They have some exclusive deals with some very unique brands that you just cant find in the bigger stores in New Hampshire, while also carrying the staple brands. Love the two young men that run the store. I have just suffered a great loss oh, my husband was killed tragically about a month ago and my husband and I have been going to their store for quite some time and theyre fantastic. They always took care of us as though we were family five stars all the way!

Went here looking for a new tank, as the one I had was due for retirement. They carry a nice range of products and Jake knew the details of their selection inside and out. These guys do their homework, I recommend them if you are looking for hardware.

I had an amazing experience in the store today with Jake Thompson. I broke the tip off of one of my juices and needed a drip bottle. They were out of the size bottle I needed, but Jake took the time to find a bottle that I could use and found a drip top for it. He even put the juice into the new bottle for me. Such a nice store, and such nice employees.

Great staff! Justin and Jake take time to help you find the right juice and mod for all your vaping needs. They took time to answer all my questions. Store is clean and professional looking. Definitely not your typical vape store. Way to go Apogee!

Always a bomb place to get vape mods, juice, and accessories. The owner is super chill and Jake is also super chill. The environment is laid back and casual and there is an HDTV so you can watch TV. They offer drinks and are food friendly.
