I had an absolutely amazing massage at LaVida Massage in Smyrna! My therapist Vanessa is always phenomenal and personal for your needs and care. She has an uncanny ability to pinpoint the exact areas of tension in my body and work them out with expert precision. I always leave feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. The atmosphere was so calming and serene which adds to the massage being awesome each time I go. I cannot recommend this place enough! Ill definitely be back. #TeamVanessa

I have been going to LaVida for over 10 years. A monthly massage has kept me from injuring my back doing simple things and has greatly reduced the stress I hold in my muscles. The massage staff and front desk people are courteous and friendly. You can get any style of massage you are seeking. This is a well run, spotless place to relax and be pampered.

Went today for my first prenatal massage (almost in my 3rd trimester) & it was amazing! Beautiful, relaxing atmosphere when you walk in & heated beds 🙌🏼Alexis was incredible!I could tell she really knew what she was doing because she really focused on a lot of tender spots I didn’t even know where there when I went in.I never booked ahead for appointments (busy mom life) & I made sure to book another massage for my birthday in a few months! Highly recommend

I just had my first visit. I received a great, relaxing, 90 minute deep tissue massage. The environment is clean, pleasant, inviting and making an appointment was quick, easy and conveniently available for my immediate needs. Ive always enjoyed a heated table and they have it! They have so many different options for everyones needs. Im looking forward to a hot stone massage for the ultimate relaxation treatment for my muscles.

I love this place. The entire staff is very welcoming. They spent time to explain the different massages. I got a 3 day 90 minute package. I knew I needed this massage. But never knew what a difference it would make in his I feel. Alexis is amazing. Sure talked to me about what she was she could tell was going on with my muscles as she was performing the massage. Cant wait to go back in 2 weeks.

I was gifted a prenatal massage for my birthday this past Saturday and boy was it an experience! Morgan was my masseuse and she amazing. I’ll definitely be back to see her! The environment was clean, had such a great ambiance. I would recommend to anyone.

Currently 38 weeks pregnant and went to get a prenatal massage with Ms.Oksana she’s truly the best and a very nice person. I really needed this massage as I get ready to welcome my baby. I really recommend this place to anyone definitely booking a couple massage later on. The receptionist is exceptional and makes you feel welcomed.

Overall my experience was just ok. I figured it would be at least good with these reviews. The masseuse didn’t apply a lot of pressure and some of the techniques seemed like something I would make up when I give my spouse a massage. Several of them didn’t even do anything for me, it just felt awkward.The person at the front desk seemed very on edge and stressed. My masseuse also seemed that way as well. That’s not the type of environment I want to walk into when I’m going for a massage.Your experience might be totally different. I’d consider giving them another shot but I’ll be trying other places in the area first. Only took off one star instead of more because we all have our good days and bad days. That day was possibly not a great day for the staff.To the staff: I know it’s not easy dealing with customers but try not to let that put you on edge!

Always a great experience at La Vida East Cobb. Staff are friendly and helpful. The massage therapists are top notch. I see good value with the monthly package for me and my spouse. If you like deep tissue, go see Bryan or Kenny. They are very talented.

The massage therapists have a myriad of skills and certifications and specialize their routines to be 100% responsive to their clients’ interests and needs. Thoroughly beneficial and satisfying massage and aesthetics treatments provided by a staff who have a genuine interest in your well-being and comfort as they care for you? I can’t imagine being able to find this experience anywhere else.

The people at the front desk were nice and welcoming. My massage therapist was awesome!!!! I tend to carry a lot of stress in my shoulders & neck. This time my pain on a scale from 1-10 was a 20. Angel was absolutely amazing. His pressure was perfect. He concentrated on my problem areas. And I loved all the work he did on my neck. My pain level was a zero when I left. I didn’t expect that at all. I’m extremely particular about who massages me because I get such big knots. I had not found anyone since moving to ATL 2 years ago until now. Thank you so much!

The man who gave me my massage- I think his name is James- was friendly and made the experience a lot less stressful for me. It was my first time getting a massage and he was very patient with me and did a great job.

I signed up for a membership August 1st after receiving the BEST MASSAGE EVER FROM ALLISON FINK!!! She was very attentive to my needs, and I left feeling pain free :) She provided me with such a unique style of massage that I just had to come back. If you want an absolutely phenomenal massage (honestly, my words dont even do her justice) make sure you book a massage with Allison. Go ahead and do a 90 min while your at it cause an hour will just make you sad you didnt book a 90 :D Also, the front desk was very friendly and made sure I knew they were available for anything I needed before and after my massage

This location is amazing not only for LaVida, but also for massages and facials period. A great experience begins with the people who work the front desk in any business - this holds true here. Everytime I call or go in for my appointment, the people at the desk are so kind and welcoming. The experience starts off on the right foot. I have switched massage therapists around only due to my schedule and all have been fantastic! Thanks for Jennifer, who I does my facials, my skin is finally getting back to normal after battling hornonal issues. She also will make sure she takes care of you as a person as much as she takes care of your face. I can’t say enough good things about her. I love going here and highly recommend anyone looking for quality service to go here!

