I went to check out this place seemed chill. They had what I wanted which was good delta tcha products wide variety. This guy named Leo was friendly and cool made me come back and spend more money with him. 10/10 will smoke again

The individual working the business at the time of my visit was a bit over zealous and very patronizing. I find it precarious of all the 5 star reviews from 1 time reviewers here. Take a look and you will notice that as well. I felt like I was being gaslighted by a very anxious used car salesperson. Made me feel uncomfortable and sketched out to be honest.

Great customer service! The owner did a great job with the young man he hired! He was so knowledgeable of everything they sell! Excellent products! Highly recommend to get your smoke stuff here!

I spoke with the manager of the store and was very happy with my visit for many reasons! Great conversation, great product, and open later than most other vaping stores! Andres did an amazing job and I would come again if not for the great product, the conversation alone was worth the trip!

Very clean and neat, Leo was a great help and good worker, he helped me pick out what I needed and guaranteed me it was going to be an amazing product definitely recommend this place

Been in Blu Spot several times now. Nice place clean, got good stock & getting more in all the time. Met the manager yesterday really nice. The young lady that has helped me out everything I have been in there her name is Kia, hope I didnt miss spell it if did sorry. She has always been very helpful. And knows the stuff she talks about. I had been looking around, but a few places didnt have what my needs were wanting. Misworded sorry. I do really like the place & since there a few different kinds of businesss I go to in that area it will be my go to shop for sure. Sorry have a dear friend in Corpus get a lot of stuff from but when I am low or waiting on mail to run, I go to my go to shop. Thanks for be u ng when I needed. Will add photos next go around.

Walked in today to check the shop out and see what kind of products they offer. Wonderful customer service and the person who was there today was very knowledgeable on all the products. Although I didn’t purchase anything today, I will be going back to do so. Highly recommend, shop was clean and very well stocked with lots of different items.

The Blu Spot is a great little place to shop at. They have a great selection and very competitive prices. The clerk, Kia was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend The Blue Spot for all of your vale and smoke needs.

Great customer service but products were over priced and kind of sketchy considering that there is like 5 smoke shops within a 5 minute driving radius. The new worker they had tried selling me an expired product and when I pointed it out, he couldn’t find any of the same product on his shelf that wasn’t expired so I had to settle for a cheaper product that I knew wasn’t going to work as effectively. They claim to price match but when the manager asks for confirmation, they can’t seem to honor the price even with proof. I went to a near by smoke shop and bought a nicotine disposable for $15 flat and showed proof to the manager and he told me that he couldn’t honor it even after speaking to the owner of the store. He was instructed to “see if there is anything cheaper in store that the customer might like and try and sell him that.” Great people working in the store but the actual store is GARBAGE. Almost as bad as the rotting smell that comes from next door that has been around since as long as the shop has been open.

Definitely got great help with new mods being shown and came down to this thanks to Andres ! Appreciate the service

They have a wonderful variety of products, the store is immaculate and Andres goes above and beyond to satisfy his customers. Thank you, Andres for being so helpful today. Noah always gives me the best service in this shop. He knows his products really well and they always have the best prices out of other smoke shops in the valley. If you go ask for Noah he’ll make sure you get the product that you’re looking for.

I’m not personally one to write reviews, however after my stellar experience with Kia, I felt it absolutely necessary to express my gratitude and appreciation for her exceptional customer service. In comparison to other smoke and vape shops where employees have a tendency to be short and irate, Kia emitted nothing but positivity, understanding, and extensive knowledge in her products. Not only was she an expert in her merchandise, she was kind and open to answering any and all questions I had as a new and exploring individual in the world of vaping. I will absolutely be retuning specifically for her service, and can’t imagine spending my money in any other place besides The Blu Spot Vape & Smoke!
