I was given a gift certificate for a massage so when I went on the site to book my massage I notice they offered facials so I booked a package that included the facial. It was a deep tissue massage and illuminating facial. I never had a facial before and all I can say is where has this been all my life. This was an awesome experience that I will be doing on a regular and the owner of this shop had the sweetest soul and the most wonderful hands....COME SEE TRACY NEAL YOU WONT GO ANYWHERE ELES. I received a gift card a while back for Serene Spa Studio and—busy life—only just used it in January. I ADORE Tracy! I have always loved any massage but I like the idea of seeing someone regularly. She asks questions and gears our sessions towards my current needs. You feel her kindness immediately when meeting her and her experience shines through. I’m now planning regular monthly sessions with this excellent massage therapist.

Best massage each and every time. I’ve scheduled deep tissue massage other places and left feeling not much was done. Tracy really knows heat she is doing and I feel such relief after every visit. I’m sticking with her for sure!!!

Went for one hour massage today. The massage place is in a great location at downtown Matthew. Parking is in the front of the building on the street. Went in for a 90 minute deep tissue massage and it was fantastic. I’ve bounced around to a lot of different therapists and couldn’t seem to find the right match.. until now.Tracy is very good at what she does. The spa was cozy and kept very quiet. She listens to what you need and provides an amazing massage. I’ll definitely be back.