This is a great La Vida location. The place is immaculately clean and they are strictly adhering to COVID-19 protocols. Brian is an excellent massage therapist. He can get the knots out without leaving you sore the next day. Highly recommend!

I like that place but unfortunately I am not going back again because I had bought $100 card at Mother day and they give you $25 bonus cards so you can use that yesterday I was informed after I left that I can’t use the bonus card Why did you give the bonus card if I can’t use it ?

When I walked in Vicky took care of me. She was very courteous and professional. Oksana my massage therapist was great. This was the best massage Ive had in a while. I will definitely be going back. I highly recommend Oksana the massage therapist. You wont be disappointed.

The first time I visited the East Cobb location was for a couples massage and it was great. Oksana and Angel R were AMAZING, but this review is for the East Cobb receptionist, Abby. I called this morning to book another couples massage but received the voicemail so I left a message. I Called LaVida back an hour and a half later and Abby answered, so I told her my name and that I would like an appointment this Saturday if at all possible and to my surprise she already knew what I was calling about because I’m going to assume she heard my voicemail, but never called back. I asked if this Saturday was available and Abby said no. I ask for the next available Saturday appointment she advises next Saturday, so I ask if Oksana is available and with an attitude she said “uh no not for a couples massage.” Not once did she ever try to assist with setting up an appointment or even remotely suggesting other days/people. Abby was very rude and acted as though I was bothering her. Yes, Abby, we can hear your hard, annoyed huffing and puffing over the phone before you answer our questions. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this location even though we thouroghly enjoyed our first massages with Oksana and Angel R. East Cobb LaVida... do better with who you hire to answer your phones and interact with your customers.

Just got a prenatal massage from Beth and it was absolutely wonderful. Being very pregnant can make a massage a little awkward but she was an absolute pro. I also got held up in traffic so was a little late for my appointment but everyone was super professional and very friendly anyway. I highly recommend this location.

When in town visiting my daughter I was experiencing pretty severe back and shoulder pain so she recommended me to stop by Lavida to get a massage. Tanisha was my therapist and she was Excellent!! When getting up and moving around after the massage, I felt more than happy and GRATEFUL since I was in no pain! Im will most definitely be back! Thank you again Tanisha! Staff was friendly too!

My husband gave me a gift card to La Vida Massage for Christmas, and I am so glad he did! I was blown away by how much better I felt after a one-hour session with Juan. For the first time after the birth of my daughter six-and-a-half months ago, I am able to bend over without any pain. Juan was incredibly kind and patient, and I believe his hands worked miracles! I immediately signed up for the month-to-month membership, and I cannot wait for my next massage!

Great massage from Alexus Booker and Michelle Walker! They really know how to focus on your areas of concern for the massage. It was the BEST massage for me and my husband. I highly recommend these ladies. We will be seeing them again.

Ive been a client for over 5 years. The skin care and massages are exceptional. Anitra can literally stop time with her anti-aging facials. Brian is very skilled massage therapist, especially for deep tissue work!

My husband set up a appt for my birthday with the understanding that all of our requests could be accommodated they said they could with no problem. He told them how special this was for my friend and I to experience our first massage together ever together. He paid for 2 1.5 hour session with 20.00 tip up front with the understanding that our request could be met. When we arrived 45 minutes early for our appt we found out then even though they agreed to abd said they could accommodate our request they didnt and dont seem to see what the big deal was. The massage was great the attention to detail sucks. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I had a friend thats a member refer me. Im sure hes rethinking his referral I know I would be. The owner Terri did contact after several attempts of me trying to contact owner and apologize and try to sell me another massage.

I have had deep tissue massages from other places but this is the first place to get a massage that I dont feel like I need another massage to recover. They even sold my husband! Ive been trying to get him to do a couples massage with me for years. I finally got him to try it for my birthday and McCully had him hooked! These folks work miracles! Do yourself a favor and just book the 90 minutes!

Walked in there for an appointment. They didnt have any slot for the day, so I took one for whatever day they had. Then I was sitting in the lounge just to relax, the front desk person was like we dont have any slot for today as if she wanted me i leave. So rude and mindless I thought.Responding to the comment from the owner (Terry):When nobody was at the lobby because of the ThanksGiving holidays and all lobby was empty and I was wearing a mask as well, what is wrong in I am just sitting there for couple of minutes. What you are trying to do is saving your public image than educating your front desk people to be more observant and compassionate. I wouldnt sit somewhere for no reason if it was for nothing. Gosh please.

