All these employees are wonderful but the manager tyrin (sorry if I spelt your name wrong) is on another level. Never have I walked into a smoke shop and met someone who was so knowledgeable of their products. Usually I pick a random product and hope for something good but this time I was confident in what I was buying and that was thanks to him. Thank you again for such a pleasant experience.

Love this place! Always have good conversations with the folks working and their recommendations are always on point. This location needs more traffic, definitely stop by!

Im come in frequently for vapes. Im a little high maintenance, I always want to try something new and hear all of the options. Thomas is consistently amazing! Helps me pick out which brand to try, what their personal opinion is and what theyve heard about the product. They always let me try them out in store after purchasing to insure I didnt get a dud. This is one of the most helpful and reasonably-priced shops around.

I walked in not really knowing what I wanted. It was lovely store, very well kept. The young man at the counter with the gorgeous eyes, I think his name was Spencer, greeted me on my way in. I often feel rushed when I go into smoke shops, but he made me feel comfortable and welcome. I had a few questions, and he had answers for all of them. He guided me toward what I needed, and had some good suggestions. I ended up getting a nice piece, and I was so excited to hear about the good deal that day. I would come back just to spend more time with this young man. Great job Spencer!

Honestly this is one of the best smoke shop Ive ever been in for a bit while, Im a consistent customer and everytime I go there I have a good time with the employees as they tell you everything you need and are really friendly. the products are really good as well as the prices Which arent too bad. And as for problems they really try there best to help you get what you need and be satisfied.

Went in with no real expectation. Smoke shops are a 50/50 shot on customer service. Maybe 60/40. I never got her name, but the young, slender blonde lady who helped me was a pleasant surprise. Extremely knowledgeable, kind, helpful, and a super nice young lady. What a positive experience. Id highly recommend this establishment.

I visited this store on a Sunday evening. Tye was the gentleman that helped me. He was very knowledgeable and recommended a couple of vapes. I purchased a vape he suggested and am very happy with the choice. Loved the cozy home feeling of the store along with Tyes smile and positive energy. I will definitely be back. Thank you!

I had to stop coming to this shop, the people that work there are so rude and unprofessional. I dont recommend this shop at all.There is no point on calling the owner as he never answer a call nor a text.

One Love Luv Vape is the best vape shop in Cobb County hands down! All the customer service ppl are VERY knowledgeable with A Vast Ara of vapes, coils, mods and much more. I was short $ on last visit but Spencer made it work within my budget HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Beth was an extremely helpful and patient. Well spoken on key questions and easy to work with. Expression of products occupied the stores atmosphere very well. Smooth with the sells and very knowledgeable. Even set up the suspense for our next visit with great things to say about other co-workers.

Went there today. Didnt have anything I needed for my VooPoo. Kid there tried to give me coils that he said I could use, but I could see plainly that I couldnt use them just by reading the box and looking at the allowed wattage. Went to Sams right next door and got everything I needed and the guy over there was SUPER knowledgeable. Wouldnt recommend coming here if you dont know EXACTLY what youre looking for because the person there today definitely wasnt knowledgeable about their products.

I came here the other day and had a great experience with Eusebio . I was looking for a specific type of vape but unfortunately it wasn’t in stock at this location. Eusebio managed to help me find and pick out a new vape I liked much better than the one I had before! He was very sweet and knowledgeable on the products and I’ll definitely be coming back !

The staff here is very friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to vapes and the like. They also have a nice selection in the store. Some of their items a bit over priced however so look out for that.

Went there last night ( not for first time) and bought a vape... Opened it this morning it wasnt working. I drove back to store and politely asked for exchange. The answer was We cant do anything, you should test it at the store when you was buying it... So its all my fault all of the sudden..... Ive asked the girl behind the counter to check the computer and see that i really bought the vape last night, the answer was the same.This is the first case when someone refuses to exchange broke vape for working one for me...Including gas stations . Now i write a bad review here and all of the sudden you are ready to exchange . But when i was at the store the line was We cant do anything... Great way to do business...No one asked me to test it when i was buying it also

I do not recommend buying cigars here. Their selection is ok, but the prices are astronomical. You can find most of the same cigars in any local humidor for way less money.
