I have visited this store before and am always pleasantly greeted with a friendliness that puts me at ease when deciding what to choose or try out for the first time. If I have a question about a product, I am always given helpful knowledge that helps me choose the right product for me. Compared to other store, the products are reasonably priced. I would recommend this store for people who appreciate friendly customer service and great deals

My new favorite smoke shop in the valley. All the other smoke shops usually have weird people working, but the owner here is a sweet lady with the cutest puppy ever!! Always has the stuff I need, and new products as well. make sure to go and visit!! :))

BEST SMOKE SHOP IN ALL OF MCALLEN!!! No other stores had what we needed when we stumbled on the sweetest woman who owns the shop and she has a lifelong customer from my friend. It would be me but I live in Houston. Go show her store love.

This is my go-to spot in the valley, I dont like going anywhere else. The owner is so sweet and every staff member has always been so attentive and helpful. Would reccomend to anyone!

Very attentive gentleman at the counter. Theyre always stocked with a variety of items and consumables, good and friendly vibes, and my favorite place to pickup my djarums. Will be coming here again

I went to every smoke shop looking for something I wanted and only puff and stuff took the time to look for my needs and customer service everywhere else just said no and stayed in one spot behind the counter puff and stuff had in stock what I wanted ms g and Alex gave good vibes and for sure I’ll just come straight over here next time

Super Easy and Fast! I walked in right after my shift, and needed a battery. I tend to try and study and see if what I’m buying will last in the long run or I should order it. But I was helped very fast, and he gave his honest opinion on one I was looking at. Love it here

Just moved from California and only place that knew what they were selling. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and welcoming. I have smoke shops closer to my home but will make the drive which is well worth it for the service and product I received. I will be a regular from now on.

Store is always clean, smelling good, and with the best background music one could ask. The highest quality on glass and great variety of options, anything from decoration to cleaning tools.I wasnt arround when the service was bad, as theyve been changing staff to find better workers. But I can tell you that since I began working there, owners have been nothing but generous, warm, and humble with me.Come by to our improved store, as our focus is making you feel welcomed, comfortable, and improve your mood even before you buy our products.

You know how you go into a place and ask for a suggestion? Well I went in n out and Im a happy baby.

Usually this location is a great stop for any supplies, however my last visit I opened the door and was surprised as I was greeted by a woman yelling there can only be two people in the store at a time. I will be taking my future business elsewhere.

Idk about some of these ppl experiences. Seems out of the ordinary. I come here constantly for my accessories, never seen anything but the best from the Mrs. G and Kenneth at the counter. Kenneth is exceptionally polite and Mrs. G is so friendly idk who some of these reviewers dealt with, but I always had the best service and encourage anybody who’s looking to go by. They’ve always done me right… Every. Single. Time.

Only put one star to leave the review, or should I say warning. DONT GO TO PUFF N STUFF! The owners are CRAZY and everything costs more than other shops. I saw one of the owners disrespecting and harassing an employee that was trying to help me and at least 2 other customers. That employee handled us just fine but was stressed from the treatment of the owner. Thats inexcusable and the employee deserves better treatment. Overpriced and unwelcoming. Just shut it down smh

My mom was gifted a diffuser for her room, but had no knowledge on how to use it. Brought her in on 1-9-19, and two homies about my age I would say services us very well and helped us out in every way possible. They treated my mom awesome and I liked that. Even though my mom doesn’t speak English, they both where trying hard to communicate with her, but I was pretty much helping with the translation haha. I would highly recommend this place, the guys here are awesome and keep it 100 ! ! !

Awesome service! Love this place! Only place close to me open late on late on sundays. The owner is a really nice lady and she was so sweet to give me an insence stick for free. She was so helpful too in showing all the different glass pipes they have and trying to fit one to my liking. Really great customer service.

Horrible customer service, especially by “manager miss G”, rude, defective products, overpriced & overall should hire a new manager. Disgusting customer service & unprofessional. Would not recommend to anyone. I’d like to get in contact with the owner of the establishment. Associates are great. Manager is extremely rude and disrespectful.

LMFAO. I called to inquire about an item. I Asked the price and was told we dont give prices over the phone. What??!!! Are you kidding? Who in their right mind does that? I wonder what the amount of potential customers lost is, due to this idiotic practice. TOTAL RED FLAG there. You know what you are basically telling the public ? That your pricing is so ridiculously high that if you DID tell us over the phone we wouldnt even bother and go somewhere else. I mean you are BLATANTLY saying that. I lived 30 min away and was not going to make that trip without knowing the cost. Even if your pricing is SUBSTANTIALLY lower than your competition, I STILL will never buy you. Not after this. Not from a business owner that is that Arrogant. (and just plain dumb). I found out through a buddy that they are so NOT worth the trip anyway. As I suspected their pricing was beyond ludicrous. Ill make sure this review is copy n pasted on every RGV review platform I can find. Oh, and all the positive, obviously scripted reviews on here, are from employees. Yup, they used their real names and I looked them up. Lots of bright people at this place, lol!

Bad! phone etiquette/customer service. Do not talk prices at all. So if you’re looking to not waste your time for a bad deal good luck bc they will not discuss anything over the phone. I was rudely hung up on as well.

This is my new to go place....it is well stocked and provides a great variety of products. Avram is very knowledgeable and provides awesome customer service.

Called to ask for prices and they said we dont give prices over the phone. Went in person and found rude customer service and identical items from other smoke shops for 2x to 3x the price. Immediately went to another shop 10 min down the road and got same stuff for less than half the price.
