Absolutely my favorite smoke shop in my 30 years of living! The shop is just beautiful and so clean. The attendant was an absolute doll, so sweet and very very knowledgeable about the entire store and all products. She answered ever question I had about any product. She even told me that there was a shelf with pieces made by locals that you can find other of their creations on Instagram on their labels!!!(in pictures )I am a huge supporter of other local community supporters. I will definitely be doing all my smoke shop purchases here!!! Even if you you want to go and check out some beautiful creations its worth the trip.

The sales person was very informative and nice. Good selection but prices are a little above the average prices around town. I will visit again because of location and you have the vape I like, which is hard to find.

I personally think sessions market trained the the owner well, I remember him from working there. Im glad he learned how to treat customers since he owns his own shop.

When you come in you feel the presence of the time you have been looking for. Products and beyond to explore the realms of possibility or just help navigate humans in your work day. Finally a place that gets me as a sinister force from the darkside and actually gives me a smile instead of run away. They confirmed that it was not me as I asked if I am smelly. Yes, they are that helpful.

The store has a variety of products that range from the low end to the high end. Also, incredible customer service!! Two thumbs up all the way! I highly recommend you stop by and check it out. So, I know that fire and water doesnt have all that big of a vape selection. Yet Sunni and the way she makes me feel so welcome, always makes me want to come back. The options are good for flavors. She will give you an honest opinion on what she thinks about said flavor. Then is really helpful with the idea if anything she can help you out with trying. Always will be my favorite smoke shop to swing by and check out.No other shop in medford comes close to being this friendly!

I was looking for something for a friend and I got to meet Sunny. Which also describes her personality. We chatted for about 45 mins and it felt like I had just reconnected with an old school friend. I asked about several of her products which she is incredibly knowledgeable about. I will definitely visit again.