I have been a member of LaVida massage ever since they opened their location in East Cobb (3yrs). Kari Marmie has been my therapist & she does the best deep tissue massage! I highly recommend their services. Anitra is an awesome aesthetician!

Tammy was wonderful, gave me helpful advice about certain muscles afterward. Have also worked with Michelle, and she does a great job too. Generally I have been very satisfied at LaVida of East Cobb.

I really enjoyed my first massage at LaVida massage. The atmosphere is very calm and tranquil. Ask for Michelle if you want a deep tissue massage! She really focuses on your needs and will also work with you after the massage is over to let you know your bodys strengths and weaknesses. Overall: 3/3

Felt less comfortable after my appointment than when I walked in. I dont mind talking here and there with the massage therapist, but my massage therapist talked the ENTIRE time... She told me her whole life story and never picked up on my cues when I tried to be quiet and relax. When. She asked if i did any sports and i told her that i used to do karate,she took my leg, lifted it up wiggled it and said, wa-taw.... Made me so uncomfortable for the rest of the massage.

I’ve been a member are LaVida for three years and have enjoyed their expertise and variety of services. As an ex-college athlete and very active person I have numerous ailments and muscle problems. I e found the therapists at LaVida to be very helpful in pinpointing trigger areas and giving great “homework” to help relieve pain and tension.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I set up a ladies day out for my wife and her friends. I chose them because of their reviews and now am very disappointed. The ladies were running slightly late due to other delays at another appointment. So just for being a few minutes late the appointment was cancelled and they took my deposit when initially on the phone no one discussed that with me in the first place.They said I had to pay the deposit in order to book the appointment. Then I called in several times trying to schedule for another day or later the same day. I was only testing the waters with hopes to go myself and bring others later this year. But now I tell you take my advice please and ask friends for referrals and do not go that route. I am a very fair person hard to piss off, but this surely did. Luckily I know some people and made another way. I know we all know the feeling of making plans and them having them ruined. So there you go, take heed!!! Only good out of this was dealing with Amanda who answered the phone twice who was nice. Everyone else was very rude!

Personal attention in a calming environment. Anitra works wonders, and the products she uses are fabulous. My skin has often reacted badly to chemical masks and peels. I have only had good response with the products she uses on my skin. She really knows what she is doing and the materials she works with are yummy.

*Bryan McCollugh- hands down has been a true life saver! Not only is he extremely knowledgeable in his craft, but excels in his profession as a therapist! I come in to Lavida on a regular basis, barely able to stand up straight and almost in tears. Without fail Bryan puts me back together ever single time! I count on him weekly- he is truly the best physical therapist! It is a rare gift to find that kind of therapist, especially when you live in chronic pain! So grateful and thankful- he has helped me get my life back!! In addition Aline and Kelby at the front desk always go above and beyond to ensure the best experience for the customer! All in all- so impressed with this Lavida! Love them! 10 out of 10 any day!!

Lovely place. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the places ambience is pleasant. Their joint and muscle balm is the bomb! Helps tremendously with my chronic pain. Loved every minute of my visit.

After a horrible experience at a resort spa which left my face dry and cracking, Anitra was able to bring back my normal complexion. She is very experienced and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her!

Prices are average, one can even say good for what you get. Oksanas hands are nothing short of magical. Whats even better is their monthly program where you pay a discounted rate on a reoccuring basis and get one massage per month. You can gift it or roll it over. Need a second massage? No worries, you get extras at a discounted rate. Love.

This location is great. Ive been going regularly for years. The owners are very hands on in making sure therapists are well trained and they take great pride in really excellent customer service.

Might be a great place for massage, but definitely not the place to go to for a facials. Their estheticians are simply trying to make you buy a bunch of expensive products that are completely useless. Would not be going back for a facials ever again. Save your money guys.

I decided to come to this location because it was close to home. i informed the Terry on numerous occasions that i was going to be late, he stated not to worry to still come, he even called me back to make sure i was still coming .. when i got there there they was very bubbly, and happy. i was informed to go inside a room with an esthecian, and when i got in the room she told me to get undressed. i got undressed and waited for her to come into the room, 20 mins went pass and she entered the room, and said it was my time that was being wasted and not hers. SO RUDE !! So then she exits the room for about 5 mins and says she will not be doing my facial.. i then went outside and started speaking to TERRY AGAIN, and he was so rude, disrespectful !! He charged me for a full service ! i tried calling a cooperate number but i was informed that all la visas are privately own. I WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO HERE !!!

I’ve been a member for a few months and I have loved every massage I’ve gotten so far. I’ve been seeing Stroud and he’s been very professional and great at remembering my tender spots that need extra attention.

I get a monthly facial here. I’ve never wasted money on facials because I never really saw a difference. I see the results of my rezenerate facial for multiple days in a row. My face is plump, full, moist, and well exfoliated when I leave.
