First time here. Came in for a post-surgical lymphatic drainage massage; it was wonderful! Liked it so much that I ended up purchasing a 10-treatment package, and NOT because Iwas pressured to do so by staff at all! Clean and relaxing environment with very friendly staff. Also very much appreciated that, as stated in other reviews, there was no wait time, I had an appointment and was called in right on time, thats a big plus. Highly recommend!!

Took my wife for Mother’s Day and I can truly say it was one of the best massages we have ever experienced. We were greeted with hospitality from the moment we entered the door. During the massage I had questions about some of the other packages they offer and was explained per detail on what was included. We walked out feeling refreshed and ready to tackle the day! Truly recommend

We had a couples massage and both our Massuse’s were amazing! Karla did a Swedish on my husband and he said it was so relaxing! Chris helped me with a deep tissue and I definitely felt more limber and relaxed after. Thank you both for a spectacular experience.

Came for a date with my husband from out od town and we both really enjoyed our time! Workers are sooo nice and we really enjoyed our massage. Did a Couples and the set up was so cute! Definitely recommend!

Had a massage here and it was a really bad experience. This was probably the worst massage Ive ever had. The therapist barely greeted me and didnt ask anything about massage preferences. Throughout the massage, she didnt really seem to know what she was doing, and at times it felt like she was pretending or trying to pass the time, just poking at my shoulders and ribs or barely using any pressure at all. At times, she used way too much pressure, to the point that it was painful. It was an unpleasant experience and I almost asked to end the massage halfway through as it was so bad, but it was my first time here, so I wanted to give them a chance. I ended up with neck and lower back pain a couple of hours afterwards and had to go to another spa. I wont be going back here.

My first experience @ Therabeauti in Mc Allen so positive! Loved the Hydrofacial! Erica explained the process as we went along. I felt comfortable and pampered. Very happy with my results!

The staff demonstrated professionalism while I was on the phone scheduling my message. She answered all my inquiries about the different messages available with prices and length. The spa confirmed my appointment and on time stated their services as scheduled. The gentleman who messaged me was outstanding, hitting all my problem tissues and communicating throughout the whole 60 minutes.I will definitely go back when in town and recommend it to my friends and family visiting or living in McAllen.

The spa was very clean and serene. The masseuse was very professional and was made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. Would book again and refer my friends.

The entire staff was very kind and helpful. My appointment time was kept within a few minutes, so no arriving on time just to wait like at a doctor’s office. I don’t remember my massage therapists name but she was very sweet. She claimed her English was bad but she’s perfectly articulate. The massage itself was wonderful. She worked on trouble areas that she found and was VERY strong. Also when she was manipulating my arms she took care with my messed up rotator cuff. All in all the experience was great. Can’t wait to go back for cupping!

I have been a customer since July and I love it! The ladies are so welcoming and nice and make me feel comfortable. They are all friendly and do a great job with their services they offer. I got the facial and I loved it! It was one of the best facials I ever had and I also get laser hair removal treatment and Im seeing great results with it. Would definitely recommend this spa!

Masseuse was very thorough taking care of a neck issue. The deep tissue massage was expertly done. I will probably get a membership to continue getting massages on a regular basis rather than as needed. Great atmosphere.

Very calming but I do feel like I had my pimples coming in maybe bcs of the products idk another complaint is I did notice I had a cut/scab on the side of my nose

We absolutely loved the experience. We opted for the couples massage and had Luis and Nancy as our masseuses. They took the time to explain the massage and what our target areas were. Then they finished off with hot tea of our choosing. I highly recommend going here for a massage. Our aches and pains were minimized so much.

Cris did a great job on my deep tissue . If you need a deep tissue I highly recommend him .

I found this place through Groupon, and I booked a couple massage for myself and my wife. When we showed up, the woman who took my information over the phone did not enter the appointment in their system, so we had to reschedule. No big deal. The day of our massage, my wife had a terrible experience. I wish I could remember the name of her masseuse (if she even is one) because it blew my mind how terrible it was from the start. She was very stern immediately, and any time I looked over at my wife, she was aggressively rubbing her down with no apparent method or technique. She spoke sternly to my wife any time she gave instruction, and it was clear she did not know what she was doing. It was as if she not only did not like her client, but also had never so much as witnessed an actual massage before. I felt bad because my masseuse did a fantastic job. Polar opposite experiences in the same room. Not going back.

We had a couple massage. Both Helen and Gaby were great! Therapy room and sheets could use replacing and updating. Towel on pillow was thread bare and sheets were dingy whitish gray. Clothing hook or hangers would be nice to put your clothes on. Service 100, Ambiance 50.

The 60 minute massage was absolutely amazing. It was extremely relaxing. The masseuse was very kind and professional. I can’t wait to go back!

Really loved my experience at Therabeauti spa. Claudia was my massage therapist who did my prenatal massage. Im glad I got one before the baby comes. She was very professional and it was very relaxing. I also loved how they were able to fit me in to do a facial right after my massage. This will be my place to go to from now on. I also told another friend of mine to come here.

Went for the first time today. It was very clean, the ladies were very friendly and the laser appointment went by quickly without a hitch. Also they are open on Saturdays and late. Highly recommend this location.

I asked the therapist for add on of cupping after my massage. She stated she couldn’t because she had another massage. After my massage I was scheduling an appt and giving her a tip and she scooted right by me, bid good nite to receptionist and off she went. It just left me with a bad taste, I would have been ok with I don’t have time I have plans etc but to lie for no reason 🤢 YUCK!

I have sciatic nerve problem. I didnt know what to do with it and didnt even know it was a problem till I went. I explained what I felt they gave me a wonderful massage then let me know I had sciatica and needed physical and electric shock therapy. after that my pain greatly improved! I Went to the doctor a week after and he diagnosed me with the same thing. I am all better now after some massages and therapy and cannot thank Tinas spa and theyre staff for leading me where I needed to go. They arent just massage therapist. They truly look out for your best interests. Lets say they are the chic-fit-a of spas!

Ive been here twice and i love the hotstone massage. I love the atmosphere and cleanliness of the spa and the price is great for the quality and lenght of the massage.. at the end they offer you tea which i also loved :) i am so happy with my experience overall and i highly recommend it.

This place has been giving my mother a very hard time in cancellation policy. She has sent them emails and yet they sent her a response with no contact email or even a phone number from them to whom needs to be contacted about this issue. Website has nothing about cancellation.

I was asked what time during the day would I like to schedule my lymphatic message and I let them know any time after 5:30 and yet they always schedule me before 5:30 even though I told I work and get out at 5.The reception with short hair is also really rude. You go to try and relax and with her in the front it’s impossible. Glad my 10 sessions are over.
