Called this store today, and after introducing myself, the clerk hung up in my face.If this is the way they treat their customers, I am sure glad I called first, so I did not waste my time going there to be mistreated in person.If this is the level of customer service offered, this retailer will be closed soon and would be well deserved.

I don’t know why they say they’re open 24 hours if this is like the sixth time that I’ve shown up at 7:45 before getting to work and the doors always locked and no one ever answers the door they need to get another employee or they need to remove the open 24 hour sign. Then to top it off it doesn’t matter if you have your receipt they’ll give you a hard time about exchanging vapes that didn’t work and still sold them

I went in for a vape pen that isnt disposable and didnt know where to begin since I was used to disposables. Alec helped out immensely answering any and all of my questions. Super happy with the products I got today along with my $25 discount from all the points Ive accumulated. Thank u 😊

Amazing customer service, with a staff that genuinely knows their products and is always glad to help you choose whatever best fits your needs. Atmosphere is so chill and unmatched by other smokeshops. The prices are really affordable compared to other shops, you can tell they’re doing it for the love of it.

Been to all smoke shops in the valley and they literally beat every smoke shops prices. Environment is relaxing. Went in, bought a grinder& puff bar, then chilled and played FIFA.(even have snacks). They know what they’re doing for sure. 10/10 recommend. Y’all earned a lifetime customer for sure.

Aleak is very friendly , the prices are awesome and they actually have a variety of everything from glass, to carts, to disposable vapes.

I tried calling the store and they have a number from some guy selling cars I drove to the smoke shop only to not find the product I was looking for wish I could have called plz update the number thanks

Best smoke shop I’d recommend it due to having great prices & the customer service is 10/10. They have good tabacco products along with tapestry and posters. The variety of stuff they have isn’t just at any smoke shop along with how welcoming they are gave me a great first experience.
